PostSubject: A Denkou's Resolve [Solo Training]   A Denkou's Resolve [Solo Training] Icon_minitime25th May 2016, 11:40 pm

Takahiro Denkou, one of the last Denkou within the Allied Shinobi Nations after the Shogunate took his clan. His father was dead, having been usurped by an outsider and Takahiro had been helpless to save him. When the battle begun and father began to lose, Takahiro's own mother had forced him away, hiding him within another of the villages so he would not be killed for being the heir to the Denkou clan. He was alone and afraid for several hours before his mother had came to get him. He knew his father was acting strange that day, but he was unsure of as to why. With the accursed Mishura backing that Xing Denkou, he knew they were somehow involved in all this with their unnatural eyes, but he had no proof. Once the battle was over he found out the usurper and Mishura had taken a majority of the Denkou clan to the Shogunate. Some abandoned both, disturbed by what they heard, and headed for the land owned by the Bachiatari. Very few who were loyal to the true Heir to the Denkou stayed behind to assist him in one day reclaiming the clan's stolen leadership. That one day still haunted him to this day. It felt like it was only yesterday when his life changed forever and he was filled with the feeling of revenge.

The day started out like any other. Takahiro was attending the academy for future Shinobi where he was studying diligently within his ninjutsu class. Today they were learning of the different affinities associated with most Shinobi's abilities. During the class Takahiro continued to think about how his clan mostly utilized Lightning Release. His own father had a double affinity toward Lightning Release as well as Earth Release. Takahiro already had the normal Lightning Release affinity shared by his clan, but wanted to know what his other affinity's would be. However, his chakra was not large enough to tell what the others would be. Usually one's chakra wasn't good enough to know until they were a B rank Shinobi, except for the Kekkei Genkai clans. Their chakra networks were already well focused allowing one to distinguish their two chakra natures. It was odd a Kekkei Genkai clan member was born with a nature affinity different than the average two that went with their Kekkei Genkai. He himself had never heard of it happening unless they were one of the rare Hybrids.

After that he had one of his most favorite classes: Kenjutsu. It was a very good skill that all Denkou were well versed in. Along with his already activation stage Raidengan, he managed to usually beat all of his partners in combat. Today he was up against one of the biggest in class. It was a Cypher boy by the name of Triton. Triton usually picked the biggest practice sword he could find, and then combined it with a few others making it seem like he wielded a massive club. It usually intimidated the others but not Takahiro. He had seen the boy fight, as it was hard to miss someone swinging around a massive weapon while destroying most of his opponents in one hit. It was his first time fighting Triton, but he was confident in his capabilities to take this opponent down. Cypher were weapons of war, while he was a weapon of stealth. When the proctor said to begin everyone in class began to spar. Takahiro would just stare down his opponent with his wooden sword and whenever the big lug swung he would easily side step or back step out of the guys reach. Triton would often mock Takahiro for constantly running away, but Takahiro did not take the bait. He utilized as little movement as possible to evade the guys obvious and massive swings. This went on for awhile, to the point just about all of the serious fighters had finished their fight with the lazy kids just randomly smacking their swords together. Takahiro could see that Triton wouldn't be fatigued easily, but he still waited for the perfect opportunity. It came quickly, as the guy lifted his sword back, holding it with both hands. Immediately Takahiro's Raidengan activated and he moved forward, sword held down by his side. As Triton's swing came down, Takahiro slipped within his arm length, the pure size of the sword and Triton's masssive size giving Takahiro room beneath Triton's arms in a crouched position. "This is the end," he would say before slashing the sword across Triton's stomach as he slid past him, pivoting on his heels as Triton lumbered back from the hit. He would then finish Triton with a quick strike to the back of the head in a decapitation movement. If these were real swords, Triton's head would have rolled. However, they weren't. These were wooden swords and as such the force caused Triton to slam forward and trip over his own blade, crashing face first into the ground. The proctor called the results of the match, with Takahiro being the winner by death blow. Takahiro knew his father would be proud to hear this. In memory of his father, Takahiro began training harder and harder, hoping to one day get strong enough to defeat the woman who took his father and brother away from him. He would make her pay and he would take back his clan from her just as she did to him.

