Personality: Kaneda is the type to put other's well being before his own, putting himself in harms way so that others don't have to take the pain even if he had nothing to do with the act. Loves to read, can almost always find him with his nose buried in a book. However that doesn't mean he is lazy in the slightest, in fact despite his young age he is quite accustomed to manual labour since his non spare time is used helping the people of whatever village he is currently in out. He likes to travel quite a bit as he doesn't stay in a village longer then a few days, something about being in one place for too long bothers him.

History: Born in a small village in the land of Ibaragakure, Kaneda was orphaned at birth due to negligent parents. Though neglectful of their child's home, they had planned out their child's future by leaving a sword attached to a note with infant Kaneda on the steps of an orphanage. For the first few years of his life he grew up happy and well adjusted despite not having parents, playing with the other children, reading books beyond his years, and even helping the elderly in times of need. All in all a good kid, however nearing his sixth birthday he started to get curious about who his parents were and why they decided to leave him there. Though young he was quite mature for his age knowing that they probably could not provide a decent home for him.

It would however appear on his sixth birthday that he was given a special present, the aforementioned sword. Learning that his parents left him the sword, he took it with pride. Once in possession of blade he was then instructed that he would have to leave his home in order to be trained as a shinobi for the country. This was not really what he expected to get for his birthday, banishment. However he would begrudgingly take the task that was given to him, but not right away.

After his "banishment" from the orphanage, Kaneda decided to travel the world before he would make his way to the western continent. He spent the next year and a half learning about the world, the cultures of other lands, and all the heartache as well.

Sword Description: a unique blade to say the least. The blade is constantly radiating heat, hot enough to cauterize a wound. In order to merely hold the sword, the hilt had to be wrapped in thermal wrappings. Which have to be replaced after every tenth training session/battle. However that is just the tip preverbal iceberg, as it's true ability is when It comes into contact with the wielders blood. Dependant on the amount of blood sacrificed on the blade, but the blade itself will be covered in black flames. When in this mode, the sword's damage is increased by however much blood was given to it. When cut in this form, the area cut will be covered in black flames as well before it starts to crawl up the targets body until it is completely enveloped in flames in four posts dealing A rank chakra damage per post.

The heat cutting through defenses, is that directly A-rank defenses? Which that is a no it will be equal rank to you. Also the true ability is more of a separate technique than another ability. If you want it to be another ability you will have to pick one cutting with simply heat or cutting with heat fueled by blood.

Flame crawling up target's body, nothing wrong with it, it just needs a time limit based on damage from the sword. SSS-rank damage instant cover, SS-rank covers in two posts, S-rank covers in 3 posts, A-rank covers in 4 posts, so on by one count.
