Patrolling Mt. Jurassic

Amamiya had decided to go out and patrol the route to Jigogakure today. Luckily, except through some very roundabout ways, there was only one entrance which was through Mt. Jurassic. She had nothing better to do today and as such volunteered for the task, hoping to keep herself busy and maybe try to get a tan from the bit of lava pools around if possible. It was going to be the best day, but who knows what the Succubus would find learning along the trails. Maybe it was possible that beasts were trying to make nests in the trail or bandits were preparing ambushes. Either way something could happen, then again nothing could happen as she made her way along the trail at a leisurely pace.

Not too far from the succubus's location was a small group of rebels who at one point were loyal to the Pandora Empire, well at least until they had each witnessed atrocities that would drive them towards leaving the empire. Yet it was strange that they would still be within Pandora territory considering they defected, guess they had some emotional attachment to the land which was keeping them there. As for the reason why they were gathered in this particular area was not by coincidence, they had a camp nearby and this path was known for having many travelers passing through. Now they never really attacked the civilians as they never really posed that much of a threat to their ideals, they liked to go after the ones committing the true crimes, Knights. With six former knights in total in the group, ranging in various abilities, could usually handle most of whatever came across their path. And just their luck a few of the rebels could hears someone coming down the path, perhaps they could just be a civi, in which case they would just let them pass. However they needed to wait for a moment before they could make any kind of movement.

As Amamiya approached she would be able to see some of them before they could even spot her. It was dark out and so the only light came from the scattered magma pools at various points along the trail. Amamiya had Night Vision, as such she could see them just fine. She decided to observe them, tracking the elements they possessed as well as any weapon information that might be visible for her. Once she had gathered the information on the group she would step out into the light. Amamiya would bow in their direction before giving a slight wave. "Hello. I am Amamiya Rikigaku. May I help you lovely people? I give special offers," she said with a wink to them. These people, it was strange for a group to just be sitting out on this trail. Very odd, but maybe they were just resting. Better safe than sorry though. It was her business to get to know why someone was here and if they posed any threat to Pandora.

Shijin walked along the trail slowly, his Scrying Lens placed upon his right eye. He flicked the tool lazily between the different lenses, sweeping his eyes across the area as he did so. He had needed to get out of the house, Onko was working extra hard today so he didn't want to bother her and his parents weren't around. He decided to go searching for ingredients to create a mutagen. He continued walking until he reached a part of the trail that was occupied. He watched the scene and knew that something was wrong. The posture of the group of men said they were ready to strike and the girl's stance said she was ready to throw down. He walked over, his curiosity getting the better of him, and stood next to the girl "Fine night for a stroll and friendly conversation, eh fellas? No moon, only the stars in the sky. Its almost poetic. As the bigwigs are away, the little ones will play hm?" He laughed at his own joke then looked at the female, holding out a friendly hand "I caught your name. It's a pleasure to meet you, Amamiya. I am Shijin Tenshi." He hoped she knew he wasn't with these guys. It would be very inconvenient if this broke into a fight and she went after him first.