PostSubject: Re: A Denkou's Resolve [Solo Training]   A Denkou's Resolve [Solo Training] Icon_minitime10th June 2016, 7:53 pm

Why did another life have to be taken from him? First his brother was killed, then his father. And now his teacher had been killed. Was the world of being a Shinobi really so cruel? Was this all fate? He did not know. All that Takahiro did know was that he wanted revenge. Revenge against the usurper Xing Denkou for killing his brother and father. Revenge against Ka Jiko for defecting leading to the mission that caused R'tari Mikaboshi's death. Why was his heart so filled with revenge? It wasn't that long ago that his heart was filled with happiness and pride. He had been the heir to the Denkou clan, had amazing grades in school and was quickly unlocking the different stages of his Raidengan. Was this a curse? Was he cursed to lose all those close to him because of his power? He would rather have them back here in life with him than be some Denkou prodigy child. At least then he would have true happiness. Power wasn't true happiness. It was just a means to an end. And the end he foresaw was the death of his enemies. However, he would not just relish in their death. He could now preserve it as a sign for future enemies. That he is not to be trifled with. He will turn his enemies into gold and set them around his clan grounds. His enemies frozen in death for eternity. It would be the ultimate trophy to him. Yes... Midas may be cruel, may be self centered. But Midas would be his power. His means to an end. He will use Midas's power to gain wealth. He will use his power to gain more power. He will use his power to get his revenge.

Takahiro was training arduously today. He had to get stronger to get his revenge. Much, much stronger. He was learning the techniques R'tari passed down to him along with a little more. R'tari's Arhat Fist style would be useful in combination with a few of his techniques. Along with Arhat Check as the first technique, he would be sure to be worthy of the techniques. Then he would begin training in learning to control his center of balance. To constantly land on his feet despite being thrown or knocked up. If he could maintain his standing he could continue to fight on and would not be caught off guard. And then, to top it off and give him an edge. He would learn a Genjutsu to fool ones sight. With it he could gain an advantage against opponents, especially the enemy Denkou. He would be sure to focus on learning ways to defeat Dojutsu users. As Xing was married to a Mishura. Both clans utilized Dojutsu. So he needed to find ways to defeat them as surely Tika would not stand by while Xing was fighting for her life.

Lightning Release Specialization Training - Advanced

Takahiro could feel the raging lightning emanating from within his body. He could feel his affinity for it getting stronger with each training. Today it was storming out, the winds were fierce, trees shaking back and forth from its power. The rain felt like needles as they crashed into ones skin. The lightning lit up the sky, making it seem like daylight was shining through every few minutes. In the distance Takahiro could hear the crashing of a tree as it collapsed from the sheer fierceness of the storm, but he gave it no mind. He had his eyes closed, concentrating on refining the lightning release chakra within his body. He knew he was getting close to the Stage Two Raidengan, but he wasn't sure exactly how close. He had to continue to refine his lightning release chakra to try and purify it so that he could unlock it. Constantly refining his lightning release, learning primarily lightning based techniques. He had to become the perfect lightning release user in order to earn the worthiness of the later Raidengan stages. Most didn't unlock the Raidengan till they were Genin, Chunnin or T.Jonin. But he was an Academy Student, a prodigy to his clan. He had already unlocked the first stage, which was normally where Genin unlocked it, unless they were devoted toward Lightning Release, but still normally one could not accommodate the amount of perseverance and Lightning release that it took to unlock the next stage at his rank. If not for the clear barrier between his rank and the power of the Raidengan at its third stage, Takahiro could have probably had the potential to unlock to the third stage before even making Genin. However, no one in history had done that, as the power gap was too great for an Academy Student. Though the power gap was much smaller in comparison to a Genin, which he planned on refining his lightning release to a perfect point in which he could unlock it then. If he succeeded he would probably be the youngest Denkou in many generations to have the third stage Raidengan at the rank of Genin.

