Now how best to explain Telarossa? Well for starters we could say that he is very eccentric, many things interest him and he shows great enthusiasm not only for everything that he does but for everything that everyone else does. Now this does not mean he is easily side-tracked as he can quickly focus on things that need to be focused upon, a Dakar heritage probably helps with such a thing. Now Tel even finds things interesting that no others would, like the random moth that flies in the window, a small child walking along the street, a bit of dirt that made a pretty pattern on his jacket. All of this just adds to the surreal air that surrounds Telarossa.
- 18+:
If anything Telarossa just gets more and more manic as he gets older, his mind cracking more and more. It is due to this that he becomes a little bit insane when he gets to this age, he loves to experiment and he loves to just toy and look at things. If someone is interesting at all he will study them and try and experiment on them if they allow it, he'll never kill them mind you but he will screw around a little bit, maybe upgrade them or harvest their DNA for whatever he may actually use that for... He really does become an odd person. Appearance: - 16-17~The Focus Years:
At these ages Telarossa is a rather odd looking person. Being in Samuigakure and never really going out when it was sunny, he never did like the sun, he is very pale. His eyes in contrast are very, very sharp, almost eerily so, not to mention they are a bright orange, glowing embers in his face. He is always seen with a smile, sometimes looking rather normal but most of the time the smile is just as eery as the rest of him, wide and menacing even though he really doesn't mean anything by it.
His body is very lanky, long arms and legs with a very thin torso, his fingers more like bony spikes than anything else. As for his face, his bones are clearly outlined, a sharp jawline and cheekbones while framed by his rather long hair. Said hair is a deep red colour and reaches down to around the top of his back.
Lastly comes his attire when he is just out and about; that being a pair of black trousers and a white shirt, usually buttoned fully up, apart from the top button as he does not wear a tie. He is usually found wearing boots and a pair of black bracelets, one around each wrist. Upon closer inspection though these bracelets do not actually come off and are actually pierced into his skin and thus comes the chakra receivers. These are a series of black metal cylinders, apart from the bracelets. The first four are mounted at the top of his neck, pierced between his vertebrae. The next two are cylinders that come from the back of his skull, around an inch long each and the last four are mounted in his hips, looking like black piercings with two on each side.
- 18+ ~ The Manic Years:
So at this stage very little actually changes, he gets even taller than before and a little thinner, his bones become painfully obvious now but he's still looking kinda the same. Well his hair is longer now, reaching down to midway down his back instead of the top but still of a bright red colour.
However it is his clothing and receivers that change at this point. His clothes become a little more flashy than before, a blue t-shirt and a dark purple hoodie cover the top half of his body, a large black rose on the back of the hoodie marking him out. He wears tighter trousers now, following the curves of his legs. His receivers are now a little more obvious than before, which is the main change.
The ones on his wrists have been replaced by six receiver rods going up the outside of each arm. The back of his head have been replaced by two thin spikes that stretch from his temple backwards from his head, very sharp and delicate. The ones on his hips have been replaced by pairs moving up the entirety of his spinal column and finally he has two that appear like lip piercings on opposite sides of his lower lip. History: Now to be abandoned as a child would be a bad thing for most people, in fact some would be outright traumatised by it, life ruined by the fact that they had parents who didn't love them. Well... It was something like that for Telarossa, he was raised in a Samuigakure orphanage, learning only that he could trust himself and only himself to be in charge of his own god damn life. So that's what he done, he was going to be the master of his own ways, starting at the Academy. Academy life was simple, in fact his genin was basically handed to him when he brutally tortured his opponent for the exams, whom he'd found out about from eavesdropping on some of the instructors, until the student broke. Once he'd broken as soon as the fight started Tela just looked at him and he fell over, everyone thought it was just a powerful Fabrication and Tela passed like that, life was nice and simple. Next came his genin years, filled with much excitement and interesting developments where he finally found out what he could do with his life release and the fact that he liked to make things... He could be a puppeteer, puppets were expensive though so he made them out of his bones, made them beautiful creations and god damn did he love doing it. So when it came time for his Tokubetsu Jonin exams, he just used his puppets as a sheer weapon, slaying his opponents as best he could before emerging as a victor... That was when he met a certain Bishamon. This Bishamon would quickly become his best friend and it wouldn't take long before they would wage war together, for the good of the world... Or the end, none could tell just now. The world moved on around him, onwards whilst he waited around, learning what he could. He wasn't sure what he wanted though and even Caith wasn't around that much, honestly Telarossa wasn't sure why, maybe he was ill... Maybe he just didn't want to see Tela anymore... Nevertheless some things happened throughout his year. He was promoted to Jonin, which was always interesting but it involved an interesting series of events that he tells no one. There was much bloodshed, much pain and the loss of a one-night stand... Alas no one but Telarossa knows the tale. Description:The Dakar sees ahead of what would happen and predicts the move of his/her opponents allowing them to efficiently "reject" that fate and reverse time back to before the opponent made that move. This Move can only be used ONCE as a genin-jounin and TWICE as Sannin- Kage

Description:Because Dakar constantly leak out excess chakra they had to find a way to utilize that excess chakra as an offensive move creating Shock Wave. In recent times now every time they strike an object they release all of the excess chakra in their body at that point causing either a powerful knock back pulse all around their body when they strike inanimate objects, or have the ability to immobilize an opponent as their body goes through shock for one post.

