| Personal Info Name: Kyo Zakiyoshi Alias: TBD Age: 16 Gender: Male Height: 5'8 FT Weight: 160 LBS Zodiac Sign: Aries Personality: Kyo is a very sarcastic person and tends to use sarcasm frequently. He likes to make jokes all the time and is very fond of making fun of others. When he does make jokes about other people he doesn't mean anything by it though. Kyo is actually very caring, but he has trouble showing that side of himself, so he gives the people he likes or cares abut a hard time. Kyo is very flirtatious and likes to flirt with any pretty girl he sees. Kyo is super competitive and always wants to be the winner. He hates losing to people and always wants to be better than the next guy. He tries his best in everything he does, and works really hard all the time. He trains a lot because he believes if you're not working someone else is, and he wants to be the best. Kyo likes to be in charge, and kinda likes to be the leader. He knows what's best for himself and the world and wants to contribute his own way. Appearance: Kyo hast a light tan skin color, and his skin is clear with no bumps. He is 5'8 and 160 pounds. Most of his wait comes from muscles though. He is more lean than buff, so his muscles aren't extremely big. Kyo's eyes are a bright blue color. His cheeks are rosy, nearly all the time. He has jet black hair which is short and spiky. He has medium sized facial features such as his nose, mouth and eyes. Kyo has gills on his neck. He wears silver studded earrings in both ears. Kyo is usually seen wearing a plain black t-shirt with tan pants that are rolled halfway up his shin. He then wears black shinobi sandals. Kyo wears an item pouch on his ass and a kunai case strapped to his right leg. He then wears a necklace with a ruby diamond at the end of it, that hangs down to his chest. History: Kyo was born in Dipugakure. He was orphaned the day of his birth, for his family was killed by an unknown person. He was still in the hospital at this time and the reason he wasn't killed was because he was just given his name and the hospital didn't record it yet. He grew up in an orphanage while the war went on and on. He felt like nothing was being resolved. He felt like no factions were making the right choice. So he quit the academy in his village before graduating. He ran away from the village with the very few possessions he had. He never planned to come back, for he had no reason at all. He wanted to discover or create his own country which would follow his rules and be lead the right way. Kyo never knew what clan he was from because of his parent's deaths. Description: Zakiyoshi have ancestry from an outcast tribe of Dobutsu certain traits remaining even until today. The most prominent being the fact that all Zakiyoshi will eventually grow 3 sets of Gills in Males while 2 sets for females. While capable of breathing both on land and in water due to this they receive more oxygen while submerged underwater allowing them to replenish their fatigue limit through breathing underwater. The more gills they possess the more oxygen they can sift through their gills at once resulting in a faster replenishing making an adult Zakiyoshi fought underwater a truly terrifying opponent. In addition Zakiyoshi are perhaps the only Humans capable of reproducing naturally with Dobutsu, if Aqua Tribe (3/10 aren't stillbirths), Terra Tribe (2/10 aren't stillbirths), Other Tribes (1/10 aren't stillbirths). Description: Those within the Zakiyoshi clan are rather familar with love, lust and seduction, in actuality Zakiyoshi are so familar with it due to the fact that they can only fall in love once in their life-time while Zakiyoshi are only fertile with the person they are in love with. To that end they guard their hearts jealously so that they do not chose the wrong person to fall for which manifests in their seduction limit. In regards to gender, female Zakiyoshi have larger Seduction limit's than males due to burying their feelings of love deeper. It simply refers to the way the two genders fall in love, with males it's typically starts early and continues while with females it grows stronger over time. Description: Req. Liquid Source & Active Bakufuko Manako. A unique technique which allows a Zakiyoshi clan member to utilize a still liquid surface of Water (Aqua Included), Boil (Acid Included) & Oil, like a two-way mirror allowing them to observe things from a distance. The distance a Zakiyoshi can scry is relative to the stage of their dojutsu active while it requires a constant variable chakra price which is dependent on their skill level in order to maintain. This ability to scry works hand in hand with their moisture sensory and while scrying the Zakiyoshi is forced to close their at least one of their eyes in order to scry through the surface. Name: Siren's Call Classification: Kinjutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Passive Range: Hearing Distance Description: The Zakiyoshi have a unique form of triggering genjutsu which entails the use of their singing voice to lure opponents in this unique trait actually strengthens their genjutsu, causing victims to be unable to break it via kai. The true use of this technique is to subtly lower a target's Seduction Limit (which is a seperate limit equal to the victims fatigue limit and upon being completely depleted the victim is seduced) as long as they keep listening to a Zakiyoshi sing, this applies to just singing normally as well as increased in strength when singing is used to facilitate a genjutsu via the Siren's Illusion Style. Despite the subtle effect of enrapturing individuals who hear them sing when a victim's seduction limit is reduced by this method it doesn't trigger any natural damage but rather a Zakiyoshi has to rely on Erojutsu to do the actual job. Name: Siren's Illusion Style Classification: Fighting Style Rank: D-rank Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Hearing Distance
Description: The Siren's Illusion Style was created to capitalize on the Zakiyoshi clan members alluring singing voices after their ancestors realized that they had inherited beautiful voices from their Aqua dobutsu tribe parents. In recent times however this technique is known for producing sound based genjutsu which are unable to be broken out through kai, despite still being able to be broken through pain. This technique is uneffective on deaf opponents while those with sensitive hearing or tracking techniques based on sound are able to be trapped in this genjutsu over greater distances than those with normal hearing. Description: After training the speed of their strikes, the user can now strike, using their body 1 speed tier higher than normal. This does not change the speed of how fast the user is, but instead how fast the strikes are. This means if the user's speed is B rank that they can move their arm as a punch for A rank speed, but the speed of how fast the user moves is still B rank.
Name: Zaki-Style Silent Killing Classification: Fighting Style Rank: D-rank Class: Offensive Range: Self
Description: As the name suggests, this technique is simply a very quiet method of killing an opponent, usually from behind with a blade. Additionally, because the user moves silently, it cannot be defended against, because the attack cannot be anticipated. The user will often slit their opponent's throat, preventing any cry that might give them away. The Zakiyoshi clan version of this technique works in two ways, the first being when used in conjunction underwater or with victims now requiring Reaction Tiers equal to the user's speed in order to detect any of the user's physical attacks. The second way is when the user possesses the Hydrafication technique as now it extends to not only being underwater but as long as the user is on or in a surface of water (acid, boil & oil as well).

