Name: Shinken (Signature)
Classification: Kinjutsu
Rank: S-Rank (A-SSS Damage - Point blank S-Rank damage to arm wielding.)
Class: Offensive
Range: Melee

Description: With this technique, which does not require handseals, Asura focuses her Blaze Release into her left arm. This at first appears like a small orb of black flame that hovers just over her arm, once formed she then closes her hand down on the sphere and it bursts and expands rapidly, coating her entire arm in black flames. These flames float gently off the top of her shoulder but oddly are focused into a spear like shape at the front. This technique deals damage according to how fast Asura is running. At Vacuum Release speeds and below this deals A-Rank damage, Blinding Light deals S-Rank, Ripping Discord deals SS-Rank and Echoing Flash deals SSS-Rank damage. The piercing of this technique is equal to one below the user's rank and if it strikes a limb of the opponent rather than main mass, this technique causes the limb to be completely unusable until healed by a medical technique equal to one rank above the rank of damage received. This jutsu has a secondary effect that when it strikes an opponent, or the ground, it releases a massive wave of Blaze Release flames in a ten foot radius, these flames deal damage equal to one below Asura's rank every post that someone stands in the flames.

Description: By using the principles that she made in creating Shinken, Asura has adapted this type of shot to her bow. In using this technique, she focuses a large amount of Blaze Release flames over the front of an arrow before firing it forwards, the flames screaming due to the frictional forces generated. The damage of this arrow depends on the speed of the arrow itself. This arrow does damage equal to the speed of the arrow and pierces defenses one below the speed. On impact, this arrow explodes over a radius of twenty feet, spreading Blaze Release flames around the point of impact that deal damage equal to one rank below the arrow's speed when it struck the target, ground, for every post that the enemy stands in the flames.

Description: By focusing her Blaze release chakra into her bow and string, Asura can draw the string back and build up an arrow of pure blaze Release flames on the bow. Once the string is released, the bolt flies forwards at Swift Release speeds unless a Kyujutsu technique is used with it. Upon striking an opponent this deals D-Rank damage, without Kyujutsu techniques, and unless the target has endurance/chakra tiers equal to one below the damage or above then they are set alight with Blaze Release flames. These flames deal damage equal to two ranks below Asura's own every post (Total) in addition to lasting a different length depending on Asura's rank. At T.Jonin these flames persist for ten posts(Total) at Jonin/Med Nin/Hunter Nin they last for 15 posts total and for S-Class Med Nin/S-Class Hunter Nin/Sannin they last for 20 posts total. The flames can be removed faster however with any Chakra Nature that is effective against Blaze or Ghost Water techniques one rank below Asura's own rank.

Name: Archer's Silent Killing

Description: This is a technique that Asura uses mostly for herself due to the fact that her own noises could disrupt her hypersensitive hearing. This therefore allows her to make her entire body absolutely silent through changing the way she breathes and her clothes are all tight anyway, preventing any sounds if she moves. In addition, she has created a way of pulling a bowstring that means no sound comes from the creaking of her bow either, allowing her to make near silent shots anyway but this can be made true with other techniques.

Name: Archer's Camouflage Technique
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: A-Rank
Class: Supplementary/Defensive
Range: Self

Description: Using this technique, Asura can make herself completely invisible to the naked eye as well as masking her chakra signature, shadow, scent, heat signature and even, to a more limited degree, the level of air she displaces. This is done through minute chakra fluctuations at a bare minimum level undetectable to most that allows for the modifications. This can block chakra sensing techniques A-Rank and below as well as air displacment sensory C-Rank and below. Chakra sensing dojutsu can see right through this however as can other dojutsu apart from heat detecting ones as long as the opponent is A-Rank or lower, as well as this Reaction Tiers of A-Rank or higher can see through Asura's camouflage.

Description: This is a special archery technique to make up for Asura's lack of strength tiers and the fact that Launching Phase is a sniping technique. Therefore this technique involves gently cycling chakra in her fingers before using that to 'feather' the string, pulling it quickly but lightly to launch arrows. This means that the arrows can fly at speeds equal to her own speed tiers but they deal one rank less in damage and have a loss in range of ten feet.

