Out and About - Zardyoshi

The Hind Cub would growl in pain as Zardyoshi took advantage of the open it left to slash it's underbelly opening up a thin cut which was only widened further when Zardeggy tried to prevent herself from being crushed under it's bulk. It would attempt to smother her but was interrupted when Zwardsnow collided into it's knee causing it to instead aim a swipe at her in annoyance causing her armored Tanuki shell to completely break. Still their attacks did cause it to get further into the muddy ground it's weight being used against it as it now found it somewhat more difficult to move it's hind legs due to a combination of injury and terrain.

Spoiler:

Snow would toss away the fragments of the shield from her forearm, annoyed that it had broken but thankful for all the help it had provided her. Yoshi would take the opportunity Snow gave Eggy to reach under and grab his fellow Lizardkin, pulling her out from danger and retreating back out of harm's way. Seeing this, Snow would do the same, backing off from the cub, though still weary of the beast. Why does it not pursue us? Snow asked as the three regrouped several feet away from the cub. Yoshi pondered this for a moment, realizing both of its legs were now submerged in the river, It can't, it's stuck.
Well, we should finish it now. Snow offered, but Yoshi eyed his fellow kin wearily. This newfound aggression was unlike Snow and while he didn't mind it, it still surprised him. Yes, we should... Yoshi trailed off, reaching into his cloak and pulling out the left over baboon meat from the previous day. ...but first I have an idea. Yoshi said, slowly approaching the downed cub until he was just outside of swiping distance from the creature's large paws.

Yoshi held out the meat towards the cub, showing it what he had and what he was offering. Erm, hello. I don't know if you understand Lizard speak, but this is yours...or it can be yours if you want it. We, Yoshi said, looking back at Eggy and Snow who eyed him as if he had completely lost his mind, can help you, but only if you'll work with us. Yoshi tossed the meat towards the cub, taking a chance. If worst came to worst and this was all just a waste of time, he and the females could simply finish the cub off and feast on its flesh. Still, it was worth a try.

Zardeggy would be retrieved successfully while she couldn't believe what Zardyoshi was attempting to do didn't he know that Hind Cubs were really dangerous well she definitely did now. However it seemed that the Hind Cub would growl a bit softer before leaning forward to sniff at the meat that Zardyoshi was showing it. It had never eaten that type of meat before and thus would open it's mouth wanting to be fed it's earlier hostility not completely gone but it didn't seem likely to try and take a bite out of him that's for sure. If he fed it, it would eat the meat happily and would try to shift before making a whine as it still was stuck and couldn't get out on it's own.

Right then. Yoshi said, mustering up the courage to actually try and feed the beast he had just been trying to kill only moments ago. He walked over, slowly, watching the creature for any sign of sudden aggression before he began to feed the baboon meat to the cub. He looked over his shoulder back at the female Lizards and said, Come on, it's fine now. He's stuck, we have to help him. Both Eggy and Snow regarded Yoshi with a look that said they couldn't believe what they were seeing, never mind hearing. The two females looked at each other, as if to make sure this was real and not some strange shared dream before cautiously approaching the bear's right side. Yoshi would let the meat fall from his hands in front of the cub so it could continue eating. He would then go around to the cub's injured left front paw and seize it gingerly but firmly, careful not to incur more injury than Snow had already dished out earlier.
Okay, on three we pull. Yoshi called over the mound of fur to the females. The cub was massive and he had no idea if they'd actually be strong enough to pull it free from the river, but they had to try. If they couldn't get the cub out well then...this had all been a waste of time...and meat. The three pulled with all their strength, waiting and hoping the cub would come free of the river.

