Name: Wind Release: Dust Cloud Technique

Description: This technique creates a stream of high-velocity wind containing dust particles, capable of decimating anything caught in it in only a matter of moments. The completed technique is directed through vertically overlapped hands that are placed in front of the user's mouth after forming the necessary hand seals. This technique also is useful as a modified dispersal technique as while blowing away the fog, smoke, mist etc it fills the area with dust getting in the victims eyes if they are open and blinding them for 5 posts (total) in addition to but not limited to causing them to cough, sneeze if they inhale the dust making it a perfect diversionary technique as well.

Name: Earth Release: Hiding Like a Mole Technique
Classification: Ninjutsu

Description: This technique changes earth into fine sand by channelling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. This effect goes around the body (not just the hands), making it just large enough for a person to move through. The user can pinpoint where they are, despite being underground, by sensing the magnetic forces. They can also sense what is happening on the surface and use that information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. One can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy can't reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth.

Description: Hive Mind essentially allows Jean and La Croix “share” a collective consciousness between the both of them due to the bond they share as Mikaboshi and Amatsu. Though they share the same mind they both still have their individuality and thus both are able to work autonomously.  Hive Mind also grants both the ability to see, hear and know what the other is doing as long as they are within the same vicinity of each other, this can be especially useful when used to scout areas as they would be able to see and experience multiple areas at once. In addition La Croix can attach herself or a piece of herself to an ally of Jean giving them access to this ability.

Name: Amatsu Transformation: La Croix

Description: A special transformation created by La Croix to mainly annoy and try to be some use when it comes to battle. The initial stage of the transformation allows La Croix to take a humanoid form which in realty serves no other purpose than to interact with the people around herself and Jean.  The second stage however is used mainly in battle. In this form La Croix resembles a black and purple humanoid robot with sharp blades for limbs measuring 70 inches in length. In this form La Croix’s mobility is increased to B rank, she is able to deal B rank physical damage while increasing her durability to B rank but by paying B rank amounts of chakra will increase her abilities by a rank capping at A rank.

Name: Ant lion Technique

Description:
This technique causes the ground and everything on and around it to be sucked in towards the middle of a large pit, much like the method an ant lion uses to catch prey. Upon being dragged to the center, the victim will then be sucked underground. There the victim, depending on how deep the user makes them sink, will be trapped and/or suffocated after seven posts total of being trapped.The range of the pit is determined by how much chakra is put into the technique.

Name: True Shadow Clone (Revised)

Description:
Like the original shadow clone technique, this technique creates clones of the user in which the user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but unlike the original are extremely hardy and only disperse after sustaining an A-rank or higher blow or by dispersing on their own both instances any chakra remaining from the clone will return back to the user. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Similarly any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. Unlike the original technique however these clones have a second ability which is the ability alter into a shadow form which gives the user 5 times the normal amount of shadows (meaning for each one it counts as 5 shadows) when they are absorbed by the Shadow Lord passive. This trait makes them ideal for shadow release users of the Mikaboshi clan. Jean has perfected the use of this technique and depending on how much chakra he puts into it a different amount will appear. With D-rank chakra he can produce 5 clones, with C-rank chakra he can produce ten clones, with B-rank chakra he can produce twenty clones, with A-rank chakra he can produce forty clones & with S-rank chakra he can produce eighty clones.

Name: La Croix: Tsubame Gaeshi
Classification: Kenjutsu

Class: Offensive
Range: Short Range

Description:

This  technique consists of a vertical, horizontal, and circular slash, all done in rapid succession, upon which the three consecutive slashes close in on the enemy from all sides to create a prison, that allows no chance for defense or evasion.

The first strike comes at the opponent with speeds equal to the rank of the technique, creating a circular arc to surround them. After which the second strike comes from the above meant to block off escape, and the third and final horizontal strike is to keep the opponent from escaping from the side, thus completely overwhelming them if they do not possess reaction tiers equal to the rank of the technique. In addition each hit drains chakra equal to the rank of the technique.



Name: Amatsu Transformation: La Croix’s Evolution

Description:

Jean had always had an obsession with Samurai. He had envied their poise, their balance and their elegance. Of course Jean had felt he wouldn’t even be able to come close of that of someone who was a natural born Samurai, thus he had given up on trying to emulate their grace. However Jean had decided to do the next best thing, use La Croix. Jean had gone through countless experimentations on La Croix’s humanoid form and adding a couple of unique seals to his Amatsu had attempted to turn her into somewhat of a homunculus however the modifications were somewhat of a failure as he wasn’t able come close into turning her into a homunculus however he had succeeded in giving her a significant power boost and giving her a wider scope of choices when in battle. And Thus La Croix’s base and initial forms gain a permanent movement and defensive capabilities to A Rank as well as three forms. All forms of La Croix can have their capabilities increased by paying A ranks amount of chakra. This boost caps out S rank.  

