As of now, he considers himself as an outgoing person, always able to have fun anywhere no matter where he may be. Exploring new horizons isn't necessarily a desirable concept to describe Jin, but he treats it as a challenge to overcome. There is a bit of Enzo with this new carefree attitude that seems to be plastered on Jin's face, it's almost as if a smug exterieor tends to be his first initial response towards meeting people for the first time or not necessarily knowing what to say to them after a while. This is also due to a minor case of stubbornness he would show. His loyalty holds no bounds once he commits to something, especially to the friendships that he makes. He maintains an air of confidence in what he does, always being sure of himself whenever he settles on a personal decision. As long as adventure awaits him, Jin will not hold anything back. For Jin's appearance, the trademark tapir gratitude kanji tattoo on the left side of his chest. History:Born in a Town called New Mirstone, Jinnouchi's legacy actually stems from a rather troublesome hero that hailed from a group whose job was to prevent wars from breaking out. Due to the failure of such and the destruction of the city that this hero was supposed to protect, the very least that was able to be done was the pre-evacuation that averted a lot of casualties. Even though the Medjay group didn't succeed fully, the man by the name Enzo did all he could to prevent loss of life. With what he left behind, and who he left behind, she and the others started anew, with the years of the future giving birth to New Mirstone . ---Now--- Jinnouchi Tapirwas living his life as a vigilante of some kind, filling in the apparent legacy of protecting the city that his ancestors tried his best to save. Even if the place was gone, it still lived within the people. Through those born of Enzo's blood, there was somewhat of an honorable code among them that made them natural protectors of the weak, even if there were great differences in their personalities. Keikan Tapir, his father, channeled this ninja way by becoming chief of police from new mirstone . He wanted to uphold the laws that took the new city a while to establish, but Jinnouchi's outlawish tactics provided a thin gray line between what made the criminals who they were, and what made him different. Jin had no discipline, which is why he spent some months in detention centers for the possibility of reform. As a matter of fact, it only worked to a point where Jin managed to come across something that withstood the test of time, Enzo's diary. It was then that Jinnouchi knew of what his ancestor considered most important to him, what he lost, his burdens, the comrades he cared about , the love he experienced. From the first beginning of the pages, Jin realized that there was parts of his bloodline that have had shortcomings when it came to the ASN. The anger in his heart from how the wardens mistreated him during jail. The feeling of hopelessness when the Pandoran war broke out, and the sense of duty when he truly thought he was the last of the Bachiatari. It ended with his attempts of evacuating the city, but reading it changed him. That year in the detention center, along with the diary, reformed Jinnouchi. He immediately received his tattoo because he asked for it, he had a sense of gratitude and wanted to take the oath of the family ninja way. However, his sense of gratitude was different, as well as the way of showing it. He was grateful for what his ancestor did, and wanted to experience what was lost, the way of the ninja. By leaving New Mirstone, he promised to return one day as he set out on an adventure to become a ninja worthy of the Tapir name. With no real clan ties besides the outcasted strains of the bakuhatsu superhero, Jinnouchi desired a name of his own, but it was to be something he built with his actions and with his convictions. The Town of New Mirstone was built atop the steep facade of a mighty fjord and is truly a true modern urban phenomenon. Its uniqueness is matched by the backdrop of an abundance of hills which have helped shape the city to what it is today. The resources these hills brought were of great importance, but they were also influential when it came to architectural designs as the vast majority of buildings have been built with many round shapes and wide sizes, similar to the fields around them.
The skyline is spreading with similar skyscrapers and they seem to be continuously evolving as new additions are added even now. Daily life isn't too stressful in New Mirstone and it has attracted a lot of attention. Many different cultures have left their mark not just on business, but also upon the city's identity.
As for the flag, the flag is made up of three diagonal stripes in light grey, dark orange and brown. Their emblem consists of a bow under an iceberg, but the people can choose whether they want the emblem on their flag or not. The emblem stands for their hardship, their courage, and their pain.

Description: Something that's a little more unique to Jinnouchi is the effect that his heat release had on his willpower. Due to the combination of such things, Jin's displacement aura has evolved into a variation called soulfire aura. This soulfire aura's range's extension now includes the Volatility modifier of his heat release. When it comes to the damage dealt by things involving Jinnouchi's soulfire aura, his physical attacks now deal heat release physical damage.