Name: Receiver Rods: Connection and Control Classification: Kugujutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: Up to 50 feet
Description: By using the chakra receivers built into his body, Telarossa is capable of controlling his puppets by installing specific receivers into them. This gives him incredibly detailed control of them as he doesn't need to use his hands, allowing him to use taijutsu and kenjutsu even while controlling his puppets through minute chakra fluctuations. At base form this allows Tela to control puppets which will have speed and strength equal to his rank, making them rather dangerous. However should anything make the puppets leave the 50 foot control radius they stop working but as soon as they are brought into range they connect again. In return these puppets cannot be taken over by another puppeteer's chakra strings.

Name: Bone Puppetry: Series Alpha (Signature) Classification: Taijutsu/Kugujutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range: Receiver Rods
Description: After removing one of his bones, Telarossa will toss it to the ground whereupon it will grow significantly before rising up. Every Series Alpha is humanoid in size and can range in appearance from humanoid to animalistic depending on what Telarossa chooses. Now the actual strength and durability of these depends on Tela's rank, that being these puppets have strength and durability equal to his rank, any technique of any type other than mental that strikes the puppets will destroy them.
Name: Bone puppetry: Series Beta Classification: Taijutsu/Kugujutsu Rank: B-Rank Class: Offensive Range: Receiver Rods
Description: A more powerful version of the Bone puppetry line, requiring Series Alpha to learn, allows Telarossa to create more powerful puppets. By removing a large bone from his body, Tela tosses it to the ground before it expands rapidly and becomes a puppet of size equal to Medium(L). These puppets are the same speed as Series Alpha puppets but are much stronger and much tougher. Their strength and durability is equal to one rank above Telarossa's, making them ideal shields. However in return these take up two puppet slots each
Name: Bone Puppetry: Series Gamma Classification: Taijutsu/Kugujutsu Rank: A-Rank Class: Offensive Range: Receiver Rods
Description: An even more powerful version of the bone puppetry line requiring the other two to actually utilise this one, these puppets are offensive powerhouses of the Bone Puppetry line. These ones are of a size Large(S) and usually resemble large humanoids or massive draconic or feline animals. These ones are about pure offense, their speed being two ranks higher than Tela's rank while their strength is one rank higher. Their durability however is equal to his rank but their main power comes from the fact they can freely use all of Telarossa's Life Release jutsu for themselves. (These cost 3 puppet slots each)
Name: Bone Puppetry: Dusk Series Classification: Taijutsu Rank: B-Rank Class: Offensive Range: N/A
Description: Another version of the bone puppets that Telarossa has, he activates this one by removing a vertebrae from his spine and tossing it to the ground. Once there it rapidly expands and becomes bipedal although hunched over to allow the two massive tubes that extend from its shoulders to get a good aim. These large tubes are made of bone and appear to actually be barrels. What these do though is launch a sphere of bone at a massive speed (Two ranks above Tela's) with a piercing ability equal to Telarossa's rank and deal damage equal to his rank. (These puppets have durability and speed one below Tela's rank and take up two slots)
Name: Bone Puppetry: Dawn Series Classification: Taijutsu Rank: B-Rank Class: Offensive Range: N/A
Description: The counterpart to the Dusk Series, this puppet is created by removing a vertebrae from Telarossa's spine and tossing it to the ground. It then rapidly expands into a humanoid size puppet, hunched over however, with a pair of massive bone blades instead of hands. These puppets move at speeds two above Tela's rank but their durability is one below. Their blades have defense piercing equal to Telarossa's rank and deal damage one above his rank. (These take up two slots)
Name: Bone Puppetry: Delta Series Classification: Taijutsu Rank: S-Rank Class: Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary Range: N/A
Description: These are very dangerous Bone Puppets of Telarossa's and involve him tearing out his spine to toss it to the ground, the bone regenerating instantly of course. Once the spine has been thrown to the ground it becomes a massive winged serpent the size of a Large(L) creature and with gargantuan, needle-like teeth. The Delta Series of course have massive tiers, strength and speed two ranks above Telarossa's rank and durability one rank above. In addition to this each Delta Series is able to spawn two Gamma Series, four Beta Series, six Alpha Series or four Dawn/Dusk Series, making it dangerous for its ability to send out large numbers in a short space of time. Each Delta Series takes up 4 puppet slots of Telarossa's.
Name: Bone Puppetry: Zenith Series Classification: Taijutsu/Kugujutsu Rank: A-Rank Class: Defensive/Supplementary Range: N/A
Description: With this Telarossa draws a long bone from his body and slams it into the ground. After a few seconds the bone grows into a large humanoid knight wielding a pair of gargantuan shields. These shields are extremely durable and able to block up to 3 S-Rank jutsu before the puppet is destroyed. A-Rank and below jutsu are blocked entirely and B-Rank and below can be deflected to strike another target. The tiers of these puppets are speed and strength equal to his rank and durability one rank above. Take up three puppet slots each.
Name: Bone Puppetry: Nadir Series Classification: Taijutsu/Kugujutsu Rank: A-Rank Class: Offensive Range: N/A
Description: With this, much like the Zenith Series, the user draws out a long bone and stabs it into the ground. After a few seconds the bone grows rapidly into a somewhat humanoid appearance. It is hunched over with many quills sticking out of its spine and the backs of its ribs and it doesn't have fingers, instead having a large series of wickedly sharp claws. These puppets are extremely fast and deal a heavy amount of damage (Both two ranks above Telarossa's rank) but their durability is three ranks below Telarossa's, making them extremely weak. They also have a special ability whereupon upon being destroyed or at a command from Tela, they explode and fill the air twenty feet around them with razor sharp shards moving at S-Rank speeds to deal A-Rank damage to everyone around them. These take up 3 puppet slots.

