He is actually usually the first to actually take action, whether with friends or on the battle field. This young boy also loves physical conflict, though not in the sense of fighting for no reason, but a simple fun spar among friends. History: Roxas is the great grandson of the late Tetsu Kurogane. Ever since he was little he was fascinated with the tales from his great grandfathers exploits. From his fight against the incredible Sangil Shinto to his toughest opponent Lilith Mikaboshi. Out of his family Tetsu had grown the strongest and had met his grandmother while out on a hunt one day a few years after becoming the head of Ibaragakure's hunter ninja. He would hunt her day and night and yet he was never able to catch her. The game of cat and mouse was one Roxas had been told over and over again. But eventually Tetsu and his grandmother had come to an empasse and the long years of chasing ignited a playful relationship among the two. Roxas's parents and grandparents had left the village military after years of serving as a Jonin. But they would pass something on to Roxas that Tetsu had been unable to perfect. Shigure Soen style, a unique sword style that is meant to evolve and adapt to new situations. Tetsu was never a great swordsman, but was a very diverse fighter and had thought up this style by using a combination of his six arms to produce weapons. But he had yet to perfect the style before his passing. His descendants had attempted to perfect this style but they did not possess the skill to use multiple weapons and couldn't adapt as well as Tetsu had. And so they failed. Now it was Roxas's turn to learn the style and attempt to master it. While in the Shogunate Academy Roxas came across an underground fighting arena called The Pits. He thought it was just a fun little game where people play fought and such. However, half way through he began to realize the horrific truth till he was finally snapped into reality by his last opponent. The girl could have killed him, but instead ended her own misery while allowing Roxas to live on. Ever since that day Roxas had changed. He became more reserved and strict, becoming a bit of an ass. A few month after this incident Roxas heard an explosion and went to investigate. Here he met Topaz and Jade, the former taking off the young shinobi's arm with a single attack. Roxas saw how weak he truly was from this and began training hard, while wishing for revenge against the one who crippled him. For months Roxas trained and trained, easily winning in the Genin Exams and then he kept on training till the time had finally come for the Chuunin Exams. However, before this occurred he went on a little travel to the Land of Ash where he attempted to gain more strength. He stopped a little boy who had come across a dangerous blade that gave its wielder and those it cut an unending madness. He sent this blade to his cousin Jasmine to fashion into something usable before continuing on his journey. From there he came across many fascinating creature before coming across a gorgeous little sheila. An Uroktor who was pretty stubborn. so much so that Roxas accidentally went a little overboard when attempting to show her dominance. Never the less, he succeeded even though it cost the Uroktor a trip to the hospital. While she recovered Roxas made his way back to the Academy for the Chuunin Exams. In stage one he met the boy who took his arm. Topaz taunted him yet Roxas managed to hold his cool. He easily went on to stage 2 where he came across allys of Topaz, Ruby and Sapphire. He and Sapphire sparred a bit, the victor coming out as Roxas in the end. They didn't bother to really try passing and so Roxas and his team were allowed on to Round 3. During Round 3 Roxas finally came face to face with Topaz. Topaz was indeed powerful, however Roxas utilized his great grandfather's technique Afterstrike, pulling out a surprise win against the unkillable Topaz. However, instead of taking his revenge, Roxas left the boy in humiliation and moved on to Round 4. During Round 4 Roxas came across some powerful shinobi. They easily outclassed him, but he managed to use his wits to pull out the win and come out on top in the Chuunin Exam. Now back home, Roxas came across his cousin and obtained his new blade from the reforged Chaos blade. He also became a Reaper of Shigakure, but it didn't last for long. A war broke out and with Shigakure being so small it quickly caved, forcing Roxas and his home to flee to the East where they took cover with other villages. They joined together to form the Shinobi Nation where they fought off the other groups. Now Roxas is apart of the Shinobi Council as a temporary leader till someone more qualified can take the roll. During this time he quickly rose to the rank of Jonin for his tactical prowess. Hybrid Info Village: Shigakure Rank: Head Jonin Clan: Kukinorite Reactor Core: Heat, Steel, Diamond Living Weapon Name: Tekio Living Weapon Appearance: Tekio is considered to be a fist based weapon even though it actually covers Roxas's entire body. When Tekio is being lazy he will sink into Roxas' pores, leaving his body normal. However when in a fight Tekio will emerge as a silver liquid from Roxas's pours and coat his whole body in a black film. Living Weapon Personality: Tekio is always picking on Roxas like a big sister might do to her little brother. She often makes fun of his cluelessness and always seeks to protect him. But she is also perverted and will often make certain comments that Roxas won't understand because of his naiivity. She will often hit on others in place of Roxas. Living Weapon Type: Parasite Living Weapon Description: Tekio has no obvious abilities up front. However, it does possess an ability. Tekio is capable of adaptation. She is capable of adapting to different situations permanently, however has a limit to her adaptation. Whenever she adapts the filaments that make up her body will change to fit what is needed. Tekio can adapt to something once per rank, for a total of 5 adaptations at S rank. Name: Afterstrike v1 (Signature) Classification: NinTaijutsu Rank: B Class: Offensive Range: Close
Description: Channeling a portion of his chakra into the palm of his hand, Tetsu strikes out at a part of the opponents body and sends a concentrated portion of chakra into their chakra network. This chakra acts like a poison to the network and slowly interrupts and corrodes their chakra network. It works over time to where at first you don't know it. After two posts from strike, Jutsu costs increases by 1 Rank. After 5 posts the Chakra network is shut down making jutsu unable to be used. After 5 more posts the Chakra network reboots and then goes back to costing 1 Rank higher. 3 posts after it restarts Chakra usage returns to normal.
Name: Afterstrike v2 Classification: KinTaijutsu Rank: A (B Blood Cost) Class: Offensive Range: Mid
Description: The user begins by cutting open their hand for the blood price. The blood will end up covering the user's hand like a bloody glove. The user then simply thrusts out and sends out a blast of energy at a ten foot diameter within ten feet of them at speeds equivalent to the speed of the thrust, using the momentum of the attack to propel the blast. The blast takes on the appearance of a dragon's head with its mouth opening upon the initial thrust and snapping shut when it reaches maximum distance. All caught within this blast have their chakra network halved and take A rank spiritual damage. Can only be healed by an A rank medical ninjutsu that specifically restores damages chakra networks.