The group of Lizardkin would approach the Hind Cub causing it to bare its fangs at Zwardsnow & Zardeggy though it was docile when Zardyoshi grabbed it's leg albeit letting out a slight growl as it's limb had a twinge of pain. Still with all four of them working together the Hind Cub would manage to pull itself up out of the muddy river bank but not before eating the rest of the yellow baboon meat with a single snap of it's jaws. Once out it would shake out it's lower body causing mud to fly every where and it would sit down before trying to inspect it's legs which had seemingly stopped bleeding as much though they were still injured. It wasn't to the point that it couldn't walk but it was definitely an easy place to target assuming anything wanted to attack it. With that done Zardeggy would speak up, as it seemed that she was using shed to try and promote healing and over all she didn't look like she wanted to continue hunting. "Ssssseee that wasssssn't sssso bad. Now you know where the river is, I go now. Will teach craft at Den save meat more me yesss." Zardeggy said before sprinting away, if they chased after her they would see that she would quickly climb up a nearby tree before gliding away into the distance.

Alright, that should do it. Yoshi said, breathing hard after pulling the cub free. He scratched at the scales falling from his chest, shedding flakes for new scales to grow and noticed Eggy and Snow doing the same. Oh um, okay, sounds good. Yoshi said as Eggy suddenly announced that she would be leaving. Such a strange Lizard... Yoshi thought aloud, watching Eggy run off to the trees. Right then, if you're going to be with us now I guess we need to give you a name. How about...Sir Reginald Bearington of the Bear Cavalry Brigade One? The cub regarded him curiously, sniffing the air in front of Yoshi, but otherwise not indicating one way or the other what he thought.
Errm, that's a bit of a mouthful. What about Ursa? Snow offered, desperately hoping Yoshi hadn't been serious. The cub's ears seemed to perk up at that name and Yoshi smiled, petting it on the head, Yeah, Ursa, sounds good!

Yoshi took a look around at their surroundings. Eggy had taken them north to show them the river, but if they wanted to continue North, they'd need to cross the river and judging by Ursa's wounds, that simply wasn't happening anytime soon. Besides, Yoshi wasn't entirely sure he knew how to swim. He walked over to the river and scooped his hands in, drinking deeply from the fresh, clear water. It was honestly delicious, and just what he needed to perk up a bit after that fight. Let's head east along the river for a bit. Maybe try looking for some berries or something while we walk. Yoshi suggested to Snow who nodded, wiping water from her mouth as she finished drinking herself. Together, the three set off, walking along the edge of the riverbank.

The two Lizardfolk were obviously still exhausted from their battle as they wouldn't find anything of the sort, fortunately for them Ursa was up to the task and would find a fruit, which it would promptly scarf down with no consideration for the other two. It wasn't like Ursa was fully tamed or anything, so there was that, still finding additional food for him was a plus in his book and he would begin to whine a bit as he noticed it was getting dark and dangerous things happened when the sun went down. A Hind Cub like himself still had things to worry about and usually he would return to his cave with the rest of his family, but for some reason he felt a kinship with Zardyoshi and thus felt like following him home instead.

Yoshi turned as Ursa began to wine, looking into the sky at the rapidly descending sun. He pet Ursa on the head and sighed, Alright, there doesn't seem to be much left out here for us, guess we'll head home. Yoshi said to Ursa and Snow, heading in the direction of the Lizardfolk Burrow. He thought of Rex, who had disappeared for days on end and wandered back far stronger than any of the other Lizards. Yoshi too wanted to go on a night hunt, it was more dangerous but if it resulted in the same sort of power Rex seemed to wield, it'd be worth it. Ursa was still quite hurt from their battle and Snow and Yoshi weren't exactly in prime physical health either. Staying out tonight would be unwise to say the least.

Ursa bent his head, allowing Yoshi and Snow to mount his back, allowing the three to move quickly through the forest. How long should we wait? Snow asked, looking around the area. They were only just outside the mouth of the burrow, clearly in plain sight of anyone entering or exiting, but Yoshi could tell Snow was already on edge. Dark, troubled memories of her nighttime survival plagued her even when she slept comfortably in the burrow. Being out now...it was bad. A few minutes. We need more food, three mouths to feed...more soon. Yoshi said with a faint smile over his shoulder at Snow, who returned the smile, unconsciously holding her stomach.

Zardjtali hoped she could get Zardyaya and Tenor to come with, make this hunt that much more successful if they could all work. Zardyoshi had some interesting companions though, a big one at that. "So, what plan? Zardjtali follow Zardyoshi lead tonight."

