The Mishura is determined to do his clan (and more importantly his family) proud and works very hard to develop his mind and body to develop into the best Shinobi he possibly can be. Keid is strong-willed almost to the point of pig-headed stubbornness and is difficult to convince to change his course of action unless given ample evidence. This is not to say that he will ignore reality when it suits him, but simply that he believes in himself and his abilities and requires good reasons to change what he has determined as a good course of action. This cerebral nature has its downsides, however. Keid oftentimes has a hard time deciding between two equally valid options, agonizing over which one is the "best" choice for far longer than is reasonable. Making the wrong decision and potentially even causing a mission to fail or those he views as evil is unacceptable, and he often has a hard time shaking such things off. Appearance:- Teen:

History:Born the 3rd child to Teruo and Ryoko Mishura, a prominent Chunnin and medic-nin respectively, Keid would have seemed to many as being destined to practice the arts of the Shinobi. After all, with two powerful parents and the inheritance of one of the three great branches of the Erlang, why would he or his siblings want to do anything else? However, there was only one problem: their bloodline was too thin. Like many clans in the Republic, intermarrying between the Mishura and the other Erlang branches was common in order to maximize the chance of new children inheriting their Kekkai Genkai. Keid's great-great-grandfather, however, had broken this unspoken rule, marrying for love outside the boundaries of the clan compound. While this wasn't expressly forbidden by the Mishura, the descendants of Jurou Mishura got very used to both the pitying glances of their fellow clan members, as well as the disadvantages of their diluted blood: no new Kyougan emerged from their family line for generations. It was in this atmosphere of not quite disapproval that Keid grew up, developing into a curious and talented child that hungered for knowledge of the world around him and the skills of his parents. While he was no legendary genius that became a Jonin before their 12th birthday, the blood of a Great Clan birthed talented individuals, no matter how dilute it was. By the age of 9, Keid's command of his chakra and the sharpness of his Taijutsu set him above the pack. Unfortunately, talent also attracts envy. As Keid's parents would tiredly explain later, the encounter wasn't anything earthshaking. A few of the older boys, held back a year or two due to their lacking skills, surrounded him after school, intent on "teaching him a lesson". For a few moments, Keid gave as good as he got, handing out two black eyes and a couple of other minor wounds before he was incapacitated by a knee to the stomach. Keid probably would have gone home injured, but still intact, if it was not for the young boy's raw fear, causing an instinctive flow of chakra toward his ocular nerves. In a blur, the bullies were laid out with effortless ease, unable to even process Keid's speed or defend against his boosted strength. Keid stood victorious over their bodies, and then promptly fainted. In the following week of recovery and house arrest due to his strained muscles and chakra system, Keid was at first estatic. The mighty Kyougan which was his by right had finally emerged! The wounded boy even recieved a few visits from important members of the clan, who examined him closely and spoke of miracles in hushed voices. After a while of this, however, Keid's opinion of these men soured: they only spoke of the Kyougan, of the rarity of a branch bloodline requiring the Flame Eye. His siblings were no less exceptional in the Ninja Arts then himself, and yet they barely attacted notice? How was it fair that a simple genetic roll of the dice decided one's entire worth? These thoughts followed Keid to the Republic Academy, whispering in his mind as he glanced over the medical books his mother had lent him. Maybe, with enough power and skill, the gap could be closed? Description:This is the technique the Mishura came up with in order to combat against the samurai's techniques. Their speed is at the speed of the Swift Release of the samurai and this technique can be trained depending on the users will. This speed has no limit as some have been seen mastering it and using speeds to actually move to half the speed of light if not that. Those that use this technique too much can suffer extreme fatigue and can die from a heart attack.