Name: Konagona Classification: Kintaijutsu Rank: S Rank Class: Offensive Range: Long
Description: Roxas's finisher technique that he developed from mixing his own chakra nature with his anscestor, Tetsu's signature technique Afterstrike v1. Konagona is Afterstrike mixed with Heat release and begins by the user holding the fist parallel to their shoulder and channeling their heat release chakra to their fist, forming a distorted orange halo around the fist. After a single post this halo then splits and spirals down the user's forearm. The user will then strike out with a single punch after the spiral begins and releases the concentrated heat out into a massive beam. This technique travels at speeds equal to the speed of the punch, using the momentum to carry it forward. This technique encompasses a twenty foot diameter in the form of a beam. All in its direct path are dealt S rank spiritual damage, having their skin burnt to reveal the muscle beneath while also destroying their chakra network completely, requiring an S rank medical ninjutsu that specifically heals chakra destruction. If caught within the ten feet of the blast the target takes B rank damage, their skin will be turned black, being burnt to a nice nice crisp, and their chakra network will be halved permanently, requiring an A rank medical ninjutsu that heals destroyed chakra networks and specifically. This technique can only be used a total of 3 times. The first use causes the users skin to turn red, increasing the damage they take by one rank. This can be healed by rest (one full topic) or by a hospital visit or b rank medical ninjutsu. If used twice the users skin turns black, being seriously burned, damage dealt to them increasing by 2 ranks and requires the user stay in the hospital and pay 1.5x the normal price or through an A rank medical ninjutsu. If used 3 times the users skin is burnt away, revealing the torn tendons underneath and making their arm useless. Damage dealt to them is increased by 3 ranks. User must pay double the hospital bill to heal or requires an S rank medical ninjutsu.

Name: Konagona Clip Classification: Hojutsu/Kinjutsu Rank: SS (S Blood) Class: Supplementary Range: Short
Description: Konagona, a near perfect form of the Afterstrike series, has been modified and focused into shape. Rather than channeling Konagona Roxas is capable of directly inserting a proportional amount into his projectile accelerator in the form of a clip. By sacrificing an S rank amount of blood, or liquid metal in Roxas's case, he can create a full clip in his dual pistols. The bullets fired from these clips deal SS rank damage and reaches SS rank speeds. Additionally because of Konagona being condensed into such a small form it now breaks down chakra network with each shot permanently erasing the chakra network by an S rank amount per hit while also damaging the nerve endings of the body part it hit within a foot diameter of the impact point. The chakra network cannot be restored except by an SS rank medical technique that reverses time and specifically heals the chakra network. If not healed within 5 topics after receiving the blow it will not heal. Receiving multiple injuries to the network will require multiple use of the healing technique for each hit. If one does not have the chakra to facilitate the destruction then they will die. The nerve endings require an SS rank medical technique to heal. Unlike normal bullets these bullets are energy based, with each shot the 1 foot in diameter.
- Gravity Child Passives:
Name: Hardened Bodies Classification: Taijutsu (Gravity Child Only) Rank: D-rank Class: Passive Range: Self Description: The purpose of the Gravity Children project was to create humans whose bodies can withstand the strain from the Roads. This was done by tapping into the latent Defense tier trait that connects the other humans to their Ronin brethren. Altering that gene to meet the need, rather than offering protection from physical techniques, the bodies of the Gravity Children provide protection from the recoil of using the Roads. Starting with little protection, D-rank, by training their bodies, 1000 word training once per week, the Gravity Child can increase the amount of strain their bodies can withstand, capping at S-rank. However, due to constant use of the Roads, the Gravity Child’s protection from strain does not remain constant, if the Gravity Child goes a prolonged amount of time without training, in terms of weeks, their ability to withstand strain will reduce by 1-rank, essentially requiring the Gravity Child to constantly train their bodies. Depending on how high their original training it would require less to get back in shape (reduced word count) similarily depending on the age of the Gravity Child the amount of time that can pass for them to become out of shape also varies. Training Level - Word Count - Age - Time Before Out of Shape (OOC)D - 1000 - Below Prime (1 Week) C - 750 - Prime [Up to 10 Years since Below Prime] (2 Weeks) B - 500 - Prime [From 11-20 Years since Below Prime] (3 Weeks) A - 250 - Prime [Above 21 Years since Below Prime] (4 Weeks/1 Month) S - 100 - Above Prime (1 Week) Name: Crafted Intellect Classification: Taijutsu (Gravity Child Only) Rank: D-rank Class: Passive Range: Self Description: Along with their bodies being modified, the Gravity Children’s brains were also modified, drastically to the point that the Gravity Children have gained the everlasting hate of the Rikigaku. Due to their increased intelligence, in terms of technology, they are a step above the others being capable of making elemental conduit weaponry, with a +1 added to their chance of success. The Gravity Children are also capable of figuring out if someone is proficient in weapon usage (Kenjutsu/Kugujutsu/Shurikenjutsu/Kyujutsu) at a glance, figuring out what their specialty is when they observe them in combat, requiring the target to always put their weapon based techniques in spoilers. With their modified intelligence, the Gravity Children are considered geniuses. As a result of this alteration in intelligence, the pupils of the Gravity Children have gone through a permanent change to a cross-shaped pupil. - Spoiler:
Name: Lost Will Classification: Taijutsu (Gravity Child Only) Rank: D-rank Class: Passive Range: Self Description: While all aspects of the Gravity Children project were a success, there is one crippling flaw which led to the Brain Charger project, the Gravity Children while possessing the potential to “fly” lacked the will to do so. Ultimately due to a lingering trait, the Gravity Children are incapable of using the full potential of the Roads, unable to use Infinity Atmosphere without a Regalia. Along with that, the Gravity Children are only capable of creating Hybrid Roads through possessing a regalia of a separate Road. Name: Altered Perception Classification: Taijutsu (Gravity Child Only) Rank: D-rank Class: Passive Range: Self Description: Becoming known to the world, the Gravity Children are geniuses, however unknown to the outside world, this higher intellect is something crafted not naturally born. Even though their intellect is not something they were naturally born with, they do fall short compared to other geniuses. This fact is becoming most apparent in the way the Gravity Children make use of their intellect. Using their intellect to affect the way they perceive the world, the Gravity Children perceive the world as if it was moving slower, all speeds capping at S-rank are perceived as moving 1-rank slower.