Description:The user naturally posses an inhuman strength which allows them to preform tasks that would seem impossible. They are able to smash through D-rank defensive structures with brute strength as well as easily lift objects like large rocks or the average sized opponent.

Description:The user naturally posses an inhuman strength which allows them to preform tasks that would seem impossible. They are now able to smash through C-rank defensive structures with brute strength as well as easily lift boulders or throw heavy opponents.

Description: The user has grown so strong that their physical power is no longer in a realm compared to that of normal beings. This jutsu allows the Dakar to smash through B-rank defensive structures with brute strength as well as uproot trees and do other things which require that amount of strength.

Description:The user changes the flow of the excess chakra and causes it to be stored in their muscles. Because of this the user is now able to smash through A-rank defensive structures with brute strength as well as make craters by smashing the ground as well as other things that require that amount of strength.

Description: The user focuses his/her chakra tweaking their chakra gates allowing them to move at incredible speeds to avoid getting hit by attacks.

Description:An advanced version of swift release. Although the user is able to move at extremely high speeds the sudden motion has an adverse effect on the body and multiple movements using the technique and permanently paralyze the user and as such it is limited to 5 times a day with out any ill effects, 7 times will land the user in a hospital for two days 9 would permanently paralyze the user.
Name: Crashing Ground Classification: Taijutsu Rank: B-rank Class: Supplementary Range: N/A
Description: A fully refined Swift Release. The wielder can move beyond god-like speed only showing their footsteps crashing against the ground. This move is said to only be used the second the wielder grips their hilt giving so they waste no time when they need to attack.

Description: The user actually breaks the sound barrier upon use of this attack, their bodies are not even visible the only thing seen being a cloud of steam formed from them moving in the air formed by the vacuum left by the user.
Name: Blinding Light Classification: Taijutsu Rank: S-rank Class: Supplementary Range: N/A
Description: This speed being the perfected version of Vacuum release. As the user is moving at speeds of Mach 3 the cloud of steam has been replaced with a sonic boom which temporarily deafens opponents causing their ears to bleed. The bright flash that is sometimes also seen is the light that is reflected off of the blade as the samurai is running.

