Special Ability: A powerful weapon that can only be used for a short amount of time, allowing the user to boost their physical abilities much higher than normal for only a very short amount of time. This collar is actually connected to the wearer's spinal chord and several centers in the brain. When activated, usually by a chakra burst through the metal of the collar it forces the user's body to hugely increase its physical potential causing the wearer to be immune to recoil for a very, very short amount of time (4 posts) as well as this it costs an A-Rank of blood to activate and can only be used once a topic.
