Description: being a denkou comes with it's perks allowing raizen to channel his lightning chakra thoughout his body  to whereever he needs or desires  in doing so  he can cause a pulse of chakra to expand from varies parts of his body most notably his hands  torso and  on ocassion his feet being used with his cypher taijutsu is where the major of this techniques power comes from able to cause c-rank shock damage if caught directly in the blast

Description: This jutsu is similar to Electromagnetic murder but requires no hand seals, the user builds up chakra to their palms and convert it into lightning, this allows the user to create a wave of electricity from the user's hands. This jutsu can vary in power from a small surge(C-Rank) to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock(A-Rank), to release the electricity however the user must be touching something. The Denkou clan usually uses this with their Denki Cords to successfully electrocute their target to death. The technique's cost vary's, if the user uses D rank chakra to channel through a denki cord it is increased to C rank damage thanks to the bump from the denki cord meaning C rank chakra means B rank damage B rank chakra means A rank damage.

Description:After Gathering needed chakra Raiku will clutch his Right arm Coursing Lighting chakra through his Arm he is able to Form a blade made of lightning chakra that can slice through weapons up to one Rank above the jutsu if landed clean it is capable of leaving severe slices on an opponent causing C-rank damage.

Name: Lightning Illusion: Thunder Prison Technique (Signature)
Type: Genjutsu

Class Offensive
Range Short- Mid range

Description: This genjutsu makes lightning strikes down at the victim, and creates electrical walls, which traps the victim to be paralyzed inside the illusion. The start of the Gen is the feeling of being shocked by raizen's lightning aura which serves as a medium

Description: After Severe training Raiku is Now able to send Shockwaves of Electricity to his brain breaking him from B-rank genjutsu and protecting him from C-rank and below Genjutsu Maintainable for 8 Posts Before needing a 4 post cool Down.

Classification: Ninjutsu

Class: Offensive/Defensive
Range: Short-Medium

Description:Raiku brings his hands together and an electrical energy will begin to crackle around them. They will then slam their hands to the ground to send an electric current racing through the earth At B-rank speeds. When the current approaches its target, it can split into multiple tendrils to attack separate targets individuall when used agaisnt an Earth Release jutsu the attack is slowed by one rank but gains one rank in power.

Description: Manifesting his Chakra into his right hand Raiku is able to create 5 lightning hounds capable Traveling at speeds one rank below their owner they can remain manifested until dispersed by choice or destroyed by a higher ranking jutsu their primary purpose is search and destroy as once they find their target they will relentlessly try to grab onto a limb of the opponent before they would explode giving B-rank damage which if landed in succesion will stack

Lightning Release: Pulse - Does it increase in power, like it starts at C but can get stronger?

Lightning Release: Lightning Hounds - "before they would explode giving B-rank damage which if landed in succesion will stack" <--I don't know if I misread that but I see it says all 5 of them together deal B-rank damage if they explode, that will give each individual one D-rank damage when they explode. That doesn't really change your jutsu, but add that each one deals D-rank damage individually if that is what you were aiming for. If not then please clarify.