Description: Ronin have a greater affinity for genjutsu than Ninja and use that to their advantage as one of their adaptations makes it impossible to disrupt the flow of their genjutsu by simply cutting off chakra flow as well as overrides dojutsu eye immunity to genjutsu. In addition Ronin genjutsu techniques can be used on Dakar as long as they are the same rank or higher as the Dakar. Ronin genjutsu can only be combated with other genjutsu and can only be broken with the will or death of the user. (As well as the end of the topic)
Name: Eye of the Beast Classification: Counter Genjutsu Rank: D-SSS [Cost Varies] Class: Passive Range: N/A
Description: The Eye of the Beast is a Genjutsu based jutsu to counter other eye based Genjutsu. Upon connection with the eyes of a person, if the Kurogane is cast within a Genjutsu then so will the opponent. They will see the person turning into an exact image of the person's beast spirit and then will have to battle it. The speed and power of the beast varies as it is the same as the amount of chakra put into it. The amount of chakra is determined by the rank of the Genjutsu used on the user. So if they are cast in a B rank Genjutsu, then this Genjutsu costs B rank chakra and is considered to be B rank.
Name: Mist Servant Technique Classification: Genjutsu Rank:D-rank Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Short-Long
Description: This genjutsu creates eerie black ninja illusions, which appear one by one from trees and rocks, and corner the enemy. Their movements are slow, but when attacked they multiply, and in this way they appear like ghosts inhabiting the mist. Kunai are added to this technique, by throwing them to match illusions movement, making them seem real. As the clones continue to multiply, the victim will eventually be worn down. This technique can be used more easily when their are substances that can aid in its spread like mist, smoke, fog, water etc.
Name: Partition. Classification: Genjutsu. Rank: C Class: Passive. Range: Self.
Description: A simple disciplinary technique, the user learns how to organize their mind into carefully managable portions. An individual with Partitions can only be effected by a single mind-effecting technique (genjutsu, fabrication, etc) at one time, on a first-come first-serve basis.
Name: Trance. Classification: Genjutsu. Rank: D-S [D-chakra] Class: Supplementary. Range: Self.
Description: A simple, harmless genjutsu used for practice. Gazing into their own eyes through a reflective surface, the user places themselves in a state of calm, clear thought. The 'power' of this genjutsu does not change with rank, but rather how firmly it becomes planted, becoming more and more difficult to displace as the user increases in rank.

Description: Ronin have exceptional memory as well as control over their bodies this ability allows them to copy taijutsu and Kenjutsu techniques that have been used in battle for the duration of the topic however upon leaving they retain no memory of the technique besides knowing how to train for it. This ability has its limits however as they can only copy things the same rank as them and below.
Name: Silent Killing. Classification: Fighting Style. Rank: D Class: Supplementary Range: Self.
Description: As the name suggests, this technique is simply a very quiet method of killing an opponent, usually from behind with a blade. Additionally, because the user is very silent, it cannot be defended against. The user will often slit their opponent's throat, preventing any cry that might give them away. Skilled users are capable of tracking and killing opponents through sound alone.
Name: Flight of the Wren Classification: Taijutsu Rank: D Class: Defensive. Range: Short.
Description: Despite it's name, the Flight of the Wren is a simple, straightforward technique where the user smoothly jumps to avoid another attack. What elevates this above ordinary movement is it's ease of use, as Kazuki can perform it so long as he is touching something solid with any part of his body, spring-boarding himself with as little as a lone toe or finger.
Name: Quick Jab Classification: Taijutsu Rank: B Class: Offensive/Support Range: Short
Description: Quick Jab is a technique Roxas developed after fighting Topaz and a shinobi who specialized in boxing in the pits. This technique focuses more on the relaxation of arm muscles rather than the focus of tension, sacrificing power for speed. This technique has exceptional speed, moving at blinding light speeds. However, due to the lack of tension in the muscles this technique deals minimum damage, D Rank damage, and cannot be influenced by the usage of strength tiers.

