Description: This technique is one that Kenichi is very fond of and has nearly mastered in it's use. The user begins by channeling their Lightning Release chakra into the palm of their hand, enwreathing it in crackling lightning. Once this is done, the user is able to charge at their enemy and strike them with said hand. Upon striking the enemy, the lightning courses through their body to cause the victim's muscles to seize and lock up. This paralysis lasts for a total of 4 posts (total) before it wears off. Enemies with D-Rank Endurance tiers are able to resist this paralysis.
Name: Gravity Release: Defined Gravity Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: C Class: Supplementary Range: AOE
Description: The user performs a string of hand seals before placing their hands on the ground, coursing their Gravity Release chakra into the ground. This creates an area with an 80ft radius where the gravity is strengthened. The Gravity holds all those upon the ground down with C-Rank strength, requiring equal strength in order to jump. This also slows those within the area, everyone's speed suffering a 1-Rank drop. Those in the air get pulled down with C-Rank strength, to hit the ground for a C-Rank of physical damage. Those with C-Rank Defense tiers can mitigate the fall damage, and those with a C-Rank Strength tier as well as a C-Rank or above aerial movement techniques are able to stay in the air.

Description: The user performs several hand seals before forming several black orbs of chakra that float at their black. These orbs have multiple purposes, and are therefore invaluable to the user. The first use of these orbs are as a chakra storage device. Each orb is able to hold up to a B-Rank of Kenichi's chakra within them, and can return to his body upon command in order to replenish his reserves. When they return, there is a set cooldown depending upon his rank before another orb can be created. These orbs can also change shape in order to become weapons for Kenichi's use. In order to use the weapon forms of these orbs, Kenichi must first go through a training in order to learn the shape. Each shape also takes up a D-Rank technique slot. These orbs also possess the ability to be used as a gravity well, exerting a gravitational force in an area around them, though at the cost of the chakra within the orbs. Repulsive core works as a way to keep people away from him, this move will defend against friend or foe; shoving those who come within ten feet of Kenichi to be shoved ten feet away from him with C-rank strength. Kenichi can use this move as a defensive preparation by performing hands signs beforehand, it will activate once someone comes with ten feet of him shoving that person away from him… this technique revolves around the use of endurance tiers to stay active.

Description: Kenichi has gone through his life training to become the best shinobi he could be. He reached towards the goal of mastering his clan's releases above all, though he could not deny the utility of training his body to it's fullest. As a pureblood ninja he was granted the ability to weather even the harshest of chakra based attacks and last longer in battle (Endurance) as well as the ability to cross great distances in a very short amount of time (Speed). He found that by chaining these two abilities together, he was able to lessen the strain on his body from using his Tiers (Endurance+Speed Chain). This skill will be invaluable to him in the days to come.

description: despite being having grown up using nothing more than a katana whenever he practiced, he has developed a way to further extend his Melee range with blunt, Blade, and whip type weapons. This is accomplished by channeling his Chakra into the weapon of choice, the weapon will be seen levitating into the air: in fact the weapon itself isn't levitating, but being controlled by the chakra of the user. While his Chakra channels through the weapon the speed of the weapon is dependant entirely to the amount of chakra he put into the weapon, which caps at S-rank Chakra for S-rank speeds.
Even though kenichi possessed marvelous kenjutsu, he still has charka control which is rather shacky due to this it causes the chakra engulfing the weapon to work as a weight. These weight effect other people, by making them heavier everytime they come in contact with his chakra. In order to negate the effect of his chakra, they need equal amount of strength or one rank lower to the amount ofcchakra he placed into the weapon.

description:high low a technique that requires a Bo to be used, high low begins as the use spins themselves in a circle before having the other end meet the opponent's ribcage: this causes internal bleed and a fear of another strike to the ribcage. this will cause those who were actually hit by the first part of this attack to tighten up the upper body defense leaving their lower body open, at that moment the user will aim at the targets kneecap: when the kneecap is pushed with enough speed this will cause the affected leg to be unable, unless they possess a rank lower defense than the speed of the attack;which would leave the targeted leg disabled for 2 p.t. (the speed of the attack must be a speed tier that the user possesses)

Description: The beginning of one of Kenichi's most fearsome combos. He begins by rushing at his enemy with his top speed, striking out at his enemy with the palm that bears his Gravitas Mark: Light. This palm strike does a D-Rank of blunt damage to the enemy while also lightening them and leaving them open for the rest of the combo. If the palm strike is aimed at a sensitive part of the opponent's body (throat, temple, nose etc.) the target will be stunned for a post, enabling Kenichi to easily follow up with his combo. Those with D-Rank Defense tiers are able to negate the stun effect.

