History: With a string of warrior women, Mei is 3rd in the line that began to Kris Suisho. Not one child however was forced in to the choice, merely electing in to taking up the blade and trained by their mothers. Mei was no different, taking up the polearm serving as replica to her great grandmother's more powerful. With her great grandmother passing away shortly after the disolution of the Bachiatari, the family was moved in to the Republic, and there they remained. Whilst her mother and grandmother were combat capable, Mei marks the first to officially make it a career with a path of a shinobi since Kris. Its a Genjutsu based dojutsu which grows in power as the user perfects their skill. The eye has many stages that are unlocked, each adding to the eyes appearance and power. Each eye adds its own unique powers, as well as unlocking the abilities to preform stronger genjutsu. Additionally the eye gives the user a deeper understanding of genjutsu and allows them to master the skill with greater ease. Finally, the eye grants the user a slight increase in intelligence and chakra with each increase in rank. Each increase in rank also has certain limits, which will be detailed below.
- Activation - This is the eye that all clan members gave without the use of the Itsugan. The eye is, for the most part, rather normal. The only discernible feature is that, once the eye has been activated, the iris has a faint blue ring, even when the dojutsu isn't in use. Once the user has trained to activate the first stage of their eye they can use it with ease. While active the user's iris becomes light blue, while their pupil becomes slightly darker blue. The white of their eye appears to become a moving white mist if someone looks directly at it.Once this eye has been reached the user can view chakra sources as well as see in ultraviolet vision. This is gained by being in complete darkness.
- Stage 1 - Once the user has mastered the Activation, this stage can be unlocked with additional training. The pupil will transform into a + sign, while the iris seems to become brighter blue. The white of the eye appears to have specks of color in the moving white mist. Once this eye has been reached the user's non-elemental genjutsu are empowered to match elemental genjutsu in terms of strength (excludes Awakening Releases). This is gained by seeing the death of another.
- Stage 2 - Once Stage 1 is mastered, This stage causes the iris begins to glow blue upon activation and a ring surrounds the + signed pupil giving the eye a unique appearance. The white of the eye still retains its moving white mist color although faint traces of various colors litter it. Once this eye has been reached the user will gain the ability to break out of Ronin & Diablo based genjutsu equal and below the users rank. This is gained by being trapped in a Ronin or Diablo based genjutsu
- Stage 3 - Once Stage 2 is mastered, The entire eye, pupil and iris, begins to glow like a deep blue sapphire. This technique strengthens all ocular based & visionary based genjutsu used by the user to no longer be capable of being broken thorugh the use of pain. This is gained by killing an equal rank Ronin or Diablo after the other two stages have been obtained.
- Stage 4 - The final form of the Itsugan which can only be obtained after all the stages up to this point have been mastered. In this form the eye changes again gaining 4 additional black rings which unlike the original aren't in the iris rather they are in the white of the eye. Once this eye has been reached the user is able to trap opponents in genjutsu below the user's rank if they lock eyes with the user with no chakra cost to the user. In addition a final ability is to see in infrared vision. This is gained by killing a Ronin/Diablo 1 Rank above the user Alone.

Name:Kyougan Classification: Multi-Stage Dojutsu Type: Kekkei Genkai (Activation Price collected once, Duration Price collected each post total) Activation: Activation = D of Chakra 1st (D) 2nd (2 D) 3rd (3 D) 4th (4 D) Appearance: In Description Description: This Dojutsu turns the users eyes from red to blue and gives them different techniques and abilities based on the level of mastery they have unlocked.
- Activation - In this stage their eyes change into the blue form. No tomoe have formed and they are able to predict the jutsu the user is going to use allowing them to react before the jutsu is activated. This is acquired from birth.
- Stage One - In this stage their eyes gain a tomoe and they are given increased agility. This allows them to predict the movements of their opponent. Their speed and agility is increased to chunin levels. Many genin have this few academy students have this. The requirement for this eye is to kill a samurai genin or a chunin level opponent.
- Stage Two - In this stage their eyes gain an extra tomoe heightening their senses and sight. They are able to perfectly read their opponents actions and intentions as they gain full range of vision in front of them. Their speed and agility increase to jonin level. Many chunin have this ability and few genin have this ability. The requirement for this eyes is to kill a samurai chunin or a jonin level opponent.
- Stage Three - In this stage their eyes gains an extra tomoe making it three. This is their second highest form and this one gives them access to several new jutsu giving them complete usage of the jutsu they know. They can use this to analyze a jutsu to it's fullest potential. They gain heightened speed which enables them to slow movement down enough for them to actually move at an instantaneous speed. This allows them to use taijutsu very effectively and actually allows them to form ninjutsu at incredible speeds making it seem that the jutsu is formed without hand signs. Their speed is the main thing that increases and it activates their bodies senses to the fullest ability. You mainly see jonin with this technique. It is very rare to see this in chunin as it requires mastery of the stage two form as well as requires the user to be at least chunin rank.
- Stage Four - This is their final stage. The tome are replaced with a particular design similar to interlocking tomoe which swirl around the pupil. This technique increases their speed a level only dreamed of by non-samurai. When they look at their enemy they can cast a genjutsu on their opponent. The Kyougan also offers a new elemental technique to their list. They gain the ability to use Blaze release when replacing one's Fire Affinity due to being able to utilize Yugure Flames, if one does not replace it (or never had a fire affinity) then they are only able to utilize Yugure Flames while this stage is active. This requires mastery of all three as well as killing a Sannin level Samurai or 2 Sannin level opponents.