Name: Manipulated Arrow Technique
Classification: Kyujutsu/Ninjutsu

Class: Supplementary

Description: This technique comes into effect when Asura fires an arrow from her bow, she then connects a chakra thread to it allowing her to control it while in midair. This means she can move it in midair to hunt down opponents and even allow her to use it to attack other shuriken and Kyujutsu techniques and knock them out of midair. She can only control as many arrows as she can clones.

Name: Jittering Shot (Signature)
Classification: Kyujutsu/Ninjutsu
Rank: A-Rank
Class: Supplementary/Offensive
Range: Varies

Description: This is an archery technique created by Asura that is used in accordance with Archer's Camouflage, Manipulated Arrow and, optionally, Silent Shot. This involves Asura launching an arrow and masking it with Archer's Camouflage transmitted through the chakra thread created by the Manipulated Arrow Technique to cause the arrow to appear invisible at first before appearing at random intervals with Asura moving the arrow while it is invisible. People with sensory techniques higher than A-Rank or people with chakra sensing dojutsu can see the arrows but no one else. This means that speed tiers one above the speed of the arrow are needed to dodge this properly every time, as it can come back, and reaction tiers A-Rank and above can see through this.

Name: Harrowing Shot
Classification: Kyujutsu/Ninjutsu/Genjutsu

Description: With this shot type, Asura focuses a small amount of Blaze Release chakra into her arrowhead, causing it to ignite into black flames before she launches it at the opponent. This moves at Bullet Release speeds naturally without the use of Kyujutsu techniques. It also deals A-Rank damage on strike and sets opponents without B-Rank or higher endurance/chakra tiers on fire dealing C-Rank damage per post total for 10 posts total at T.Jonin, 15 posts total at Jonin/Med Nin/Hunter Nin and 20 posts total at S-Class Hunter or Med Nin/Sannin. In addition, this can be chained with a Genjutsu for another B-Rank of chakra that causes the victim to believe themselves surrounded by a massive amount of Blaze Release flames which deal B-Rank mental damage a post and lasts until broken and also stops them from realising that they are actually burning through the true fire.

Description: This technique actually came about due to a slight bit too much practice, causing Asura to slice her fingers open when using her bow. When her blood touched her Blaze Release flames they changed colour, becoming more of a dark grey colouration rather than their usual Black. These flames only have one special ability, that being that they do Chakra+Spiritual damage whenever they strike an opponent rather than just Chakra based.

Name: Forsaken Arrow: Tainted Bolt
Classification: Kinjutsu/Kyujutsu
Rank: C-Rank (C-Rank chakra, D-Rank blood per arrow)
Class: Offensive
Range: Short-Long

Description: Going on the same principles as her Harrowed Shot, Asura focuses her Blaze Release flames into the arrowhead of her next shot, causing it to burst into black flames before she spills a small amount of her blood on it, causing the flames to shift colour. This arrow moves at Swift Release speeds naturally without the use of Kyujutsu techniques and deals D-Rank physical damage without the use of Kyujutsu techniques. This arrow's power is not in Physical though as when it strikes an opponent it deals C-Rank spiritual and B-Rank chakra based damage as well as sending out a five foot, radius, burst of Forsaken Flames. This causes anyone without B-Rank or higher endurance or Chakra tiers to be set alight and be dealt C-Rank spiritual and chakra based damage every post for four posts.

Name: Forsaken Arrow: Corrupted Flight
Classification: Kinjutsu/Kyujutsu

Description: Using her Blaze Release flames, Asura creates a ring of Black Flames around the front of the arrow just before it is fired. She then splashes a small portion of blood on the arrow itself before firing it through the ring. The arrow lights up in grey flames and then with a flick of Asura's wrist, explodes before it reaches the opponent. The amount of Forsaken Shards that are created depend on Asura's rank. At T.Jonin she makes 3, at Jonin she makes 5 and at Hunter Nin she makes 7. These shards scatter over fifteen feet of the area aimed at and all of the shards detonate in a ten foot, radius, wave of Forsaken Flames. Each shard deals B-Rank spiritual damage and B-Rank chakra damage however they stack with each other like a combination jutsu.