Name: Painbringer Classification: Fabrication/Kinjutsu Rank: A-Rank (B-Rank blood price if extra effect is used) Class: Offensive Range: Sight
Description: A rather dangerous jutsu that Telarossa uses when a more overt method is needed to bring them down. Upon activating this jutsu the target believes that they take a massively painful headache making it slightly more difficult to focus as well as receiving A-Rank mental damage every one of Tela's posts and B-Rank physical as the fabrication actually damages blood vessels in the head. However if Tela mixes his life force with this Fabrication (which causes blood to drip from his nose) then the blood vessels actually rupture causing the opponent to lose a B-Rank of blood every post for as long as this is active. (This Fabrication lasts for five of Telarossa's posts)
Name: No Light Classification: Fabrication Rank: B-Rank Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Sight
Description: A more debilitating Fabrication that when activated causes the opponent to lose the ability to see in any form as this Fabrication targets the opponent's optic nerves and switches them off. This doesn't last for very long, only five of Tela's posts, but it switches off the eyes in their entirety.
Name: Bloodletter Classification: Fabrication/Kinjutsu Rank: B-Rank (B-Rank blood price) Class: Offensive Range: Sight
Description: Most foes can be brought down in indirect ways, like say through bloodloss and Telarossa can easily take advantage of such a thing. Upon activating this Fabrication and pouring his life force into it, several blood vessels in his eyes bursting as a result, the opponent is forced to believe that a spike of bone has just impaled them through the gut. This bone is not real but what is real is the internal bleeding that happens as a result causing the foe to take a B-Rank of physical damage and a C-Rank of spiritual damage each turn this is active while also losing a C-Rank of blood each post. (Lasts five of Tela's posts. Can only be used 4 times a topic or it blinds Telarossa.)
Name: Shattering Gaze Classification: Fabrication Rank: A-Rank (B-Rank blood price) Class: Offensive Range: Sight
Description: Another Fabrication mixed with Telarossa's life force, this time the blood pouring out of his mouth as he activates this one. When Shattering Gaze is activated the victim believes a massive force overtakes their limbs (either legs or arms at user's discretion) and they take a B-Rank of physical and spiritual damage each post this is active. If the Fabrication isn't stopped by the time it runs out though, the limbs targeted shatter under the 'imaginary force', the actual lattices of the bone working against the whole and breaking them, rendering them useless. (Lasts 4 of Tela's posts)
Name: Susceptibility (Signature) Classification: Fabrication/Kinjutsu Rank: C-Rank (D-Rank blood price) Class: Supplementary Range: Sight
Description: An odd Fabrication activated through looking at an opponent and with Telarossa gently biting the tip of his tongue to spit out a little bit of blood. Once this is activated the victim is forced to watch their body as it seems to become weaker, skin turning to paper and bone becoming brittle even as they watch. Of course this isn't true but instead what it does is weaken the mental barriers of the opponent causing any genjutsu or Fabrication cast upon them within the next three posts to have the damage, not rank, upped by 1-Rank.
Name: Fabrication Zone Classification: Fabrication/Genjutsu/Kinjutsu Rank: B-Rank (Varying C-Ranks blood price) Class: Supplementary Range: Short, Mid, Long
Description: A rather interesting Fabrication that is activated upon multiple opponents but it doesn't actually do anything at first. This is activated like a genjutsu due to a chakra coating around Telarossa, anyone looking at Telarossa or hearing a sound he gives out will get trapped by this Fabrication. What this Fabrication does is make them see a massive seal appear on the ground, the size depends on both the time limit and amount of blood given out. Post Limit (Total) - Blood Cost (In C-Ranks) - Size 1 - 1 - Fifteen Feet 2 - 2 - Twenty Five Feet 3 - 3 - Thirty Five Feet 4 - 4 - Forty Five feet 5 - 5 - Sixty Feet 6 - 6 - Eighty Feet
However this Fabrication does have a true effect once the area has been isolated and everyone trapped in the Fabrication can see it. This effect can be stopped if Telarossa is wounded during the formation of the Zone. If the Zone has been created then only Telarossa's death will switch it off and any Fabrication activated while inside the zone will affect all opponents in the zone with only one cost.
Name: Presence (Signature) Classification: Fabrication/Kinjutsu Rank: S-Rank (A-Rank blood price and A-Rank chakra) Class: Offensive Range: Self
Description: One of Telarossa's most powerful Fabrications is known as Presence. However unlike most other Fabrications, this is not activated on someone else per se. This is instead activated on Telarossa himself but affects anyone that gets within forty feet of him. What Presence does is make someone feel something very much like Killing Intent except many times more powerful as it burns straight into the mind, attacking them regardless of their rank. With this all of the opponent's techniques are lowered by a rank as they see their body becoming weaker, their chakra fizzling out even as they try and pull it forth. In addition any genjutsu and Fabrication placed upon them is increased by one rank in damage and rank making them even more dangerous than before. Lastly comes the fear that this Fabrication strikes opponents with. If the victim does not have endurance tiers SS-Rank or higher or chakra/barrier tiers S-Rank or higher then they are frozen in fear within fifteen feet of Telarossa, have their speed reduced by two ranks if they are between fifteen and thirty feet away and their speed reduced by one rank if they are between thirty and forty feet away. In addition this ability can be nullified by another Presence type ability, such as Killing Intent, as long as the Intent is of a higher rank than Telarossa. (For example a Jonin Jaeger would have A-Rank killing intent and could ignore Presence from a B-Rank Telarossa)