Takahiro could feel the Lightning Release chakra coming to a boil within his chakra system. The constant refinement increasing its purity to new measures. However, he could tell that the more he refined it the longer it took to continue doing so. It would take him another week to refine it to the point he wanted, though he knew that his current stage of refinement, with a little more training in Lightning Release, could potentially give him the second stage break through at any moment. Takahiro opened his eyes as a flash of lightning crashed down behind him, over the roar of the lightning and rain he had heard yelling. He looked down from his perch on top of the old Denkou compound to see his mother calling out for him, no doubt worried for his health. Takahiro would sigh before stopping his refinement training. It seems he would have to call it quits for the night. The last thing he needed to do was get sick as well as upset his mother. Takahiro would hop down and head to her, he needed to prepare for bed.

A Denkou's Resolve [Solo Training] Empty
PostSubject: Re: A Denkou's Resolve [Solo Training]   A Denkou's Resolve [Solo Training] Icon_minitime14th June 2016, 12:56 am

Bright skies met Takahiro on this fateful day, not a cloud in the sky as the Sun shone down on his body. He could feel the breakthrough approaching him as his Lightning Release chakra began to reach new heights of purity. The air was thick with electrical energy surrounding Takahiro as he sat in his family's courtyard, focusing on his chakra system and molding it with his Lightning affinity. He was surrounded by golden plants, Midas having gone through the trouble of turning the plants in the area gold so Takahiro had no choice but to turn someone gold eventually. He was a real ass like that. Just recently Takahiro had put some duct tape over his face as punishment, but Midas had countered by sending a blaring pain up into Takahiro. They had a real love hate relationship, mostly hate. Takahiro wanted to use Midas to turn his enemies to gold, but Midas wished to turn the world gold. He was a greedy little ass but Takahiro still needed his power, plus he didn't know how to get rid of him. He had taken Takahiro's arm when he first found him and now even if Takahiro could get rid of him it would make Takahiro into a cripple. He didn't need to be a one armed swordsman right now, though thanks to Denkou clan's natural affinity to lightning he could perform almost all Lightning Release techniques without the use of hand seals. Though things like the normal body replacement still needed hand seals to use, which it wouldn't be good to get rid of his only escape technique. However, today he planned on advancing the technique to make it so even if Midas got destroyed or abandoned Takahiro he would be able to perform it. However, there was an upside to all this gold that Midas had created. The gold was a natural conductor for chakra and being surrounded by it was greatly enhancing the molding of his chakra and the infusing of it with his Lightning Release affinity. Despite his down side it really did have a few ups to him. Though Takahiro was nervous about him around the other members of the Allied Shinobi Nations as he couldn't afford to keep getting in trouble every time he turned someone to gold. And it wasn't like Takahiro could go out and hunt down missing ninja to turn them into gold, he was still in trouble for the excursion that he took for finding Midas and was on house arrest till they figured out what sort of punishment to give him.

Takahiro would open his eyes as he felt the barrier proceeding the next stage of his Dojutsu. He could feel himself right on the precipice of unlocking it, but was at the point where chakra refinement wouldn't help anymore. Next he needed to refine the molding into creation. Once he completed the creation process it should further refine his Lightning Release chakra and unlock the next stage of his Dojutsu. And then he would only have one more stage left to unlock before he had unlocked the full power of the Raidengan. However, it would take much more time and much stronger techniques to bring that about. Luckily he had a plan to get that power as quickly as possible without sacrificing his diversity for power. After all, he still needed to practice his Kenjutsu upon ranking up to a Genin. The Chuunin Exams were quickly approaching and so he was rapidly running out of time. He needed to hurry and complete the preparation stages for his Raidengan before he could take the Genin Exams. Which he was surely over prepared for them but he still wanted to reach perfection in his fighting. He was the true Denkou heir after all so he couldn't slack in the slightest, not if he wanted to get revenge for his father, brother and mentor.