Yoshi smiled as Zardjtali and her followers approached him from the burrow. We need supplies, food and stuffs. We haven't hunted in the West part yet. Sound good? Yoshi asked. They'd wait another couple of minutes, but it didn't seem like any other Zards were interested in joining them. Just us I guess. Yoshi said, counting off five lizards and a hind cub. They were quite the hunting party. Ursa would make sneaking difficult, but if the five lizards were smart and worked together, they could still catch some prey by surprise. Yoshi would turn Ursa in the westward direction and the large cub would begin lumbering forward, leaving clear footprints in the dirt beneath, making it easy for any Lizardkin from the burrow to follow if they chose. J'tali, right? I'm Yoshi, this is Snow and this, He said, patting the large bear the two lizardkin sat atop, is Ursa. Good to be hunting with you all. Yoshi said, not recognizing the other two Lizards with J'tali.

Zardjtali had that same smile she had since she hatched that belied her 'eldest' position. Her own little trio set to follow Zardyoshi's out west. "Yes, am Zardj'tali. This Zardyaya, she my oldest friend and I likes her much. And this new friend Zardtenor but they no can speaks but they strong Zard still." She plodded along, excited to be out hunting. She liked working with Zardeggy to learn to carve, but something like being out in the night air was just so, so relaxing. "Have done many hunt. Have kill Mush, that first day, and kill squeal chunk things," "Stamp Pigs," "Yeah! Zardyaya make sense they Piggies. Also got howlers last night,"

The Lizardkin would collectively head towards west, even though it was weird but it seemed that Zardj'tali had forgotten the last time she saw the Jade Horned Horse was further up north, oh well it seemed like they didn't realize that and would keep going. As they walked they didn't seem to be bothering to sneak and as such it meant they weren't afraid of anything attacking them in return, fortunately this time they would be the ones attacking something else. The group would stumble upon two Orcs and a Stamp Piglet. One of the Orcs was vigorously practicing her libido skill with the Stamp Piglet, while the other seemed to be watching with a dopey grin on his face, all in all it was a very disturbing scene. What was more interesting was what they were wearing and the fact that only the third Orc seemed to be keeping watch with a staff adorned with three Lesser Water Spirit Stones seemingly stuck in place so that they made a pyramid. The Female Orc was wearing a Horned Rabbit Skull as a helmet while the last Orc had a hammer made out of a tree branch and a large rock tied and stuck together crudely. They would babble to each other before turning around at the sound of the group of Lizardkin arriving in the clearing where they were, all of them would freeze before including the Stamp Piglet as it was not only awkward but likewise unexpected though they had tensed up in preparation of things going crazy after all those lizardkin not only outnumbered them but some were riding a Hind Cub!

Keanu and Teak were among the group watching... whatever it was going on. Teak leaned over to whisper to Keanu. "...Are they eating it? Is that how they eat food?" Keanu honestly didn't have an answer and all he could really respond with was a shrug and a look of confusion.

Four creatures, three appearing similar and somehow...familiar to Lizardfolk. Yoshi had never actually encountered another monster race, just creatures, but he had heard enough about the other races to recognize these creatures were part of them. He had no idea what they were, but perhaps they could be reasoned with. However, when he saw the pig and a move being performed on it reminiscent of something he had done to Snow in the passion of lovemaking, Yoshi paused, unsure how to proceed. Luckily, Ursa growled angrily and that reminded Yoshi of his dangerous hunger and their lack of supplies. Raaaahhhh!! Yoshi charged and Ursa joined in with a thunderous growl as the large bear lunged forward towards the two Orcs near the pig. Ursa, more interested in the pig for food, would specifically lunge for it, while Yoshi would jump from Ursa’s back and attempt a midair slash at the Orc who had been giving the pig the business. Snow would dismount Ursa, running around his large backside for a surprise attack at the Orc who had been watching.