Description: This attack is the follow up to the First Strike of the Thousand Count Combo, but can be performed without first performing the First Strike. This results in the Second Strike being less effective. After stunning the enemy, Kenichi will come in close, bringing his palm upwards crashing into their chin. This palm can bear the Light or Heavy Gravitas mark, each having a separate effect on the combo. This strike causes C-Rank damage to the enemy's chin, which stuns the enemy for a duration of 2 posts unless they possess C-Rank Defense tiers. If the enemy was already stunned before this attack was executed, or the First Strike landed, they require Reaction tiers equal to one tier level above the user's speed in order to react in time to defend against this attack. Gravitas: Light Effect - When the enemy is struck with the Light Mark, they are lightened further. This knocks the target up into the air 10ft, making it so that they require an Air Movement technique alongside the required Reaction tiers in order to dodge any follow up attacks. Gravitas: Heavy Effect - When the enemy is struck with the Heavy Mark, their weight is increased. This slows down their movements, leaving them open for any number of follow up attacks. Due to the reduced speed, the Reaction requirement to dodge is increased by how far the Speed is decreased, making it even more difficult for the enemy to dodge.

When aimed at the head, it sends the victim crashing into the ground below to received C-Rank fall damage alongside the regular damage. The head strike also leaves the opponent dizzied, requiring B-Rank Reaction tiers in order to move correctly. When the attack is aimed at the stomach, it sends the victim crashing into the ground below for B-Rank damage. The pain from the blow to the abdomen becomes crippling, stunning the victim for 3 posts unless they possess B-Rank Defense Tiers. Description: Even though he is a user of the element, Kenichi is still very susceptible to the dangers of Lightning Release. As such, this technique was born. Kenichi courses his lightning release chakra through his body, causing his hair to crackle and stand on end. This excites the atoms of his body, causing them to move and vibrate more than those of the air around him. This turns him into a Lightning Rod of sorts, enabling him to attract lightning release techniques equal to his rank to his body. When these techniques hit, they deal half of their damage and half of their overall lightning is absorbed into Kenichi's own body. This lightning is stored securely within Kenichi until he uses a lightning release technique. When a lightning release technique is used, he is able to substitute up to half of the chakra price for the lightning he has stored or he is able to pay a lightning price on top of the chakra price in order to boost the speed OR damage of the technique by one rank. The maximum amount of lightning he is able to store is dependent on his skill level.

Repulsive Core - I am unsure whether the "P.T. Active" refers to how long it stays dormant before someone comes close or how long it stays active after it is tripped. If it is the latter, add in a set duration for how long it can stay without being tripped. Gravity Hold - This technique is exactly like your Gravity Release: Defined Gravity. I do not think you need another technique like that, especially when Defined Gravity does a little bit more with it's properties. D Tier Stamina Loss Migration - A few things with this one: 1) It is Mitigation, not Migration 2) You should change the name, if only to make it sound better. I would recommend something along the lines of "Rigorous Training Lvl 1" for the D-Rank version, "Rigorous Training Lvl 2" for C-Rank and so on. 3) The description is lacking for a tier chain, in my opinion. I would recommend explaining how the tiers are chained and the effect. (Ex: This user has trained their speed endlessly in order to become ever faster than any who may think to compete with him. As a result of this training and their great endurance, the user's stamina loss is halved when utilizing D-Rank tiers.) Juryoku Combo: Heaven's Gate - My only thing is....I would use "Heaven" for Gravitas Marking: Light, only because you are making the opponent lighter, implying an ability to fly to the heavens. I would use Hell for Heavy, because you are bringing them closer to Hell by making them heavier. Other than that, approved. Gravitational Authority - I am getting two abilities here: augmenting a weapon's damage capabilities and being able to control it from afar. Both of these effects cannot be achieved with a D-Rank of chakra. In fact, they may need to be different jutsu altogether. If you would like to make the control into a D-Rank, then it would cost a D-Rank of chakra but it would only be able to move within D-Rank Ranges (Up to 20ft). If you want to make the control into a higher rank technique, it would need chakra equal to the rank, and would move within those ranges. For any rank, you would be able to control a number of weapons based on your skill level (3 at D, +2 more at each rank up, capping at 11 at S-Rank) For the damage augmentation, it would stay A-Rank and could have the same effects. For both, they would not stay within the weapon until it is broken. They would stay within the weapon for a number of posts based on your rank or your endurance tiers. Also, if either is Exclusive to Kenichi, you should place "(Exclusive)" next to the name. GA: Law of Speed - This is a no go. With the control jutsu I mentioned before, the weapons would be able to move with speed equal to the rank of the technique. GA: Verse One - I believe this is kosher, depending on what you do with Gravitational Authority. I will leave it unapproved until GA is fixed, however. Bo High Low - It would be Defense, not Endurance, since you are disabling them with physical attacks and not chakra based ones. Add in that D-Rank Defense tiers will be able to block the first effect of the attack. Defense tiers one rank below the speed of the attack will be able to defend against it's effects. The leg will only be disabled for 2 posts (total), if the attack should land. Thousand Count Strike - This one I recommend turning into a combo. Because this attack is a follow up to the Second Strike, the opponent requires Reaction tiers equal to two tier levels above the speed of this strike in order to react or dodge.

