History: Raizen great grandson of raiku denkou is the son of shinobi Zeno denkou (father) and zireh Hana Mazcarda (mother) his father Zeno along with Hana have always told him the old ways of shinobi before the way lived now his grandmother was a testament to that as she always told him stories about her father raiku he was a great fighter n going so far as to be able to fully control his raidengan and electricity around him in awesome displays of skill even going as far as to lead the denkou clan with his twin brother obito. Raizen took a liking to these tales as he couldn't believe someone in his family could have been so strong upon turning 10 his grandmother passed away at the age of 90 but not before leaving Raizen a birthday gift a family heirloom that was to be passed down to the next generation the sword Zanbi that his great grand father left behind many years ago she had kept it as to hold it until Zeno his father would be worthy of obtaining it however things didn't end that way allowing Raizen to take the clans responsibilities on his shoulders now. Sometime after the passing of his grandmother he and his father had a falling out wanting Raizen to stay in the village and become a civilian which was against all that he was taught his mother made sure to teach him some things common to thier race to only prepare him for the life he had chosen also informing him that he had a long lost cousin out there as well the great grand son of his great uncle obito denkou. Raizen would thank his mother before departing vowing to return upon making himself stronger tho not liking the overruling of being watch by a shogun He would soon after enter the ninja academy ran by the shogunate [Tokubetsu jonin/hunter nin promotion] raizen had failed his previous attempt at ascending in rank and would have to wait for 2 months before his next promotion which for someone as young as him was pretty good granted he could give talent its due generally he would say it alone helped him to rise however the very fact of just becoming a specialized jonin ment a lot to him and he would not stop just there for all the work he had done to achieve this he would work twice as hard he didnt have the advantages of the normal person from his clan n therefore, during the time period in between his t.j promotion and his next goal. raizen would return home Learning all he could on his own for that time his mother teaching him more of his heritage on her side as well as techniques of his people though still he would not have his fathers approval nor help where as they actually came to blows. Ultimately wounding each other and destroying a portion of the house. in a fit of rage that had been built between the two for years. raizen would strike out at his father with his great grandfather raikus sword zanbi, after being struck by zeno's lightning attack that would fry his left arm and part of his side leaving him numb completely where he was wounded. The strike however would expand as zeno would go to retreat causing a blade like force charged with lightning to tear through the ceiling and floor before catching zeno and amputating his right arm. The blast would assumingly shock zeno as he would stumble to recover raizen would finish what he had started charging forward at vacuum release speeds now he would ready his raging thunder the first move he had learned from his grandmother just as he went to strike his mother would intervene having returned home from errands after hearing explosions and the clansmen running towards the house she would assume the worst reaching them just before her son would have struck his father muffling the blast but still causing an explosion all that would be heard was raizens angerd screams of rage as he would collapse in sobs and from pain while his father would completely pass out. Description: This technique stems from the amount of willpower people put into their blows, Cypher have learned to harness this willpower and translate it into a sort of an invisible physical aura which allows them to extend the range of their Taijutsu and Kenjutsu by 1 foot. Meaning if the blow seems like it didn't connect due to the opponent narrowly dodging it the blow will still hit them albeit at a 1-rank lower than the original damage simply due to the physical aura which envelops them in battle. This makes engaging in a physical battle with a Cypher a very high risk for amateurs in close ranged combat.

Description: Iaido refers to a specific style of kenjutsu that is concerned with the smooth, controlled movements of drawing the sword from its scabbard, striking or cutting an opponent, removing blood from the blade, and then replacing the sword in the scabbard. The linear motion and force applied to draw the sword from its scabbard result in much faster slashes than ones realised with the sword already drawn. This is explicitly used by Cypher simply due to their mastery of weapon based combat which allows them to literally stop opponents from preforming equal rank ninjutsu if they are within 10 feet of the opponent and use this technique. If the opponent doesn't stop however they Will sustain damage equal to the rank of the Cypher

Name:Denkou-Kobushi Style: Denkoteheki (Lightning Burst)

Description: A technique capable of being performed from virtually any joint or ligament within the human body. This can be performed along the user's feet, shins, knees, hands, fists, elbows, and shoulders. When the user performs this technique the begin to circularly move their arms gathering energy, a burst of static energy emits out to shock the opponent. The way the lightning looks is like that of a simple burst of static electricity not to much sparks flying in a concentrated area before the blast burst outward. When the user first learns this technique the distance of the lightning can be pushed out within the distance of a good meter, as the burst looks the size of a human head. When the user then learns the more advanced version the user is capable of exceeding out a much larger burst as it may exceed up to three meters with a burst the size of a human torso. This technique is used for very short-range combat.