*The first is which was La Croix’s Secondary form is now known as Modo Equilibrio which has B-rank Strength, B-rank Speed and B-rank Defense the upgrade this form has received is an enhanced sensing ability as La Croix is now able to locate even hidden chakra sources equal to B-rank and below.

* The second is a new form called the Modo Atacco in which La Croix sheds her secondary form and takes a form more a kin to an adolescent teenager with a katana of 60 cm made from parts her body. In this form La Croix gains A rank Strength, A Rank Speed and B Rank defenses. In this form any physical attacks used by La Croix is boosted by a rank and any defensive moves are lowered by a rank. The potential of this mode has yet to be fulfilled however.

Spoiler:

* The second is a new form called Modo de Defesa in which La Croix gains an additional plating of black armor over her body increasing her defensive ability but slowing it down for the boost. This form possesses A-rank Defense, B-rank strength and B-rank Speed, this upgrade also grants La Croix the ability to project a shield of chakra around its body protecting it from damage while using the chakra it has absorbed to sustain it. In addition any defensive and supplementary techniques used in this form are boosted by a rank and any offensive techniques are lowered by rank.  



Name: Superiority Complex Seal  
Classification: Fuinjutsu/Kenjustu/Taijutsu

Range: Self (La Croix)

Description:

With La Croix experiencing exponential growth, Jean once more went back to work on modifying his precious Amatsu in order to be more versatile in combat, after all the more powerful his partner the more likely he is able to achieve his goals. This seal was specifically created for Modo Atacco and Modo de Defesa to bring out the true potential of her second and future Amatsu transformations. Having applied the seal within the core of La Croix, she has gained the ability of not only learning techniques from Jean but also able to create her own brand techniques for better combat efficiency, though these are mainly physical in nature and fuinjutsu based, however due to its similar chakra absorbing ability it automatically learns with all of the Dark Fist Variations that Jean knows that are below his rank. This section of the seal was designed so that the techniques she learns in future do not count to Jean’s technique count but her own. La Croix’s technique count is equal of that below Jean’s current level, meaning she is only able to learn the amount of techniques available to the rank below her master and is only able to gain more techniques when at the limit when Jean climbs up the ranks.

The final modification of this seal implements is one of Reaction. This gives La Croix the passive ability of creating an invisible circle field, which can only be detected by chakra seeing dojutsu, of 20 feet at A ranked speeds around herself. This in turn grants La Croix pseudo reaction tiers as she is able to react to anything within that barrier as long as it is moving at speeds equal or lower of that of her own.

Ant-Lion Technique use the distances in Misc rules. Have it be (Variable chakra cost) not C-S. Seeing that irks me.

True Shadow Clone, remove the chakra cost to produce actual clones and raise this to an A-rank. If you want the chakra to produce multiple clones you have to learn the Multiple Shadow Clone Technique which is an A-rank. You'll find it's accurate description in the Konoha Battle Royale Section Naruto has it.

La Croix: Tsubame Gaeshi -> Include that it drains Ambient chakra equal to the amount La Croix can absorb. At the end of the day even if it's a sword its still an Amatsu and they are limited in exactly what they can absorb as well as how much they can absorb at one time.

Amatsu Transformation: La Croix Evolution -> First things first, the upgrading it's tiers will require a constant chakra price to maintain meaning if you wish to boost her speed in any form from B to A then it's an A-rank chakra price each post it is used just like anyone else. Preferably I would request you remove it though.
First Mode = fine because Amatsu can sense chakra normally.
Second Mode = No in regards to the boost to physical techniques etc. Your Amatsu hasn't gotten anything added to it to facilitate said abilities. The limitations of Amatsu Creation is based on the source material if an Amatsu can not do things normally even with the form change they won't gain it. That being said it can't just "poof" a weapon, a weapon must be sealed within the Amatsu for it to wield it during a form change.
Third Mode = The chakra sheild can stay the boost things need to go, that being said the chakra shield should be coating the body not spreading outward or anything of the sort.

Superiority Complex Seal = If you are going to copy from Lilith do it properly. Lower the rank of the technique to B-rank just like Eve System was. Remove the Reaction Bubble thing, you can't just "add" things and name them fuinjutsu it's insulting anyone who actually delves in the stuff. If you want a bubble of sensory then learn the actual technique which does that (Which is Canon by the way Barrier: Canopy Method Formation just check the Naru wiki.)

Once you make all these corrections I will check again, sorry if I seem harsh I hold people who make Mikaboshi to higher standards than others.

i want to add for the ant lion technique targets can break the technique with physical strength equal too the current chakra cost.