Description: This technique stems from the amount of willpower people put into their blows, Cypher have learned to harness this willpower and translate it into a sort of an invisible physical aura which allows them to extend the range of their Taijutsu and Kenjutsu by 1 foot. Meaning if the blow seems like it didn't connect due to the opponent narrowly dodging it the blow will still hit them albeit at a 1-rank lower than the original damage simply due to the physical aura which envelops them in battle. This makes engaging in a physical battle with a Cypher a very high risk for amateurs in close ranged combat.
Name: Displacement Aura Enhanced Classification: Taijutsu (Cypher Only) Rank:C-rank Class:Passive Range:Mid Range

Description: This technique is a practical application of their Displacment aura which causes them to deal a powerful Elbow strike to the opponent which extends up to 5 feet. If the opponent is hit by the actual blow they sustain B-rank damage in addition to their internal organs recieving C-rank damage causing all physical based techniques used as long as they are not healed to deal 1-rank higher damage than usual. If hit by the Displacement aura they sustian C-rank damage and get knocked flying back at Bullet release speeds.

Name: Momentum Force (Sig) Classification: Fighting Style Rank: D Class: Supplementary Range: Self
Description: A unique fighting style based around Roxas's unique living weapon which covers his entire body. This fighting style revolves around both Roxas and his living weapon striking in sequence one after the other in quick successions to make their Taijutsu more effective. This solely revolves around joint striking through quick alternative succession. This fighting style is often capable of fooling even prediction based techniques and reaction tiers due to seeing only the living weapons strike and not Roxas's.
Name: Momentum Force: Succession Break Classification: Taijutsu Rank: C Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range: Short
Description: The first of the Momentum Force series in which Roxas begins with a simple strike. Tekio follows through using that momentum to provide the first strike of the attack before pushing down into Roxas's pours around that area only for a split second allowing Roxas to follow through with the same attack. This means instead of taking a single attack the damage is doubled (A c rank attack is treated as 2 c ranks). Also, when used in conjunction with Strength tiers or piercing attacks, Tekio is capable of breaking through defenses first allowing Roxas a clear strike. Because they are used in such quick succession, Tekio literally being another layer of skin, these attacks seem to occur simultaneously though it is separate.
Name: Momentum Force: False Break Classification: Taijutsu Rank: C Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Short
Description: Momentum Force: False Break is a semi illusionary based technique without being classified as a Genjutsu. This technique uses the same basis as most Momentum Force techniques, however, Tekio actually momentarily breaks off from Roxas's main fist for just a moment to fool the opponent into thinking the attack is coming from higher than it actually is. However Tekio's attack isn't only a distraction but an attack as well. If one is blocked then the other makes a successful hit as unlike with blocking Succession Break with just a single block, this one requires both to be blocked to escape damage.
Name: Momentum Force: Displacement Succession Break Classification: Taijutsu Rank: B Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Short
Description: This technique combines Displacement techniques with Momentum Force: Succession Break. It seems like a normal Succession Break in action but actually leads with the Displacement Aura to use to break through defenses first, allowing for the dual hit of Succession Blow to follow up, or instead doing triple the damage on a successful hit rather than double.

Description: Cypher naturally have better reaction speed and have inbuilt senses which allow them to detect small changes and point out things that seem out of the ordinary. This sense of battle grants them the ability to react to D-rank speeds even if they don't possess sped tiers and detect opponents who are being hidden by D-rank hiding techniques. In addition when they do possess speed tiers it gives them the ability to react to speeds up to 1 rank above their own.

Description:An advanced version of swift release. Although the user is able to move at extremely high speeds the sudden motion has an adverse effect on the body and multiple movements using the technique and permanently paralyze the user and as such it is limited to 5 times a day with out any ill effects, 7 times will land the user in a hospital for two days 9 would permanently paralyze the user.

Description: Each Living weapon type has a growth cycle which affects how many weapons they can assimilate as well as the strength of their various abilities in combat. Growth Cycles vary among the different weapon types. Imbued have a 3 Stage growth Tree and as such have a +2 Growth Cycle meaning after every rank up of the user their living weapon goes up by 2 ranks for up to 3 times capping out at max of SSS-rank and can assimilate up to 10 different weapons. For Parasite they have a 5 stage growth cycle and rank up with the user capping out at S-rank and can assimilate up to 5 different weapons. For Holy they have a stagnant rank which is equal to 3-ranks above the initial rank of the character, however they can assimilate up to 15 different weapons.

Name: Iaido Classification: Fighting Style Rank: D-rank (Cypher Only) Class: Offensive Range: Close (Proximity to Trigger), Short (+Displacement Aura)
Description: Iaido refers to a specific style of kenjutsu that is concerned with the smooth, controlled movements of drawing the sword from its scabbard, striking or cutting an opponent, removing blood from the blade, and then replacing the sword in the scabbard. The linear motion and force applied to draw the sword from its scabbard result in much faster slashes than ones realised with the sword already drawn. This is explicitly used by Cypher simply due to their mastery of weapon based combat which allows them to literally stop opponents from preforming equal rank ninjutsu if they are within a set amount of of the opponent and use this technique. If the opponent doesn't stop however they will sustain damage thus interrupting them from completing their technique & causing them to waste the chakra used in the technique requiring hand-seals. Iaido is very specific in it's timing and proximity to determine the exact speed at which an Iaido technique can intercept hand seals at a set speed, Iaido techniques are by definition Contact range, any time an Iaido technique has any rage above Contact (Short, Mid & or Long) it means it involves the use of Displacement Aura to extend the range. If the Cypher lacks that type of Displacement Aura then the rage is dropped back down to Close or whatever the max range they can get when utilizing displacement aura. Users of this technique can predict the kenjutsu used by opponents from B-rank & below (Low, High & Elite) as long as they are within their Iaido range.