Description: When a user spin kicks, or sweeps their arms they are able to create rings or arcs of lightning used for evasive combat, as well as arch like combat to knock an opponent away. The lightning is able to ignite anything that is flammable including clothing, and is capable of causing severe electrical burns. When the user first learns this technique when they create an arch or a ring with a sweeping, or spinning attack the lightning covers the distance of that sweep or spin starting from the foot of the attack. The lightning never starts ahead of the leg of the attack. When first learned the lightning is shot out in front of the user at a small distance of one meter only being one foot in width, while the lightning shoots out in an arch, or cone effect increasing for that one meter before dissipating immediately. When the user learns the "C" rank version same effects apply, however the cone effect lasts as long as up to five meters in distance while the width increases of two feet, while the "B" rank version of the technique shoots out in a cone of ten meters while increasing the width of the flame of one meter. The Arcs and rings when hitting an opponent has the capability of a knock back effect knocking back an opponent one third of the actual distance the cone may be shot out after the cone reaches its destination. This means that "B" rank will shoot an opponent back of a good thirteen meters while shocking them becoming flamed by the attack if they are clothed.

Description: The user throws the Shuriken putting a unique spin on it so that it makes a wide arc before returning back to the user. Shuriken thrown using this technique move at Bullet release speeds. In addition if used on large opponents it is possible to do twice the damage to them if the first hit lands as the second one will land as well.

Description: Adhering to the principles of Iaidō, the user performs a quick and powerful slash with their sword in order to cut the intended target, before immediately resheathing the blade afterwards. This technique is a powerful C-rank technique simply due to the speed in which it is preformed as it can slice a person moving at C-rank speed as if it was nothing. In addition when the user has speed tiers the damage is increased by 1-rank above the user's speed tiers, if they have reaction tiers above C-rank the speed of the opponent they can slice is increased to be equivalent with their reaction tiers.

Description:After using a single handed, ram hand sign. The user is capable of quickly sealing an object or even a person inside of another object. To do this, they must have one hand touching the object/person they want to seal and the other hand touching what they are to be sealed into. This jutsu however is flawed do to it being cast so quickly, the sealing only lasts a minute or two and once an object or person is sealed. They cannot be harmed until they are released. If the object they are sealed in gets destroyed, they become unsealed and appear.

Description: This jutsu is similar to Electromagnetic murder but requires no hand seals, the user builds up chakra to their palms and convert it into lightning, this allows the user to create a wave of electricity from the user's hands. This jutsu can vary in power from a small surge(C-Rank) to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock(A-Rank), to release the electricity however the user must be touching something. The Denkou clan usually uses this with their Denki Cords to successfully electrocute their target to death. The technique's cost vary's, if the user uses D rank chakra to channel through a denki cord it is increased to C rank damage thanks to the bump from the denki cord meaning C rank chakra means B rank damage B rank chakra means A rank damage.