Something... about the muscles, that was Zardj'tali's name for these ones, breathed a fire in the lizardkin's chest. She wanted to beat them. Like some... weird drive, an unknown goal at the tip of her tongue. But with the cry from Zardyoshi, she felt invigorated and raced too, with a wave of her arms to instruct her own friends to join them. Zardj'tali went for the one closest, charging, hunched low to make herself a harder target as she went for the one holding a very big stick with those pretty water stones, lunging directly passed the Orc, only for her tail to follow and slam against their neck before wrapping around. As a protection she also hardened her skin like she was getting used to, just in case the Orc tried to attack her on the wall to her assault. All that time with Zardj'tali, Zardyaya decided to give it a shot too, using her own tail to go for the same Orc's arm, trying to rip the staff from their grip before they could assault J'Tali with. And Zardtenor would join in with Zwardsnow. going for as deep a slash as they could.

Using:

OOC: Thanks for waiting guys you’re the best! I won’t blame you if you let me die.

ZardHatta and ZardFae were a bit behind and caught up to the scene of a battle that had just begun. He noticed one of his ZardKin had a cub as a mount, Hatta was slightly intimidated by the scene unfolding but he knew fear was not the answer, he fixed his shield properly to his arm and looked on with determination. Since the chaos of battle had just begun the two Zards would utilize their sneak to hide in the chaos and see where they could be the most useful. The Orc with the Hammer seemed to be the simplest to attack. The two circled the Orcs group and as the fight erupted they would spring out and Fae let out a Battle Cry as they jumped at the Orc to try to throw his balance off. Fae would continue on with raking the Orc with her claws while Hatta did his best to latch on and bite the Orc with his powerful jaws. The club was calling to him.

Spoiler:

The Battle between Orcs & Lizardkin would begin with a yell as the two forces started to fight each other the Staff Orc would launch a Water Ball at Zardj'tali which would be slightly weakened by her use of Rock-Scale but would still splash against her skin with some force causing her to stumble a bit but manage to get to him despite him trying to dodge but being unable to topple him over. The Orc would shift his staff and use his free hand to grab at Zardyoshi's tail actually managing to begin to pry it off of his throat allowing him to breathe a bit but before he could fire off another Water Ball Zardyaya would lash out with her tail and though she was unable to rip his staff out of his hand she was able to cause him to miss. Meanwhile Zardyoshi would jump and end up clashing with the female orc, who was getting railed by her Stamp Pig, with the female orc using her helmet's horn to parry his downward slash. The Stamp Piglet would actually charge straight at the incoming Cubursa knocking his mouth toward with it's reckless tackle and though it sustained some damage it's sudden attack would prevent it from getting savaged by the Hind Cub.

Zardhatta's arrival would be accompanied by another two Orcs emerging from the bushes, one who had a spear made from a Horned Foal Horn which was attached to a long stick, also crudely woven together with some ivy and sticky sap & the other a female wielding two Kama Mantic Claws on both hands who seemingly was using dried blood as war paint. He would yell just like Zardyoshi had yelled until a lone Myconid running into the midst of the Orcs vs Lizardkin would cause everyone to pause for a bit. This was because the lone Myconid was grievously injured and they collectively would feel an immense weight settle on them as something else seemed to be in the area. A loud roar would ring out from the foliage completely muffling the roars from Zardyoshi & the Spear Orc and from that roar fire would sweep out and completely incinerate the Myconid. Zwardsnow would manage to surprise the watching Orc and dealt a slash to his back causing him to yell out in pain and swing his hammer backward catching her in the mouth and causing her to recoil backward as she hadn't expected the Orc's blow to be backed with so much strength. Fortunately before he could try for a follow-up he would be attacked by Zardtenor with him blocking the slash with his hammer and sneer at him as he wasn't going out like a punk.

A Towering figure would emerge from the clearing flanked by two Hind Bears was the Red Hind Bear, Boss of this section of the Forest and Cubursa would immediately halt in place completely forgetting about trying to eat the Stamp Piglet and would lock eyes with the Red Hind Bear before letting out a pitiful whine as it growled at him. The Red Hind Bear's eyes would sweep over the collective mass of opponents and it would seemingly smile by baring all of it's teeth. Indeed tonight would be a feast of epic proportions. The Two Hind Bears would see the battlers and growl before both of them would split up; one charging at Zardj'tali, Zardyaya & Orcgeyser, meanwhile the second would charge at Zardhatta, Zardfae, Orcstaba & Orccutty. The Red Hind Bear would growl again and Cubursa would whine before looking at Zardyoshi would sad eyes as he remembered all of their good times, and thus rather than attack the one he had a bond with would turn and then charge at Zardkeanu & Zardteak before aiming a paw swipe at the latter.

