Vendetta had found out exactly how to go ahead and register for the battle as a result she would talk in with her mind on the goal, not pausing until she got up to the counter. Research had allowed her to figure how everything was run and thus she would smile politely at the person before deciding to make her challenge. I would like to go for a 7 streak in Featherweight, all Low Tier please. Vendetta said simply having decided to first take it easy so as to conserve her strength after all she did want to do an entire 21 streak without having to leave. Not to mention they were all to the death, she knew she was ready to do so, she had picked featherweight for that express purpose, she merely wanted to see what this place was all about and proceed through the levels normally not using her free pass as a blade to immediately take her Heavyweight matches.

The counter? No miss, there was no counter, you aren't in the professional league yet. This the preliminary round for the fail tier fighters, all one had here was simply the old pit which once stood hidden when the academy was at its former glory. The stands weren't as filled, in fact it was a countable number within the crowd, no longer wasting their time on such a pathetic show when more blood was available the further down one got. It was just a man at the entrance, ugly and sketchy as fuck, nodding to her as he hushed her to continue moving down to the pits as the last attemptee had just finished. As she went he'd sign something to the host whom was in the middle of the arena addressing the small crowd. "...Okay. So we have like...a new competitor. Oh how I am...Excited. *cough* Well oh so brave...warrior. 7 streak all in low tier...better get you started for some...super exciting blood...baths." His voice was amazingly monotoned it could almost be considered a talent. "So like...I won't bother coming back out here...because all your ... fights will be on the...easy level...so...kill for dirt rewards...*cough*" With that, he'd walk out of the arena, the gates closing behind him as the gate on the other side opened. A little boy around the age of 10 walking out.

Vendetta would nod walking into the arena as the guy began talking and would remove Kabutowari from it's sheathes on her back enlongating the chain and she would begin to swing the Hammer part like a flail while the axe part was in her other hand draped a bit as the chain stretched to accommodate her flail. She would notice as a boy entered the arena, but he was a pale yellow, causing her to blink before swinging her axe into the path of the moving hammer. It would strike it and would immediately send it flying towards the boy with an SS-rank strength hit thus causing it to rocket toward his position at Ripping Discord speeds the chain elongating so that it's speed wasn't compromised. Hopefully he wouldn't be able to dodge it so his death was quick and painless she had after all aimed for his neck so his head could get lopped off cleanly.

Oh look the boy is reaching for his pocket, people are edging forwards on their seats to see what he'll grab, oh, he's moved like 5 centimeters, almost there, and...wait...

Where'd he go?

The sheer speed alone, mixed with the strength of the solid hammer practically destroyed his entire upper body, blood splattering...not exploding over the entire gate, as well as all the inner walls and paint the floor crimson, a nerve wrecking warning for whomever comes out of that gate next. The boys knees would collapse into a bend and plop down. What remained of the hips poured whatever content they had left. His arms were blasted across the floor, hammering the walls and sliding down where ever they landed. It was an eerie silence, at first nothing. Then a familiar cough of someone who wasn't even watching until finally..."HOLY FUCKING SHIT!" The crowd, went off with a grand total of seven people in a standing applause, yelling and whistling, to be honest it sounded pathetic. "Okay...yes horray, what a...tremendous win for that...winner. Next round will be...just as quick I hope." He didn't look away from his book to see what happened, just sitting on his highchair on the side of the arena. Next came a big burly man, watching from the side he decided to come in a Bullet release run to clear the gates before she had a chance to do anything.

Vendetta would yank on the chain with her B-rank strength as it would retract so that she could once again do it, however her target had run out of the gate causing her to nod towards him acknowledging his existence, an orange as she watched while waiting for her weapon to return. The twirling would never stop and the moment she got the axe portion to a manageable length she would flick it at the hammer portion launching it at the man's body just like she did before this time however aiming for the chest since he was difficult and had decided to run...that was just unnecessary and would make her job even harder than before.

Woop, there goes another one. The blood splattering over a young male couple in the crowd, causing one to throw his fist up in the air with a mighty roar of joy, and the other instantly streaming with tears holding both arms in front of him so his skin would touch any blood on his other skin. Now the next one, was a girl, roughly the same age as...I didn't describe the gore? What is going on here. You see, the hammer went right through his chest, cleanly and perfectly cutting a rectangular hole in his chest with the chain through it. Of course the wall was just a splash of red with the only original dirty white being when her hammer actually managed to get lodged into. Anyway, girl, same age as Vendetta, lopsided face, no bottom lip, sever burns on her entire left side of the body, leaving her with like a two face look but not as severe. She walked, fearless of the terror of this arena round.