Now that the refinement process for molding his ambient chakra into lightning affinity chakra was done, he now needed to create the techniques necessary to refine the creation and manipulation stages of the Lightning refinement process. Today, after careful studying he had already decided on the techniques he wished to create. They would all be custom to him and would eventually work toward bettering his combinations. The first technique would be a technique to create an electrical field to stun the targets in it. Combined with his multiple techniques for gap closing the enemy, he could really work it well into the blitzing process. Then there was his problem to his body replacement issue. If he combined replacing himself with another object and leaving behind a Thunder Phantom then that would also increase his power output. He also needed to work on making the Thunder Phantom more of a distraction, giving it some basic movement properties which he had an idea for. And finally, for future potential, he needed to create the Lightning Clone technique, however this one would be more unique than the various other styles of the Lightning Clone. Eventually he planned to combine it with Thunder Phantom and the Shadow Clone technique to create some devastatingly potential Clone jutsu that would bring him to another step in power.

A Denkou's Resolve [Solo Training] Empty
PostSubject: Re: A Denkou's Resolve [Solo Training]   A Denkou's Resolve [Solo Training] Icon_minitime16th June 2016, 11:41 pm

Just a week to go... This was it. He was so close that he could feel it. The Genin Exams he had scheduled for were right around the corner along with the Chuunin Exams. He had already got word that he would be working along Team Nine as R'tari Mikaboshi's replacement, but he would also be meeting them soon before his Genin Exams since the Chuunin Exams were so soon after it. Due to the close distance of both exams Takahiro had been training like crazy to try and make himself strong enough for the Chuunin Exams even though he was still a student. He needed to be as strong as possible and purify his body so he could reach new levels of power. He did not need to be a burden to Team Nine at all, especially because he was taking his sensei's place in their team. It was nerve wracking having to take a deceased person's place. Would his team like him or would they hate him? He knows he can never match up to R'tari in their hearts and that he could never replace him, but would they be able to open up to him? Man there was so much pressure riding on Takahiro at this time. He had to replace a strong member of a well honed, old team so close to the Chuunin Exams and he still also had to focus on revenging his father and brother and reclaiming the Denkou Clan from the usurper and the Mishura. So much was riding on his shoulders that some times he wanted to collapse. But he knew he needed to stay strong for his mother, his team and himself. Otherwise he might die in the process of doing what he needed to do.

Today Takahiro would be meeting his teammates after school. Currently he was moving from one class to the next. He had just left his Genjutsu class where his skills were moderate in. He really needed to practice it a bit more. However, next was his Taijutsu class in which he had been paired up with the massive Triton again who wanted no more than to smash Takahiro for humiliating him in the Kenjutsu class the other month. It was the only time Triton could get revenge by smashing him to pieces without the teachers sending him to detention. Takahiro wasn't too nervous about the dude, even though he was top in the Taijutsu class, Takahiro had been taught a bit by R'tari in Taijutsu. With what he has learned, he might be able to one up the bully Triton in his best class. Though Takahiro was the number one Genin in the Academy right now, it didn't mean that he was the best in everything. He still had potential in Fuinjutsu and Genjutsu theory and was second from Triton in Taijutsu. He was first in both his Ninjutsu , Nintaijutsu, Ninkenjutsu and Kenjutsu classes and even had some potential in the medical classes. He was tied for first in the Shurikenjutsu classes, though the Cypher in the class was considered more to be first place due to his innate skill in it. As for Kinjutsu, he was maybe third best. But in the overall scores category he was the number one student. It gave his mother and father some pride before his fathers death. Now he had only his mother to make proud. Takahiro would stop at the door to the Taijutsu class room. It was still ten minutes till class started so he decided to try and purify his molding process more for mixing his Lightning Release affinity into his chakra system.