Description:Adhering to the principles of Iaidō, the user performs a quick and powerful slash with their sword in order to cut the intended target, before immediately resheathing the blade afterwards. User's of this technique are able to typically kill Small sized creatures hit with this attack (S-rank+ Physical Slicing Dmg). They are able to mortally wound Medium Sized creatures by being able to easily chop off body parts (S-rank Physical Slicing Dmg). Depending on the area hit they can mortally wound or seriously injure Large Sized creatures (A-rank Physical Slicing Dmg). Colosus sized creatures simply sustain heavy wounds (B-rank Physical Slicing Dmg). The reason for this is simply the slicing of air which forms a vacuum at Blinding Light speeds which slices over a large surface area. This vacuum simply bypasses defenses by screwing with the internal and external pressure put out by a living creature to inflict terrible damage.

Description: Adhering to the principles of Iaidō, the user performs a quick and powerful slash with their sword in order to slice the air/water, before immediately sheathing the blade afterwards. This is a frightening technique which is limited to use by only the most skilled in the drawing art of Iaido. This technique forms a Vacuum at Ripping Discord Speed which literally rips apart S-rank and below chakra based techniques that get caught in its range. It is due to this feature that it is used to defend against powerful attacks however it can also be used as a powerful counter to opponents. When an opponent has a speed below their speed & reaction tier this technique can be used to mortally wound if not kill opponents that are within 5 feet of the opponent as the vacuum (S-rank Physical Damage) rips the bodies into two pieces if they lack Defense+Strength Tiers while bypassing defenses to still inflict the damage if they possess it albeit not cutting them in half (inflicts A-rank Bleed damage each P.T). However if the opponent made the mistake of being already read the post by Iai Prediction, Precognition, Premonition or Flash Precognition this technique can be used to force trigger the use of a get out of jail free-card.
- Dead Mode:
Name: Dead Mode Classification: Kenjutsu (Yoroi Only) Rank:D-rank Class:Supplementary Range: Varies.
Description: This is a unique kenjutsu style which melds the users mind with their living weapon of choice, it is a flexible style which has moves that are limited to specific weapon types like swords, knives, hammers etc. There are 5 main styles in Dead mode namely, Dead Blade which deals with bladed weaponry, Dead Fist which deals with weapons that cover ones hands, Dead Pole which deals with various staves, pole-arms and baton like weapons, Dead Blunt which deals with blunt weapons like hammers, maces, flails and finally Dead Flex which deals with flexible weaponry like chains, wires and whips. When this fighting style is initiated the users pupils completely disappear and their eyes become a pure white. The weapon itself becomes semi tangible as it gains the ability to affect Entity, bypass other physical objects and can even bypass Defense Tiers to deal mental + physical damage to opponents. The Draw back of this kenjutsu style is that it can only be maintained for a limited time starting at 10 posts for academy students, 15 posts for genin, 20 posts for chunin, 25 posts for Tobetsu Jonin, 30 posts for Jonin, 35 posts for Medical Nin, 40 posts for Hunter Nin and finally 50 posts for Sannin.
Name: Dead Fist Mode: Shattering Quake Classification: Kenjutsu (Yoroi Only) Rank:B-rank Class:Supplementary/Offensive Range: Short
Description: This technique can only be used by a fist type weapon , for example gauntlets,claws or knuckle dusters. When this technique is used the user's weapon of choice gains and invisible to the naked eye concussive like aura around it. When the user hits something the blow leaves molecular cracks in the structure of the object hit which causes it to receive massive damage from other attacks. Depending on how many times the user's blows land the subsequent damage of his/her other attacks is raised by the number of blows dealt divided by 2. (I.E The user's blows while using Dead Mode: Shattering Fist land 4 times then the next attack that is not Dead Fist Based will deal +2-rank damage added damage.) This counter resets every time the user uses an attack that is not Dead Fist Based.

Name: Kinetic Generator (Signature) Classification: Kinjutsu Rank: D-S Class: Passive Range: Short
Description: Normally Roxas's body generates normal body temperatures, however, when Tekio forces herself through Roxas's pores it leaks his Heat Release causing his body to generate an insane amount of heat constantly over time. This heat is also damaging to others besides Roxas and Tekio. Because Roxas is forced to deal with this heat he has obtained a type of resistance to objects that burn and produce heat. His body becomes resistant to natural fire, blaze, lava, heat, etc. while also preventing him from being frozen.
However, that isn't all. Because his body is constantly producing this heat the areas he is in will heat up over time. This causes frozen liquids to turn to normal then normal liquids to evaporate and eventually cause all to dry up leaving the area barren. It takes 10 posts for frozen liquids to turn to normal liquids. Normal liquids take 10 posts to turn to steam. It then takes ten posts for steam to comepletely dry up. Of course this process continues to repeat each time another liquid is introduced. However, this only works on normal liquids and jutsu based liquids equal to his rank. Drains D Rank blood each post of the users.

