Description: It is the knowledge that energy, no matter its form, flows between objects, places, elements, animals, and even from one individual and into another. This is the harmony that connects all living things together, as one's energy does not truly belong to them, but rather the entirety of existence. The same is taught within the martial arts style that is the Sekawa-Ryū, in which an opponent's attacks or actions are merely their way of transferring their energy from themselves and into another. However, just as the energy can be transferred from an attacker to a defender, so to can the defender redirecting the gifted energy back to the assaulting individual, turning one's attacks back at the offensive party. In times where such may be impossible, the style is capable disrupting the flow of energy directed at them, using stances or slight movements called 'dams' to disperse or disarm the trajectory of an attacker

Name:Sekawa-Ryū: Returning River

Description: Following the most simple principles of the River Damming style, the user will merely anticipate a strike coming from either directly in front of them or behind them. As the strike is delivered, the user will lean slightly to the side, allowing the attack to land shy of the user's core; this is generally in one's side, arm, shoulder, hip, thigh, etc. However, the user will also rotate their body a near ninety degrees in the same direction of the attack, ultimately nullifying the impact of most physical strikes as the delivered force is applied to empower the force of the user's rotation. This acts as a powerful means to leave an opponent open, their attack having namely failed, for the user to simultaneously strike the opponent with the antagonistically rotating side of their body, empowered by the force of the countered attack. The user will need a speed tier equal to the speed of the technique or a reaction tier for this to be effective, nullifying the damage will work unless the strength is higher than yours in which if the opponents strength is higher than the user's, their speed will need to be a 1-rank higher for every rank their strength is higher than yours.

Description: When being assaulted from one's flank or their side, the user will simply rotate their body to a sleight degree. As there is less space to attack from one's side or flank than if delivering a full frontal attack, the amount of turning one would need to avoid the strike is far less, allowing a mere short pivot of one's footing to place them out of harm's way. This allows the opponent's attack to slip right past the user, who will then harden their stance upon the ground and strike out against the opponent. Given that the momentum of the failed attack lasts, the force of both the disabled opponent and the attacking user will combine in a single solid impact, often times delivering enough force to rattle one's bones. this requires the user to have a speed tier one rank below their targets and caps at S rank.

Description: Strikes that are swung at the user, such as hooks and arcing kicks, or generally unavoidable hits act as strangely coordinated paths of energy that attempt to harm the user. As such, rather than using simple rotations, the user will employ a damming style of countering the attack. With a firm stance upon the ground, the user will prepare themselves for the oncoming strike, reading one of their arms. When delivered, the strike will be blocked by the user's forearm, and the defender's body will tense suddenly and powerfully upon receiving the hit. It is this firm stance upon the ground, often aided by chakra adhesion, that allows the user to withstand and nullify the force of the attacker. Often times, this stance is called the style's Iron Guard, as its defensive capabilities rival that of an iron wall, one that causes those who cannot breach it to harm themselves in the process. Even if it cannot completely defend the user from a given attack, the stance works to at least deplete the force behind a given hit, leaving the user ready to strike a both open and weakened opponent in retaliation. require a Reaction tier, to ready oneself for incoming attack, or anticipation method and speed tier equal to the targets. Require a defense tier for you not to take damage and or a strength tier equal too the attack to completely stand your ground against the technique.

Name:Sekawa-Ryū: Splitting the Stream
Classification:Taijustu

Class: Defensive/Offensive
Range: Short

Description: A combination of both a damming style and a evasion style, in which the user must anticipate a given attack headed their way. Using the same principles of most damming techniques, the user will assure their stance upon the ground, aiming to stop whatever attack comes their way with a single forearm. Once the attack has been stopped, the user will apply their other arm to the equation, swinging it perpendicularly to the opponent's attack appendage. The moment the attack is initially blocked, it will suddenly receive a powerful and crippling strike adjacent to its side, followed by a full body twist in the same direction their free hand attacks in. This technique works to stop a head on attack and then toss the offensive party away, sending flying with stone-shattering force, while the initial strike delivered by the user is generally enough to disable the use of the attacking limb for the majority of the fight. The user will only require a D rank strength tier too lead the tossing off the user see how i said lead cause the user will go flying based on the amount off force they put into the technique, D rank-10 feet and 5 feet added for each rank above.