Name: Forsaken Arrow: Desecrated Salvo
Classification: Kinjutsu/Kyujutsu
Rank: A-Rank (A-Rank chakra, B-Rank blood)
Class: Offensive
Range: Short-Long

Description: This type of shot does not involve one arrow but instead it involves three but only for one cost. Asura focuses her chakra along all three of the arrows, causing them to ignite before she spills a larger portion of blood on all of the arrows, causing the flames to turn grey. She then fires all three of them, swirling chakra in her fingers to give them a unique spin where they rotate around one another like a helix before impacting the target. The force of all three arrows generates a massive burst (30 feet) of Forsaken Flames, dealing A-Rank chakra and B-Rank spiritual damage to everyone in the blast radius. In addition, if those struck by the flames don't have Chakra/Endurance tiers of A-Rank or above they are set alight, being dealt B-Rank chakra and spiritual damage every post for six posts.

Description: By following the principles of both Shinken and her new Forsaken Flames, Asura has created this technique to advance her line however it is still not quite complete and thus still damages her due to the raw power she wields. By focusing her Blaze Release chakra into her left hand, which starts to pulsate with black flames, she cuts her right hand and spills a large amount of her blood on the flames, turning them a deep grey colour. Once turned into Forsaken Flames however, they start to writhe and churn, trying to escape her grip before she charges forwards and rams the attack into the opponent. At Vacuum Release speeds and below this deals S-Rank chakra and A-Rank spiritual damage, at Blinding Light it deals SS-Rank chakra and S-Rank spiritual, Ripping Discord deals SSS-Rank chakra and SS-Rank spiritual damage and finally Echoing Flash deals SSS-Rank chakra and spiritual damage to the opponent. In addition to this, the flames set the opponent alight if they don't have S-Rank or higher endurance or chakra tiers, dealing chakra damage equal to one below her speed and spiritual damage two ranks below her speed for ten posts.

Description: Using this technique the user coats their hands and feet in Blaze flames enhancing their Taijutsu. This causes their attacks to deal chakra damage of either C-Rank or B-Rank depending on how much chakra they expend for the post to use this technique. In addition, if the oponent does not have an endurance tier equal to the damage of this technique they are set alight and take damage equal to one rank below the actual damage of the technique for five posts, every hit after the first extends that by two posts.

Name: Forsaken Flames: Dark Impulse
Classification: Ninjutsu/Kinjutsu
Rank: B-Rank (B-Rank blood and chakra)
Class: Offensive/Defensive
Range: Short - Five feet

Description: Focusing her chakra around her entire body in a form of a shell, Asura pushes her arms out to facilitate the movement of the chakra in a large sphere around her of pure Forsaken Flames. This burns the ground around her and anyone within five feet is knocked back out of the range of the attack, takes B-Rank chakra and spiritual damage and any techniques of B-Rank and below (C-Rank spiritual and below) are blocked by the technique. (Knockback applies to opponents within range of technique only when it was activated)

Name: Forsaken Flames: Abyssal Wave
Classification: Ninjutsu/Kinjutsu
Rank: A-Rank (A-Rank chakra, B-Rank blood)
Class: Offensive
Range: Short-Long ~ 0-25 feet

Description: With this technique, Asura coats her hands in Blaze flame and performs the necessary handseals, powering up the flames until she slams them downwards. A wave of black flame then radiates outwards in a sixty degree arc that burns all in its path. If it strikes a person it deals S-Rank chakra damage and B-Rank spiritual damage and if the person struck does not have endurance tiers A-Rank or higher they are set alight and dealt B-Rank chakra and C-Rank spiritual damage every post for twelve posts.

Name: Heat Release: Hissing Wave
Classification: Nintaijutsu

Description: This is a very simple technique that Asura designed, along with others, that allows her to use ninjutsu techniques while either holding her sword, her bow or with her arms disabled. She focuses her chakra from her core to her feet and then delivers a quick, swinging kick that unleashes a crescent wave of Heat towards an opponent at B-Rank speeds, however due to the shimmering haze that it creates, it can only be seen with B-Rank reaction or a way of detecting heat or chakra. If this strikes an opponent it deals B-Rank damage and scorches the area struck, causing a D-Rank of damage when they move it due to the skin cracking and breaking.