Description: One of the unique altercations of Jinnouchi being born was the effect of his distant bakuhatsu heritage and the special chakra natures that he has access to, specifically heat chakra. Due to the explosive nature of the Bakuhatsu's techniques, it actually affected Jinnouchi's heat chakra in order to produce Volatile heat, as well as mimicking the Volatile state of explosive release chakra. This makes Jin's heat Moderately Volatile and with the heat techniques reflecting on the blast radius modifier. In addition to that, Jin's heat techniques can passively cause the burn status effect from the inside out for those who get caught in the attacks, the burn status is one rank below to the heat damage taken. The amount of rounds it lasts for is dependent on Jin's ninja rank. The chart also dictates when Jin's Volatile heat reaches it's max potential.

Description: The Bakuhatsu are adorned with unique birthmarks identical to their clan symbol along their body which are naturally present at birth in a random amount (Success Chance Dice Roll), the placement of these birthmarks may differ however one commonality is that if there is an Even amount then they will always be symmetrical (Left & Right sides) whereas if there is an Odd amount then it will be symmetrical up until the last one which will be located somewhere in the middle of the body. Description: This is an adjusted jutsu that was taught and repurposed for Jinnouchi's use of his reaction tiers. After some hand signs, Reaction lightly surrounds himself with wind chakra that acts as a C rank wind displacement technique. This means that from a 40 feet radius, Enzo can sense any disturbance such as a hand sign performing, whole body movement, or anything airborne. However, with the introduction of Jinnouchi's Reaction tiers, the wind feeling can also serve as an extension of his reaction tiers, being able to react to things of that distance and receive a tier level boon depending on how close the sensed target is. The boon is based upon a chart that correlates to the distance and what's gained, and can be used for either Jin's speed tier or reaction tiers. The closer the target it, the greater the increase, an increase of rank is not met with recoil through this technique. The bonus is only gained if Jin can see the target and if it's within the zone. This sensory Jutsu can be countered by a B rank or higher air stillness Jutsu, or being out of the 40 feet distance. If the jutsu is countered in such a way, the tier levels cannot be gained.

Description: After forming some hand signs, Jin covers the area in heat chakra from up to 80 feet, superheating the atmosphere in order for him to cause a mirage effect. This allows Jin to blend in the heated mirage as it creates a gradient in the refractive index of the air, being a unique concealing technique for Jin to use. While this technique is active, those who don't have heat chakra is subjected to a stamina drain while within the area, losing 2 stamina per p.t. As long as they are within the range of the superheated atmosphere unless the technique is ended, they will continue to experience their stamina drain.

Description: This particular morphing technique involves Jin compressing the balloons that he has in store, or compressing balloons that he freshly created for future use. The compression itself makes them as small as tiny. These balloons that he compresses can be placed on his person in order for them to be inflated for future usage. The amount that Jin can hold on him before needing actual storage compartments in place is depending on his current ninja rank. The amount of time it takes to fully inflate a compressed balloon depends on the ballon type, along with the amount of slots a ballon takes up reflecting on the balloon type as well ( B1 = 2 P.T/1 slot, B2 = 4 P.T/2 slots, B3 = 6 P.T/4 slots & B4 = 8 P.T/4 slots).

Description: This jutsu is based on maintaining the intense heat that's already in the atmosphere and compressing it in order to increase the viable effects. For now on, if a target's stamina is drained to 0 while this jutsu is in effect and while they are within 20 feet of Jin, they are considered fully dehydrated and pass out for a number of P.T based off of jin's rank, with the chart displayed below. This is only dependent on whether the opponent has B rank endurance or barrier tiers. C rank Barrier or endurance tiers halves the duration.

Description: After paying the activation price of a single C rank of heat chakra, Jin starts to produce C rank heat materia that he can store within his soulfire Aura. The P.T production, due to the fact of Jin simply adding the Fahrenheit increase of his soulfire aura through chakra, no additional chakra price needs to be made for Jin to continue to make heat materia per p.t as long as it's within the limits of the amount he can store. Once Jin reaches his max limit, no more materia is made unless he uses up the one heal already stored. The amount of heat materia he can store within his aura depends on his ninja rank, with Jin's endurance tiers adding to the amount he can hold.