Description: There are Four Basic Forms of the Denkou-Kobushi Discipline. These forms range in the user's capabilities in strength, and power. These forms depict as to how strong a user is in the art of the Denkou-Kobushi Discipline. Denkou-kobushi revolve's around the usage off natural lighting for fighting. Inner Spark - The Inner Spark is the first stage, the primary stage of the Denkou-Kobushi. The Inner Spark is the understanding of pushing an Electrical current  out of a person's body, learning how to control that Current, learning how to manipulate the Current, change its shape. Within the Inner Spark the users learn the capability of deflecting the Electrical Current as well as pushing the Electrical Current. The users learn the meaning of the inner spark, learning the fuel that in which drives their spark, which is either life, or death. Within the Inner Spark the users are capable of learning the basics, as well as the advancements of techniques in which they are capable of going into other types of Lightning, as well as the understanding of using the Lightning within other styles of combat. Forked Lightning Spark - The capability of forking Lightning, creating multiple currents within a single shot, creating multiple formations within a single shot. The feel and capability of the Forked Lightning is the next evolutionary step within the Denkou-Kobushi where one is capable of creating a multiple creation of multiple formations of lightning within a single shot, to attack within a wide area instead of a single area. Dry Lightning Spark - This type of lightning is the most common natural cause of wild land fires. Dry lightning may also be referred to as heat lightning. Bead Lightning Spark - Bead lightning is a type of lightning strike which appears to break up into a string of short, bright sections, which last longer than the usual discharge channel. It is fairly rare. The Bead Lightning is also known as the great Chain Lightning effects, where the user is capable of controlling the ability of a Denkou-Kobushi to where it stops, breaking, and channeling through a small break. This type of lightning is quite bright in strength, capable of blinding those who see depending on the user's capabilities. The Last evolutionary step of the Denkou-Kobushi. As the lightning is forced out it is shot into a large stream towards the opponent. Depending on the user's knowledge and capability the stream has a different size. When first learned the stream is capable of being shot out into the distance of three meters with the width of the user's hand. When the user learns the "B" rank version this technique is capable of being shot out within the distance of nine meters with a width of a human head. Description: Due to the adept taijutsu skills of his clan and training with his father as a child raiku is able to presisely locate 16 of the chakra nods in a persons body without his dojutsu he is able to execute this move with extreme ease knowing which nods to press to shut down chakra flow in the opponent however Raiku is only capable of locating the points in the opponents arms and legs without his Raidengan only able to locate 4 nodes each in the users biceps firearms legs and calf this tech can shut down the nodes for 1 post halting chakra flow to the affected areas

Description: Cypher naturally have better reaction speed and have inbuilt senses which allow them to detect small changes and point out things that seem out of the ordinary. This sense of battle grants them the ability to react to A-rank speeds even if they don't possess sped tiers and detect opponents who are being hidden by A-rank hiding techniques. In addition when they do possess speed tiers it gives them the ability to react to speeds up to 1 rank above their own as long as it doesn't exceed their rank.

Description: This is a technique which when combined with Trick shot can make a single kunai into a lethal weapon. The user first swirls chakra in their fingers before throwing a throwing weapon (Kunai, Throwing Knives, Senbon etc) which is accelerated to Vacuum release speeds. As it flies through the air it spins rapidly and no matter the inital rank of the weapon it deals A-rank piercing damage as it will literally drill holes in opponents bodies as well as physical defenses. In addition depending on the rank of the weapon it also possesses the ability to drill through chakra defenses equal to it.

Description:Adhering to the principles of Iaidō, the user performs a quick and powerful slash with their sword in order to cut the intended target, before immediately resheathing the blade afterwards. User's of this technique are able to instantly kill Small sized creatures hit with this attack. They are able to mortally wound Medium Sized creatures by being able to easily chop off body parts. Depending on the area hit they can mortally wound or seriously injure Large Sized creatures. Collosus sized creatures simply sustain heavy wounds. The reason for this is simply the slicing of air which forms a vacuum at Blinding Light speeds which slices over a large surface area. This vacuum simply bypasses defenses by screwing with the internal and extrenal pressure put out by a living creature to inflict terrible damage.

Description: This technique is a practical application of their Displacment aura which causes them to deal a powerful Elbow strike to the opponent which extends up to 5 feet. If the opponent is hit by the actual blow they sustain B-rank damage in addition to their internal organs recieving C-rank damage causing all physical based techniques used as long as they are not healed to deal 1-rank higher damage than usual. If hit by the Displacement aura they sustian C-rank damage and get knocked flying back at Bullet release speeds.

Description: This technique was created from the need of a sufficent counter when the user has been beaten badly in battle. The Displacement aura begins to become visible a crimson aura surrounding the users body which extends the range of their physical attacks by 10 feet. In addition while in this mode they recieve a constant C-rank damage for as long as it is active however all of their Taijutsu techniques obtain the ability to bypass defenses thanks to the unique change of the aura. In addition if the attacks hit head on the victims will sustain twice the usual amount of damage. (aka a C-rank physical strike will deal damage equal to 2 C-ranks.)