Name: Heat Release: Fluttering Mirage

Description: This is a technique used in conjunction with her arrows so that even if she is detected it is difficult to try and dodge her arrows. Asura cycles Heat Chakra into her bowstring with an arrow readied before launching the arrow forwards, a wave of heat surrounding it and distorting the visible position of the arrow. Chakra sight is unable to see through this due to the chakra surrounding the arrow, unless the chakra sight is higher than C-Rank, Heat vision of C-Rank or higher can see through this as can C-Rank reaction.

Name: Heat Release: Evaporation Matrix
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: S-Rank
Class: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid (15 foot radius)

Description: By pouring her Heat Nature out into the area around her, Asura can rapidly increase the temperature of the surrounding area through the medium of her chakra, which means it doesn't harm her. This technique then brings up a large heat haze around her that damages anyone walking into it who take a B-Rank of damage every post that they are within the Aura but this has another effect. Any Acid or Water release jutsu used within this aura evaporates as long as it is of A-Rank and below, S-Rank jutsu require 4 posts to evaporate and any higher do not evaporate.

Name: Heat Release: Haze Burst
Classification: Kyujutsu/Ninjutsu
Rank: A-Rank
Class: Offensive
Range: Short-Long

Description: By focusing her Heat Release into the head of her arrow, Asura makes it take on a hazed appearance before it is launched at her opponent. Upon it striking the foe or the ground it releases a wave of condensed heat, five feet radius, that deals A-Rank damage to anyone standing within it and scorches the skin dealing C-Rank damage every time they move due to the skin cracking and breaking. In addition to this, the next Fire or Blaze release technique that strikes the scorched area increases by a rank due to the lack of moisture, increasing flammability.

Name: Heat Release: Distortion
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: C-Rank
Class: Supplementary
Range: Long (30 feet radius)

Description: This technique works almost like a concealment tech as it causes the surrounding area to heat up to the point that heatwaves and shimmering air is obvious, masking anyone standing inside of the area of distortion. People can still be seen as this can be seen through by D-Rank reaction and anyone standing inside of it will feel rather thirsty and dried out due to the heat.

Name: Heat Release: Hiding Within the Shimmer
Classification: Genjutsu
Rank: C-Rank
Class: Supplementary
Range: Long (Area of Distortion)

Description: This technique is used in conjunction with Heat Release: Distortion and uses the chakra of that technique as the transmission method of this genjutsu. Upon this technique being activated anyone within the mist will become unable to see Asura as she moves around within the technique, not even those with Reaction tiers who can usually see through the haze. This makes Distortion much more dangerous than normal. Anyone with another type of enhanced snesory though, not sight, can detect Asura.

Name: Heat Release: Mirage's Disguise
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: C-Rank
Class: Supplementary
Range: Self

Description: This technique is activated in conjunction with any other concealment technique to increase its power. This uses Heat Release in a slightly different manner to actually remove Heat from the skin, cooling it down to match the surrounding temperature and thus making the person using the Concealment technique invisible to Heat Sensing dojutsu of C-Rank or higher and other things that detect heat.

Name: Strike Shift (Signature)
Classification: Fighting Style
Rank: D-Rank
Class: Offensive/Defensive
Range: Short

Description: This is a technique developed solely to be used alongside a bow or with the hands otherwise occupied, say with Hand seals. This technique uses only kicks to deal damage to opponents, usually barraging them with simple kicks that lead into other strikes or become more dangerous through the use of chakra or spiritual based techniques.

Name: Strike Shift: Dance of the Haze
Classification: Fighting Style
Rank: D-Rank
Class: Offensive/Defensive
Range: Short

Description: A specialist branch of the Strike Shift fighting style and requiring that style to be used, this branch uses Asura's Heat Release in conjunction with the Strike Shift style. This Style uses Heat Release to create powerful feints to allow for strikes to hit and the evaporation abilities of Heat Release to slowly whittle down an opponent's strength to make them weak enough for the final blow.