Description:This is the technique the Mishura came up with in order to combat against the samurai's techniques. Description: It is a little known fact but Suisho Clan members are actually not comprised of carbon but rather silicone and as a result arsenic is not lethal to them. This extends to change their physiology, though while they are young they are initially carbon based changing over to silicon as they age which is what allows them to breed with those outside of their clan in their youth. The only difference being that even from the get go their skeletal system is comprised of crystal not bone. This makes them far heavier than what their size would indicate yet surprisingly they are still able to hold up their body and move like normal. Synthetic Light however does not benefit them in anyway but it is better than complete darkness though Light Release can act as a substitute for natural light. Description: Suisho do not need to breathe, or rather they do not need oxygen like those outside of their clan do. Rather in areas devoid of air they are unaffected simply no longer breathing and instead using the nitrates in their body to fuel their body's oxidation without much problems. Doing this is more taxing than simply breathing however and depending on the age of the Suisho they eventually become more efficient at operating in such conditions. Description: Suisho due to their experience with crystal release and their internal structure being highly crystalline on a cellular level it comes to no surprise that they are immune & resistant to the two status effects which renders things solid. On the other hand Female Suisho are completely immune to being petrified while they are inherently resistant to being crystallized regardless of it's source. Description: Hakuda is a close-combat style of fighting, in which one is unarmed and uses only one's body, and has been developed extensively by the Suisho Clan to be tailor made for their body type and even had an great influence on the Taijutsu style of the Hakagakure ANBU. Description: A Shurikenjutsu based fighting style recreated by Rai Inugami which involves utilizing projectiles in combat in ways most would not consider normal. This allows the user to employ unique throws which are just as deadly as if he actually threw them properly, and when used in conjunction with other distractions can result in an opponent missing exactly how the kunai was launched at them. Description: Those within the Suisho Clan have developed a number of shurikenjutsu techniques which make use of their ability to produce crystal and have refined them into a means of being able to supply themselves with clear crystalline weaponry for use in battle. This gave rise to Polygonal Shurikenjutsu a hybrid of Ninjutsu & Shurikenjutsu which relies on creating crystals in shapes based on various polygons each of which applies a specific effect to the technique used. Description: The Suisho makes hand seals before creating several crystal shuriken either from their chakra or by using their chakra to crystallize earth materia. This techniue forms the basis of various shurikenjutsu techniques within the Hexagonal line. These shuriken are six-sided with spikes at each apex, resembling snowflakes, and can be utilized interchangeably with normal shuriken. Their durability on the other hand exceeds that of normal shuriken depending on the user's Crystal Affinity with at it's weakest they are unable to be harmed by D-rank physical techniques which lack piercing and aren't strong against Crystal Release. Incoming projectiles which are thrown with D-rank speed/strength are deflected when they collide with these shuriken while upon impacting an opponent they are dealt D-rank crystal release slicing physical damage. Description: The Suisho throws their Hexagonal Shuriken in rapid succession before controlling them due to being comprised of their own chakra as long as they are within 30 ft. This can be done with pinpoint accuracy with the shuriken bombarding their opponent at Bullet Release speeds anywhere from 10-30 ft while moving at C++ speeds anywhere within 5 ft of the user. Each shuriken used in this manner is capable of dealing D-rank (Hexagonal) or C-rank (Giant Hexagonal) Crystal Release defense slicing physical damage however if the user throws the shuriken normally instead of through chakra they can use this technique to spin the individual shuriken increasing their defense slicing damage by 1-rank. Description: This is a beginner Hakuda technique as it involves the use of stamina to bolster the user's physical capabilities in this case targeting the force exerted on a single point. This technique involves the targeting of an opponents joints in order to deliver a dislocation if the victim lacks defense tiers. While this technique does only C-rank physical damage and the dislocated limb can be popped back into the socket without any medical technique while a victim has a dislocated joint they sustain 3 D-ranks of pain each time said joint is moved. If the joint is fixed without using a medical technique this pain drops to 1 D-rank, with the only way of eliminating the pain being the use of a C-rank or higher medical technique aimed at fixing dislocations. This technique is useful due to it being able to be applied to an existing taijutsu technique with the notable effect of it being used being the twisting motion of the strike (i.e a punch with a twisting fist or a kick with a twisting foot etc)