Description: This technique is very similar in both execution and result to the basic Clone Technique. It is a variant by which the user after throwing a senbon at their target and forming the necessary hand seals, can create incorporeal replicas of the senbon — turning a small amount of senbon to a larger amount in an instant with which to bombard the enemy which is based on the user's clone limit. Unlike the Clone Technique, however, this technique does not consume from the user's clone limit in regards to the amount of clones on the field but instead has a time-limit based on the user's Endurance Tiers before these illusory clones dissipate. Name: Heat Release - Reactionary Thermoception Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: B-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Long Description: After forming signs, the user gains the ability of a B rank thermal sense. This allows them to perceive the infrared spectrum (i.e. temperature), allowing them to sense temperature variations in objects, people/creatures, and the environment from up to 60 feet away. Even the target's lack of temperature is able to be sensed with this technique, as well as the differentiation of near-identical temperatures. When used along with his reaction tiers, Jin is able to react to things of that distance and receive a tier level boon depending on how close the sensed target(s) is. The bonus can only be granted if the target is within the sensed zone. However, those with a B rank temperature shielding technique that specifically states it hides their temperature or those that are outside the 60 feet mark, are safe from being sensed. If this jutsu is countered in such a way, the tier levels cannot be gained in response to the sensed target(s).

The amount of projectiles that the user can throw at a time is dependent on his ninja rank.

Description: Body Flicker must be learned prior to learning this technique. By cycling heat chakra into their body the user is able to rapidly move at an unreadable pace causing opponents without movement slowing dojutsu or sensory techniques besides vision, to be unable to follow their movement, and even then the user appears as a red blurred image. During the initiation of the jutsu, the user's movement is treated as a concessive blast in any direction, doubling as an air movement technique. It uses the base speed and distance that the user is moving in regards to speed tiers/ or alternative movement through chakra armor etc, along with the additional increase of distance travel that granted through heat flicker to cover that amount of feet within a single post. This additional increase in distance is based on the user's ninja rank. When Heat Flicker is being utilized, movement speed receives an additional Tier+.

While this occurs the user seemingly blurs out of place and they can use it to rapidly change directions as well as seemingly blur out of the way of physical based techniques moving at equal or below their movement speed while flickering.
Name: Heat Storage - Internal Furnace Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: C-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Self/Short Description: This technique is an amplifier for Jin's heat storage technique and serves as another use for the access heat material that Jin has available to him. With it, Jin can use his heat material as a way to feed his technique(s) that use heat-related chakra by paying a one time cost of C rank heat chakra. After this, Jin can subtract any number of heat material from his storage to increase the range of a heat based technique that he is using. This can also be treated as feeding jutsu that particularly uses or depends on the presence of heat chakra.

It sounds redundant due to their capacity to explode, but is mainly used to handle the drag of moving at high speeds and not exploding prematurely. With this technique, Jin can boost the Trajectory resistance of the morpher created construct(s), which is translated as physical durability. Instead of using chakra, this technique follows a cooldown chat that reflects how strong Jin is intending to make the bonus durability.

Name: Dynamic Throwing- Heat Seeking Mod Classification: Ninjutsu/Shurikenjutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: Long Range Description: This particular mod is a heat-seeking mod that homes in on a target thermal signature and tracks them. The projectile in question will become a smart projectile, following the heat signature around until it hits the target, or something immediately comes into the trajectory of the projectile with the purpose of getting in the way. If the latter is not moving at the same speed or greater than the projectile, it autocorrects for the sake of hitting the target. The range of the heat-seeking mod is 40 feet, meaning it has to be that within that distance of the target at all times or else it would lose the mark . The projectile has to be thrown within the direction of the target, and the cost of making this mod is a c-rank amount of heat chakra. However, if the user has a thermal sensory technique active, they can auto-aim on the particular heat signature without throwing it in their direction. In addition to that, when used alongside a thermo sensing technique, the heat-seeking mod gains range equal to the user’s heat sensory range(if greater than this technique).
Name: Dynamic Throwing- Blast Pressure Mod Classification: Ninjutsu/Shurikenjutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Offensive Range: Mid Range Description: One of the many offensive mods that Jinnouchi has in his arsenal, the blast pressure mod is classified as an Exothermic explosion that deals physical damage. However, the speed of the projectile is what calculates the damage, using the overpressure of the user's throw. With aerodynamic heating and the explosions themselves being exothermic in nature, the object's kinetic energy is converted into heat and generally adds to the power of the blast pressure mod. Even if the speeds exceed S rank, the damage will be capped at that rate.
Name: Heat Release: Cruel Sun -Signature- Classification: Ninjutsu Rank:A Class:Offense/ Supplementary Range:Long(0-80ft)/ AOE(80-160ft) Description:This technique requires the user to complete a series of hand signs then raise their finger in the air if there isn’t sufficient heat materia present on the field. If there is at least an A-rank amount of heat materia on the field, the user need only to lift one finger in the air. Once this is done an A-rank amount of heat chakra and materia is quickly gathered at A-rank speeds on the user’s finger tip to take the shape of an extremely large ball of heat.
Depending on the amount of heat in the area prior to the formation of this attack it can grow much larger than its original size of 80ft. Due to being a ball of concentrated heat, cruel sun is invisible to those without chakra vision. Cruel Sun also creates mirages which deceives targets without reaction tiers equal to the amount of heat comprising this technique(capping at S-rank). Those with chakra vision can see the technique as a massive ball of hot chakra resembling the sun, and will require reaction tiers one rank lower than the amount of heat comprising this technique to see through the mirages.
The ball of heat can still be detected by other sufficient means. Albeit if detected through touch based sensory or if the heat from this technique is felt in anyway, Cruel Sun can be used as a trigger for Heat Mirage genjutsu. When used in this way Heat Mirage genjutsu A-rank and lower count as one rank higher in the genjutsu chain although their damages and effects remain the same. This ball is weightless however the speed in which it can travel through the air is dependent on the user’s throwing speed. Regardless of how fast and how big this ball can get, it still deals A-rank heat chakra damage if a target is hit.