Name: Strike Shift: Unleashed Flame
Classification: Fighting Style
Rank: D-Rank
Class: Offensive/Defensive
Range: Short

Description: This technique is the more power-based version of the chakra versions of Strike Shift as this one revolves around sura's Blaze Release. This style thus relies more on dealing heavy damage with large kicks and setting foes alight through the Blaze Release chakra flowing through her strikes.

Name: Strike Shift: Dangerous Points
Classification: Taijutsu
Rank: D-Rank
Class: Offensive
Range: Short

Description: Asura was never born very strong, lacking strength tiers and thus her attacks would have to rely on her speed to deal damage. She does this by attacking softer points of the body, joints, guts, the groin. This technique is the most basic, working through her lashing out with a kick, her toes pointed forwards to smack into the opponent. This deals damage two ranks below her speed tier but knocks opponents back a certain distance depending on her speed.
D-Rank = 5 feet
C-Rank = 10 feet
B-Rank = 15 feet
A-Rank = 25 feet
S-Rank = 40 feet

Name: Strike Shift: Dastardly Flick
Classification: Taijutsu
Rank: D-Rank
Class: Dfensive
Range: Short

Description: This technique is used to deal with sword fighters or others that use weapons when they attack her. By swinging her leg out and flicking her foot at the last moment, she strikes at their wrist and forces them to drop their weapon or send it flying away from them through the force of the kick, removing their advantage at close range. She can only do this to someone that she is able to hit through her speed and reaction tiers and it requires speed equal to the speed of the kick or reaction tiers equal to it to avoid the kick. The kick then deals damage three ranks lower than her speed but requires strength tiers equal to her speed to continue holding the weapon otherwise it flies a distance relating to her speed.
D-Rank = 5 feet
C-Rank = 10 feet
B-Rank = 15 feet
A-Rank = 25 feet
S-Rank = 40 feet

Name: Strike Shift: Sweep
Classification: Taijutsu
Rank: D-Rank
Class: Defensive/Supplementary
Range: Short

Description: This is a technique that actually uses the opponent's speed against them by striking at their legs as they move, sweeping their legs out from under them and sending them smashing into the ground. She can only do this to someone she can strike through her speed and reaction tiers and it requires reaction tiers equal to her speed to try and avoid. If it strikes however the opponent is dealt damage equal to one below the speed they were moving at when this technique hit, punishing those that try and rush her.

Name: Dance of the Haze: Shimmering Rotation
Classification: Nintaijutsu
Rank: C-Rank (D-Rank of chakra each post to sustain)
Class: Supplementary
Range: Self

Description: By flowing her Heat Release chakra out through her legs, Asura makes a heat haze surround them making it much more difficult to try and notice her strikes and block them. This technique can be used in conjunction with any of her Strike Shift techniques and causes them to require one rank higher Reaction to see through due to the haze flowing around the strikes.

Name: Dance of the Haze: Scorching Displacement
Classification: Nintaijutsu
Rank: C-Rank (C-Rank chakra per post to maintain)
Class: Offensive
Range: Short

Description: By mixing her Cypher Displacement Aura with her Heat Release chakra, Asura has expanded it slightly, meaning it radiates five feet out from her legs and takes on a shimmering aura. This however has a secondary effect over the size increase whereupon it saps the strength from opponents with a successful strike, this being due to them sweating from the heat, losing moisture through the sweat. What this means is that with a successful strike, the opponent uses up an extra 3 fatigue that turn due to the moisture lost from their body.

Name: Dance of the Haze: Searing Stroke
Classification: Nintaijutsu
Rank: B-Rank (B-Rank chakra per strike)
Class: Offensive
Range: Short

Description: By condensing the Heat Release chakra around her foot, Asura makes it much more deadly and delivers a single flat-footed strike to the opponent. This deals heavy burns to the opponent, dealing a B-Rank of chakra based damage added on to the physical damage and has a secondary effect. This effect is that when the attack strikes it weakens the muscles through moisture lost through sweat and takes 6 fatigue from the opponent with each hit from this technique.