Name: Deva Lineage Classification: Kinjutsu Rank: SSS-rank Class: Passive Range: Self
Description: Each of the Deva are blessed and cursed, their blessings tie into their Race and their curses tie into the Deva that comes after them.First Generation Deva have the unique shared ability to have no chance of twins, with a non-death rate when deriving offspring from one of the same race and a 1/2 chance of obtaining a still born from one of the race preceding them and always the chance of a still born in the race coming after them. Second Generation Deva have the ability to have no chance of twins, with a non-death rate when deriving offspring from one of the same race, always the chance of obtaining a still born from one of the race preceding them and a 1/2 chance of a still born in the race coming after them. After the third generation the abilities become permanent and are now able to be transferred to those outside of the lineage however only three Deva can exist at one time as for one to live the other must die and their blessings & curses manifest in the new soul. Life is followed by Death, Death is followed by Reincarnation and Reincarnation is followed by Life. If a Deva is killed without passing on their lineage to the next Deva the process restarts from the beginning upon a new Deva being indoctrinated in addition if the .

Name: Psionic Release: Psychokinetic Nudge Classification: Kinjutsu Rank: C-Rank (D-Rank blood price) Class: Defensive Range: Five foot sphere
Description: A very basic technique used to defend the user from physical strikes of a low level by using up life force. The user runs either their nails or a weapon in each hand along their arms to draw a small amount of blood which is launched into the air and then charged with Psionic Release. This causes a large spherical burst of telekinetic force that blocks physical attacks moving at Crashing Ground speeds and below, stopping them dead and making them fall to the ground if it is a ranged attack.
Name: Psionic Release: Psychokinetic Shunt Classification: Kinjutsu Rank: B-Rank (C-Rank blood price) Class: Defensive Range: Five Foot Sphere
Description: A more powerful version of Psychokinetic Nudge, the user draws more blood from their arms, launching it into the air before charging the air around them using the spilled life force. The large amount of kinetic force blocks physical attacks moving at Vacuum Release speeds and below and has a secondary effect over that of Nudge. Any opponents within the five foot sphere are knocked away at Crashing Ground speeds if they don't have strength of B-Rank or higher. (Range of knockback is 20 feet but deals no damage).
Name: Psionic Release: Psychokinetic Push Classification: Kinjutsu Rank: A-Rank (B-Rank blood price) Class: Defensive Range: Five Foot Sphere
Description: The most powerful of the defensive Psionic side, the user draws a larger portion of blood from their body, firing it into the air. The air around the user shimmers with kinetic force before erupting outwards. Any physical objects moving at Blinding Light speeds or below will be stopped dead from the force and any opponents will be knocked backwards at Vacuum Release speeds unless they possess A-Rank or higher strength tiers. In addition if the person knocked back hits a solid object they take B-Rank physical damage.
Name: Psionic Release: Rupture Classification: Kinjutsu Rank: B-Rank (C-Rank blood) Class: Offensive Range: Short-Mid
Description: A single target and rather basic Psionic jutsu, the user targets someone and strikes their mind with a burst of Psionic force mixed with the user's life force. This causes blood vessels inside the head of the target to burst open. This doesn't do very much damage what it does do however is cause a mass amount of blood loss as the target loses a B-Rank of blood every post they are under the effect of this (Lasts three posts). This can also be blocked with endurance tiers of A-Rank or higher. In addition this deals a C-Rank of spiritual damage every post.
- Juinjutsu:
Name: Cursed Seal of the Vampire Classification: Juinjutsu (Pandora Only) Rank: S-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Short/Self
Description: The user creates a seal the size of their outstretched palm, first making a six pointed star before writing six kanji in each opening, in the order starting clockwise from the top “Alter Appearance,” “Enhance Physical,” “Increase Chakra,” “Cease Aging,” “Accelerate Regeneration,” and “Sunlight Damage.” This cursed seal when applied will cause the host's eyes color to change red, and their canines to become like fangs. In addition their physical abilities, tiers, will be raised by 1-rank, and their chakra limit will be increased by 1-race. The host will further gain a form of semi-immortality where they do not age, while also gaining accelerated regeneration, allowing them to heal from damage 1-rank below their rank. With all its advantages, the flaw of this Cursed Seal, is that the host takes spiritual damage equal to their rank each post when under sunlight. Upon the host biting the target, they are able to suck their blood, an amount equal to the host's rank each post, until the target is completely drained or the host releases them. If the host has wasted blood throughout the topic, they will replenish their reserves, however if their blood reserves are full, draining another person will increase their blood reserves permanently. This seal is placed outside the star of the Cursed Seal of the Vampire similar to other supplements.