As for the Red Hind Bear he would stalk forward towards the group containing Zardyoshi, Zwardsnow, Orchamma & Orchorny with them getting his attention particularly because Cubursa chose not to attack them. He would sunder that bond by force as no Hind Cub was to be subservient under any monsters within this forest so long as he lived. As he got closer they could feel his intimidating presence as he truly was a massive bear dwarfing the two Hind Bears who accompanied him both of which were larger than Cubursa was. His fur was a rich maroon while he had scarlet flame like markings in his fur and judging by the blood coating his paws he had been the one to savage the Myconid in the first place. He would begin snarling with embers of flame and smoke billowing from his jaws his red eyes zeroed in on Zardyoshi in particular, indeed he was his to kill though he would gladly maul any of those around him just for being there.

West Boss Encountered:

Keanu and Teak would have gone to join in the fight, but it seemed like something else was heading for them and it wasn't an orc or a horse thing. Or was it? What is a horse? Not like these guys knew. It has fur, ran on all fours and was super angry. Those were qualifiers, right?

Still, it didn't seem right. It didn't look like it wanted to fight and there was a pressure from another creature that looked like it. Teak braced himself, raising the scythe to parry the swipe of the ursa's paw and Keanu rushed in at its side, aiming to jab it with his. Just a moment ago one of their own was riding it and now it's coming after them. Why?

A wave of emotions washed over Yoshi as what would have been a simple ambush turned into something far, far worse. Anger, fear, dread and heartbreak surged through him as he watched the Red Hind Bear crash through the forest, trailed by two more Hind Bears even larger than Ursa. Yoshi locked eyes with Ursa, seeing the regret in the creature's face, but unable to do anything, Ursa, no! He called out, but there was little that could be done, Leave the cub if you can, focus on the big ones! Yoshi called out, trying his best to protect his new friend from his fellow kin, of course if it came down to it and it was the Lizards or Ursa, he couldn't blame them for killing the cub. Yoshi would then return his attention to the Red Hind Bear, who, much to Yoshi's dismay, was currently stalking towards him and Snow. Yoshi would turn to the Orcs they had been fighting only moments ago. Lizards and Orcs fight together, or we die. He said simply to the Orcs. It wasn't ideal to team up with the enemy, but when faced with a walking force of nature, survival was something Yoshi hoped they could all agree on.

Regardless, the hunt was on and the Bear clearly was interested in him in particular. So, when facing down this hulking menace, what did Yoshi do?
He ran.
Yoshi waved his arms and began running to the right (Bear's left side), If you want me, come and get me! Yoshi yelled, attempting to strafe the bear. He remembered his fight with Ursa only a day earlier and made sure to stay just out of range of the larger bear's sweeping, powerful paws should it attempt to strike. In some ways, it was lucky that he and Snow had hunted a Hind Cub only a day earlier. Should the Red Hind Bear start to turn and track Yoshi, Snow would charge forward and slash at its exposed right side, particularly aiming for its back, right leg. Disabling Ursa's movements had given them the only hope they had yesterday, so it was a tactic Snow was familiar with. She could only hope the Orcs were smart enough and interested enough in survival to follow her lead. If the Red Hind Bear didn't turn to follow Yoshi, Snow would instead strafe left as he strafed right, attempting to position herself on the bear's right side anyway and attack from the back.

ZardHatta and ZardFae were about to spring on the orc with the hammer, yet more orcs spilled from another nearby bush. Then just as they were about to attack... A Mushroom? A mushroom person. ZardGranny told him about the other monster races but other then these orcs, he had never seen another race other than his own. But this little guy seemed to have gotten torn apart. The whole scene went quiet as the Myconid collapsed. What followed suit brought terror across the whole field. A large. Fire-breathing. Bear. Roughly 5 times the size of ZardHatta. Well their went all the courage he had given himself. He looked over to ZardFae and told her, "If it gets bad. Run. I'll defend you..." He had just lost his friend ZardGown. He would die before letting Fae fall. The Red Hind Bear was massive. Another bear was coming at it. Jeez hod did these ursine get so huge.