Name: Unleashed Flame: Burning Force
Classification: Nintaijutsu
Rank: C-Rank (D-Rank of chakra each strike, C-Rank on first post to activate)

Description: This technique is more chakra flow based, Asura cycling her chakra into her feet but this does nothing at first, not being noticeable. However upon striking an opponent her kicks unleash a burst of Blaze flames that scorch an opponent, dealing chakra based damage one below her speed and if they don't have endurance tiers equal to her speed they are set alight, taking damage each post three ranks below her speed.

Those techniques which evaporate moisture chance them to causing targets to sweat to become dehydrated resulting in a loss of x fatigue. Directly evaporating moisture from opponents is Scorch Release territory.

Hiding within the Shimmer if you want it to nerf reaction tiers make it vision based as well. But include that a victim can utilize a sensory technique equal to this technique which does not rely on vision in order to locate Asura.

Zen, Hiding Within the Shimmer is a GENjutsu, Reaction Tiers have never been able to see through genjutsu and I changed it to 'see' and the fact that other senses are unaffected.

Description: The penultimate technique of her kyujutsu line, Asura has fused her three chakra natures into a massively powerful and destructive technique. First she readies an arrow and then creates the first layer of chakra, mixing it with her Heat Release to create a wavering aura around the arrow head. The second layer comes from her fire release, a massive cone of roiling flame that surrounds the Heat aura but does not touch it. Lastly comes the third, and outermost, layer of Blaze Release flames. These flames spread into a larger cone in front of the fire release but do not touch the second layer. The arrow is then launched at the target. Upon striking the target the blaze release impacts first, spreading out a wave of Blaze Release flames twenty feet in radius. The Fire Release strikes next, empowering the flames but not increasing their radius and finally the Heat Release activates, creating a massive wave of heated air that desiccates the surrounding area and spreads the flames out to a massive seventy five feet in radius. The actual damage this technique does however is based on the speed of the arrow. At S-Rank speeds and below the initial strike deals S-Rank physical damage and S-Rank chakra damage. If the opponents don't have higher than S-Rank endurance tiers they are set on fire and dealt A-Rank chakra damage a post (lower than S-Rank takes S-Rank chakra damage) until it is expunged by a water release techique of S-Rank or higher. The second wave upgrades all chakra based damage by 1-Rank to SS and then the heat release spreads this out over the higher radius. At Ripping Discord all damage is increased (SS-Rank physical-->SS-Rank chakra-->SS-Rank or higher endurance tiers for SS-Rank damage and then SSS-Rank damage if the fire release cannot be blocked). SSS-Rank is the maximum (SSS-Rank physical-->SSS-Rank chakra-->SSS-Rank endurance for SSS-Rank damage (SSS-Rank water release needed to stop)-->SSS-Rank damage if fire can't be blocked.)

Description: The pinnacle of Cypher firing techniques involves focusing chakra into the string of the bow, charging the arrow that is notched before launching it forwards with massive speed. Blinding Light = No charge, Ripping Discord = 2 Posts (total), Echoing Flash = 4 Posts (total) and with a 6 post (total) charge time the arrow requires SSS-Rank reaction as well as SSS-Rank speed to dodge but it breaks the bow.

She can block any Ninjutsu equal to her rank as long as the opponent isn't more than thirty feet away and has a speed tier greater than the speed the arrow is moving. (Range of both sight and hearing is 30 feet due to Asura's Extreme Hearing passive)

Class: Offensive
Range:Medium-Long

Description: Through her ability to track movement and her mixture of Iaido and archery she can actively stop movement as long as their speeds aren't higher than one-rank above her reaction tiers. She can launch an arrow at a foe moving at those speeds and accurately strike them in the knee, ankle or hip. If the foe gets struck they are dealt damage one below Asura's rank and their speed is lowered even further, one rank reduction in speed tiers. (Defense tiers equal to the damage completely block the attack).

The initial strike is the blaze, which isn't even on the arrow, so if the blaze hits first, won't the arrow hit last so the physical damage won't happen till later?

Kamirushi and Tenshirushi – To avoid me having to go looking through your techs, does Asura have a technique which says her Blaze requires a water tech 1-rank above to extinguish it? If not for both of these techs I'll give you equal rank water to extinguish, naturally when the fire hit after the blaze the damage will be increased.

