Description: The Jagged Hills are a chain of hills which eventually rise to the height of mountains the closer one gets to Mt. Damnation, they vary in height being anywhere from 2,400-4000ft in height for the hills and anywhere from 6600ft-19000ft for the mountain range. Mt. Damnation still towers over all of it's contemporaries and while all are climbable unlike the chakra resistant upper half of Mt. Damnation those who attempt to do so on the taller mountains will be subject to altitude sickness if they require breathing due to the low air density at high altitudes.

18,001ft to Peaks - 3-ranks - Dizziness & Disorientation lowering Long-ranged techniques to Mid-ranged otherwise accurately throwing them requires Equal-rank reaction to the rank of the technique (1-rank Lower if backed by strength+speed).