In exchange for reducing the size or the range of a heat release technique, the amount of concentrated heat chakra in the technique would serve as a bonus to the amount of damage that the technique can do. This is in addition to what the technique is already capable of, with it dealing a bonus damage of Heat Release damage. The chart below will reflect how much of the size will need to be reduced for the bonus damage.

Description: Jinnouchi does this by paying a C-rank amount of chakra per target to imbued them with his thermal heat signature. When completed the imbued chakra will regulate the heat within a target’s body in order to keep their temperature at safe levels. This allows them to develop a resistance to heat/cold and heat/cold related techniques/status effects equal to the rank of the user and below. This effect would need a reoccurring chakra cost per target(including Jin) to keep active. And also, depending on the user’s rank, there is a max amount of targets that can be affected. Jinnouchi's self heat is passively being admitted from his body up to 2 feet.

Description: In order to gain more control over the field, Jinnouchi has created this technique. The VHTT tech causes the field to rise in temperature(heat materia) every-time a heat technique is used(stacking). Those on the field will feel the affects of the heat and experience heavier drains in stamina. Therefore when stamina is lost due to a heat technique, the drain will be subjected to new multipliers indicated by the scale below. The heat materia present in the atmosphere will be equivalent to the rank of the technique. Even if the amount of heat materia in the atmosphere exceeds the materia Rank multiplier of S rank, it will simply remain stationary as additional materia that stacks and counts against clearing techniques as a whole. This technique can be cleared with an area clearing/cooling technique neutral against heat release equal to the amount of heat materia present. If the area clearing /cooling technique is strong against heat release it’ll only need to be atleast one rank below the amount of heat materia present. If the technique used to clear VHTT is weak against heat release then it’ll require that technique to be one rank higher than the amount of heat materia present. Otherwise, Jinnouchi would have to leave the thread for the area to cool off or deactivate the technique. The heat techniques have to be adding heat to the atmosphere in some kind of way/fashion.

Description: This technique is a heat based jutsu that focuses on damaging and capturing target(s). After forming hand signs and clapping his hands towards the target, he created an explosion of heat particles made of chakra that comes together to make a cage of heat. This attacks deal only B-rank Heat Release Damage to the target; but what really makes this technique effective is it's constant drain. This can capture Large creatures within range of its detonation. These heat particles tend to overlap with one another forming a figurative cage that blasts the target(s) with heat from all angles and depending on the user's skill the size of the cage is capable of encasing a target causing them to briefly halt their movements and drain their stamina by -3 per post. However, those with either Endurance Tiers equal to the amount of materia used to create the cage (capping at S-rank materia), or A-rank Chakra Tiers can ignore the added effect. This blast of heat doesn't entirely kill and can scold them with a powerful blast of heat while keeping them alive. When a target's stamina is brought down to zero, that target will no longer be able to move from where it is placed or attack. Description: After paying the activation price of a single B rank of heat chakra, Jin starts to produce B rank heat materia that he can store within his soulfire Aura. The P.T production, due to the fact of Jin simply adding the Fahrenheit increase of his soulfire aura through chakra, no additional chakra price needs to be made for Jin to continue to make heat materia per p.t as long as it's within the limits of the amount he can store. Once Jin reaches his max limit, no more materia is made unless he uses up the one heal already stored. The amount of heat materia he can store within his aura depends on his ninja rank, with Jin's endurance tiers adding to the amount he can hold.

Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of heat chakra using chakra flow that, instead of being used offensively, is used to stimulate heat throughout the user's muscles granting them increased mobility when used with natural tiers to make them outpace even samurai (S-rank++, S-rank+ without S-rank Speed tiers ). The technique also channels heat around the body reducing drag to grant air movement by means of flight at tremendous speed when used with natural tiers (S-rank+, S-rank without S-rank speed tiers) This mode, combined with taijutsu, allows the users to utilize nintaijutsu (Heat Release Sweating). The user is constantly shrouded in Heat Elemental chakra which gives them a clear blurry aura around their body while it is active.

Description: Bakuhatsu are innately resistant to explosions in regard to both the ailments currently associated with them and eventually the explosions themselves, this is based on gender. Male Bakuhatsu are resistant to explosions themselves while Female Bakuhatsu are resistant to the after effects of explosions. This is dependent on the Bakuhatsu's Endurance Tiers with the most resilient Bakuhatsu becoming resistant to all but the most powerful of detonations and ill-effects stemming from detonations. This is an example of gender dimophism within the clan which arose over the hundreds of years the clan has been around. This is due to female Bakuhatsu typically being around children whereas males were out whether for combat or hunting. While this is the exception and not the rule, occasionally based on sexual orientation this is flipped, in which case Homosexual Bakuhatsu have the opposite resistance than what is commonly associated with their gender. This unique quirk is only specific to that type of sexual orientation as others share the same resistant as their Heterosexual counterparts. The speed tier of the user first dictates the base distance that they can potentially travel, before calculating the displacement aura range increases. This is treated as an air movement technique equivalent to the base speed tier used to initiate the propulsion. In terms of fatal blows, this allows the user and opponents to make a sensible story as to why someone gets knocked out instead of dying.

However, the proper use of this fighting style is to be used for heat mirage genjutsu, which is a multi-sensory affecting genjutsu that eats away at the targets stamina. This Justus regularly beats ambient genjutsu as an elemental gen, unless faced with an elemental gen that's stronger than heat chakra. A chart below states much stamina is wasted per round.

The targets involved in the illusion literally feel the ball's hot temperature getting closer as they are inflicted with a C rank amount of mental damage per round, with it increasing in size. This stacks with other mental damage that the target receives. Once the target receives a S rank amount of mental damage from cruel sun alone, the sun goes nuclear and explodes into a heat wave, knocking the target out and dealing them an B rank amount of brain damage. This genjutsu can use any of the touch, smell, and sight factors as a trigger. This can be used with other heat mirage jutsu. The amount of p.t's the target is unconscious for is dependent on their barrier tiers.

This causes his target to hallucinate, seeing multiple images of him, and making very hard to tell the real one from the illusions. Additionally, the target loses their motor skills with continued exposure to the ringing. This technique is normally used after he distracts her opponent with Shadow Senbon. The mass lowering of stamina causes hyponatremia which causes hallucinations or a coma, but generally causes a severe drop in one's mental defense. Depending on the amount of stamina that the inflicted has left, the defenses that they have against heat mirage genjutsu is lowered.

There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on senbon, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow senbon that fly around are equally lethal. The intention is that the opponent will only react to the sound of the bells and won't notice the silent ones, getting hit by these. This technique focuses on how the brain instinctively works: reacting to the sound, the brain "forgets" about the information provided by the other senses. However, it is very easy to evade the attack if the opponent recognizes the trick, due to having encountered it in a topic previously and simply focuses on how many senbon were actually thrown, which requires D-rank reaction tiers to accurately keep track. Even so when an opponent has recognized the trick they can still be deluded through other more subtle senbon shurikenjutsu add-ons to this technique. Then, they have to deal with the path of the lower, unnoticed senbon. However, if the enemy notices both senbon, the technique ends up losing all of its efficiency. Due to it's subtle nature this technique is not required to be placed in spoiler tags until it is triggered unless the opponent has a wind displacement sensory technique D-rank or above. This technique when used in combination with distractions and distraction causing techniques such as genjutsu, obscured vision, loud noises etc causes victim to require reaction tiers equal to the speed the kunai is moving, Time-Slowing Dojutsu or Muscle Tension to detect them as they move through the air.