Takahiro would take a seat in the corner farthest from the door before crossing his legs and closing his eyes. He needed to concentrate on his chakra system. However, after three minutes of refining the molding of his Lightning Release affinity into his chakra he heard someone cry out. He opened his eyes and noticed Triton practicing his Taijutsu on the kid that had been standing next to the door. A sneak attack which kind of annoyed Takahiro since class hadn't started yet. Triton eyed Takahiro from across the room when they ended up making eye contact. He would snap his fingers before heading toward Takahiro. Takahiro knew how impatient Triton was and so he quickly stood up, making it to his feet just as Triton approached. Kids could go ahead and start sparring before the class officially started, and it seemed Triton was wanting his revenge early, though he usually preferred an audience when he beat the crap out of someone. Triton would throw a quick jab at Takahiro, smacking him right in the face, but Takahiro withstood the punch, sliding across it before shoulder jabbing Triton so hard that he knocked Triton back five feet without Triton even realizing what happened. He had been so sure his attack connected and yet he was the one on the floor. Takahiro smiled down at Triton mockingly. He knew Triton was going to get even more pissed after this, but Takahiro didn't care. Right now, he felt like beating the hell out of someone to relieve all the pressure he had on him. It would be a therapeutic beating.

Triton would quickly get to his feet, pissed off beyond all belief. Takahiro took a step back, ready for Triton to come forward. Triton was hesitant now though, more cautious. This was his best class, he didn't need to be one upped here as well, but Takahiro had already beat him in Kenjutsu, something that he thought used to be his best. Takahiro could tell all this just from the facial expression on Tritons face. Triton came out with another quick punch, which Takahiro tried to counter by smacking his forearm into Triton's forearm as he came up with the other in a quick uppercut, but Triton was a Cypher. He had some powerful reaction which gave him the upper hand. Triton leaned back, avoiding the uppercut and delivered a powerful knee to Takahiro's stomach, making him bend over and cough as he felt pain flare up there. He would stumble back a bit, knowing the reaction was the reason Triton was the best in this class. Takahiro could match him if he utilized his Dojutsu, but he didn't want to resort to that in the Taijutsu class just yet.

A Denkou's Resolve [Solo Training] Empty
PostSubject: Re: A Denkou's Resolve [Solo Training]   A Denkou's Resolve [Solo Training] Icon_minitime23rd June 2016, 4:15 am

Takahiro was preparing for his Genin Exams which would be the very next morning. He had to prepare for his match before hand and was doing something that was traditional for most Denkou, though not many people knew about this variation fighting style which was mostly thanks to the Denkou's weaponry being made of the special Denki Metal. He was trying to pick out what to utilize inside of them though, as he had only five Denki Kunai with him at the moment. So he could pick up to five techniques to place in them. It was a difficult task to pinpoint just five techniques, however, he was sure of a few. The first three he would be somewhat obvious choices as the Denki Kunai could store up to B Rank electricity without being damaged. He definitely wanted to make sure he had Super Vibrato Blade available to him whenever he need and so he would grab the first kunai and channel his lightning release into it, storing the Super Vibrato Blade technique into it. He needed to make sure to eat and rest in between each storage though as he didn't want to kill himself by using up too much chakra.

After about an hour of rest and a snack, he would then move onto the next technique to store. Chakra Disruption Pulse would definitely be good to have if he didn't have access to the chakra necessary to pull off his B Ranks and could actually utilize this rather than his chakra for a time so he could last longer in a fight. He would close his eyes and focus on storing the Chakra Disruption Pulse technique within it. Thanks to the Denki Kunai turning his lightning chakra into physical energy, chakra and endurance tiers wouldn't be as capable of defending against his techniques, making it so his techniques needed Defense, which only two races normally had. This was going to pay off so much in the end, even if he only got one use out of it it would be better than having no uses due to chakra limits. His next choice was also an obvious one though it would give him another advantage. In fact he should probably store it twice just in case, as it would be a major boon to him.