Description: All Kukinorite are geniuses it's a commonly known fact and it's why the Rikigaku hate them so much, when it comes to things like technology they are a step up above the competition being able to make elemental conduit weaponry like chakra skates and regalia and can pick out whether someone is proficient in weapon use (Kenjutsu/Kugujutsu/Shurikenjutsu/Kyujutsu) at a glance figuring out what is their specialty when they observe them in combat.
Name: Dual Life Classification: Kinjutsu (Yoroi Only) Rank:D-rank (Life Split Price) Class:Supplementary Range: Self
Description: This involves splitting the user's life with their living weapon and although it is a powerful technique it literally grants the Living Weapon even more life granting it its own chakra system equivalent to the Yoroi's. Once this has been done the Living weapon is now treated like a living thing with defense tiers equal to the user's rank. Due to this it can no longer be targeted by weapon destroying or anti-weapon based technique.
Name: Heat Release: Intensified Heat Classification: Kinjutsu Rank: D-SS Class: Supplementary/Passive Range: Short
Description: Roxas has spent his time figuring out a way to focus his heat release in two different ways for a more offensive type support. It is based around him focusing the heat from his body into a small shell around him while superheating his skin to deadly levels. The first way is the constant focus of heat to his skin. The heat that focuses around him within a 5 foot radius deals equal rank damage to any within range while damaging Roxas for damage 1 rank below his own (minimum D rank damage). His body is damaged through the heat he forces from his body while Tekio clogs his pours. Also, because his body is superheated, physical contact with his body deals damage equal to one rank above his own.
The second way he has developed this is by sacrificing the effect of Heat Generator while Tekio unclogues his pours. Instead of letting the heat flow freely from his body he emits a more focused heat around a 5 foot radius of him which shares the same effect as the first version. However, because he is no longer forcing the heat out he does not take any damage, Tekio acting as a filter for the heat to his body. This comes at a cost though. Heat Generators liquid evaporation effect becomes nullified while the hest is focused inward, leaving the conditions outside of the five foot radius normal.
Name: Kinetic Heat: Concussive Shot Classification: Kinjutsu Rank: B (C Blood Cost) Class: Offensive Range: Short - Long
Description: A unique technique of Roxas's which takes the use of Kinetic Generator and Intensified Heat to further focus his internal temperature into a more deadly offense. This begins by having the heat from Kinetic Generator focused through Intensified Heat, followed by drawing blood from the palms through some means (knife, nails, teeth, etc). The blood sacrificed then fuels the heat and draws it in, focusing it solely around Roxas's fist and feet further enhancing his close range lethality. When struck by his superheated areas then target takes B rank spiritual damage. However, the heated areas can be launched through concussive blasts of heat in a straight line at crashing ground speeds, dealing C rank spiritual damage. It then takes the now cooled area 3 posts to reignite with the intense heat. Because this technique uses Kinetic Generator as a basis it carries over the constant D rank blood drain per post maintained.
Name: Heat Release: Kinetic Barrier Classification: Kinjutsu Rank: B (B Blood Cost. C Blood Cost if Maintained) Class: Defensive Range: Short
Description: By generating Roxas's heat through his body, Roxas emits a dome of eat around him in a five foot radius. The heat emitted is so intense that it is capable of melting most physical objects, evaporating liquids and the extreme heat also acts as a barrier against unnatural offensive techniques. This jutsu melts metal objects and steel release spiritual and physical objects B rank and below, A rank steel release chakra based objects and below. Water, Ice and Blood spiritual and physical jutsu A rank and below are vaporized upon contact, while S rank and below chakra based Water, Ice and Blood jutsu are vaporized. Wind and Heat release jutsu will empower this technique making it stronger without cost or recoil to the user. Wind and Heat release techniques B rank and below take 5 hits to rank the defensive quality up. Physical objects such as living weapons and bodies take B rank spiritual damage upon contact with the dome. This dome also protects against A rank and below chakra based techniques, B and below spiritual based and C rank and below physical techniques. However, this technique cannot be moved and as such requires the user to stay in the exact spot they cast it. This dome protects from all angles except from below. Damages done are each time they pass through the barrier or every post they stay in contact with it. This technique can either be cast once or held in place. If held in place it'll cost an additional c rank of blood each post.

By channeling chakra through the threads arrows can be launched at much faster speeds than usual and gain defense piercing equal to the speed in which they are launched. This caps out at Crashing Ground speed however it is possible to release a single arrow at Vacuum Release speed which allows it to obtain A-rank piercing at the cost of destroying the bow that the arrow is fired from. While using this technique the Cypher draws the bow back charging power before firing, D-rank speed fire instantly, C-rank take 1 post (total) to charge before firing, B-rank takes 2 post (total) to charge before firing and A-rank requires 4 posts (total) to charge before firing.
Name: Silent Shot Classification: Kyujutsu (Cypher Only) Rank:C rank Class:Offensive Range:Mid Range-Long Range
Description: This is a special technique which was made for use while concealed by the aid of a hiding technique. Whenever an arrow is fired it takes on the hiding technique of the user as well as becoming soundless as it flies through the air. This most deadly aspect of this is the ability to be chained with other Kyujutsu techniques which increases the versatility of the archer.

Description: This is a special archery technique in which an arrow is fired off while the user's chakra courses through the bow as well as their fingertips. This technique gives off a loud boom which launches the arrow forward and has the ability to redirect attacks that come within a 10 foot radius of the arrow as long as they are below the speed that the arrow is travelling.