Description: Kyo covers any part of his body that he is striking with, in water chakra creating every hit using his body cause damage equal to his own rank. The water gives each hit more power and the effect of being hit by a weapon because of how dense the water is. Kyo uses his when he is fighting a enemy up close and needs to fight up close. The water can also cover any weapon, boosting any attack used by the weapon by one rank.

Name: Singing Tactics: Soft Voice Classification: Genjutsu Rank: D Class: Offensive Range: Long Description: Kyo starts to sing, using soft tones and a relaxing melody. If the target hears this they are trapped in the Genjutsu. Once trapped, the target believes they are in their favorite place in the world, with the person they care most about. That person then puts a kunai in there back over and over again until the person breaks out of the Genjutsu. The target takes D rank mental damage every post they're still stuck in the Genjutsu.
Name: Singing Tactics: Hum Classification: Genjutsu Rank: D Class: Offensive Range: Mid Description: Kyo begins to hum, creating a rhythmic sound that traps the target in a Genjutsu if heard. After being trapped the target believes it starts to rain, they feel their heads turn up to the sky and their mouths open. The rain gets a hundred times stronger and their mouths quickly fill with water. The target will think they are drowning and will take D rank mental damage. If it is raining already, the target will take C rank mental damage.

Description:This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach using the Body Flicker Technique, the moment an attack hits.

Description: This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something.

