Appearance: A dark green reinforced Jacket with five slots instead of breast pockets on each side which hold kunai in order to hold up to 10 kunai total in the jacket. There are additional circular slots on each side of the flak jacket numbering about 5 each able to hold 3 shuriken for a holding capacity of 30 Shuriken total in the jacket. Ibara Flak Jackets are sleeveless and have an up collar which covers the lower half of the shinobi's face when zipped all the way.
Special Ability: Can sustain damage from 5 D-ranks, 3 C-ranks or 1 B-rank point black physical, chakra or hybrid based damage before being destroyed. Damage stacks. When zipped all the way it can act like like a filter for poisons making them 1-rank less effective when inhaled through the jacket.