This lift gives additional damage to a taijutsu technique used after it, as the indication of this technique's use is the pinwheel motion of the user's body while they move in the air prior to preforming the follow-up taijutsu. The user's skill determines the additional distance in the air they are capable of covering and this technique can be considered as a C-rank Air movement technique. Description: This is a beginner Hakuda technique as it involves the use of stamina to bolster the user's physical capabilities in this case targeting the knock-back capability of their strikes. By pulling a finger back against their thumb, the user flicks it at an opponent dealing C-rank physical damage. The blow carries enough physical force to send the opponent flying a considerable distance away with those who are airborne fairing worse than those who are on the ground. In either case the opponent is knocked back at Bullet Release speed, with those who are on the ground and lack C-rank strength or higher being sent 20 ft away while those who are airborne and lack an air-movement technique that features C-rank strength or higher being send 40 ft away. During this flight the victim is rag-dolled leaving them open to a follow up and if they impact anything during their flight they may sustain additional damage.

Description: This is a beginner Hakuda technique as it involves the use of stamina to bolster the user's physical capabilities in this case their throwing ability. This technique can be considered as a gag but in actuality is a useful distraction in the middle of battle as the user slips out of their footwear and kicks it at an opponent. The footwear travels very fast albeit dealing no damage it's distraction capabilities depend on whether they are hit by it or not. In either case this technique serves as a "distraction" allowing techniques which require an opponent to be distracted to be used after it. The speed of the footwear travels depends on the skill of the user whereas the distance it travels is always set at 20 ft. This technique actually deals B-rank physical slicing damage as the searing movement is conveyed with the edge of the user's cut slicing the victim open. This can be used to great effect to immobilize an opponent as if they lack either A-rank strength or an underground movement technique they will be unable to escape from the crater their body has formed leaving them vulnerable to a follow-up attack.

Description: Whilst learning how to use the Rock Effect varient to the Earth Release, Kris began to learn ways in which to use the opposite effect, increasing the heat of her fire release to the point that it adds the strength to standard earth release, however gains the side effect of a weakness to ice. This is due to the molecular change that the Smelting Effect produces, wherein the material is blasted and superheated, making it more prone to physical change due to it's energy based structure. As ice is the opposite in temperature and a molecular based techniques, it easily destabilizes the improved fire and effectively flash freezes. Once this technique is learned it results in all of the users current Fire Release Techniques having to be re-trained in order to be comprised of both regular Fire, and super heated Fire.

Description: Taking the premise of chakra control and weapon use, Mei can channel her fire chakra through in to her weapon in order to coat the blade in a layer of fire, increasing the damage the weapon swings inflict by an additional C-rank of fire chakra damage. In addition, those hit by the fire coated weapon are dealt an additional D-rank of fire damage per turn unless treated by a C-rank medical technique for treating burns.

Description: Considered more of a trap technique, Mei created backfire to take opponents by surprise. As such, once activated the technique does not need to be included in spoiler tag until the technique is triggered, or the opponent possesses B-rank or higher chakra sensory, or C-rank heat sensory. Once activated, Mei is surrounded in a layer of fire chakra set to detonate under two circumstances. The main trigger is when Mei takes a physical hit, in which case the chakra ignites and damages the opponent hitting her. Otherwise, she can trigger the technique manually in order to defend against particular attacks before being hit. In either case, a C-rank of fire chakra damage is dealt to the opponent, or to what she is defending against. Once used, the technique must then be reapplied.

Description: Those within the Suisho clan have a particular affinity towards the more solid form of Earth Release namely those involving stones, boulders and other solid forms of earth. As a result over the years they grew less and less involved with mud, dirt and the rest and focused exclusively on perfecting their ability to mold rock with their Earth Release techniques. The original creator noticed that their Earth Release began to look more polished as if they were like gems yet merely being stone. The result was a unique form of Earth Release which is no longer neutral against Ice instead being weak against but but gaining an advantage against Fire Release technique in it's stead. Once this technique is learned it results in all of the users current Earth Release Techniques having to be re-trained in order to be comprised of both solid (Rock) & non-solid (Mud, Dirt etc) forms of Earth.

