Hukaji and Rainer [Clan Training]

Description: All Hokkai members have the ability when they are born to have improved speed. A special trait that can only be achieved through the hokkai clans special training that cannot be reproduced or copied from anyone outside hokkai clan. This requires a 1000 word training, starting from D to C rank speed and so on. This passive puts the emphasis of hard work, having the hokkai member fully devote themselves.



Hukaji walked in the training grounds, early as usual. He was waiting for his cousin to come in so they could train together. Hukaji was saving this training so they could do it together because to be honest, he actually never had time to bond with his younger cousin. Hukaji looked around, "Where is he?'

Rainer sighed for a second as he set the blade down next to him. The sword his father gave him was quite heavy and about twice his size. He'd be dragging the thing behind him ever since he got here, and he was glad to be half nova. The nova in him would ensure he would grow slightly faster than the average samurai, and that meant he would be able to carry his sword without troubles sooner than the average samurai.

Rainer rubbed Konrads head and lifted his blade once again dragging it behind him. As he entered the training grounds he noticed his cousin and slightly waved at him.

Jutsu Trained:

Hukaji waved back at Rainer and then Roku woke up from his nap and also waved. Hukaji and Roku walked over to him, "Hey guys! Ready to get started?" Hukaji pulled out the scroll that held some of the Hokkai clan's secrets and handed it over to Rainer, "So what should we start with?"

Rainer smiled lightly at his cousin and nodded. Konrad walked in front of Roku and sat down scratching his head at the sight of the panda. Taking the scroll Rainer looked over it's secrets and found one to his liking. "This." He said pointing at a picture of a man with stone slabs tied to his legs.

Hukaji smiled as he saw his cousin pick something that actually seemed challenging. Roku would hug the Wolverine and then start wrestlng with him. Hukaji would then look around the room and wouldn't see any stone in sight, "Umm.... I don't see any stones that are heavy enough.

Rainer thought for a bit, and looked around. There truly weren't any stones around, he then pointed toward the door. Outside maybe? He then handed the scroll back to his cousin. Konrad was shocked to find himself in the arms of panda, and struggled to get away.It wasn't that Konrad didn't like Roku, it was just this was a bit much for a meet and greet.

Hukaji nodded, "Yeah, maybe." He walked towards the out door training area. It had a small river, a bunch of stones and a lot of trees, "Hm.. This place seems good." Roku would finally put poor Konrad down and would apologize in animal talk. He would then climb a tree and would watch the training from there.

Rainer followed Hukaji dragging his sword behind him. He nodded at Hikaji in agreement. Sifting through the stones he began looking for the stone with the perfect weight to it. Konrad patted Roku on the head, before heading toward the river to drink.

Hukaji studied the rocks and then looked at some other ones, he then turned and looked at the stones that Rainer chose and then picked 2 rocks that were slightly bigger, "Hey Rain, My Rocks seem a little bigger than yours!" He laughed at his taunt and then tied the rocks to each one of his ankles, using a string that was in his bag. He held up the extra string towards Rainer, asking if he needed any.

Rainer smiled, shook his head, and rolled his eyes at Hukaji's joke. Taking the strings from Hukaji he quickly tied the stones to his legs, and began to stretch a bit before things really got going. His knee caps cracked a bit and his spine followed suit. Yawning a bit he looked toward Hukaji and nodded.

Hukaji also stretched and cracked his joints in his arms and legs, he looked at Rainer and then back in front of himself. He then smiled as he leaned forward, "READY.....SET.....GO!!!" Hukaji took off running, but he wasn't actually moving that fast, it was really weird, "These...Ugghhh Rocks are heavier than they look!"

Rainer leaned forward following Hukaji's example. Just as the word go was said he was about to take off but was slightly slower than he'd have wanted. Listening to Hukaji's words he stopped and thought for a second. Pace yourself. Adapt to the weight.

Hukaji calmed his mind, he began timing his leg movements as the heavy rock pulled his legs back. He listened to Rainer and started to understad how much power he needed to move each rock, it was still hard but he started to move a bit faster.

Rainer began to adjust his legs slowly. He started with squats, one after the other he made sure he could handle the stones on his legs. Lifting one knee high into the air after the other he looked at Hukaji to make sure he wasn't having too much trouble.

The two Hokkai boys took their steps in the same pattern by slowly, very slowly lifting their legs up and out. Hukaji laughed as he looked at Rainer. They both looked pretty funny. He could only imagine how stupid he, himself looked. Roku, watching in the trees would start laughing at the two boys.

Rainer chuckled to himself at the panda laughing at them. The whole situation was rather ridiculous even for him, and the fact that he laughed was astounding to him. He hadn't laughed in a while, he'd been seething with rage for so long that laughter was the last thing he'd done.

Hukaji laughed and almost toppled over from his own out burst. He barely managed to balance himself, which was very hard to do since the rocks were tying him down.As he regained his balance he got even more familiar with the weight of the rocks, he began to move a little faster, he then looked at Rainer, "Hurry up slow poke! You goin' to let me beat you?" He then laughed.

The sound of laughter stopped Konrad cold, he turned and looked to see Rainer doing something he thought impossible. Konrad then walked behind Rainer and poked him with a claw. The feeling of a wolverine's sharp claw in his backside was more than enough motivation. To keep from falling forward Rainer began to step forward quickly almost running in a sluggish pass as he rubbed his ass. Konrad nodded and went back to his area by the river.

Hukaji watched as Rainer quickly caught up with the motivation of Konrad. Hukaji sighed and looked down at his feet in disappointed, "Aaaw, I liked being ahead." He continued to trudge forward, getting a bit closer to the line, each tiny step.

Rainer grabbed a hold of a tree and stopped for a minute to catch his breath. As the wind came back to him he got an idea. Running could only do so much, but what about climbing? Rainer grabbed ahold of the tree and wrapped his legs around it. He then began to slowly crawl up the tree his finger nails digging deep into the bark of the tree.

Hukaji looked puzzled as he saw his cousin start climbing a tree. How would that make him move faster? Hukaji on the other hand thought of a better way to train. He slowly made his way to the river and began walking against the small current.

Inch by inch Rainer climbed the tree, each time he moved his legs there was a chance he'd lose his battle with gravity and slide down the tree. He knew this would help, but was it worth the risk. Konrad watched Hukaji and moved up stream, for obvious reasons.

Hukaji moved along the water very slowly, making sure not to lose his step or take a wrong step. He moved through the water with not a lot of speed. Roku watched Rainer climb the tree he was on. He then would crawl on down beside him.

Sweat began to fall down his brow. This was a sign of hardwork and dedication. He couldn't help but feel a slight feeling of pride in himself. stopping just to wipe the sweat from his forehead he noticed roku. He couldn't help but stare at the panda in silence, it was kind of odd.

Hukaji would bend down and take a short break. He put his hands in the water, cupped it in his hands and then brought it up to his face. He drank the water a couple times before then splashing it over his face. Roku would then stare back at Rainer and a few moments in, would make a slight friendly growl sound that would or would not startle Rainer.
