Preparations

Roxas, having left the meeting, would head toward the former Kage's mansion where the secretary was. They still gave out missions and kept things in order while a kage wasnt around. He would walk into the building, looking around a little before heading to the main office. When he arrived he would walk up to the person behind the desk. "With things the way they are I figure some things might be piling up. So i am here to assist a little. I would like an A or S rank mission if you have one. Doesnt matter what kind, be it bounty or creature or spying. Whatever you got."

The young secretary was nervous about this only because she was suppose to be shadowed by her mentor which was a senor secretary but said mentor bailed on her to chase office skirts. "Wel...l I do have this one...." she quickly grabbed from the pile of S rank mission statements and handed it over to Roxas.

It was rather simple a S rank bounty mission, Hunting Vela Shinto, The mission details were all the information they had on her and if she was needed alive or dead.

Sword Chakra Nature: Blaze
Sword Description: Mizuri: has the ability to extend its reach, assuming the weilder has a flame based chakra nature, roughly about four extra feet from a standard range of tow and a half feet giving a totaly effective range if the user has a flame based chakra nature to six and a half see range. The flame is as solid as the blade itself meaning it can cut as well as stab enemies. In addition to the range the flames produced deal damage, another effect is that said flame while solid can very well still catch things on fire.

Surah: has the ability to create a flame like arm guard, just like Mizuri to use this ability the user must have a flame based chakra nature, this arm guard is like the flame that Mizuri produces, making it a solid flame. The arm guard or shield comes from the guard of Zurah and extends down the length of the forarm while also extending a bit so to give extra protection both the length and width of the arm. possible uses of this shield or guard is one bashing people with it. protecting the user like a shield, or even catching things on fire like its counterpart. While the shield is up the user may also use the sword Surah

Mizuri: A rank physical damage, B rank elemental damage, fire setting damage is C rank damage per post the person or object is still on fire.

Surah: A rank physical damage, can stop up to S rank physical and most elemental attacks and up to SS rank flame based jutsus; up to B rank water based jutsu, fire setting damage is C rank damage per post the person or object is still on fire.

Additionally, both Mizuri and Surah are considered one sword thus if one is to be destoryed the other will crumble with its counterpart.

Scythe Chakra Nature: Plasma (Convertable)
Scythe Description: Moonlight has a unique ability to form to the chakra nature of the weilder. This ability allows it to be able to change the way its second ability is. Adaptability, with the possible ever changing user Moonlight has a total of three abilities, one known as adaptaion; the scythe changes the chakra nature to that of the nature the user feeds it, two is blessed moon; kenjutsu and element based jutsu that used the current element of moonlight are boosted, however moonlight must be used during the jutsu example using a water fang and using moonlight to launch it, the damage of these attacks during the day are upped by one rank, at night the attacks are boosted two ranks. The third and final ability is like Mizuri and Surah; Moonlight based off the element has a special version of it.

Fire based nature: Moonlight's blade becomes engulfed in flames adding B rank elemental damage and C rank burning damage for every post if the target is caught on fire by the flame while boosting all fire based jutsu the user does by one rank

Water based nature: Moonlight actually becomes a supplemental type weapon as the base of the blade actually starts to flood water out giving the user a source of water to help preform water release jutsus while boosting all water based jutsu the user does by one rank

Earth based nature: Moonlight's blade becomes the type of earth chakra the user feeds, example if fed earth the blade would be rocky, if fed crystal it would become a crystal blade. This version is capible of stopping most attacks equal to the user's rank while boosting all earth based jutsu the user does by one rank

Wind based nature: Moonlight is able to actually fling wind scythe from its blade during this version causing B rank physical damage, it also increases the speed of the user by one rank while boosting all wind based jutsu the user does by one rank

Lightening based nature: This version of Moonlight actually becomes a conductor, the slightest touch deals C rank elemental damage and if zapped enough times in the same spot, six times the target becomes numb or paralyzed in that spot of the body while boosting all lightening based jutsu the user does by one rank

Roxas would look over the information carefully before he decided to pocket the picture. "Very well, then ill be on my way," he said, turning from the door ans heading out. When he was clear from view he would shudder. "Shinto. God damn bugs. Why did it have to be bugs?" He would sigh before making his leave.