Name:Sekawa-Ryū: Willow
Classification:Taijustu

Class: Defensive
Range: Short

Description: As most damming techniques require a firm hold upon the ground, one must also be prepared when caught in situations where such is impossible; this includes being in midair, underwater, etc. To compensate for one's lack of solid ground to resolute one's stance upon, the user will instead allow their state of near helplessness to take hold. After anticipating an opponent's attack, the user will merely flex their body with the given offense in lieu of their ability to rotate properly. However, what is produced is a 'willow in the wind' type of response, allowing attacks that would normally cause direct and bodily harm to the user to simply slide past them as they merely spin or rotate freely. This can also be performed when standing, though given that the user is grounded, the level of freedom in dodging is not as great as otherwise.

Description: When an attack is sent the user's way, rather than simply taking the hit or attempting a dodge, the user will instead wield the attacker's flow of energy against them. After anticipating an attack, the user will use one of their forearms to divert the direction of the attack slightly off of where it was intended, ensuring the attack misses. With the other arm, however, they will antagonistically apply force on the opposite side of the limb. Using the opponent's own striking moment against them, a simple vicing between the user's arms is more than enough to sent the path of energy of one's attack in two different directions; in other words, it forces the attacking appendage to apply force in two directions at once, easily breaking the limb in a clean snapping fashion. This works especially well against volley attacks, as even if quick, a single motion is all one needs to catch and stop the onslaught permanently. With skilled wielders of this style, one could possibly perform the same action with their feet as well. Deals damage equivalent to the speed of the target, but the user will need a speed equal to theirs for this too work.

Description:Utilizing the users sense of smell and hearing which is nearly triple allowing them to hear or smell things well outside of the human's natural spectrum and the user's sense of touch, along with this style Hakuyune has made up the perfect counter style, User's of this style often will wait and counter while never really utilizing the speed tiers they may have they go at slow speeds cause well the slower the better. First off utilizing all of one's sense's they train themselves to listen too movments, smell when a target is nearing as well as track them through the slight changes the wind give's what this does is cause targets too require a speed tier one rank above Hakuyune's current tier, however if they don't Hakuyune can freely counter and dodge with lower speeds having trained her body too react too such things.

Name:Silent Killing, Hate it! Silent Countering!(Signature)
Classification: Fighting Style
Rank: D
Class: Defensive
Range:Long

Description:As the name suggests, this technique is simply a very quiet method of countering a opponents attempt too hide or utilize silent killing. Additionally, because the user has trained this they can now react too Silent killing, meaning the usual is cannot be defended against is trumped, because the attack can be anticipated by the slightest winds cause by nearly any movement even a cyphers notorious displacement aura. The user will often stand still showing no actual signs they can notice a user, preventing any chance too turn and rethink the dumb idea off attacking. Hakuyune's silent countering is used in conjunction with his Shield weapon as the target attempt's to move silently in the air without victims detecting, what this mainly does is stunt the effectiveness of Silent killing making her able too ignore it unless the silent killing specifically blocks, Enhanced Smell and Hearing as well as the ability too detect the slightest changes in the wind.

Name:Vibration Nunchaku Windy Style(Signature)
Classification:Fighting Style, Ninjutsu, Taijutsu.

Description:A combination of Hakuyune's Vibration Displacement and Silent countering as well as wind release, with both all three being used Hakuyune can swiftly counter with his Nunchaku though the swings look wild and unorthodox they are truly deadly, due too the displacement Hakuyune can hit target's with the extra added range seeing the blow not even coming close too hitting them most would not dodge allowing the attack too land while being followed up with a quick flurry off hits while the target is static from the Vibration Displacement, this is Hakuyune's most offensive style though it revolves solely on waiting and countering until a opening is given. The Vibration Nunchaku Windy style is made from the essence of the user, so everything in the style is established through the users own skills and attributed abilities in physical conditioning. Their are no truly set stances nor any special trainings to be done, but the conditioning and training to become powerful all counts towards the users abilities anyway so some physical conditioning will be needed. The result would be a well-rounded warrior as the right amount of speed and power would be needed to polish the style to perfection.

Like swords and other weapons, nunchaku can be dual-wielded. Thus the techniques are placed in a single and double style. This style is also great for combinations of blows.

Description:By coursing her Vibration release through his body it form's a invisible aura which allows Hakuyune to extend the range of his Taijutsu and Kenjutsu by 5 feet the five feet is simply vibration being let out by the user coursing their chakra, Meaning if the blow seems like it didn't connect due to the opponent narrowly dodging it the blow will still hit them albeit dealing Vibration damage equal too one rank below the attack. The vibrations sent through a targets body causes them too go static for a single post while vibrations run through their body they have too move at speeds and utilize strength tiers equal too the damage taken likewise if they were break that rule or not be able too do such trying too move or a attempt too move under these affects will cause the vibrations to deal damage exploding out off their body instead off naturally leaving the damage is one equal too either the targets strength or speed tier that was used during the duration whichever is higher.

