Description: With the user's knowledge of angles, he/she is able to redirect any projectile into a specific direction by hitting the projectile with another midair. This technique allows the user to change the direction of their own projectiles as well, making it so as if the user dodges, the projectile gets another chance of hitting the target. This technique can only be used once for each projectile thrown.

Description: The user blends in with water to be undetected by the enemy, this technique can even be used in the shallowest water, even a small puddle. The user can merge in and out of the water as they wish. The user is not turning into water themselves, he/she is simply hiding in the water. Constant chakra drain occurs when active equal to a C-rank each of the user's posts. The user can be detected with a sensory technique that is used to detect underwater movement C-rank or above.

Description: The user has full control of their body and knows it from head to toe. With this in mind, the user knows how to move their body better than others and can evade attacks easier, like being able to maneuver, not move, midair and being skilled at hand to hand combat because of his/her ability to evade the attacks with swiftness.

Description: The user slams his/her hand into the opponent's spine, which makes the opponent unable to move for one post due to shock, giving the user enough time to use another attack to get in some extra damage. The user must have 1 rank higher in strength than the opponent's defense.

Description: The user sends their chakra to his/her nostrils and sneezes at the opponent, which must be five feet or closer to the user. If the saliva and snot from the sneeze even touch the target, the opponent will believe they have all the horrible symptoms of the cold, from constant sneezing, coughing, headache, to having a soar throat.

Description: The user catches one of the opponent's limbs and holds on real tight, the user then lifts up and twists his/her own wrists, causing the opponent to start twirling in the air. Right after the twists of the wrists, the user slams the opponent into the ground, causing the opponent to become dizzy for two posts.

Description: If the snow Kaii creates lands on the opponent, the Genjutsu activates. Kaii can select what snow will cause the Genjutsu, meaning not all snow catches people in the Genjutsu, only the portion he selects. This protects himself and his allies to be protected against it. This technique causes the opponent to think they are losing the feeling in their legs, causing them to move one rank slower. If used after the jutsu, Simple Cold, It also causes the opponent to start throwing up every other post until the Genjutsu is either released or broken.

Hiding in the water is a C-rank technique also requires a constant chakra drain when active equal to a C-rank each of the user's posts. The user can be detected with a sensory technique that is used to detect underwater movement C-rank or above.

Snow sick I'm also concerned about that like Zen said a general technique like that..would trap you in one as well not to mention your allies, be more specific what snow is the key to the activation etc.

Description: The user coats their skin in millions of tiny, little ice spikes that can not be seen because the spikes are so small. The spikes raise Taijutsu attacks by one rank. As well when an opponent touches the ice spikes, they take D rank damage. Caps at S rank.


Name: Cold Skin Shedding
Classification: Ninjutsu

Description: After the user coats their skin with Cold Skin, the user can fire all the spikes off at their opponent. The tiny spikes fly off the user's body at C rank speeds and cause C rank damage. The user has no control over the direction of the ice spikes, which just fly in whatever direction they are already facing. This technique removes the Cold Skin jutsu.

Description: If the user has no time to dodge an attack this jutsu comes in handy. Right before the attack hits, a small snow shield blocks the attack of the area in danger of being hit. This jutsu has the ability to block C rank and below techniques. B rank techniques are reduced 1 rank. And A rank techniques and above will break through the defensive snow shield. This jutsu can only be activated if snow is falling, or on the ground.

Description: The user controls the snow on the ground by sending two streams of the snow at the opponent. The two streams travel at A rank speeds, and cause A rank damage to the opponent. The snow streams can also carry things in them such as people, projectiles. If projectiles are put in the stream, they move at A rank speeds along with the stream.

Description: The user leans back with a right side high kick to the throat and then follows up with a left kick to the gut, using the shin and then jumps slightly in the air with a 360 right kick to the head, and finishing it with a left knee to the head, sending the opponent spinning away. This technique moves at whatever speed the user is moving. This also leaves the opponent dizzy for 1 post.

Description: The user squats down and touches the ground for a few moments, then the earth under the opponent starts to shake before a giant water blast crashes through the ground at B rank speeds. The user takes all the moisture and water from under the ground and sends it upwards at the opponent, leaving the ground dry. The jutsu deals B rank damage.

Description: The user runs around the opponent in circles, and if the opponent watches them, they are caught in the Genjutsu. Description: The user forms a few hand signs and causes water to erupt from the ground at A rank speeds in a large rectangle, 30 ft long and 20 ft wide. The user then freezes all the water around themselves and the opponent, leaving a frozen rectangle around the area. At this point the opponent is frozen and can not move without A rank strength. The user releases a stream of super hot water from their nostrils and makes the ice around themselves melt, giving them the ability to move around freely in the frozen rectangle. If the user moves near the opponent, the opponent will still not be able to move due to the fact that the water is like the water from the Water Prison Jutsu, although the user can move freely in it. The jutsu is basically a technique which lets the user move freely inside of an area which holds the enemy.

