Appearance: Two curved blades on top of a large handle, the handle is metal/Steel and has a Black grip hold. The holders name is usually engraved on the sides of the blade. Hilt is around 30 cm, and the blade increases it by 15 and also the blade is around 35 cm long. both scythes are attached together by a long chain usually around 3 metres. The blade is made of a special chakra formed metal specific only to the Rasidor clan allowing the user to use this weapon for the clan justu Gensō no ken.

Well since it has a special ability that means you can only make it when your a jonin so..yeah no.. But if you were a jonin you'd get it no prob. Also You could always edit the jutsu and say its because of a special metal thats why you can run the genjutsu through the blade. Then I'd approve it even if your a genin since its just specially made not with a special ability.
