Personality: Mordecai is an interesting guy, he does not let most people get close enough to know him. The rare few that actually get into his 'comfort zone' are the people that he trusts the most... He will more than likely be willing to confide in anything with them. He tends to stay quiet and away from the crowd unless there is training going on. He stays completely serious at all times, there is no time to have fun... No time to enjoy life.

Mordecai was born to two Mishura clan members, both of which were high ranking Shinobi in Konoha. They raised him with love and care, but that did not mean that they weren't hard on him. The two taught him discipline, they taught him respect. They wanted a child but they also wanted a soldier. They wanted their little boy to be a legend within the Mishura clan, within Konoha... Within the world.
At the age of five Mordecai began his training. His mother and father put his body through intense ordeals, seeking to perfect the weapon that they had created. The child had already activated his Kyougan but his parents wanted more. They wanted him to be able to activate the first stage of his Kekkei Genkai before he became a Genin. They continued to train and over the years it seemed as if Mordecai would never unlock the next stage of the Kyougan.
Once Mordecai turned eleven he enrolled in the Konoha Academy. Due to the nature of his training by his parents he excelled in most of the classes, primarily Taijutsu considering that he was constantly improving his fighting skills, inside and outside of the academy. When Mordecai was twelve years old, his father had snapped. He was angry at his son, though they put him through all kinds of training the kid had not yet unlocked the first stage of his Kyougan. His father told the boy that he was going to activate it immediately and that they had been going easy on him. He took Mordecai out to the Grasslands and told him to get ready to fight.
Mordecai shakily raised his fists as his father did the same. He didn't want to do this, he didn't want to endure the pain that his father was about to dish out. He whispered a single word, "Kyougan." Slowly his eyes began to turn from red to blue as he activated the Kekkai Genkai. His father smirked, "Good... Now continue!"
Mordecai swallowed as he began to concentrate, trying to force his Kyougan to activate. He began to shake, a vein appearing in his neck. His face started to turn red as he continued to to try and unlock the first stage of his Kekkei Genkai. He let out a breath of air as he fell to his knees, his body relaxing. "No!" His father roared. The Jounin dashed forward, sending a kick to his son's chest.
This sent him flying backwards, skidding across the grass. He let out a yelp of pain before slowly standing up, "W-Why..." He whispered, he clutched his shoulder. He was pretty sure that it was broken. His father walked toward Mordecai, "You will activate it by tonight." The man pulled back his fist before launching it forward. As it connected with the academy student's face, something snapped. He flew backwards once more but this time he didn't get up. He just sat there, staring at the sky in pain. After a couple of minutes he took in a breath and stood. He looked toward his father, his blue eyes had gained a Tomoe.
The old man smirked, "Good!" He dashed forward, toward Mordecai, pulling his fist back as he did so. Mordecai's eyes began to work in overtime, examining every single aspect of his father's movement. He took a single step to the side before raising his knee, slamming it into his dad's chest. His father kneeled over slightly before chuckling. "Good... It's time to go home." Mordecai eyed his father before narrowing his eyebrows. Was this the price of power? Hurting the ones that you love?
It turned out that Mordecai had broken his shoulder. when his father kicked him. He wore a cast and told the people at the academy that he had been in a training accident. As the year progressed Mordecai continued to learn more and more, much to his parent's delight. He graduated at the age of 12 and continued on to the rank of Genin.

Activation - In this stage their eyes change into the blue form. No tome have formed and they are able to predict the jutsu the user is going to use allowing them to react before the jutsu is activated.
Stage One - In this stage their eyes gain a tome and they are given increased agility. This allows them to perdict the movements of their opponent. Their speed and aglity is increased to chuunin levels. Many genin have this few acadamy students have this.
Stage Two - In this stage their eyes gain an extra tome hightening their senses and sight. They are able to perfectly read their opponents actions and intentions as they gain full range of vision infront of them. Their speed and agility increase to jounin level. Many chuunin have this ability and few genin have this ability.
Stage three - In this stage their eyes gains an extra tome making it three. This is their second highest form and this one gives them access to several new jutsu giving them complete useage of the jutsu they know. They can use this to analyze a jutsu to it's fullest potential. They gain hightened speed which enables them to slow movement down enough for them to actually move at an instantaneous speed. This allows them to use taijutsu very effectively and actually allows them to form ninjutsu at increadable speeds making it seem that the jutsu is formed without handsigns. Their speed is the main thing that increases and it activates their bodies senses to the fullest ability. You mainly see jounin with this technique. It is very rare to see this in chuunin as it requires mastery of the stage two form.

Description: This is the technique the Mishura came up with in order to combat aginst the samurai's techniques. Their speed is at the speed of the Swift Release of the samurai and this technique can be trained depending on the users will. This speed has no limit as some have been seen mastering it and using speeds to actually move to half the speed of light if not that. Those that use this technique too much can suffer extreme fatigue and can die from a heart attack.

Description: The Acolyte makes a blood contract and summons a portal behind him/her that consists of an empty void which is surprisingly frail. This portal periodically summons low level Demons noted by the Number 1 on their backs unless it is destroyed. These demons are mindless creatures that roam around and fire chakra blasts at opponents that come to close to them, which if hit by the blast you lose ability to focus chakra to the spot where you were hit. They take the appearance of a floating ball shaped creature with dozens of gun barrels protruding from it. It only takes D-rank jutsus to defeat these demons and destroy their portal using anything higher would be a waste of chakra. Only 4 First levels can be out at one time. When one is killed that leaves room for another to be released.Name: Black Blood

Description: After performing the required handseals the user begins to roll his fists around, going faster and faster until his hands are completely engulfed in tornado-like wind. This multiples his hitting strength by three. He must get dispel the jutsu in order to perform others.

Description: By performing the required handseals the user begins to charge a small tornado in his hands, letting it spin before releasing it. The longer he holds it the stronger it gets. This, combined with the Genjutsu mentioned above can be quite deadly.
