All three are engaged in a war with each other due to their division systems, the Silver Blangonga Breeding Grounds is completely united under the banner of the Tetsu Pack as the Dobutsu call them having their own territory. Silver Blangonga are extinct in the shinobi world due to their intelligence and sheer power the shinobi hunting them due to their fierce opposition to the creation of hidden villages within their lands. Each Silver Blangonga is not only on par with a Hunter Nin but they possess weapon use and trap making amoung the entire Blango species.
