A Sinking Feeling[Official Mission - Akira, Roark, Diana]

Aye, those things aren't going down without some serious effort. Roark said as he stepped closer to inspect the first wire. I s'pose we could just send the monkey running through like a madman. The old genin said with a mischievous smirk shot towards Banjo, who in turn snorted and fell back on his haunches, crossing his meaty arms and staring daggers at Roark. Oh relax, I wouldn't risk your finely furried head you big galoot. Roark said with a hand over his shoulder before shrugging, Well, if no one has any ideas, I'm gonna go right on ahead and get us started. Gonna take some time after all. With that, as long as Akira or Diana didn't stop him, Roark would begin gingerly stepping under the first wire and continuing down the hall at a slow, steady pace. Banjo would follow behind. For as much grief as the two gave one another, they always had each other's back.

Thanks to Arsene he was catching up quickly after his little pause for paying respects, only to find they were stopped once again by an almost literal minefield of razor wires. With a sigh he withdrew Arsene back to the seal of his mask, "... You two go first. I'll keep watch and follow right behind." A roll of his shoulders, and a deep breath to turn up his sight sensory once again to look out for life forces. He likewise had to remember to come back at some point after the mission was done. The spirits that remained were either prisoners or guards who could give more information, or the negativity could attract something... big.

To Akira, this corridor would not look pretty at all. Echoes of life clung to this place like a mask, shadows crawled across the wires and the walls, horrible wretched things of pain and misery. Some gathered around the hidden bloodstains on the floor as though they could draw sustenance from the gory remains. This place had seen a lot of death, however far brighter than the shadows, there were two life signs at the end of the corridor hiding behind the barricade. So far the team hadn't actually made any noise to alert them but it would seem this place was definitely guarded.

As the team moved further down the corridor, they'd start to see where the wires and other materials came from as bodies had been hastily dragged away into the cells built into the wall, the bodies stripped and carved up. About a quarter of the way down, they'd also start to find cans, loose scraps of metal and little boxes full of loose coins or nails sitting around, if they didn't clear it away any step could cause quite a lot of noise from these things being kicked around.