Chakra Implementation - This needs to be turned into a technique line. Should go a bit like this: "Chakra Implementation allows the user to channel chakra into one of their senses in order to boost their ability to sense and react to attacks. The user gains D/C/B/A/S-Rank Reaction tiers in a sense of his choosing, at the price of a D/C/B/A/S-Rank of chakra every round and -1/-2/-3/-4/-5 to his fatigue limit every post." Use the appropriate values for each rank of the technique. All "bukijutsu" or "bojutsu" - These are not classifications of techniques on NB, I am afraid. Elevator kick revolves around forcing his opponent to retreat to gain distance by use of physical attacks which numbs the affected area for a prolonged amount of time, how kenichi does is simple. Kenichi uses either foot for a kick, that is appears to be aimed at the target's head at C-rank speed, this causes the target to protect their head, if they don't possess C-rank barrier. What is actually surpris the kick will drop at C speeds, which is actually aimed at the back of the target kneecap, the whole purpose of rising the foot is to gain moment going downward. In order to realized the kicks sudden swift drop one needs to possess C+ rank reaction, and C+ rank speeds are need in order to defend against the kick.

Description: through constant training kenichi has finally found a way to avoid being dragged into a fist to fist combat, the answer he found is through levitation. This grants the selected target flight, or at least something similar to it, even though it is easily granted to them the amount of post they can stay in the air depends entirely on kenichi endurance tiers, while they are able to move at any rank speed they possess without needing airial movements. Kenichi can keep himself or an ally in the air for 2 Turns while he possess D -rank rank and 10 turns with S-rank rank. The pillars will begin to suck the air towards in a similar fasion, this is done by the intense gravitational force which traps the target in place. if the target doesn't destroy the pillars with B-rank damage (stacking), Victim requires B-Rank Strength, B-Rank speed or C-Rank Speed and Strength to break the hold.
Name: object orbit Classification: Shurikenjutsu Rank: C Class: supplementary Range: mid (projectile)
Description: kenichi has gone through such though training over the past few years, that he actually has gotten a better idea of what his kekkaishi genkai can again achieve. Kenichi's studies had lead him to a technique, which has originally belonged to the clan itself, object orbit. This technique possesses a 20 feet radius. The user of this technique will apply a C-rank of chakra into a projectile weapon, that projectile has recieved it's own gravitational pull that will cause projectiles thrown at C-rank or lower speeds that aren't backed by strength to be pulled into its orbit. This also works to benefit kenichi, if a regular projectile weapon is thrown after the object puller has been set it increase the speed of the projectiles trailing it by a tier level, in order to notice the trailing projectile reaction equal rank to the speed of the first projectile.