Description: By studying how Genjutsu and Fabrication works and the differences between as well as the abilities that Psionic Release displays, Telarossa learned how to make more powerful genjutsu. These 'Deep Rooted' genjutsu are locked onto the opponent's neural pathways and mental processes more than the actual chakra network, causing the illusions to strike the opponent's mind directly and blocking out the ability to break the genjutsu through Kai or Pain due to the unique nature that the illusions affect the opponent.
Name: Deep Rooted Illusion: Doppler Classification: Genjutsu Rank: B-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: Hearing
Description: Giving out a shrill whistle, Telarossa strikes all opponents around him with a strange effect. Anyone moving at speeds equal to or higher than the rank of the afflicted will require reaction tiers equal to the speed of those moving, as well as the required speed tiers, in order to actually see them otherwise they will just appear as a blur and be almost impossible to target.
Name: Deep Rooted Illusion: Lag Classification: Genjutsu Rank: B-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: Hearing
Description: By singing or whistling a small tune, Telarossa activates this genjutsu which is very similar to Doppler but works in sort of the opposite way. Upon an opponent being struck by this genjutsu, if they try and move higher than their rank in speed, the entire world appears to lag around them. Things don't appear where they should be and opponents might not be in the same place. This can be offset by reaction tiers equal to the speed that the target is moving or some other form of sensory ability otherwise the target will be unable to hit anyone due to the 'lag'.
Name: Deep Rooted Illusion: Fear Classification: Genjutsu Rank: S-Rank Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range: Sight
Description: The user makes a very specific hand gesture, lifting their chakra-coated hand to their eye and tapping under it. Any opponent that sees this gesture will be infected by this jutsu. This jutsu lies dormant within the mind of the victim and is triggered by the user speaking the word 'Cower'. Upon this word being said, the victim immediately sees the user as a purely terrifying object of their worst nightmares. Nothing about the user actually changes but the victim immediately is struck by the worst form of fear, usually causing abrupt bladder release, sweating and quivering. While this genjutsu is active however, the victim will have their physical jutsu lowered by two ranks as their body doesn't conform to their wishes, only wanting to run away from the user of this technique.

Name: Mystical Palm Technique Classification: Medical Ninjutsu Rank: A Class: Supplementary/ Offensive Range: Short
Description: This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it highly useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. In an offensive setting by sending an excess amount of chakra into the patient's body, the user can overload the patient's normal circulation, trapping them in a comatose state. This allows this technique to be used as an offensive weapon even though usually that is not desirable.

| I have no problem with this other than the Taijutsu part of your bone puppet techniques. How are these taijutsu? I think they should be Kinjutsu/Kugujutsu. If you think they should still be Taijutsu then convince me or talk to an admin/other mod. Other than that I like the idea and the rest of your character is good to go. | |

| Well they are life release and as Telarossa is a Dakar, all Life Release is free and a natural part of his body. I was told then that Life Release is Taijutsu as it doesn't require anything really. Kinjutsu would mean that it needed a cost which it doesn't. In addition, these techs have already been approved as Taijutsu. | |

Description: Telarossa after being brought into Pandora and especially being given free reign to do some more amusing things with his life, has taken to the arts of medical experimentation. Of course there are many types of experiments but one of the things that took hold of Telarossa's attention was why each person was different from the rest, different species holding different traits compared to another. He of course learned of DNA and of genetics, the basis for why each person was... Well unique. He then started to ponder on how to make it that he could add the traits from one person to another, even living being, then use something akin to the Mystical Healing Palm to rapidly spread the DNA, and thus the change, over the entire person. This theory brought him to the Resonance Plan, and this technique is needed to learn any of the Medical Resonance techniques.
Name: Resonance Plan: M.P.C.F (Microscopic Psionic Containment Field) Classification: Medical Ninjutsu Rank: D-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: Five feet
Description: With this technique the user is capable of creating a tiny localised psionic field that allows them to pick up microscopic objects with relative ease. This field is destroyed by the slightest of things and can't carry anything bigger than a few dozen cells, however it moves at Blinding Light speeds to allow the user to quickly carry genetic data from one person to another and can be sustained without any bother by the user due to how tiny it is. In order to even see this field one must have extremely powerful chakra vision (S-Rank or higher) or Reaction Tiers SS-Rank or higher.
Name: Psionic Release: Chakra Scalpel Classification: Medical Ninjutsu Rank: C-Rank (B-Rank chakra cost due to mental damage) Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Two feet
Description: Through the formation of mental force, the user generates a blade of pure psionic energy that hovers just off of the index finger of their hand. This blade allows them to perform precision cuts in the skin or insides of a person in order to deal with internal injuries or even experimentation. When used as a weapon this ignores defense tiers however due to the mental damage that it inflicts with a slash, as well as the chakra, some of the damage can be reduced by Barrier Tiers (Deals C-Rank mental and chakra damage with each slash.)