Vendetta would pull on her axe again with the same amount of strength the chain being pulled taut right before it would slam into the wall and thus being lodged in, because that would waste time and be a pain to dislodge. She would look at this one's soul noticing that it was orange and would nod to her as well, she would remember all of those with sin she killed, or at least would try to. The axe would move through the hole it left in the body it was partially why she gave it such a tug, she had grown accustomed to killing people like this, which said a lot about her life style. It was her way of recognizing that they could of been saved in other circumstances it was also a method of buying time until her axe returned to her. Once it did it was the usual flick of doom, to get propelled at the new target, she would pray for all of them once this set was done, perhaps ask to bury them or something it was only fitting after all.

This next girl, something was odd about her. She would continue to walk forwards until the moment of contact, instantly going back with it instead of exploding or most of her staying in place. It was a solid hit, but unfortunately it wouldn't pierce though. At the end it was just her, now sitting on the hammer like she was ridding a broomstick. Some evil witch whom of which wasn't even scratched by the attack. Or at least that how it seemed, it was hard to tell on a fucked up body like hers. She'd giggle. It was like a childs voice, as if she was a toddler in a womans body, hopping towards Vendetta holding the hammer rubbing between her legs, one hand on the handle and the other just behind her back on its neck. It was hard to figure out what exactly she was doing, but what happened was as she hopped forwards the chain bent loosing its tension, meaning it cannot be whipped backwards. Not that it was a difficult fix, but she did have a firm grasp.

Ronin Ability: physical immunity
Weakness to all other damage types.

Vendetta would narrow her eyes, that was odd usually when she swung her Axe of Judgement at someone they were kind enough to die quickly this one though she was unnatural and she'd raise an eyebrow at her opponent looking straight into her eyes deciding to ask her a question. Why aren't you dead? she said asking honestly wondering why her opponent wasn't dead, she would pull on her axe of course with the same amount of strength the chain going taut once more as she attempted to retrieve her weapon and make sense of it. Still, it was an oddity though it was something to look forward to, if the body wasn't that disfigured she would think she was incapable of death but that seemed to not be the case really somehow she could get injured but.. how. Vendetta decided that she'd find out but would still be wary as her opponent had moved closer to her, she'd be on her guard after all anything was possible.

Once again, like a little girl, the screeching whee could be heard filling the area as she soared towards Vendetta, using her feet to kick off and flip over top of the challenger, almost landing gracefully but unable to withstand the inertia, falling backwards, doing one...no two star movements before backrolling over her shoulder, on to her feet and grinning happily, before pulling out a small medical scaple from her pocket, running at Vendetta holding her little knife in the typical murder butcher knife positive, continually stabbing at the air for a direct course. She was slow however, only moving at swift release speed, but her course was steady and judging by her maneuver off the hammer, she most likely had some strength behind her small frame, if not a few other tricks which may potentially play out during the course of this fight, however long it ends up being. "Sigh...Okay, the opponent is...dead. The challenger...may move to the next opponent. *cough*" I think the host is lagging behind a bit.

Rude... Vendetta said as her opponent rather than answer her would simply choose to ignore her and would make a mad dash towards her, causing Vendetta who was keeping her eyes on her to first attempt to possess her. If that didn't work perhaps to the girl never quite making eye contact with her, though she didn't seem to avoid it then she'd wait until she was closer before making a single hand seal and thus cause the girl to crumple onto the floor something she could only really get away with using on opponents like this. If she was however successful at possessing the girl she would cause half of her consciousness to possess the girl causing Vendetta's body to crumple to the ground. She would act quickly causing the girl to move her hand and swallow the scalpel that she was going to use to stab her, angling it so that it would cut down her throat and get lodged in it. The first was to test if she had some sort of external resistance and the second was simply in the event of failing to cut the inner lining of her throat that she girl would end up choking on the scalpel and thus suffocating on it. If she was forced to use the genjutsu though then she'd simply had to open the girls mouth and jam the scalpel in that way.

Well, all that worked out swellingly. The body possession worked fine with the girl never actually taking her eyes of Vendetta, the knife being shoved down her throat and Vendetta reverting back to her original form. But it wouldn't cut her on the inside, just cause a constant gagging. Not knowing why she was chocking, the girl drop to the ground, furiously punching her throat to try and stop whatever it was stopping her from breathing. Reflexes are a bitch...this is what she gets for not practicing. Anyway, before long she'd pass out, then dying soon after. The host would just wave his arm this time, not even bothering to make another comment as the gate, which had time to close for once, opened once more, the opponent dolphin diving out and laying flat on the ground crying. "Iamsorry Iamsorry Iamsorry Iamsorry Iamsorry Iamsorry Iamsorry Iamsorry Iamsorry Iamsorry Iamsorry Iamsorry Iamsorry Iamsorry Iamsorry Iamsorry Iamsorry Iamsorry Iamsorry Iamsorry Iamsorry Iamsorry Iamsorry..." He'd just continue on and on and on knowing his fate would come.