This third technique that he would store within two kunai would be his Thunder Bolt technique. Not only did it wrap his body in electricity which would cause a major explosion, but it also would give him crashing ground speeds for a time. Since he couldn't reach these speeds naturally and it was a major chakra drain he would be able to utilize this from the kunai as a primary means of movement when needed. Sure he could put in clones into one of these, but he figured he wouldn't need the clones as badly as he would need this technique. But it would be his final storage that would be the most vital. However, before he thought of it he would need to store up his chakra once again or else he would over exert himself. He decided to work on meditation in the meantime. He had really enjoyed the spar with his new teammates and couldn't wait to join them, though he really needed to learn more techniques to give him more opportunities in a fight rather than constantly needing to rely on the same strategy and forcing him to get within close range.

It took an additional four hours for his chakra to return to full power plus another meal for him to feel rejuvenated. He began to contemplate the fifth and final technique to store within his fifth kunai, his golden kunai. He thought it over quite a bit. His techniques that he was planning on learning to reach total purity of chakra before he came across his wall wouldn't fit what he was trying to do. So he had to think of his lower ranking techniques. None of the D ranks he knew would be worth the storage, as they were easy enough to pull off. So that left the middle ground, his C rank techniques. He needed something useful, which Thunder Phantoms and Lightning Clones weren't very appealing. However, he did get an idea on what to use. If he set his Stun Field into the kunai then when he tossed it he could use it as a transference device so he could place the Stun Field outside of normal range without needing to be in the range himself. This would open up new opportunities for him. Yes, Stun Field would definitely be a useful technique to utilize with the storage of lightning release techniques into his Denki Kunai. Now that he was set on his decision, he would channel the technique into his kunai and begin studying the new techniques he was to learn.

A Denkou's Resolve [Solo Training] Empty
PostSubject: Re: A Denkou's Resolve [Solo Training]   A Denkou's Resolve [Solo Training] Icon_minitime7th July 2016, 3:05 am

Today Takahiro was finally a Genin, but the reasoning behind it was complete bull shit. He did not feel like he had the right to call himself a Genin or even participate in the upcoming Chuunin exams. However, there was nothing he could do about it for now. He vowed to one day get back at the guy who humiliated him in the fight. But he still needed to figure out who the person was. It was quite obvious what his race was so far, as the fight had revealed enough information on that. Which there weren't too many Yoroi in the Shinobi troops. But still, finding someone like that would be beyond difficult. So Takahiro had returned to his old home where his mother awaited the news. When he told her he was a Genin now and she saw the headband she was beyond excited. Takahiro tried explaining to her what had happened but she did not care. She had interrupted him in the middle of the explanation and had pulled out something special. His father and mother had planned to give this to him originally, since he was the former heir and was going to pass the Genin Exams one way or another. They had put this aside for him before the untimely demise, but he was happy to see it. After losing nearly all his kunai in the previous fight he now had another weapon from his father. A Denki Nodachi, a sword meant for the heir to receive upon receiving the rank of Genin.

Takahiro couldn't help but feel some joy in seeing the very blade his own father had once used. However, it also continued to remind him that his father was no longer around. Despite this he knew what he had to do. Now that he had a proper blade he could practice the Denkou's Kenjutsu style, though it would be a bit of a problem seeing as his father was dead and his mother practiced the twin moon style and a bit of the generalized techniques. She could not teach him the Full Moon style that was meant for the men of the clan as the men did not have the same flexibility as the women of the clan. Despite this, there were some clan members left over that could teach him a few things in terms of the Full Moon Stance Kenjutsu, but he would also need to develop some Kenjutsu of his own, which he already knew what it would be called. His Kenjutsu style would be meant to overwhelm and crush the opponent, built off simple movements that connected together to form a bigger picture. The small movements would be like hunting a target and getting it into position for the kill. Inspired by the blood moon, he would call his style the Hunter's Moon. It was when the moon was largest and yet its style is simplistic. It was not meant to be overly complex but was meant to overwhelm and suppress the enemy. Force them to defend or fight back, but either way it meant true death for the enemy in the end.

