Description:The Reaper condenses their chakra pulling forming a vacuum all around them before rapidly releasing their chakra forcing the vacuum away which causes everything within a 50 feet radius of the Reaper to be forced away from them violently. This justu is powerful enough to send building flying however it comes at the cost of halving the Reapers chakra with 1 use.