Vendetta would go back into her body picking herself off the ground and would begin twirling her weapon once more, while retracting the axe portion as her opponent entered the arena and immediately prostrated on the ground. She would nod, noting that least he had repented for his sin, which wasn't much seeing as he was a pale yellow and thus she would take care to end him at quickly as possible. Which was simply flicking her axe so it was hit by the hammer and launched at the man's body at Ripping Discord, aimed at the back of his head. The chain pulling taut whether or not the hit landed, she did however hope he didn't have some nifty ability to be immune to her attack like the girl was, it didn't please her to have to kill the girl in such a way. Just like it didn't please her to attempt to kill this man, it was quite simply just business.

Splat. Watermelon everywhere. I'm getting pretty tried to be honest, but I'd still like to take the time to acknowledge this mans mark on the ground, as I'm guessing Vendetta is starting to get a little gore fetish, so I feel almost obligated to comment on the mess she makes each post.Maybe that's why she didn't like the last kill? Not enough blood for this little saint huh? Anyway, one would wait for the next opponent to come out. They'd continue waiting. Nothing was coming yet? Maybe in a few more seconds..."Nooooo! Let me go! She's a demon! Neoooooo!" Two guards were dragging out the next boy, only around 15 at most, shaking in his pants, but doing everything possible to resist their pull. He'd be tossed into the arena, getting a little gravel burn from sliding along the grounds before the gates would shut. He'd get up, turn and run back towards them, shaking, hoping they would let him go back. But no. His legs stopped working as he just collapsed to his knees, balling his eyes out.

Do not fret, you won't feel a thing. Vendetta said while pulling on Kabutowari the chain retracting so that it could go back to her, she felt she should give him a bit of comfort before she attempted to end his life. He seemed quite reluctant to enter but judging by his pale orange soul he was simply a coward not someone who found death strange. She wasn't afraid of death herself, she was only afraid of dying before she could complete her life's goal of purging all even from the world. Getting off track though, once again she'd flick her axe so it could hit the hammer and be launched forward aiming at the boys neck he deserved a quick death after all, it was the least she could do for him.

Ohhh, a decapitation. Nice. Well, lets see how she handles this next one. You see, up until this point, i've been letting you choose their colours. But no longer. No no. Now your getting a harder one. A nun. Or rather, a little nun. A young girl dressed for the part with a cross around her neck and a bible under her sleeves would be the next opponent, her colour as one would assume from her appearance. Hah. I'm evil, she however, is not. In any case, she'd speak first, addressing vendetta directly. "I'm sorry. I can't die before I accomplish my life goal, else I would not be in such a sinful place. I pray Kami forgives me but this is the only way to perform her wishes of ridding this land of corruption and evil. I'm sure she'll find it in her almighty heart to forgive your actions of brutality as well." He he he. I'm so much fun.

A false bearer of Kami's will as all true followers, members of the Church that the Deity above all is male having shaped us in his image. It is for that reason I know you are not true despite what image you think to give off blasphemer. Indeed Vendetta would of been quite a bad situation if it was in fact a nun of Kami, but the Nun had messed up, Kami wasn't a female in fact the only female Deity was Gaia and thus her slip of the tongue as it might of been had caused her white tinged soul to become the palest yellow and that was enough to condemn her. Vendetta would retract her axe before flicking it and lashing out to end the nun before she could repent for her sin, invoking the name of Kami yet shaming him by calling him what he is not, how dare she equate his holy form with that of the lowly Gaia.... A woman? Kami would never be so flawed to be of the feminine form.

Well now, Vendetta is just blindly stupid. In case one had forgotten, she is in fact white, and of course very young, meaning that Kami has not considered her to have sinned as she has used the knowledge she was presented with by whomever taught her, and did her best to spread Kami's wishes. In otherwords, daddy said something wrong, random crazy religion lady killed her for it. Vendetta 100% not white. In any case, I apologise for taking so long, my excuses will be inadequate considering I have had the chance to post but didn't. So with that in mind I'll save you a post with the next boy, teary eyed and screaming, running out with a gladiator sword in hand, tripping over the pair of legs which remained from the first victim, falling atop of his own blade and impaling himself like the idiot he is. Don't run with knives, its common safety knowledge? Anyway, out comes the next dude, who might be the last, I don't remember what number we are up to. He just nodded at Vendetta, sitting down ready to die. This was hardly an arena fight, but more of a public execution. To think they had to do this to rank up within the shogunate, only for one chick whom was obviously from a much higher weight class, to come in an eradicate all contestant, half of which were just academy students just trying to get their break into genin. Oh well.

