Personality:He's a nice and caring person on the outside but he show's no mercy on the battle field. He fights with a calculated decision and enjoy's the thrill of the fight. He talks to his comrads but he has no words for his enemies. He doesn't like it when people harm his family or friends. He hates watching them die infront of him and will risk his life to protect them.

Appearance:
History:He was born in the hidden leaf village on October 9th and lived in a small house with his mother and father. At the age of one he would listen to his father share stories about his time in the military and rock him to sleep. At the age of two he was learning how to walk and talked and was exposed to the ninja life style as he was kidnapped from his home by his father's brother. His father and his uncle fought together in combat to get him back. His unlce hated his father and decided to cause their family as much pain as possible. He tried to kill Kyotoshien but was stopped by his father and left the infant with only a scar down his face. His father killed the uncle and then returned home. At the age of three he was learning how to walk and talk and at age for he finally said his first word. His mother died from a terminal illness when he was five. He didn't understand it but that was his first death he'd witness. His father decided to train him in the ninja ways at the age of six teaching him their techniques and showing him something. His father activated his Meimugan placing Kyotoshien in a genjutsu. He began tourturing the child putting him through increadiable pain over and over again teaching him what pain feels like. He began condidtioning him to take pain and to embrace it. To turn it into his weapon. At the age of seven he finally broke his fathers Genjutsu. His father began training him in speed and taijutsu. His father would teach him hand to hand combat personality. He would increase his speed every day so that he would be able to at least activate the first stage of his Kyougan. After two years of training he was able to use his basic Kyougan. At this age he finally enlisted him into the ranks of the Konoha Shinobi. He entered the acadamy and completed it in one year. Every day after school his father would train him to use this Kyougan and in one months time he finally achieved his first tome. At the rank of genin and at the age of 8 he was one of the most promising genin of his time. He was trained personally in ninjutsu and genjutsu by his father. After every mission they would train no matter how tired Kyotoshien was. He had multiple hospital visits but around two years he mastered the stage one form of Kyougan and unlocked stage two. At the age of ten he finally entered the chuunin exam where he and his team easily wiped the floor with the other genin. In the final rounds of the chuunin exam he ended up facing his own team mate having to beat them for the title of chuunin. He won the title but lost his friend. His friend never forgave him and Kyotoshien left the squad in order to fulfill his mission as chuunin. His father continued training him between missions and kep helping him advance stages until he unlocked his third tome in his kyougan. During his time as chuunin his old friend had left the village and intended to go join a secert order of ninja who were planning to destroy konoha. Kyotoshien stopped his friend before he could even reach the outside ranges of the village. His old friend and him fought to the death but his friend was no match for his Kyougan. Kyotoshien captured his friend and returned him to the village but when he was being exchanged over for custody an inside member of the order released him and he charged at Kyotoshien. He didn't mean to react that quickly but he ended up punching his friend in the throat killing them. He stood there in shock after realizing what he had done. He went back home and explained it to his father. His father decided to help him unlock his final stage of the Kyougan and advance it into the Meimougan. His father began a few handsigns and began the transferance technique. His father went blind and Kyotoshien was given power from his fathers own eyes. With this transfer of eyes, Kyotoshien felt a huge surge of power from his new eyes. That year he was promoted to jounin. At age 15 he was an accomplished jounin and was even offered a rank in the anbu but he turned it down. He continued training harder and harder refusing to accept the limits set by his clan. He became known as the Hidden Leaf Villages Dancing Shadow due to his speed. Hit technique was so flawless and his speed was unmatched by many in the village. At the age of 17 he was allowed to take on students after fullfilling a lot of missions and was able to train genin when he saw fit.

Description: This doujutsu turns the users eyes from red to blue and gives them different techniques and abilities based on the level of mastery they have unlocked.

• Activation - In this stage their eyes change into the blue form. No tome have formed and they are able to predict the jutsu the user is going to use allowing them to react before the jutsu is activated.
  
• Stage One - In this stage their eyes gain a tome and they are given increased agility. This allows them to perdict the movements of their opponent. Their speed and aglity is increased to chuunin levels. Many genin have this few acadamy students have this.
  
• Stage Two - In this stage their eyes gain an extra tome hightening their senses and sight. They are able to perfectly read their opponents actions and intentions as they gain full range of vision infront of them. Their speed and agility increase to jounin level. Many chuunin have this ability and few genin have this ability.
  
• Stage three - In this stage their eyes gains an extra tome making it three. This is their second highest form and this one gives them access to several new jutsu giving them complete useage of the jutsu they know. They can use this to analyze a jutsu to it's fullest potential. They gain hightened speed which enables them to slow movement down enough for them to actually move at an instantaneous speed. This allows them to use taijutsu very effectively and actually allows them to form ninjutsu at increadable speeds making it seem that the jutsu is formed without handsigns. Their speed is the main thing that increases and it activates their bodies senses to the fullest ability. You mainly see jounin with this technique. It is very rare to see this in chuunin as it requires mastery of the stage two form.
  
• Stage Four - This is their final stage. The tome are replaced with a particular design similar to Itachi's mangekyou form. This technique increases their speed to the level of the Fourth Hokage. They gain their ultimate technique as their eyes become known as Meimugan or the Illusion Eye. When they look at their enemy they can cast a genjutsu on their opponent. The Meimugan also offers a new elemental technique to their list. They gain the ability to use the Red Lightning technique. This technique is known as flame lightning. They are able to use this ability to attack any way they seem fit. They can fire this technique from their fingers or hands. This technique is as quick as lightning and burns with the force of a raging fire. It can form a three degree's burn but the fire is put out the moment it hits the opponent.

Description:This technique can be used in conjunction with any technique that requires an element. This technique can be used as a shield as well as they can emit an aura of flame lightning in order to protect themselves from ninjutsu and taijutsu attacks. The technique also absorbs the jutsu as well. It has no reflective properties and can be penetrated by a small enough force at the size of a needle but it has to be powerful.

Description:This is the technique the Mishura came up with in order to combat aginst the samurai's techniques. Their speed is at the speed of the Swift Release of the samurai and this technique can be trained depending on the users will. This speed has no limit as some have been seen mastering it and using speeds to actually move to half the speed of light if not that. Those that use this technique too much can suffer extreme fatigue and can die from a heart attack.

Description: This is the power of the Mishura Clan. They use it in close hand to hand combat and allows them to perform powerful taijutsu that is insanely strong. Master of these techniques are seen lifting boulders with pure strenght and actually causing craters with their punches. There have even been some crushing small fragments of mountians with their punches. Turning boulders into gravel.

Description: This is the result of the innate human desire to be immortal and well that desire has been translated into unparalleled endurance. The ninja is not only immune to C-rank and below justu as well as the lowering of B-rank and A-rank techniques by one rank damage wise but also S-rank techniques do half as much damage to the ninja as they would do to others.

Description: The user creates a small ball of electricity on the tip of each finger that he can shoot out at any time he wishes, while the jutsu is active. (gets 10 shots max before having to be re-used, though if they have less then 10 fingers, they only get as many shots as how many fingers they have) These balls of electricity travel very quickly and fade after traveling a range of 10 meters. Each ball is able to cause a convulsion and a light burn when they strike the target.