Description:When the user knows a attack is coming they can use this stepping motion which allows them too look like they are moving slower than they actually are, this can confuse the enemy in a multitude of ways and is mainly used while Haku is dodging silent killing attacks but can be applied whenever, it makes the user look as if they are moving 2 ranks lower in speed.

Sekawa-Ryū – As long as you are aware this will cost chakra to be used on chakra then its, Approved

Returning River – Anticipating is one thing, reacting is something completely different. This technique is a case of reacting, so normal battle rules apply, you will need a speed tier equal to the speed of the technique or a reaction tier for this to be effective. On the strike that is delivered will depend on what type of strike, since you got specific in your dodge, the only strike this will be effective against is vertical ones, you moving to the side of a horizontal strike will do nothing. To nullify the damage, I'll give you, you'll have to move at the same speed to do so, unless the strength is higher than yours in which if the opponent strength is higher than yours, your speed will need to be a 1-rank higher for every rank their strength is higher than yours.

Twin Rivers – due to description I'll give you this requires the user to have a speed tier one rank below their targets to do whatever the tech does, that limit will cap at S-rank.

Iron Will – Will require a Reaction tier, to ready oneself for incoming attack, or anticipation method and speed tier equal to the targets. Okay this will require a defense tier for you not to take damage and a strength to completely stand your ground against the technique.

Splitting Stream – Again completely stopping an attack depends on tiers. Also anticipation doesn't mean you are fast enough to react. Add offensive to the class, due to an attack occurring. The knockback/throwing portion requires a strength tier.

Willow – Requires another mod to take a look

Reservoir – Again anticipating is not reacting. This will deal damage equivalent to the speed of the target, but you will need a speed equal to theirs.

These techniques are alright but they aren't as straight forward as you are making them seem.

Counter Killing Method – Only giving you one rank higher speed and caps at S-rank, and its not max speed its current speed, since your current speed may not be your max. Also can't give you dodging, that requires speed equal to or higher than target. This style is C-rank.

Silent Countering – Will need to know what Arm Guard Shield Blocking does, so this technique cannot be approved until that technique is approved. Also this technique will vary due to the different types of Silent Killing, no two people use Silent Killing the same. Classification is Fighting Style, Taijutsu.

Vibration Displacement – C-rank, costs C-rank chakra. The effect will require another mod's attention.

Vibration Nunchaku Windy Style – Classification, Fighting Style, Ninjutsu, Taijutsu. Rank is B. It says in description most offensive style, yet you have class as Defensive, add Offensive to it, you can keep defensive. Increasing range will be put in the techniques that increase range, not in this fighting style so take that added D-rank chakra/blood out.

Hoho your mistaken it is not dodging simply when I dodge using silent killing say im moving C it would look like im moving E rank. The tech does not allow dodging just too look like you are moving slower than you are

Description:Upon making physical contact with a solid object, the user will transfer a seal the size of one's palm, appearing as ring of kanji separated by five tomoe spaced evenly between. These tomoe act as the structural makeup of this seal's formula, while the kanji are what act when the user forms an activating hand seal, in which they multiply and spread over the body of the target. They will then reach outward as far as ten meters before coming in contact with an object or surface, to which they will seemingly bind to. At the user's command, the length of the kanji can be shortened, thus closing the distance and tightening the hold each binding seal has upon the affected target. As it is often used to bind a shinobi or beast to a generally immovable object, the technique effectively seals away one's ability to move. Description:This is a sealing technique often thought to be the precursor to the development of Exploding Tags. A seal, centered with the kanji for "baku" is inscribed upon a particular surface, readying the jutsu. The seal itself is a stored mass of chakra, gathered at its core and compressed upon being created; one could say its very stability hinges on the kanji's inscription. With a hand seal, the user is capable of unsealing the chakra, though how it's done varies. If done wholly, the seal merely dissipates, deactivating the jutsu. If the user chooses to release the center kanji rather than the whole seal, the unsealing process becomes incredibly violent as chakra rushes out of the seal, generating an explosion where the seal once was. The seal explodes outward as far as five meters, capable of shattering stone and splitting a tree if caught in its path, while incapacitating those caught within its range. As suspected, this seal is often attached to tags and other weapons, though unlike natural Exploding Tags, the force neither compares to the original, nor can the seal be ignited by combustible means. Description:Simply by making contact with a seal, the user will flow chakra from their hand and into the formula, seemingly connecting them to its entirety. With a sudden pull, the user will rip the seal off of its medium, its makeup condensing into the palm of their hand. This allows the user to then place their hand upon another object or surface, transferring the seal from one medium to another, or simply disperse the seal. Items that may have been stored within such a seal will be scattered about the area if their container is destroyed. Such a technique has the power to rip seals even off of one's body without hampering its ability to function, effectively disarming opponents with hidden surprises upon their person. However, this only works on seals similar in power to this technique, as those of a higher rank will be far too powerful to remove.