Description: Yoroi possess the ability to sync with any puppet as long as they are within 10 feet of them allowing them to mentally control and move them in battle as long as they are within 10 feet of them. This makes them extremely dangerous to other puppeteers. They can only take over puppets of puppeteers below their rank through this method and upon syncing their control is absolute. They can not take control over Self puppets however.
Name: Puppetry Field Classification:Kugujutsu (Yoroi Only) Rank:C-rank Class:Supplementary Range:Mid-Long
Description: This is an expansion of the control over puppets via mind sync. As Long as a puppet as been synced with the range of the control that the Yoroi puppeteer has over them has been increased to 15 at Genin rank, 20 feet at Chunin rank, 25 feet at Tobetsu Jonin rank, 30 feet at Jonin rank, 35 feet at Medical Nin rank, 40 feet at Hunter Nin rank and 45 feet at Sannin rank.
Name: Blood Puppetry Classification: Kinjutsu/Kugujutsu (Yoroi Only) Rank:B-rank (C-rank blood Price, B-rank blood price each turn for victim) Class:Supplementary/Offensive Range: Short-Mid Range
Description:This is a forbidden technique which has been forgotten by the puppeteers of today only to be picked up by the Yoroi of today. This is a spin on the usual puppetry technique as the chakra threads become tainted red with the blood of the user. This allows them to attach the threads to living opponents and create open wounds that connect them to their puppet allowing them to control them perfectly in battle. The threads are launched at Crashing Ground speeds and they are able to control anyone equal and below their rank. The threads gradually siphon the life energy of the person it controls storing it in the threads for a more advanced technique.
Name: Blood Puppet Classification: Kinjutsu/Kugujutsu (Yoroi Only) Rank:A-rank (Life of Victim) Class:Supplementary Range:Self
Description: This technique is created when a victim has died thanks to Blood Puppetry their blood is infused into the living weapon turning it into a living puppet weapon which has the ability to replicate the element and jutsu of the victim that it has drained the blood off. In addition it has the ability to permanently free one of the weapons that it has assimilated turning that specific weapon into an additional living weapon of the same type as it. I.E An Imbued can make 1 Imbued weapon out of the weapons it as assimilated freeing its spot as well as granting the user a new living weapon.
Name: Soul Rip Classification: Kinjutsu Rank:S-rank (A-rank Blood Price) Class:Supplementary Range:Self
Description: This involves the user ripping a piece of their soul and storing it inside of their living weapon, upon death the user's weapon will glow rapidly before exploding and the user will be reborn afresh as an Academy student however they will retain all of the techniques they learned in their life. In addition the Living weapon will piece itself together but will be reverted to its base non evolved form if it had any. This technique can be done once per life however upon being reborn the life is reset allowing the user to use this techniques as often as they like. However two consecutive uses of this technique in one topic will destroy the user's soul damning their body to a soulless existence for all eternity and turning them into an uncontrollable rampaging beast that will attack other living things without rest until it is destroyed.

Name: Trick Shot Classification:Shurikenjutsu (Cypher Only) Rank:D-rank Class: Passive Range:Self
Description: Cypher have an acute sensing ability allowing them to react to speeds one rank above them. This sensing ability works hand in hand with their hand eye co-ordination allowing them to accurately hit moving opponents with thrown items as long as the opponents speed is equal or lower than their rank.
Name: Manipulated Shuriken Technique Classification: Shurikenjutsu Rank: D Class: Offensive. Range: All ranges.
Description: By attaching a translucent string that is both elastic and highly durable to a shuriken, this technique allows the user to alter the path of projectiles after they have been thrown. An expect will have the ability to freely glide the shuriken in any direction with just a single movement of their fingertip. Even if the first attack is avoided, it is capable of returning from behind after a time lag of several seconds. Depending on the performance, the possible tactics can be infinite.
Name: Enhanced Dexterity Classification: Shurikenjutsu (Jaeger Only) Rank:D-rank Class: Passive Range:Self
Description: Jaeger have a firm grasp over the muscles that compose their body which works hand in hand with their hand eye co-ordination allowing them to accurately catch moving objects as long as the projectile speed is lower than their rank.
Name: Trick Shot: Boomerang Throw Classification: Shurikenjutsu (Cypher Only) Rank: C-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Self (Projectile)
Description: The user throws the Shuriken putting a unique spin on it so that it makes a wide arc before returning back to the user. Shuriken thrown using this technique move at Bullet release speeds. In addition if used on large opponents it is possible to do twice the damage to them if the first hit lands as the second one will land as well.
Name:Trick Shot: Recoil Throw Classification: Shurikenjutsu Rank:B-rank Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range: Self (Projectile)
Description: This is an advanced version of boomerang in which the thrown object is launched towards the opponent at Crashing Ground speeds spinning in place for a while before recoiling back to the user and being caught expertly as if a rope or string was attatched to it. The way this is done is due to the throwing mastery that Cypher possess as the throw is enhanced by chakra causing the unnatural throwing pattern.