Description: Req. Earth Release: Rock Effect. The user draws the very earth from the ground, forming the solid rocks in to a dragon of varied size depending on the Materia used in it's construction. It can be used as a means to travel or to attack a target despite it's defensive ability and mobility outstripping it's attack. Several dragons can also be made and manipulated at once assuming the user has the chakra to supply the technique. These dragons are fast and durable being able to move at Vacuum release speeds and survive B-rank ninjutsu or physical techniques assuming they don't have defense piercing without a scratch. The main effect of this technique has to do with the Earth Materia used in it's construction as the dragons retain the abilities of the materia used to form them being capable of inflicting B-rank status effects if non-standard earth isn't used. The amount of dragons able to be controlled varies with the user's rank (each has it's own price). In order to attack they use their defensive ability in conjunction with their speed to smash into opponents to deal C-rank physical damage to victims. Description: The advanced use of Crystal Release was refined by those within the Suisho clan after their formation in the Land of Beginnings, sometime during the 1st Shinobi World War. This was because they realized though their crystal release was powerful it had very specific weaknesses that their opponents were beginning to exploit, in order to counter act that they created this version which entails a semi-solid crystal able to crystallize Unstable Based Nature Releases in contrast to the original's focus on Molecular Based Nature Releases. This does more than just a minor change to the elemental match-up but rather completely changes the elements that the user's Crystal Release is Strong, Neutral &/or Weak Against. Description: The Suisho makes hand seals before creating several crystal shuriken either from their chakra or by using their chakra to crystallize earth materia. This technique forms the basis of various shurikenjutsu techniques within the Heptagonal line. These shuriken are seven-sided with spikes at each apex, resembling snowflakes, and can be utilized interchangeably with normal shuriken. Their durability on the other hand exceeds that of normal shuriken depending on the user's Crystal Affinity with at it's weakest they are unable to be harmed by C-rank physical techniques which lack piercing and aren't strong against Crystal Release. Incoming projectiles which are thrown with C-rank speed/strength are deflected when they collide with these shuriken while upon impacting an opponent they are dealt C-rank crystal release physical damage & Bleed Damage dependent on the victim's defense tiers. When harnessing earth materia the longevity of the crystals can be improved as they are able to last double the amount of time before dissolving as usual. In this case the Suisho outstretches their arms in a position where their hands are open, and materializes a colorless chakra-like energy into a large mirror in the shape of a snowflake up to 20 ft away. which has a specific color dependent on the style of Crystal Release they use (Pink Jade if None, Green Jade if Flowing Style, Lavender Jade if Glowing Style). This mirror's color can only be seen while it is being utilized as it serves as a medium for the Jade Crystal Clone technique while otherwise it is transparent and thus not required to be placed in spoiler tags unless the opponent possesses C-rank Chakra Sensory. After making hand seals the user crystallizes a material in the area which dependent on their style of crystal release can differ wildly as it is incorporated into this techniques effect. Regardless this newly crystallized material is shaped into a Medium XL sized serpentine limbless dragon which is capable of moving at Vacuum Release speeds. Without taking into account any material used to comprise it, (Or if formed solely from the user, via the optional chakra price) this dragon is quite durable being able to shrug off damage from A-rank Physical based techniques so long as they lack defense piercing and aren't strong against crystal release. It is also resistant to damage from A-rank chakra based techniques though if they are strong against Crystal Release it can be easily destroyed. The unique effect of this technique has to do with it being able to incorporate what it crystallizes as the material can be other techniques if they are of the Molecular (Crystal Release), Unstable (Flowing Style) or Unknown (Glowing Style) type of elemental techniques. This results in this technique possessing the abilities of whatever technique it crystallized in addition to it's normal capabilities, furthermore this can extend to crystallizing other materials such as weaponry or elemental materia with the former allowing the resultant dragon to make use of the weapons ability if it possesses one, or able to inflict the status effect specific to the element in the case of the latter. Finally depending on the user's skill the number of dragons they can control at one time varies. If destroyed the skill-set that they possess after crystallizing something is not carried over to the next dragon created unless the dragon was created with the addition to Crystal Materia. If this is the case then by reusing the crystal materia a new dragon containing the same effect can be made albeit smaller than the original as such if the materia that comprised the original dragon is lost or completely destroyed the Suisho will be unable to recreate that particular dragon. The size of the aura is dependent on the user's skill level and upon making a crushing motion with a hand those within the aura who lack B-rank Chakra or a B-rank Defense+Endurance Tier Chain are instantly crystallized. Those who possess a B-rank or higher Chakra Expulsion Technique can avoid the adverse effect of this technique as when the crystals encasing their body are shattered the victim will shatter along with it. If a target escapes the prison after being encased they are covered with a frostbite-like pattern. The crystal created from this aura are unable to be harmed by B-rank & below physical based techniques so long as they lack piercing or aren't strong against crystal release, however if hit by a B-rank chakra based technique that isn't of the molecular type it will shatter immediately. Due to it's trap based nature this technique isn't required to be placed in spoiler tags unless the victim possesses chakra vision (due to being able to see the aura) or chakra sensory on par with that.