Description: The creator of this style loved second chances, faking people out and when using Shurikenjutsu, for his opponent to think that he missed or messed up on a throw. This style revolves around those things, with the user making it appear as though they’ve missed when in fact nothing can be farther from the truth. When any opponent thinks that the user missed or messed up on throwing any projectile, they need reaction tiers equal to the technique rank in order to evade the second chance attack. This could be projectiles bouncing off each other, to moving a missed projectile back at the target using a wire, or many other tactics. The initial shock or surprise from the second chance distracts the opponent, thus them needing reaction tiers equal to the technique to defend or dodge.
Name: Morpher - Dynamic Throwing Classification: Fighting Style Rank: C Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Varies Description: (Required: Hatsu marks must allow for the morphing of metal, earth, or gems) This particular shurikenjutu technique goes even further beyond fully morphing materia in order to create it's an explosive counterpart. Dynamic Throwing focuses on turning small parts of the projectile in question into explosive materia, creating shuriken that causes different kinds of explosions when thrown. These explosions are exothermic by nature and have many uses, like a blowback explosion, an increase of speed, changing directions, or even turning into a drill of some kind. They are treated more like modifications that can turn even a simple projectile into a deadly weapon, along with the great versatility that any projectile can be modified. Since the explosive materia is exothermic, the introduction of heat chakra can be used to create mods as well. With that in mind, Jin can have projectiles set up in advance for specific throws or combinations of throws to be complemented with other forms of shurikenjutsu. Using this jutsu has no chakra cost, but there is a paring p.t. cooldown that comes with the act of making these projectiles. Depending on Jin ninja rank, it not only lessens the p.t. cooldown, but it adds to the number of modifications that he can have on his projectile(s) at a time. Name: The Four Tactical Talents Classification: Fighting Style Rank: B Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Varies Description: This Jutsu is the combination of Dynamic Throwing, Variable Projectile Throw, False Inaccuracy & Manipulated projectile Technique of any variation (Shuriken/Senbon/etc.). Each of these jutsu's represents four different tactics combined into one, focusing on the modifications of the projectile, the style of throw, and manipulation.This new fighting style requires opponents to have reaction tiers equal to the speed of the moving projectile. If the target does not have adequate tiers, time slowing dojutsu and muscle tension can be used alongside equal speed to avoid being hit. Furthermore, if the target does meet the requirements and choose to block the projectile then said target will be successfully. Unfortunately if the target chooses to dodge rather than block then the projectile in motion will undergo a time lag of a few seconds( 5 p.t.). After the lag time has expired, the projectile will circle back to hit the target from behind ; this time subjecting the target to another requirement check three tier levels higher than the previous. This can happen as long as the target is within 60ft of the user by the end of the time lag. Because of its combined nature techniques from its parent styles can also benefit and be used along side this style. Description: Iaido refers to a specific style of kenjutsu that is concerned with the smooth, controlled movements of drawing the sword from its scabbard, striking or cutting an opponent, removing blood from the blade, and then replacing the sword in the scabbard. The linear motion and force applied to draw the sword from its scabbard result in much faster slashes than ones realised with the sword already drawn. This is explicitly used by Cypher simply due to their mastery of weapon based combat which allows them to literally stop opponents from preforming equal rank ninjutsu if they are within a set amount of of the opponent and use this technique. If the opponent doesn't stop however they will sustain damage thus interrupting them from completing their technique & causing them to waste the chakra used in the technique requiring hand-seals. Iaido is very specific in it's timing and proximity to determine the exact speed at which an Iaido technique can intercept hand seals at a set speed, Iaido techniques are by definition Contact range, any time an Iaido technique has any rage above Contact (Short, Mid & or Long) it means it involves the use of Displacement Aura to extend the range. If the Cypher lacks that type of Displacement Aura then the rage is dropped back down to Close or whatever the max range they can get when utilizing displacement aura. Description: As the name suggests, this technique is simply a very quiet method of killing an opponent, usually from behind with a blade. Additionally, because the user moves silently, it cannot be defended against, because the attack cannot be anticipated. The user will often slit their opponent's throat, preventing any cry that might give them away. Jinnouchi's version of silent killing is considered very unique depending on the situation, as he conceals his movement and breathing through the use of his aura. Therefore Solfire Silent Killing techniques do not prevent anything from being sniffed out , tasted or sighted. Rather it does prevent the user from being heard or detected by vibration and sound sensory same rank or lower than the techniques being used from this style.