Description: This Fabrication upon being placed on the target will cause their pain receptors to fall dead, blocking the signals from them ever reaching the brain and causing pain. With this active even major surgeries can be performed on the victim without them feeling a single thing, unless the nerves closest to the top of the spinal cord are affected as this is where the blockage stops. This Fabrication can also be applied to the user for an additional cost of B-Rank chakra. (This lasts ten posts before another cost is required)
Name: Resonance Plan: Resonance Scalpel Classification: Medical Ninjutsu Rank: A-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: Two feet
Description: A modification to the normal Chakra Scalpel whereupon the user forms a blade of extremely sharp chakra that files down to a microscopic level. Through this technique they are also able to feel exactly what happens at the base of the scalpel aiding them in cutting out genes and other such tidbits from a body. This technique thus allows the user to remove genetic data from an opponent or ally, living or dead, without damaging it in any way. It also allows them to transplant the data into another person, if it can be transported there.
Name: Resonance Plan: Divine Resonance Palm Classification: Medical Ninjutsu Rank: S-Rank (Chakra cost one rank above target) Class: Supplementary Range: Touch
Description: The first technique required for the Resonance series is the one that allows the user to spread the DNA across a subject's body to rapidly start a change. This was modified from the Mystical Healing Palm but rather than causing cells to divide to heal wounds it causes them to rapidly share information and nuclei, causing the DNA, even implanted, to spread rapidly throughout all the cells by turning them into stem cells for a short portion of time and then recreating the person in a few seconds with the change activated. This of course hurts... A lot, in fact the pain is equivalent to an SS-Rank technique, it will not kill the target but they won't be happy about such a technique being used on them.
Name: Resonance Plan: Hyper Intensity Vision Classification: Medical Ninjutsu Rank: S-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: Self
Description: Upon usage of this technique, the Med Nin rapidly enhances the magnification effect of their eyes, allowing them not to see long distances but to see closer into their surgeries. This gives the Medical Nin the ability to view microscopic particles and even closer than that allowing them to work with genetic data without risk of harming it as well as allowing the use of Resonance Plan: Resonance Scalpel to remove genetic material for later use.
Name: Haemo-Conversion Classification: Medical Ninjutsu/Kinjutsu Rank: S-Rank (Chakra price varies) Class: Supplementary Range: Self/Touch
Description: With this technique the user is capable of rapidly converting chakra into life force, restoring blood and enabling the user to wield more powerful kinjutsu due to the fact that as long as this is used in the same post as a technique that would drain all of the user's blood, they won't die due to their chakra replenishing their blood. This of course only comes in to play if they happen to actually have chakra left, otherwise the point is moot. The ratio for conversion is equal rank blood to equal rank chakra.
Name: Resonance Plan: Genetic Purge Classification: Medical Kinjutsu Rank: SS-Rank (blood cost one below rank of DNA donor and per trait purged) Class: Supplementary Range: Touch
Description: With this the user takes genetic material they have captured in the MPCF or even the entire body of a victim (The person cannot be alive for this) and using life force will purge their DNA of anything that they do not wish to have in it. For example, defects such as Muteness, Sterility, Blindness and such other things will be removed from the genetic data of the donor, leaving only pure, clean genes to be transplanted into the recipient.
Name: Resonance Plan: True Resonance Classification: Medical Kinjutsu Rank: SSS-Rank (Blood Price varies) Class: Supplementary Range: Touch
Description: This technique is what brings it all together. After the genetic data has been removed from the donor and implanted into the recipient, Resonance Palm will be used to spread the data across the entirety of the recipient's body. However with such a thing major changes would kill the opponent, such as changes to the chakra system or circulatory system, minor changes would work like cosmetics or the ability to use one's muscles in varying ways. True Resonance allows even the greatest of changes to the recipient's body. Upon this being activated and the price payed, the recipient's body will enter a comatose state for 1 week hours(IC) and 3 days (OOC) whereupon the body enters a repair and diagnostic stage, locking on to the new data and replicating throughout the body without causing it to die of shock. Upon waking up, the body will have changed to suit the new DNA placed inside of it. If there are any tier changes however one must do a 500 word training to become used to their new muscle functions. Lastly with this, one can only be modified so many times as after 4 modifications there is a 8/10 chance of survival, after 5 there is a 5/10 and after 6 there is a 1/10.
Modifications can range from new usage of tiers, to allowing tiers to go up to SS or SSS-Rank to increases in blood supply or chakra supply. This does not allow usage of race-exclusive techniques. The blood price depends on what is added. This technique can also be used to cancel an attack mid completion if the opponent is slower than the user's eyesight (1-rank below speed tier or equal rank if one possesses non perception increasing dojutsu). It can however interupt higher speeds if the Dakar has a sensory technique equal rank or higher than the opponent they wish to use it on's movement speed. If the technique has status or added effects those are also triggered using the victims tiers as checks.
Name: Amplify Pain Classification: Fabrication Rank: A-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Eye-Sight
Description: The Dakar gazes upon their target resulting in the victim now sustaining double the amount of pain from any technique which harms them. This doesn't amplify the damage they sustain rather it simply amplifies the amount of pain they feel often resulting in higher amounts of pain causing victims intense agony, ceasing up or being paralyzed due to pain or even causing them to faint or be knocked unconcious. Those with pain resistance take 1-rank below as much pain while those with a high pain tolerance (Cypher) take 2-ranks below as much pain. Those with Pain Immunity are immune to this Fabrication. This technique can likewise be used on oneself if one is able to gaze into a reflective surface as a crude way to break through genjutsu without sustaining much injury. Pain - Effect D - Just breaks out of D-rank genjutsu which can be broken through pain. Name: Fracture Classification: Fabrication Rank: S-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Eye-Sight
Description: This is a frightening Fabrication technique with has been used by the more powerful of Dakar however was thought to be lost throughout the ages. This technique can only be used when the opponent is under the effects of Cripple Stage 1 or Cripple Stage 2 or any of the advanced versions of the technique. Upon being used one of the opponent limbs which are affected is literally crushed into numerous fragments by the mental force projected by the technique rendering it completely unusable unless being healed by a medical technique S-rank or above. If not healed the victim, if they possess blood, sustains internal bleeding causing them to lose a 5 D-ranks of Blood each post (total) if the crushed limb isn't treated or blood flow to it isn't cut off.
Name: Deep Rooted Fabrication: Terror Classification: Fabrication/Genjutsu Rank: SS-Rank (S-Rank blood and chakra) Class: Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary Range: Target affected by both Presence and Deep Rooted Illusion: Fear
Description: When two particularly powerful mental-based techniques come together, both of them affecting the target's perception of the user, it weakens the mental bonds that they have, holding their sanity together. Such a weakened mental state is easily picked at, unraveled, ruined. Telarossa has learned to do such when Presence and Fear are both stuck on a person, their mental state ruined when it comes to facing him and so he can attach something else to such a mental state, destroying it. Due to the link given by both a fabrication and a genjutsu, Telarossa can activate this at a whim. Upon activation the opponent is immediately struck by the most powerful form of fear imaginable, shock mingling with it at the mere presence of Telarossa. This of course has multiple effects. Anyone trapped in this will immediately suffer release of bowels and urinary muscles, instantaneous shivering and sweating and muscle locking in absolute fear.
In fact this fear is so great that anyone that is below Telarossa's rank that doesn't possess higher than SS-Rank endurance tiers or higher than S-Rank barrier tiers immediately suffers cardiac arrest from the shock of the Fabrication, causing them to suffer in agony for three posts before fainting and five posts after that, dying. If anyone of equal to Telarossa's rank or higher is struck by this technique then they do not suffer from the heart attack but instead freeze in place unless possessing SS-Rank endurance or S-Rank barrier and even if they do not freeze in place, all techniques suffer a 4-rank decrease as their body simply does not function due to the fear. This can only be mitigated by SS-Rank barrier or SSS-Rank endurance.

