Type of Weapon: Ninja Boots
Rank: A-Rank
How Many: One Pair
Appearance: These boots were forged by the finest craftsmen in Samuigakure and presented to Quincy with great honor. They were made of flexible, durable material and then covered in gold giving it a stylish and royal taste to them. Taken to the tallest mountain in the Land of Glaciers laid a castle and a king within; the king blessed the boots and sent them back the craftsman.
Special Ability: After being blessed by the king the boots gives the wearer the ability of Extreme speed. With this boost the wearers' speed is now one rank above their current speed i.e. crashing ground is now vacuum release. This ability does cap at the wearers natural speed limit.

Hmm. Denied. Multiple abilities in it and a bit too strong. Thousands of shadows to a mika is like a kid in a free candy store