While this doesn't mean they are able to eat poisonous or other harmful materials it means that things which are inert or normally indigestible are able to be processed by those in the Bakuhatsu Clan whether to fuel techniques as a materia price or eventually as a Bakuhatsu grows more skilled replenish a set amount of their stamina depending on the grade of the raw material in question. Despite their odd eating habits the Bakuhatsu Clan are only capable of ingesting solid minerals this way often making sure to grind them up if they aren't capable of crushing them down with their teeth. They do however have a special relationship with Gems as the benefits they bring extend more than just use as a Materia Price or Stamina replenishing. The types of Raw Materials they can consume depends on their age with younger the Bakuhatsu is the more types of minerals they are able to digest. Description: This is one of the various forbidden techniques of Nazogakure which entails the use of a suicide technique, just like the others this technique has two utilizations. In either case the user grabs the intended target, requiring either Muscle Tension or a Time-Slowing Dojutsu to avoid having their movement intercepted and grabbed up, with the intention of incinerating both themselves and the target in a burst of powerful red energy. This energy deals spiritual based damage to an opponent with a set price dependent on the user's rank and the overall size of their blood reserves. If the opponent has a strong enough defense, they can survive the technique unscathed, though this is easier to pull off in the case of the moderate use of this technique in comparison to the true use. The main difference between the two uses relies on the price, as the moderate use relies on blood as it's ignition price, while the true use relies on a Soul Price which serves to extinguish the life of it's user in the process. Name: Morpher- Balloon Factory Classification: Fighting Style Rank: D Classification: Supplementary Range: Varies Description: Much like his Bakuhatsu ancestors and clan mates alike Jin is capable of using the Morpher passive to shift materia into different shapes and sizes priming them for detonation without additional energy sources. With inspiration from his teacher, Clio; he has developed his own variation which utilizes said Morpher to form Hot air balloons capable of detonating and releasing its contents at high speeds. This can be done without damaging the content inside and releases the projectiles like high-speed rains upon targets below. When used with heat materia, these balloons can be maneuvered around the field and much like most Morpher techs it does hybrid damage with its contents. Even with the introduction of heat chakra, this morpher line still follows morpher rules for cost, with the shell following cooldown rules and the introduction of a heat chakra/heat material cost.
Name: Ballon Factory- BF1 Classification: Shurikenjutsu Rank: C Classification: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Varies Description: BF1 is the standard balloon technique that goes about making the basic round balloons and a multitude of balloons at one time. It's one of the more spammable mass production techniques in regards to Balloon factory, and BF1 allows for the use of the balloon creation, movement, execution, and propulsion of held contents inside of the balloons to follow C tier speeds. However, If Jin already has C-Rank speed tiers, the following will be initiated at C+ speeds instead. Without a size-altering technique, the max size of BF1 balloons is 3 feet per balloon, with the ability to hold up to 15 atomic, 8 tiny, or 2 small sized projectiles/items. These items can be inside of the balloons so as long as the size of the items/projectiles does not exceed the size of the balloon. Items within the contents or placed inside of balloon upon creation is hidden unless those looking to inquire has the appropriate sensory depending on what's inside. Substance Volatility is based on what material the balloon is made from.