Artillery Phase – basically chakra enhanced speed but applied to a bow? Approved

Iairushi – With this, the target's speed teir will also be taken into account, if they have a higher speed tier they can finish handsigns before the arrow hits, so the speed of the arrow will need to be faster than them. Now imma let this next part rely on you, you can get more specific and say the differences in speed can increase the range which you can hit, the arrow moves at S-rank can hit a target lets say 40ft away moving at B-rank, again this is an example. Give a range in which Asura can hear the displaced air, naturally seeing relies on your eyes.

Halting Bolt – being physical the damage will rely on your strength usually, but seeing the trend I'll give you speed. However it will need to pierce, to halt their movement, so piercing requires strength, that is to stop people with defensive tier. If you have a piercing type tech, disregard that part but the damage will need to be changed.

I guess I did word it slightly wrong but the way the actual cones work is that they are just behind the tip in such a way that it appears they are in front. Actually about a millimeter of the arrow strikes first and then all of the effects activate.

Also Blaze Release is naturally stronger than Fire Release, making it more difficult to put out by default (This is what I was told by Vix) hence the reason for the one above rank extinguishing.

Fixed the rest.

Correct, fire is extinguished by water 1-rank below, so blaze will be extinguished by water equal, not higher

So she learned how to better harness her Hiding in the Camouflage, utilising more chakra to wrap herself in a cloak of it, rendering her invisible to normal sight and even some chakra sights. While this technique is active anything Asura does cannot be seen unless one possesses reaction tiers SS-Rank or higher or another form of strong sensory. However even chakra sight cannot see through this fully as only the chakra sight of those equal rank to Asura can see through Unseen Force.

So of course the Itsugan user wishes to block this ability by forcing the chakra deeper, attacking both the neural pathways and chakra network, meaning that when Kai'd out of, the technique just reasserts itself by taking over several neurons to reactivate it. The rank of technique unable to be Kai'd out of depends on the level of the Itsugan.

Classification: Genjutsu/Kin
Rank: A-Rank
Class: Supplementary
Range: Sight

Description: By making a specific gesture with her hand, three fingers over her left eye, anyone watching this gesture is caught in an extremely subtle genjutsu. This genjutsu causes the victim to subtly gravitate to looking into the user's eyes without them actually realising it, the genjutsu targeting the mind to cause the conscious responses to where the eyes are looking to be diverted, stopping the victim from noticing that they happen to be staring into the user's eyes, usually until it's too late.

Itsugan Arts - Range is Self. While I would say limit that to a specific trigger, I'll give you, you have to train each individual trigger to be able to delay them, make it 500 words each trigger. Second ability, I'm assuming that just means you gain access to the Itsugan Arts, if not then be a little more specific on what exactly that one does. Third ability, as long as you are aware of the sense they are attacking, then its fine with me.

Heaven and Hell Unblinking Reversal - First thing, you know by now there is no E-rank chakra, price is D-SS-rank. Change that and your good.

Look Upon the Unfaltering Gaze - Give me a better reason for that one. I understand Itsugan is more suited for gen, but there was not a reason of how. However if I am reading this correctly, then this will only work with eye-based genjutsu, nothing else due to the Itsugan being a dojutsu. Also your genjutsu will break through equal rank defenses, it wasn't mentioned but that is something important to put.

Following the Starscape Trail - The Itsugan doesn't say you can see chakra signatures, it reads chakra sources in the first stage, those are two completely different things. I'm going to need something that says you can specify between multiple sources for the Itsugan or this is a no. If you do come up with something, then for this tech the target will only have to idea chakra signature not mental signature as you are tracking chakra.

The Shackles Have No Key - Will cost chakra 1-rank higher than the genjutsu being used.

The Prisoner Feels No Strife - Will cost chakra 1-rank higher than the genjutsu being used. And the piece being sealed away will be weaker than the original genjutsu, make it 1-rank weaker, which you can continue to do this until the rank can no longer go down, D-rank genjutsu. Each individual time will cost you chakra.

Note: All techs which have N/A for Range, put in Self.
