Appearance: Point weapon Shock_Spell_Gauntlet
Special Ability: This gauntlet was made by a lightning god and fell from the sky as a thunder bolt. This gauntlet gives the user and empowered lightning chakra that is so strong that it make's all lightning justu up in one rank when used.

That's two abilities, choose either empowering Lightning or lowering the cost of Lightning jutsu.
