The first day at the track, stop watch in hand and ready at the line. "ahhhhhh" Sanzo breathed out, then in. "Im going to give it a go and see how fast i can do it...then aim to beat it!" His mark was set, ready. "GO!" and off he went at a jolting pace. At first he ran like the wnd...for about a tenth of the track. Then he slowly began to feel it in his chest. One could hardly clal this a swift release of speed. "Huff Huff Huff!" he breathed rapidly trying to keep pace. "Ok....I..Gotta...Slow down Huff!" Two tenths in and he was gasping and half stopped. He looked at his timer "1:04" and only a quarter way. He would jogg slow until he caught most of his breath again and then BAM! he would go hard once more, though each time he did this it was harder and he went less until finally he was beat. Three quarters there staring at the finish line at a dead stop. "5:35 *Sigh* " He thought he could do this much faster. Eventually he made it to that finish line, but boy did he need practice and over the next couple months practice is all he did for he knoew how important it was to be fast enough in battle.