Name: Receiver Rods: Connection and Command (Signature) Classification: Kugujutsu Rank: S-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: Up to 150 feet
Description: From both his own personal experiences and notes that he found of his mother's Telarossa has learned how to greater refine his chakra control through his receiver rods to his puppets. This allows him to better manipulate their movements and machinations to make them more destructive weapons of warfare. First of all this ability is much more powerful than Connection and Control as it allows a range of up to 150 feet however any puppets that leave this range immediately stop working until they are brought back into it. In addition due to the greater level of chakra fluctuations any puppets controlled by this technique have strength and speed one rank above Telarossa's rank. In addition the greater control allows Telarossa to not only be immune to chakra strings from other puppeteers but also more esoteric forms of control, such as self puppet control and even the receiver rods of another puppeteer.
Name: Receiver Rods: Connection and Domination (Signature) Classification: Kugujutsu Rank: SSS-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: Up to 400 feet
Description: The perfect form of receiver rod control, Telarossa finally devised, enabling him to control his puppets with maximum efficiency and the greatest level of power possible through chakra fluctuations in his own body. First of all the range has been massively heightened to 400 feet, allowing him to control his weapons from a battlefield away. Secondly the power of the chakra control has heightened to allow the maximum output from the minimum amount of chakra usage, enabling the puppets to wield strength and speed tiers two ranks above Telarossa's rank, making them powerful even without in built weapon systems. Lastly this is the ultimate form of fine control and no other puppeteer is able to take Telarossa's puppets from him. Any other form of puppeteering cannot override control of Telarossa's puppets and even greater than such, Telarossa can actively take command of another puppeteer's puppets by placing at least 2 chakra receivers on the puppet in question, wresting control of the puppet from the puppeteer.