He looked over at the orcs and screeched at it. "Be a coward and run or help kill the bear! We worry about splitting the meat later." All of Hatta's instinct told him to run but running last time only ended with despair. He wouldn't let himself fold now. "Fae! Jump off me! Aim for the Face!" The Bear was charging at them so Fae would heed ZardHatta and would run up ZardHatta's back and leapt with a Battle Cry, hopefully landing on the Bear's back where she would grip with her claws and get a good hold so she wouldn't be shaken off. ZardHatta would stare down this bear and how much more bigger it was. Giving Fae a foothold to get onto the bear was the best he could do as he immediately dashed to the side and out of the Bear's range. He would try to circle it and kept his shield up. He had to be on the defensive as he didn't know what the orcs were planning. Though Hatta was searching for an opportunity to get onto the creature as well. Distracting it would have to be good enough for now.

Well... this isn't good. Zardj'tali hopped off the muscley one, staring down the frankly large hairy beast. She just did not have the luck it would seem. And her fellow Lizardkin were right, this felt like facing the horned horse the other night. A total feeling of dread. "... Zardj'tali wanted shiny stick. But Zardj'tali not want die. Zardj'tali want fight big thing," She made sure to step back and away from the orc, as did Zardyaya, neither making any attempt at going for the staff again, even if it was doing strange things. "Me feel can win if work together," She was now speaking to the majority of the orcs with them too. As weird as they were. "... then would like ask how made pretty stick and maybe call muscley friend."

ZardYaya was a little more realistic than the Lizard she followed and put her trust in. While J'Tali seemed to just straight up believe the orcs would help, Yaya was nervous about this supposed alliance. "We fight as friends and we leave as friends having killed this one. Yes? Lizards make friend on this day with you. Truce, is the word?"

"Oh! Yes yes! Shiny stick throw shiny rocks at growly!" And there was ZardJ'tali's excitement again. She might have been hopeful the orcs would help, a little too much, but they did afterall have bigger threat. "ZardJ'Tali am tough. Can help stick swinger and they help us,"

Orcgeyser was a sort of stickler for doing things by the book, yet this was a completely different occasion, one that was really list but he'd rather be deer chow than work with these weak, useless lizards. Orcgeyser would leap to the side putting distance between him, the two lizards, and the bear; once he got the distance between them he launch off a water ball at the hind bear, he would then turn to the two lizards and fire another water ball at zardyaya, This would show those stupid lizards and useless bear this is war.

Orcgeyser:

Orccutta and orcstaba would look towards the lizards who stopped charging at them, to look at the Hind Bear, it was definitely something to bring home to grab about. "orcstaba use lizard bait, kill bear. Meat use taste." orccutta told, his brethren before smiling at the lizards since they didn't speak the same language, yet it was obvious they held the same goal as the lizards. both these orcs would hold their weapons toward the red bear waiting on the bear to give it a taste of their combined strength of friendship.

Orchamma and Orchorny would look towards the lizards and the red bear, it was obvious choices had to be made and at the current moment, the real option was to take down the red bear with the lizards since their orcs were too spread out and outmanned even without the lizards here. orchamma would be the first to break the trivial silence since the red bear wouldn't let them leave alive even if they used the lizards as bait, yet orchorny was against fighting with woman especially those weaker than herself. orchamma would charge at the bear and swing his weapon at the Ribs of it since he knew the lizards and orchorny would help if he seem he acknowledged the bigger enemy. Orchorny would wait for the lizards to join in the fight against the red bear, if they join in on the hunt of the red bear, orchorny would go to tackle the bear in order to give them a shot at hitting the bear eyes or nose. If they choose to attack or not help them with the bear, she would tackle the male and attempt to use her strength to chock him to death while the stamp pig would give a reckless charge to zardsnow.

