When the current approaches its target, it can split into multiple tendrils to attack separate targets individuall when used agaisnt an Earth Release jutsu the attack is slowed by one rank but gains one rank in power.

Description: Raiku builds excessive chakra into his hands which release a lightning filled tornado which can sweep away enemys with b-rank strength tiers and below the only safe part of the jutsu would be the eye of the tornado however due to it being made of chakra Raiku is able to make it very irregular changing the center of the storm almost at will he is also able to obstruct B-rank and below physical techs with this jutsu

Description: Due to the adept taijutsu skills of his clan and training with his father as a child raiku is able to presisely locate 16 of the chakra nods in a persons body without his dojutsu he is able to execute this move with extreme ease knowing which nods to press to shut down chakra flow in the opponent however Raiku is only capable of locating the points in the opponents arms and legs without his Raidengan only able to locate 4 nodes each in the users biceps firearms legs and calf this tech can shut down the nodes for 1 post halting chakra flow to the affected areas

Description: Through Extreme training Raiku is able to make himself transform after many years he had developed this jutsu as one of his final trump cards for if he was ever in a pinch this jutsu allows him to move at s-rank speeds and posses a-rank Strength and is maintable able for ten posts however it is only capable of being used once per topic

Lightning Fang Prison have it cost a D-rank constant chakra price per posts maintained.
Precise Movement your must mean pressure points? Otherwise you would merely halt the chakra flow in the area struck. Regardless you'd have to be more specific in their location and quite possibly raise the rank of that technique.
Spirit of Zeus can either be a Ninjutsu or a Kinjutsu, if it's a ninjutsu then it'll keep the ten post duration, if it's a Kinjutsu then you'd have to make it siphon a C-rank blood price each post to keep active and it would still retain the one time per battle limit.

Edit All are approved except Precise Movement. Add a time limit to the shutting down the chakra flow in the areas around the chakra nods likewise add where these nodes are located. Also depending on the time limit you will have to raise the rank of this jutsu if it's just 1 of the opponents posts then it can remain B-rank, if its 2 of the opponents posts it'll become A-rank, if its 4 of the opponents posts it'll become S-rank, if its 8 of the opponents posts it'll become SS-rank and finally if it's 16 of the opponents post it'll become SSS-rank.

You'll have to choose one of them though however you are free to make more advanced variants of the technique perhaps with you only hitting one node at B-rank, 2 at A-rank, 4 at S-rank, 8 at SS-rank and all 16 at SSS-rank.

Description: surge is a technique developed by raiku in conjunction with his denki kunai and cord throwing eight kunai towards specific points around his opponent tied to his cord once the kunai have reached there positions raiku will then force built up lightning chakra through the cords and kunai after throwing an extra kunai infront of the opponent which will attract the lightning from the 8 points in a beam  causing c rank damage to the opponent if a vital part is hit will result in a one post stun