Name: Water Release: Water Blast Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: A Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range: Long
Description: Kyo molds their chakra in his lungs and spits out a blast of water that is a 5 foot radius. The water blast moves at A rank speed and causes A rank damage. The water hits with an extreme force of energy and can leave bruises or even break bones. The water can be used for other water techniques after the surplus of water from the jutsu is out on the battlefield. The jutsu moves for 80 feet without losing its momentum and strength and sinking to the ground. In addition to this, Kyo can hold the Ox hand seal while spitting out the large amount of water in order to keep it going for additional posts at the cost of am additional B-rank of chakra each post (total) it is kept active. This allows him to not only constantly damage victims hit by the stream churning their body under the water current but likewise results in more water being produced to aid follow up water release techniques. Name: Water Release: Water Clone Technique Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: C-rank (Each Water Clone is comprised of 1 C-rank of Water) Class: Supplementary/Defensive Range: Short-Mid (On water surface)
Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water that have one-tenth of the original person's power which is dependent on the user's skill level to determine their power and the rank of techniques they can use. However due to this the number of clones that can be produced is double in comparison to the Shadow Clone technique when not on a water source and triple when on a water source. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves and resemble the user identically until they are struck hard enough to revert. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control going a max of 10 ft away before reverting to water. While on a water surface the distance they can travel is increased simply because they have a ready source of water to retain their form now being 20 ft away. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back water which can be used in combination with other techniques to great effect. Name: Water Release: Defending Disc Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: D Class: Defensive Range: Self Description: The user creates a water disc, 2 feet in diameter to block any jutsu or projectiles that are D rank chakra or physical damage. The disc can appear anywhere around the user as long as the disc is at most a foot away.
Name: Water Release: Water Prison Technique Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: C-rank (C-rank Chakra & B-rank of Water) Class: Supplementary/Defensive Range: Short
Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water after making hand seals as long as they are within 10 ft of the user while on a water surface. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth or using a field containing at least a B-rank amount of water. Once trapped the target is unable to move or breathe while within it due to the heaviness of the water and due to the water encompassing the entire body it requires B-rank strength or a C-rank technique which expels chakra from every point in the body in order to escape it. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself to protect against incoming C-rank techniques including C-rank physical techniques or elemental techniques weak to water with piercing. It can also be stored in scrolls as traps and upon a victim being trapped within a countdown dependent on the victims endurance tiers begins to see how long it takes to suffocate them, since the water is pressing down on their body breath holding techniques C-rank or below are ineffective. Water Clones can be used in preparation for this technique as well blocking an opponents attack and then trapping them in the sphere which forms at bullet release speeds or instantly if the victim makes physical contact with said water clone. Name: Hiding in the Mist Technique Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Supplementary Range: AOE
Description: The Hiding in Mist Technique is a speciality of the Zakiyoshi clan which was added to the Dipugakure Academy curiculum when the village was formed. This technique causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool those with X-ray vision, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, those with chakra vision will only see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu. The size and thickness of the mist depends on the user's skill level as well as the water source used, and due to being the originators of this technique Zakiyoshi clan shinobi can pay a constant D-rank chakra price (total) to prevent area clearing techniques which are weak or neutral to Water equal the user's rank from dispersing it. It does nothing however for area clearing techniques or area concealment techniques which are strong against water. Name: Water Release: Wet Cannonball Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: B (B-rank Chakra & B-rank Water) Class: Offensive Range: Long
Description: The user forms a large orb of water between their hands in front of themselves. The water orb is as big as a cannonball. After the water orb is at it's correct size, the user thrusts their arm forward, sending the water cannonball flying at B rank speeds and causes B rank damage. This cannonball of water can go for 80 Ft before falling to the ground. Upon hitting the target, the water explodes into a bunch of water drops that shoot out at B rank speeds and cause an additional C rank of damage. The blast radius is 15 FT and that's how far the water drops can reach after the water explosion.
Name: Water Release: Sky Current Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: B (B-rank Chakra & B-rank Water Price) Class: Offensive Range: Mid
Description: The user forms water all around themselves and uses water to push themselves off the ground at B rank speeds. The user uses the water to travel around in the sky an then crash into the target, causing B rank damage. The user can keep the technique going with a constant deduction of B rank chakra each post. The water left over from this jutsu can be used for any other water technique without needing to pay the chakra cost of forming the water.
Name: Water Release: Water Whip Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: B (B-rank Chakra & B-rank Water Price) Class: Offensive Range: Mid
Description: The user forms water around their arm that extends past the limb, creating a thick whip that is made of water. The whip moves around with the movement of the user's arm. The water whip can move in any direction and is like an extended arm. The whip moves at B rank speeds and causes B rank water release chakra damage if struck by it. The technique can be used by wrapping the whip around the target, which requires B rank strength to break out of. It is capable of extracting out to 30 FT and can also retract at will.

Description: Every human has a code of ethics which define themselves. It is because of that their natural stamina has been hardened. Because of that D-rank techniques do half as much damage as they would towards the other races as they do towards humans.