Description: Blood 4 materia is a kinjutsu, which kenichi developed, due to the lack of people who actually use lightning affinity compared to the KKG and the KT which would be passed down from generation to generation. In order to combat the cold fact that it's rare to actually see someone preform basic affinity techs, especially lightning. In order to combat the fact that he alone might actually use the lightning tech regularly, he devolved a way to create lightning materia in exchange for his blood. at a ratio of 1:2 meaning that 1 D-Rank of Blood would generate 2 D-Ranks of Lightning Release materia.

Name: 1st lunge Classification: kenjutsu Rank: D Class: offensive Range: short
Description: first lunge is a kenjutsu attack which works to use the length of his weapon and the flashiness against his opponent, the effectiveness is dependant on the actual length of the weapon. Kenichi will safely, yet swiftly spin the weapon around his hands at his highest speed tier. This is done to keep the opponent's eyes on the sharp edge of the weapon, which requires barrier tiers equal to the speed it was spun at, in order not to fall victim to the rotation of the weapon. When kenichi decides to lunge the weapon forward( aimed fo the chest plate.), this is done at a rank lower than the speed which the spin was preformed at. in order to successfully avoid being hit by this move, Upon the attack it requires reaction tiers one below the speed or speed one tier level higher, this effect only comes into play if they are caught in looking at the spin of course. If the attack lands the toe of damage is dependant on the weapon kenichi was using.
Name: 2nd slash Classification: kenjutsu Rank: D Class: offensive Range: short
Description: second slash generally is a kenjutsu attack which seem to throw kenichi into the defensive, but actually throws him the offensive. A slash is generally used to strike in a vertical line, but in kenichi's uses of it requires a long weapon to strike horizontally. the length of the weapon is perfect for facing those who dont actually know the true worth of a weapon that bends in the wind pressure, kenichi hands will lead the weapon at his fastest speed tier, but due to cutting throw air the weapon will move a tier level higher than kenichi's hand. The force of this technique is strong enough to cause blunt damage equal to the speed tier kenichi's hands was moving at, this Costs 2 additional fatigue each time it's used.
Name: lightning release: thunder punch Classification: nintaijutsu Rank: D (various chakra price) Class: offensive Range: close
Description:lightning release: thunder punch, uses kenichi lightning chakra in a way that has been used before, but instead brings it closer than before. This technique was created through wanting to become a more physical of a fighter, so kenichi has discovered a way to add the deciding punch to the factor, as long of his lightning chakra. With the thought of adding these two factors together came thunder punch. Kenichi focuses a certain amount of chakra into his fist, the amount of chakra kenichi adds to his fist; is the speed kenichi is able to move at (this ends at S-rank). The punch is aim at the right side of the chest, in order to react, Reaction tier check one rank below the speed of the punch, deals additional lightning release damage equal to the chakra put in. Also, paralysis lasts for 2 PT unless negated by C-Rank or higher endurance tiers.

| Lightning Arc - 3 D of materia at least per arc, 3 D of chakra as well if you want to keep the paralysis effect. Either way, moves at C-Rank speeds, deals C-Rank chakra based damage per arc. Paralysis is negated by C-Rank endurance or D-Rank chakra tiers and lasts for 4 PT otherwise.
Shockwave - Deals C-Rank damage each round to anyone in the area of effect, have your rank determine the range (10 feet radius at D, 15 at C, 20 at B, etc). Outside the halfway mark it causes a one rank loss in speed unless the victim possesses D-Rank endurance. Within the halfway mark it causes paralysis in a limb unless the victim possesses C-Rank endurance for 4 PT, if making contact with Kenichi it causes total paralysis for 2 PT unless the victim possesses C-Rank endurance. This will also take the price every round it is active.
Gauntlet - You have worded it terribly. If anything, just have it increase the range of your Gravitas Markings and that's it. You'll need to reword this entire tech.
Harsh Dive - Is fine, but it should be *Unaffected, not unexpected in the last line.
Elevator Kick - No. The first kick will go up at C-Rank speeds, causing the victim to instinctively protect their head unless they possess C-Rank barrier tiers. If successful, the next kick will require C-Rank reaction tiers in order to notice and avoid.
Levitate - When levitating an unwilling target, it can be negated with C-Rank Endurance tiers or B-Rank strength tiers to break the gravitic hold. Also, duration will be 1-5 rounds before a new price needs to be paid.
Light Body - Payment needs to be given every round. It does not last a duration, that's not how Pseudo Tiers work unfortunately. So it's either a chakra price every PT or a chakra price and a fatigue price every round.
Area Stop - Ninjutsu first of all. Second of all, there's no reason for it to disable chakra based techniques. So you'll need to change this. Make it an AoE that slows opponents by one rank unless they possess C-Rank strength as well to push through the gravitic field.
Certain Spot - Will pull solid objects moving at C-Rank speeds or slower that aren't backed by strength of C-Rank or higher towards the point at C-Rank speeds. Will not draw chakra based techniques unless they are Solid in composition.