Orchamma:

Orchorny & Stampquiggy:

Subursa would swing a paw at Zardteak and the latter would try to parry it causing him to be knocked off his feet while his Kama Mantis Claw would be damaged so would Cubursa's paw and that opening would be enough for Zardkeanu to barely penetrate it's thick fur. Fortunately due to his reluctance to fight Cubursa was also not fighting to the best of his ability either but merely acting the part so that the Red Hind Bear didn't label him a traitor and thus be unable to step into the west forest without being attacked by his former kin. He would turn to Zardkeanu and lunge forward with his head in order to try and knock him to the ground so that he could just step on him.

Cubursa vs Zardteak & Zardkeanu:

Meanwhile it seemed that Orcgeyser was no longer holding back as the first water ball he launched at Zardj'tali was underpowered in comparison to the one he launched at the Hind Bear & Zardyaya. In the case of the latter the impact would actually knock her to the ground, while in the case of the former would have his first strike knocked off course causing it to let out an annoyed snarl and aiming a swipe at Orcgeyser deeming him the greatest threat due to his use of magic. It would slam into the Staff wielding Orc knocking him back and causing the Hind Bear to bare it's fangs and charge after him to deal another swipe. Zardtenor would notice how the Orc used water, and thought to himself that he could see how water would be useful in a fight with bears that could breathe fire and would shrug before popping his lesser water stone into his mouth hoping that he'd be lucky for once. He was to a degree as he gained something but now was undergoing Mana Overload

Hind Bear vs Zardj'tali, Zardtenor & Zardyaya vs Orcgeyser?:

The other Hind Bear would manage to gain on the unfocused Orcstaba & Orccutta as they were a bit closer than the Lizardkin and would aim two swipes at them causing both of them to be knocked in opposite directions. Before it could turn on Zardhatta who also looked vulnerable a roar would cause it to actually be intimidated as it was fazed by the smaller monsters battle cry and would be stunned in place due to not expecting Zardyaya attack completely vulnerable to her follow-up slashes seeing as she was now atop it's face with no resistance coming from it.

Hind Bear vs Zardhatta, Zardfae, Orcstaba & Orccutta:

The Red Hind Bear was a different breed of Hind Bear entirely as it would get attacked by Zwardsnow and all it would do was continue to aim a swipe at Zardyoshi it's claws tearing some of his Wolf Bear Pelt but still knocking him off of his feet. As for Zwardsnow, Orchamma & Orchorny well their weak attacks wouldn't even penetrate it's thick fur and so confident in it's dominance it would roar at them causing, Zwardsnow & Orchamma to be stunned in fright. Pigisquigy would see the danger and would rush towards Orchamma before knocking him out of the way while continuing to charge so that at the very least he might have a fighting chance. This would cause it to bare it's fangs almost like a parody of a smile as sparks started to emerge from it's mouth in greater frequency as it prepared to let loose a Roar of Flame and considering they had seen only the end part in action would now bear witness to it's full appearance as the marking on the bear would slowly begin to pulsate as the sparks grew more intense. With three juicy immobile targets, they were surely going to be hit, at least unless others managed to get in the way before the Red Bear could unleash it.

Red Hind Bear (Divine Protection of the Demi-God of Fire) vs Zardyoshi, Zwardsnow, Orchamma, Orchorny & Pigisquigy:

There was some kind of hesitance with the bear, Keanu got a better read on it with its swing and when he was knocked over to be stepped on. He tried to get Teak's attention, trying to keep his voice low enough for others to not hear, but loud enough so Teak didn't kill it. Thankfully, the screaming of everything else seemed to make some noise to make it really hard to focus on one conversation. "Don't kill it, just play-fight it!"

Thankfully Teak managed to catch it, and gave a grin, playing off that he was going to keep fighting it and fighting not as hard with the bear cub. A quick look around and things looked messy. Now there were more orcs and two giant bears. Keanu would struggle to get the cub off him and just keep reading the area to see if other lizardkin would retreat. He'd grab Teak's arm the moment he'd catch onto that and hopefully the bear cub would just chase after if it really was still a friendly and get out of the hind bear's sight.