Ignorance is not an excuse for sin, after all blasphemy is still blasphemy, however assuming Vendetta truly sinned then she would clench her fist in anger and resolve herself to praying for forgiveness once she had completed this trial. She wouldn't make a noise simply flinging her hammer at the body of her opponent causing it to launch forward at Ripping Discord Speeds and when the kill was confirmed she would pull it back to herself. Her mind was no focused on fulfilling her task as quickly and efficiently as possible so that she could go and repent for her transgressions. On the flip side that made her more dangerous in combat as a direct result the mercy that she might have in terms of actually speaking to her targets was now gone and she fully intended on going through the bodies without uttering a sound.

Well good game. It would appear as though all those who were said to be equal participants have been removed from such a farce of a title and broken down to what they really were, targets to the unfair reality of PC characters on a roleplay sight with a mod who sticks to ranked disadvantages. The commentator, glueless as usual would be nudged, forced to turn away from his book about finances and forced to return to the centre of the stage, two falgs of white being waved in front of him before as he approached from the side to ensure Vendetta didn’t mistake him as someone else and throw her weird hammer chain weapon. That could be messy. His eyes were droopy as though he’d just woken from sleep, getting to the middle of the arena and pausing, looking around at the blood coating the arena. Strangely enough, it would cause him to raise an eyebrow, not realising the gravity of the event and turning his gaze to Vendetta, unavoidably scanning her up and down without any real thought. Yeah, she looks good...he also noticed she was uninjured as well. “What a match.” He’d say, any form of expression being wiped from his face. “Sure does semm like...a bloodbath took place...What an exciting...match. Wooo!...Hoo...” He’d pass over an envelop containing the prize money before sluggishly walking back to his reading corner.

I wish to continue for another set and will collect my prize money after all of them are completed. Vendetta said curtly, not wanting to waste time, she would continue spinning Kabutowari's axe as she waited for the response, and when it came she would move back to where she originally stood. She had signed up to clear the entire set, so that her apprentices could participate in this competition with her being able to watch over them as they proceeded. As a result she had to clear all twenty one matches so she could gain access to the dual and team matchups that she had been made privy too due to her being a member of the Blades. War was on the horizon after all, it was only normal to want to train her apprentices for it, and they'd be able to learn teamwork with the threat of death if they failed.

The host would sigh before turning around and slumping back toward the envelope he would have dropped on the ground, bending all the way down to pick it up before crawling away like a slug along the floor. From behind the scenes a quick whistle would blow as the next group whom were watched from the sidelines were ushered towards the participation zone. A cry for help could be heard before the crippling silence as the next participant walked out slowly, dagger in hand, eyes at his feet. They were no longer fighting to advance in rank, they were death row inmates ready for their execution. He would look up briefly to nod at vendetta before readying his stance, that is assuming he was still alive. Over the loud speaker...or rather speaking into a cone was the host. "Who is...excited? I know I...am. Begin?"

Vendetta would swing her axe portion and just like before would bounce it off of the hammer portion to launch it at the next opponent moving at ripping discord speed and aiming for the torso trying to make this as quick as possible. If it hit she would pull it back and wait for the next opponent to arrive into the arena before repeating it again not wasting any time in acknowledging them she had a quota to reach before she could pray for forgiveness and cleanse her Soul of this impurity, sure she could use this as an excuse to delve into Bishop Arts and empower herself with sin but she wasn't used to it. She hated being a sinner it made her feel disgusting and unworthy in the eyes of Kami, and while she didn't have a mental break and snap it didn't mean that being of sin didn't affect her she just was too determined to let it show outward.

Well, she thinks of herself as a sinner now...That's good enough for me. Lets try to speed a few things up shall we. As the gate opened, revealing the two very tired gatekeepers who have been constantly pulling the chains to raise and lower the reinforced slab, panting and sweating in their struggles due to this one little...kinda little girl. The opponent(s) would run out, three in total, being allowed permission to arrive in groups because it was faster for the presenters who paid by the hour for the arena services, they would all die anyway. One would dart left, the other right, with the center boy just sprinting eyes closed towards Vendetta with no intent of actually making any damage. Suddenly two chains appeared, grabbing the other two opponents who ran to the sides and ripped them back in before the gate shut, as the officials were told they actually can't have multiple opponents. Meanwhile, elsewhere, the host had put on his headset, disguising them as earmuffs as he began to slow dance by himself.

Just like she had planned she'd chuck her weapon at the person sprinting towards her not bothered at all by the repeated method of killing her opponents over and over again. She wasn't bored just focused and would keep using Kabutowari because she wanted to get used to using it in such a method, maybe she'd eventually practice and make this into a technique with her second body? It was a unique way of using the iconic weapon she was surprised no one had thought of it before, sure she was an archer mainly because of her life during a squad but really she would want to jump into a Reaper or Cypher before she truly invested in using archery exclusively, for now she would use her body and Kabutowari in fights and see how far that took her. She had lost count she didn't know how many more she would have to kill over and over again before this set was done, she hoped it went by quickly.