However, this was all pure theory in his head. To actually apply the basics to something as advanced as a Kenjutsu style took time and dedication. He knew he would not be able to truly flesh it out by the exams, but he could still attempt to get the basics created beforehand. He would have to stay up late and devote himself to training in order to learn it. But first he needed to learn the full moon stance techniques in order to learn their characteristics and apply it to the Hunters Moon Stance. To be quite honest, Takahiro was unsure if he could achieve this but he was still determined, especially after his humiliating defeat that resulted in him becoming a Genin. He did not wish to feel that helpless again. He had given his all just for the guy to easily toy with him and destroy what was precious to him. Takahiro needed to get stronger, but he also needed to prepare. One of the first things he needed to do was store new techniques within his kunai so he could have something to use when the time came. He decided the two techniques that he would store this time. In his Kunai he would store the Chakra Disruption Pulse technique as he was sure it would come in handy more than relying on someone walking into a trap. Plus its effects were nice and it had a high chakra drain so if he stored it now he would be able to use it without the drain later. And then into his Nodachi he would need to do something a bit better as the Nodachi was quite a powerful weapon. He decided to store the technique Raigeki inside of it, a powerful lightning attack that could give him a greater advantage than the Chidori technique and Electro Blade. The Electro Blade technique would be no problem to cast at later times when it is needed, but the Raigeki technique would definitely be a good surprise no one would see coming as he was pretty sure he was the first with the technique. With the preparations made for the upcoming exams he would then need to return to the field and await his instructions in the Full Moon Stance Kenjutsu of the Denkou Clan.

Takahiro also needed to work on his speed, so while he awaited for the designated time for his trainer to show up. He wasn't as fast as some and as shown during his Genin Exams he could not overly rely on the Thunder Bolt technique to get the surprise on others. No he needed to use it as a surprise technique while he utilized the same speed himself for better movement. Last second Thunder Bolt techniques would definitely be better than long range Thunder Bolt Techniques as he merely needed to be in range to get its secondary effect out. Stun Field was a pain to pull off, though he had yet to use it in the proper manner that he had originally planned on. The problem with it though is most had good forms of endurance to resist the effect. He needed to find a way to deal with that. But for now he would have to try and find out his own weaknesses and improve them from there. One thing was for sure, his chakra control may be high, but his chakra itself could not hope to facilitate his full set of techniques which is why he decided to start focusing on Kenjutsu to offset that one weakness of his. But he also had problems with range. He would need to create techniques to deal with ranged attacks. Luckily Denki weapons were quite heavy and could easily deal with projectiles not utilized with strength. It did give him a few ideas for the Hunters Moon style, but he also needed to develop something extra. Something smaller.. He had one kunai, and if he could pull it off he could fight in multiple ranges. The Harvest Moon was something that could be good for the name of the secondary style he was starting to get up. The Kunai wasn't the best weapon for the style he was now thinking of, but for the mean time it would have to do. The Hunter's Moon Stance would be utilizing pure power while the Harvest Moon Stance would need to utilize precision striking, so it would need sharp thrusts and slashes meant for targeting weak points on the target to pierce through them. Yes, that would be good. But how to actually apply these techniques? He was unsure just yet. Again, he would need to form basics to work on for now and then work on more complex versions later since the exams didn't give him much time to figure them out. But still.. They would be invaluable to have as just basics for the upcoming exam.