Description: The user focuses his/her chakra tweaking their chakra gates allowing them to move at incredible speeds to avoid getting hit by attacks.
Name: Up Kick Classification: Taijutsu Rank: D Class: Offensive Range: Short Description: The user runs full speed at the target. Once the distance between the target and the user has shortened, the user delivers a kick straight up into the target's chin. This causes D rank physical damage and this technique moves as fast as the user's speed. This sends the target into the air, unless the victim has an Air movement technique D-rank or above, and can be followed up by any other taijutsu technique in the air. If another technique is used after this one, the damage from the next taijutsu is boosted by 1.
Name: Hard Elbow Classification: Taijutsu Rank: D Class: Offensive Range: Short Description: The user sends their elbow straight into the target's midsection at the speed of the user. This causes D rank physical damage. If this technique is used after Up Kick, and is used in the air, the target is sent flying into the ground and causes C rank physical damage.

Description:An advanced version of swift release. Although the user is able to move at extremely high speeds the sudden motion has an adverse effect on the body and multiple movements using the technique and permanently paralyze the user and as such it is limited to 5 times a day with out any ill effects, 7 times will land the user in a hospital for two days 9 would permanently paralyze the user.

Description: A fully refined Swift Release. The wielder can move beyond god-like speed only showing their footsteps crashing against the ground. This move is said to only be used the second the wielder grips their hilt giving so they waste no time when they need to attack.

Description: The user jumps forward and twists their body 360 degrees, delivering a kick to the target at any designated area. The kick causes the target to fly recklessly in a specific direction unless the target has C rank strength and can resist the power behind the kick. This technique moves as fast as the user is and causes C rank damage. The target is knocked back 10 FT.

Description:An advanced code which grants the user immunity to D-rank chakra-based attacks and C-rank chakra based attacks do half as much damage as they would towards others as they would towards the user.

Name: Entrancing Gaze Classification: Erojustu/Genjustu Rank: B Class: Offensive Range: Long
Description: Kyo begin's this genjustu by sight on his own body. Once the genjustu is activated the target will find their eye lids seemingly gone with blood simply not starting to fall. Instead the user will be unable to revert their gaze and find themselves over looking the user as they begin doing something sexual with or without a partner, the target will feel drawn to watch in a sexual feeling. This technique deals a -3 too the target's seduction limit so long as their gaze is held, and upon their seduction limit being completely depleted they sustain an B-rank of natural damage. During the Genjustu the target likewise sustains B rank mental damage each post they are stuck within.
Name: Hot Boy Classification: Erojutsu Rank: D Class: Offensive Range: Long Description: Kyo takes off his shirt, showing off his muscles and body. He then looks at the target seductively. This technique takes -1 to their Seduction Limit each post (total) that they keep their eyes on his body if they are sexually attracted to males. Upon the victims seduction limit being completely depleted they sustain a D-rank worth of Natural Damage with every new look at his body meaning as long as they look at him once, before looking away and glancing at him again this techniques damage will refresh.
Name: Flexing Pleasure Classification: Genjutsu/Erojutsu Rank: D Class: Offensive Range: Long Description: Kyo flexes after having his shirt off, creating a pleasure for the target who sees this, also trapping them in the Genjutsu. The target imagines Kyo walking up and grabbing their ass, as he begins to kiss along their neck. Then they feel Kyo bite hardly into their neck, biting a whole piece of their neck off as their blood spills everywhere. This technique takes -1 to their Seduction Limit each post (total) that they are trapped in the Genjutsu. Upon the victims seduction limit being completely depleted they sustain a D-rank worth of Natural Damage every post they are trapped in the Genjutsu. This deals D rank mental damage every post they're trapped in the Genjutsu.

Name: Angle Calculator Classification: Shurikenjutsu Rank: D Class: Supplementary Range: Long
Description: With the user's knowledge of angles, he/she is able to redirect any projectile into a specific direction by hitting the projectile with another midair. This technique allows the user to change the direction of their own projectiles as well, making it so as if the user dodges, the projectile gets another chance of hitting the target. This technique can only be used once for each projectile thrown.
Name: Shadow Shuriken Technique Classification: Shurikenjutsu Rank: D Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Mid
Description: It's a simple technique where two shuriken, like the Fūma Shuriken, are piled one onto another and thrown simultaneously. However, depending on the way it's used, it can prove its absolute efficiency. The trick is to somehow draw the enemy's attention towards the upper shuriken. Then, they have to deal with the path of the lower, unnoticed shuriken. However, if the enemy notices both shuriken, the technique ends up losing all of its efficiency.