With modeling balloons, the user can create a various amount of balloon animals or items with the balloons that animate and act on behalf of the creator. The versatility of BF2 is the amount of imagination one could have in regards to what they can make. BF2 allows for the use of the balloon creation, movement, execution, and propulsion of held contents inside of the balloons to follow B tier speeds. However, If Jin already has B-Rank speed tiers, the following will be initiated at B+ speeds instead. These changes affect BF1 as well, with it following the new speed increase. Without a size-altering technique, the max size of BF2 balloons is 13 feet per balloon, with the ability of holding up to 20 atomic, 14 tiny, 6 small, 2 humanoid sized projectiles/items. These items can be inside of the balloons so as long as the size of the items/projectiles does not exceed the size of the balloon. Items within the contents or placed inside of balloon upon creation is hidden unless those looking to inquire has the appropriate sensory depending on what's inside. Substance Volatility is based on what material the balloon is made from.
Name: BF1- Streamline Classification: Shurikenjutsu Rank: C Classification: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Manipulation (Mid), Detonation (Long) Description: Using his balloon factory technique, Jin morphs the material in question to create three red round balloons that are 1 foot in length and width. The size of the balloon itself does not affect the amount that can be stored as long as the storage limits are within the rules of BF 1. The manipulation range of this technique is within 20 feet of Jin's current location, along with the detonation spread either by will or by intense friction propelling the projectiles as far as 40 feet at the speeds dictated by balloon factory, not counting the throwing distance modifier. Projectiles can be snuck in upon ballon creation, with max item storage reflecting BF1 split between the 3 balloons. The stored projectiles must be one rank lower than the item to avoid popping the balloon, morpher created projectiles/items can be stored if they are equal rank or lower. Due to the concentrated heat chakra from the inside, each projectile deals an additional D rank of heat release physical damage in addition to the explosion of the balloon itself dealing 3 D ranks of physical heat release damage with the 40 feet range. The animated bird can actually fire out it's inner contents from it's mouth, being launched at speeds 1 tier level above it's own, firing up to 5 projectiles each round. It can also detonate on it's own. The size of the balloon itself does not affect the amount that can be stored as long as the storage limits are within the rules of BF 2. The manipulation range of this technique is within 40 feet of Jin's current location, along with the detonation spread either by will or by intense friction propelling the projectiles as far as 60 feet at the speeds dictated by balloon factory, not counting the throwing distance modifier. Projectiles can be snuck in upon ballon creation, with max item storage reflecting BF2. The stored projectiles must be one rank lower than the item to avoid popping the balloon, morpher created projectiles/items can be stored if they are equal rank or lower. The size of the balloon itself does not affect the amount that can be stored as long as the storage limits are within the rules of BF 2. The manipulation range of this technique is within 40 feet of Jin's current location, along with the detonation spread either by will or by intense friction propelling the projectiles as far as 60 feet at the speeds dictated by balloon factory, not counting the throwing distance modifier. Description: The user creates a tiny seal first making a square before writing the Kanji for "Solid" within it. This is one of the most basic modification seals which are a branch of fuinjutsu which entail the modification of already existing sealing methods. The stacking seal is made with the premise of storing solid objects within it and is the first out of the 4 known states of matter formula. Due to Solid's having a definite shape and volume it is the easiest to produce.

Description: The user creates a seal the size of a golf ball first making a circle before writing the Kanji for "Store" within it thus allowing the creation of a seal which is able to store a small sized object within it. This is one of the basic building blocks of any fuinjutsu specialists technique list and is often the first technique any budding seal master learns as it help with much more complex seals. Every Storage seal can be further modified by the use of Modification Seals, this amount of Modification Slots this particular seal has is 8 before the max limit is reached and it can no longer be modified. Note Modification seals can only be equal rank or lower than the Storage Seal they are modifying, in addition adding modification seals does not alter the final seals rank.
Name: Modification Seal: (Earth) Element Classification: Fuinjutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Self
Description: The user creates a tiny seal first making a pentagon before writing the Kanji for "(Earth)" within it which is inscribed around the sealing formulae of the (Earth) Sealing Method. This alters the make up of the (Insert Element) Sealing Method into more than just a single use storage seal allowing it to not only store but release the stored flames within it without destroying the seal in the process. Once this seal has been added one can now modify the (Earth) Sealing Method with additional Modification Seals such as Expansion (to increase the quantity of the element able stored within the Base Seal), Stacking (the number of times one can use the seal to store additional quantities of the element respectively) & Transfer (to be able to transfer the stored element to another seal marker). Element Sealing Methods modified by this fuinjutsu can possess Modification Seals that are of a higher rank than them.
Name: Earth Sealing Method Classification: Fuinjutsu Rank: B-rank Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Short- Mid range Description: A kind of fūinjutsu that involves sealing a technique's effects within a specific location. As it is tailored for fire release, it requires a caster well-versed in the exacting art of "Sealing Formulas", as well as in ninjutsu. The jutsu-sealing space in the scroll is left blank, for the formula to be inscribed in with a brush. After performing the needed hand seals, vapor appears from the scroll, and envelops the flames. They are sucked in towards the scroll, and the appearance of the Kanji for seal (封) certifies the technique's completion. Once the sealing is performed, the technique's effects cannot be released anew as long as an unsealing technique is not applied.