Description:With this technique the user can coat one projectile with a small seal which is either comprised of blood or chakra likewise making it a chakra based Fuinjustu or spiritual, the seal is simple and looks like a interlocking circle inside a circle the seal turns the object placed on invisible for two turns until the seal wears off or until it is unsealed by a equal rank unseal.

Everything up to the point of Hoho, Approved

Binding Seal – Approved

Exploding Seal – I believe viv classifies this as Explosion Release, cant really remember nor do I feel like looking for it. So ask her.

Removal Seal – Due to last sentence you can only remove D-rank seals.

Wind Release Full Body – Approved

Vibration Release Full Body – Vibrations must be inside the body, so the projectile must pierce. Only said part of the body will go static, your not going to hit a person in the arm and expect their legs to stop. Actually don't know how I missed this, Vibration Displacement does the same thing, change that one to only the part of the body that is hit but with that one you can get away with no piercing.

Full Body – No. If just saying no isn't enough for you. 1 – this technique has nowhere near enough detail for me to clearly judge it. 2 – Is it going invisible? if so that is a minimum of an A-rank tech, unless Ronin and its by ability, and that requires chakra your life isn't enough to cause invisiblity.

Description:As the name suggests, this technique is simply a very quiet method of countering a opponents attempt too hide or utilize silent killing. First off utilizing all of one's sense's they train themselves to listen too movements(500 Word training), smell when a target is nearing as well as track them through the slight changes the wind give's what this does is cause targets too require a speed tier two ranks above the users current tier, however if they don't the user can freely counter and dodge with lower speeds having trained there body too react too such things.

Description:The Orbital Rasegan, A technique created by Haku which is his most deadly Rasegan as of yet. He starts by forming a wind release rasegan then compressing even more wind chakra into the rotating sphere the four small white blade like protrusions surrounding it now become two circles spinning around the orb at ripping discord speeds reflecting s rank and below justu back that hit the rasegan at SS Rank speed. This rasengan is actually a mid range projectile and is thrown moving through the air at SS rank speeds in order too slam into the target dealing a constant three post of s rank damage as a vacuum of shredding winds is formed moving at high speeds reaching ripping discord, if the target is struck directly by this technique they are trapped within the vacuum and cannot escape unless they posses either SSS speed or strength(due too moving being different than escaping the target after being trapped within cannot even move wthin the vacuum unless they posses SS rank strength or speed)trying too move while within without the needed power will simply cause the target too deal themselves a extra SS rank of damage due too hitting vacuum of force caused by the speed. Named the Orbital Rasengan due too the target after being struck dead on simply rotating as there body is torn too shreds.

The concept of a completed Wind Release: Rasengan would be the rotation and power of the Rasengan, and Haku's's wind-natured chakra condensed into a stable sphere. this attack deals S rank damage as well as having S rank defense piercing.

Description:A ninjutsu with pre-eminent destructive power, caused by wildly spinning chakra inside one's palm and compressing it to a high density — the Rasengan. Using the same essentials, but also rapidly increasing the amount of chakra used, results in the Big Ball Rasengan. Haku can now wield the attack with one hand, Compressed to an even higher density than before, the chakra is released all at once as soon as the technique hits the target, releasing an extraordinary destructive power. Proportional to this power, the amount of chakra it consumes is also extraordinary. This technique deals S rank damage.

Description:The Rasengan does not require any hand seals to use, relying only on the chakra control of the user. Once it is complete, it becomes self-sustaining, which does not give the Rasengan a definite limit like the Chidori. The compacted nature and moving speed of the chakra allows the Rasengan to grind into whatever it comes in contact with to inflict major damage. This tends to launch the target spiralling backward after being hit or, if the target is lying on the ground or being launched to the ground, the destructive force is enough to form a crater. In the anime, Naruto was able to throw the Rasengan, making it a mid-range projectile technique. When thrown the technique moves at A rank speeds

Wind Release Orbital is Planetary. Which in it's base with no element is a SSS-rank which requires Sage Mode. As a result this technique can't be approved and if it would be it would be a Z-rank.