Blood 4 Materia - Change the name, please. Blood to Lightning would be fine, Sparking Vitae would work. Also, it would generate materia in a 1:2 ratio meaning that 1 D-Rank of Blood would generate 2 D-Ranks of Lightning Release materia. It would do this for a number of rounds depending on your rank, not your endurance tiers. If it was tier based it'd be Spirit. So it'll be 1 round at D-Rank to 5 rounds at S-Rank.
1st Lunge - Requires barrier tiers one rank below the speed of the spin. Upon attack it requires reaction tiers one below the speed or speed one tier level higher, this effect only comes into play if they are caught in looking at the spin of course.
2nd Slash - Costs 2 additional fatigue each time it's used.
Intense Combat - Erojutsu/Taijutsu first of all. Second, you didn't put any specifications as to what counts for the fight. Third those bonuses are dumb, no you'll need to come up with others. Or just learn Masochism.
Thunder Punch - Nintaijutsu. Reaction tier check one rank below the speed of the punch, deals additional lightning release damage equal to the chakra put in. Also, paralysis lasts for 2 PT unless negated by C-Rank or higher endurance tiers. | |

| Certain spot: Change to Ninjutsu, since the kunai/shuriken are just a medium for the actual technique. Also keep in mind you'd chakra conductive metals in your weapons to make this work.

Description: Most kids devised simply playful tricks which when used in a certain way can caused serious damage, as all young genin develop a technique through playful games or actives, kenichi has created one which deals with reconstructing the battle field in an oddly different way. in a simple way of explaining this technique is placing lightning release chakra into the earth to cause it to react by creating cracks in the current radius of 40 feet causing shard of earth to pierce into whomever steps on them, the complex way of explaining this is that when kenichi release his chakra into the ground; his chakra would then turn into lighting, due to his control of the lightning he would force the lightning to release its way outside of the ground causing it to tiny cracks in the ground for the 40 feet radius of where he stood when he active the technique. the crack which are no more than an inch long and thick, deal constant D-rank piercing damage to anyone who decide to walk within the 40 feet radius.

To make sure he doesn't place himself in that prodicament he devoloped A technique that thrives to confirm the kill, this technique uses a B-rank of chakra to a create a cone with the hieght of three inches and a radius of a half an inch. the spike is created with gravity release chakra, it moves at B- rank speeds within normal gravity but when within a technique which makes gravity heavier it moves at B+ speeds. When the gravity spike comes in contact with a target it does two things the first is deal B rank gravity peircing damage to the target it makes contact with, the second thing happens once the gravity spikes makes it inside the targets body, the gravity spikes add (+3) to the targets weight limit this is undone once the spikes are removed by a B-rank medical technique focused on removing ill chakra effects from the body, the spikes last 3 P.T. within the body while the user is at D-rank, but last 15 P.t. at S-rank. The amounts of additional spikes kenichi can create depends on both his rank and his affinity toward gravity release.

Description: Keiryo Kenjutsu was created by Kenichi Juryuko with the concept of adding his Gravity Release to his cursed weapon, kenichi thought about it after realizing the type of damage a weapon can do when done with strength tiers rather than with speed tiers which ninja's are blessed. How kenichi mixes his gravity release with his cursed weapon is simple, he applies chakra to the cursed weapon which is then used to make the weapon heavier than it originally was; the wieght shift of the weapon doesn't affect kenichi or juryoku members for that matter, this is due to their Localized Gravitational Field protecting them from gravity effects of their own techniques. Techniques which possess the Keiryo Kenjutsu in name are boost when used with natural strength tiers to the level of samurai level tiers, yet due to simulating stregth tiers with the mace knockback techniques are that of short distance depending on the amount of strength simulated.