The Toketsu Clan has always known how to control ice, but now it's more than just cold. The ice that is made from this kind of technique is black, blue and white and is so cold it actually burns! Any Black Ice technique has the ability to cause burns equal to the technique's rank. If salt is added to the equation these techniques get even colder and are boosted by one rank without any additional chakra cost. Double the chakra cost for all techniques that are Black Ice.

Description: Kaii molds chakra into his lungs and blows out a stream of icy winds of black, blue, and white towards the opponent. If the opponent breathes in any of the freezing air they will get a brain freeze so bad that they will be stunned for two of Kaii's posts. This also numbs the target for 3 posts. This jutsu takes double the chakra cost

Description: The user uses their black ice to form clones that look exactly like the user. The clones have tiers equal to the user and are able to take 3 hits before exploding with black ice that causes B rank burns if the opponent is caught in the explosion. The clones are able to use all the jutsu the user is capable of. When clones are created, the user's chakra is evenly distributed among them, making it easy for the user to quickly expend all their chakra. Academy Students can make 1 clone, Genin 2 clones, Chunin 4 clones, T.Jonin 5 clones, Jonin 6 clones, Hunter Ninja 7 clones, Head Ninja 8 clones, Sannin 10 clones, and Kage 11 clones. This jutsu takes double the chakra cost.


Name: Black Ice: Rotating Orb [signature]

Description: Kaii creates a black ice sphere in the palm of his hand, the size of a grape fruit. The sphere is condensed black ice that spins quickly. The jutsu can be used as a close range attack by directly smashing the sphere onto the opponent, causing A rank damage, B rank burns and numbness for 5 posts, or the user can thrust their palm forward, sending the sphere traveling at A rank speeds towards the target. As it is traveling black ice shards fall out behind it at B rank speeds and can cause B rank damage, and C rank burns to the opponent if they manage to dodge the sphere. So if they dodge the sphere, they still have to look out for the ice shards traveling behind it. This jutsu takes double the chakra cost.

Frozen Box: Why couldn't I just produce hot water with my water style jutsu? Is that not possible?


Black ice: For the black ice, i don't see why i need fire chakra because something can be so cold that it can cause burns because dry ice can leave you with burns just because of how cold it is

Frozen Box - because you don't possess fire chakra to do it. Yes superheated water is possible but that requires water + fire

Black Ice make them all Kinjutsu, if your making Ice that cold it'll have to be something costing life-force. Otherwise make the price double for chakra.

If he increases the reaction tier to C rank, it takes a C rank blood price. The blood drips out of his nose. Every time he increases his reaction tier it takes more blood. So he could instantly increase his reaction tier to B rank with a B rank blood price, but if he increased his reaction to C rank, and then B rank, it takes a C rank and B rank blood price. This technique will cost recoil if the Kaii goes 2 ranks ahead of own rank, causing the equal rank of mental damage to himself.

Description: Kaii uses his Diamond Dust passive to control the ice and snow around him. Another 5 posts their shoulders. 2 more posts and the opponent is completely frozen.

So he could instantly increase his reaction tier to B rank with a B rank blood price, but if he increased his reaction to C rank, and then B rank, it takes a C rank and B rank blood price. This technique will cost recoil if the Kaii goes 2 ranks ahead of own rank, causing the equal rank of physical damage to himself.

Description: It's a simple technique where two shuriken, like the Fūma Shuriken, are piled one onto another and thrown simultaneously. However, depending on the way it's used, it can prove its absolute efficiency. The trick is to somehow draw the enemy's attention towards the upper shuriken. Then, they have to deal with the path of the lower, unnoticed shuriken. However, if the enemy notices both shuriken, the technique ends up losing all of its efficiency.

Description: This attack is when the user throws a group of shuriken at an attack coming at the user. The technique can block C rank and below jutsu, but because of the purpose to block, the technique only causes D rank damage if used as an attack. This jutsu moves at C rank speeds, as he coats the shuriken in chakra and is mostly used as a defensive measure. The more shuriken he throws, the higher the technique he can block. 3 Shuriken- C rank, 5 Shuriken- B rank, and 10 Shuriken- A rank.

Strength – The tech says you use your chakra to increase your strength but this is a Kinjutsu? It should read you use your life force/blood to increase your strength. Can only increase either strength or reaction, not both in one tech.

Shadow Shuriken – Approved

Roundhouse Shuriken – Approved

Blocking Shuriken – Can only block C-rank and lower, speed is equal to your strength, since shurikenjutsu is a physical based, say you imbue chakra into the shuriken to increase their defensive properties. Also give an amount of shuriken that are being thrown, I say this because you can increase the number of shuriken to block higher ranked jutsus while keeping same chakra cost.