Name: Kyougan Classification: Multi-Stage Dojutsu Type: Kekkei Genkai (Activation Price collected once, Duration Price collected each post total) Activation: Activation = D of Chakra 1st (D) 2nd (2 D) 3rd (3 D) 4th (4 D) Appearance: In Description Description: This Dojutsu turns the users eyes from red to blue and gives them different techniques and abilities based on the level of mastery they have unlocked. - Activation - In this stage their eyes change into the blue form. No tomoe have formed and they are able to predict the jutsu the user is going to use allowing them to react before the jutsu is activated. This is acquired from birth.
- Stage One - In this stage their eyes gain a tomoe and they are given increased agility. This allows them to predict the movements of their opponent. Their speed and agility is increased to chunin levels. Many genin have this few academy students have this. The requirement for this eye is to kill a samurai genin or a chunin level opponent.
- Stage Two - In this stage their eyes gain an extra tomoe heightening their senses and sight. They are able to perfectly read their opponents actions and intentions as they gain full range of vision in front of them. Their speed and agility increase to jonin level. Many chunin have this ability and few genin have this ability. The requirement for this eyes is to kill a samurai chunin or a jonin level opponent.
- Stage Three - In this stage their eyes gains an extra tomoe making it three. This is their second highest form and this one gives them access to several new jutsu giving them complete usage of the jutsu they know. They can use this to analyze a jutsu to it's fullest potential. They gain heightened speed which enables them to slow movement down enough for them to actually move at an instantaneous speed. This allows them to use taijutsu very effectively and actually allows them to form ninjutsu at incredible speeds making it seem that the jutsu is formed without hand signs. Their speed is the main thing that increases and it activates their bodies senses to the fullest ability. You mainly see jonin with this technique. It is very rare to see this in chunin as it requires mastery of the stage two form as well as requires the user to be at least chunin rank.
- Stage Four - This is their final stage. The tome are replaced with a particular design similar to interlocking tomoe which swirl around the pupil. This technique increases their speed a level only dreamed of by non-samurai. When they look at their enemy they can cast a genjutsu on their opponent. The Kyougan also offers a new elemental technique to their list. They gain the ability to use Blaze release when replacing one's Fire Affinity due to being able to utilize Yugure Flames, if one does not replace it (or never had a fire affinity) then they are only able to utilize Yugure Flames while this stage is active. This requires mastery of all three as well as killing a Sannin level Samurai or 2 Sannin level opponents.

Description: Due to the sheer amount of time Keid has spent with both of his Kyougan active since their awakening in an attempt to master them, his body has grown more accustomed to the speed and strength they offer. When his eyes are in their deactivated state, his speed naturally reaches D+ speed. In addition, Keid's burgeoning mastery of the Kyougan has allowed him the ability to temporarily reach speeds of D++ for double the stamina cost, increasing his speed by putting great strain on his body.
If his left eye is ever forcibly shut off, damaged or removed, his speed drops to D- due to his body developing an over-dependence on the physicality the Kyougan grants.

Description: It is said truly skilled shinobi are able to reduce the amount of hand seals comprising a technique yet still are able to utilize them to their full capacity. After the incorporation of Angel Mishura's scrolls into the clan archives, the Erlang were able to adapt her methods of hand seal use to make it a fighting style the average member can use. Due to the Kyougan's time-slowing visual acuity the user of this style is able to use that to read other opponents hand seals often learning of the technique an opponent is about to use prior to them using it if it is one of the ones they personally know or know of. This allows them to react accordingly to counter it and as a result is only made more effective when fighting those who use technique they have either made or learned in battle. Depending on the user's rank their proficiency with making hand seals varies, as they eventually learn how to make them in alternate ways beyond that of the standard use.

Description: After preforming hand seals the user exhales a small fireball which is shot out at swift release speeds at a target up to 10 ft away. Upon impact it explodes and deals D-rank fire damage around an area of 5 ft, while being able to ignite objects on fire that come in contact with it. Depending on the skill of the user when they set different types of materials ablaze they remain so longer than normal thus creating a source of fire materia. However the flames produced through this technique can be easily put out by even a D-rank water source much less any D-rank technique capable of snuffing out flames. If all of the Fire materia (3 D-ranks each P.T it's active on the field) is used up before it can burn more it will be prematurely snuffed out.

Description:This technique involves the user spitting out a jet of flames, after making hand seals, which is specifically meant for heating up the things it comes in contact with. As a result it is capable of being launched up to 10 ft away and moves at swift release speed however it doesn't deal any damage to whatever it hits. Instead if the target is not heat conductive it deals D-rank Pain, but if it is then it deals recurrent pain to whatever is in contact with it as the object is heated up unless it possesses D-rank or above Heat Resistance.

Description: The user makes hand seals before their cheeks swell up with Fire Release chakra in preparation for this technique, then they tilt their head upward before releasing a condensed spark of flame. The flame travels upward at swift release speeds before exploding when it's reached it's maximum height of 20 ft. This causes numerous smaller flames to burst in the air similar to the fireworks typically sold in festivals. This technique can be useful as a signal flare or a means to mute one's scent due to the smell of burning which fills the air within a 40 ft radius concealing one from D-rank & below scent sensory techniques.

Description: This is a technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth in a massive orb of roaring flames extending over 20 ft before dissipating or a volley of smaller sized orbs of flame (10 ft). The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered and within the Mishura Clan this technique is treated as a coming of age ceremony that one must master if they wish to join the combat forces of the clan. To that end the Mishura's mastery of this technique can allow them to either swell the size of the orb released for a set amount of time, or release multiple Great Fireballs while holding the Tiger seal. The released flames will engulf their target at Bullet Release speeds, and leave a crater on the ground's surface which is set ablaze with the flames incinerating everything within its range (diameter) with C-rank Fire Release chakra based damage. Depending on the skill of the Mishura using this technique the size of the orb and the maximum amount by which the orb can be swelled each P.T varies.