And besides his Kenjutsu he also needed to practice Taijutsu, more specifically the Arhat style that R'tari Mikaboshi had taught him. That worried him though, as he was going to be replacing R'tari in this team. Would they fully accept him? He was worried about that, but he was also worried about holding them back as they have had little to no time to practice for the Chuunin Exams or to get to know each other well. He already knew that he was the weak link.. But still. Takahiro had to think hard about how to develop the Arhat style further and carry on R'tari's technique to carry on his memory. He needed to make R'tari proud, may he rest in peace. Anger flared up in Takahiro as he remembered R'tari's death... It was still so unreal to him. Not only did he have the usurper Xing Denkou in his sights, but now two more were also in his sights. Ka Jiko, the whole reason behind R'tari's death and now the yoroi that he had fought in the Genin exams. He really hoped the guy was allowed to retake the test and was also participating in the upcoming exams cause he would like nothing better than to rip his mask off him and hold him at sword point. Man, why was Takahiro so consumed with revenge? Why did all this have to happen to his kind soul? He had always been a good child and yet... He had the worst luck in the world. At the very least he still had his mother though and as long as he had her he knew he would not fully descend into the darkness of revenge. Still, he could feel himself standing on the edge of the Abyss, Midas occasionally coaxing him to move closer and closer, manipulating his feelings... Takahiro feared the Abyss, but he couldn't help but get drawn to it. He needed to avenge those close to him. But still, something held him back from fully becoming an Avenger. He held onto that light that held him firm like a rope, keeping him from falling into the Abyss. His mother was his chain on reality, without her, he may fall in and become consumed by revenge.

Takahiro often felt very depressed about his whole situation but he tried to hide it by creating new techniques. However, the more he thought about it he doubted he would be able to pull off the Hunter Moon Stance and the Harvest Moon Stance anytime soon. Kunai knives were definitely not a good way to go for the Harvest Moon Stance and the Nodachi, though large, was still lacking in some regards to his vision of the Hunters Moon Stance. No, he would need to wait to find the right weapons for the two stances before he could truly develop them. So that meant he would need to devote himself to the Full Moon Stance and Arhat Fist Style in order to truly be able to prepare himself for the exams. Maybe he could even practice a Genjutsu or two, but would he really have the potential for it? This constantly plagued him. Would he really be able to succeed as R'tari's Replacement? Would he truly be able to help his team in the upcoming Chuunin Exams? Takahiro highly doubted he would pass them, but still, he believed he had some hope if he played his cards right. He was now a Genin after all and his chakra had grown exponentially after the previous instructions on chakra improvement. Now with his current chakra limit he could easily surpass his former boundaries. Combinations that left him dry after one use barely even used up half of his chakra. Though it would use up a lot less if he had more Denki Weaponry. He would have to hold up for now.

There were two things he wanted to know though. One was where the legendary blade of the Denkou was. One day he would need to infiltrate Pandora territory to try and locate it. The former Denkou base where it was last known to be was in Pandora Territory of Kaosgakure. He still wasn't sure how to get through into the territory just yet, but there was always a way. And if he could ever get there he could always try and get revenge for his sensei by trying to assassinate Ka Jiko for what he put everyone through. And then his second question was of somewhat more importance, especially if he could not find the legendary blade of the Denkou Clan. Where was Denki material found? If he could figure this out he could potentially find the resources needed for a blacksmith to create him a new legendary weapon. Maybe even weapons more unique to the styles he wanted to make. He'd need something bigger than a Nodachi, which the only thing he could think of was the horse slaying sword, the Zanbato. It would provide enough overpowering strength to give him an edge for the style. But the Harvest Moon was the true curiosity. What exactly would be a good weapon for that style? It needed to be short, but not too short. Maybe a Wakizashi or a Tanto? But still, that didn't feel right. Even the Kunai was too short for the style he had in mind. He needed something more effective but still could not figure out exactly what it was that he needed. Takahiro could end up driving himself crazy with all that constantly went through his mind each and every day.

Takahiro would sigh. There was also no time for him to learn the S Rank Lightning technique that would give his eyes a new breakthrough and reach their final stage of the Stage Three Raidengan. Without the eye it would be a bit worrisome, but he did not think it would falter too much seeing his team. Still, a Genin could easily move at Vacuum Release speeds without incurring too much strain on their body. Takahiro kind of wanted to push his body to that extreme but he knew he did not have what it takes at the current form. He would need to figure out some other way to deal with speedsters. Luckily, the Full Moon Stance and Arhat Fist did give him some breathing room if he could learn to properly use the techniques given through them.