Description: Yoroi might not be good at chakra based techniques however due to the link that they share with their living weapons they are able to analyze other weapons and deduct the abilities, elements and rank of it. In addition they have the ability to assimilate weapons into their living weapons by means of destroying the other weapon in battle. This requires a set amount of chakra and contributes to the living weapons Growth Cycle.
Name: Branching Evolution Classification:Energy Tech (Yoroi Only) Rank:C-rank Class: Passive Range:Self
Description: The user forcibly alters their living weapon causing it to focus on one of five specialties which boosts the techniques that are associated with the specialties while lowering the polar opposite while the others remain the same. Bezerker is the polar opposite of Illusionist and vice versa Sniper is the polar opposite of Warrior and Shinobi is neutral. Polar opposites get penalties equal to the reverse of what they would of done if they were chosen. IE If a Bezerker is chosen they will receive a permanent decrease of the Genjutsu and Kugujutsu by 1 rank while increasing them by 1-rank if they are used against the user of this technique. Specialties
1. The first specialty is called Bezerker which boosts Taijutsu and Kinjutsu permanently by 1 rank while lowering them by 1-rank if they are used against the user. 2. The second specialty is called Illusionist which boosts Kugujutsu and Genjutsu by one rank while lowering them by 1-rank if they are used against the user. 3. The third specialty is called Sniper which boosts Kyujutsu and Shurikenjutsu by one rank while lowering them by 1-rank if they are used against the user. 4. The fourth specialty is called Warrior which boosts Kenjutsu and Energy Tech by one rank while lowering them by 1-rank if they are used against the user. 5. The fifth specialty is called Shinobi which grants the user C-rank endurance,barrier and speed tiers.
Name: Mind Override Classification:Energy Tech (Yoroi Only) Rank:B-rank Class: Supplementary Range:Self
Description: This is an advanced technique in which the living weapon temporarily takes over the user's body which then projects the user's chakra in a golden aura of physical force which incinerates B-rank and below non living objects that come into the 3 ft radius of the aura. While this aura is being used the user gains B-rank endurance,speed and barrier tiers.This Override can be trained for with 500 words each weekly training and can be increased to a maximum of a 40 posts (total). It starts off at 5 posts (total). (20 Posts Currently)
Name: Soul Eater Classification:Energy Tech (Yoroi Only) Rank:A-rank Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range:Self
Description: This is a technique which was developed to suit the ever evolving style of the Yoroi, upon learning this technique the living weapons of the user gain mouths which have the ability to eat a specific type of..food.. This technique is used once an opponent is killed as the living weapon's mouth opens and eats the soul of the opponent not only gaining their element but the ability to use their techniques as well. These techniques will use the chakra system of the Yoroi if the Living weapon doesn't have a chakra system of its own. This technique can be done 2 times if it is an Imbued weapon, 3 times if a Parasite and 1 time if Holy.
Name: Soul Memory Classification: Energy Tech (Yoroi Only) Rank:S-rank Class: Supplementary Range:Self
Description: This is a frightening technique in which the user impales their opponent with their living weapon and it literally implants the soul that it has absorbed through Soul eater into the boy of the opponent. The opponent will instantly collapse and will enter a battle between Souls with the soul implanted and if the user loses their body will be completely taken over forming a blend of the soul implanted and the original inhabitant. The body will be under complete control of the user of the technique and will be able to use the techniques of the Soul implanted in addition to the original technique of the victims body. This technique can implant multiple souls to make the takeover easier as they will all work together to erase the victims soul in the battle. When multiple souls inhabit a body they will develop multiple personalities which reflect each soul stored inside.

Name: Sniping Mind Classification:Hojutsu (Jaeger Only) Rank:D-rank Class: Offensive Range: Short Range
Description: Hojutsu is a style of combat in which Jaeger excel at due to this and the fact that their reaction speed greatly surpasses others Jaeger have created a unique shot pattern in which shots released from their projectile accelerators are able hit moving opponents as long as they are moving equal or below the speed of the projectile. Shots fired by a Jaeger may even curve, which is produced by putting a spin on the projectile accelerator itself.
Name: Iai Trigger. Classification:Hojutsu/Kinjutsu (Jaeger Only) Rank:S-rank (Damage Varies) Class: Offensive Range: Self
Description: This is an advanced application of Iaido using projectile accelerators and shots as a medium, it requires complete mastery over all the initial Iaido techniques available to Cypher before awakening otherwise one will not be able to learn this technique. Once learned however it becomes fairly easy to preform and has the potential to stop opponents from preforming equal rank ninjutsu as long as they are within 40 feet of the user. If they don't stop however they will sustain damage equal to the shot(s) fired. This can be particularly lethal especially when used in combination with advanced shots.
- Kai Style:
Name: Kai Style Classification:Fighting Style (Jaeger Only) Rank:D-rank Class: Offensive Range: Self
Description: This is a unique fighting style made possible by Jaegers who wished for a way to combat mental based opponents. This created a line of Kenjutsu which specifically deals mental based damage to opponents in addition to being able to meld touch based genjutsu into the techniques. This fighting style uses an advanced version of chakra flow which involves cycling chakra through the sword while simulaniously casting genjutsu which uses the chakra within the user's body as a medium.
Name: Kai Style: Blade Mirror Classification:Kenjutsu/Genjutsu (Jaeger Only) Rank:A-rank Class: Defensive/Offensive Range: Short/AOE within genjutsu
Description: The user positions their blade in order to block a strike from the opponent while jumping causing them to cushion the force of the blow while riding said momentum allowing them to block a physical attack A-rank and below. The true use of this technique however is to transmit a genjutsu which causes them opponent to visualize themselves taking damage from the next technique they use. While trapped within a genjutsu this attack has a different effect as it allows the user to use this technique within the genjutsu with the user literally reflecting the opponents genjutsu technique back to them with no chakra cost to the user. This technique can be chained with other Kai Style techniques both inside and outside of genjutsu.
- Diamond Release:
Name: Diamond Release: Prism Sphere. Classification: Kinjutsu Rank: S (S Chakra) Class: Supplementary/Defensive Range: Long
Description: Roxas molds chakra and then utilizes it to severely pressurize a portion of the earth turning it to diamond. Once created the diamond formed is capable of being freely maneuvered within 30 feet of Roxas. When created it can form in two ways, a disk or a sphere. Once created it cannot change from one form to the other. Any energy based or molecular based techniques that come into contact with the disk form gets focused and has its damage increased by one rank but its size halfed. If they come in contact with the sphere form they become widespread, having their damaged decreased by a rank but having their size doubled. This diamond technique can withstand the transfer of up to 3 SS ranks before breaking and 1 SSS rank before shattering. It takes 8 S ranks to shatter this technique but can endlessly maintain the transfer of energy from A ranks and below. The SSS rank can only be used with the a sphere form as using it on a disk form will cause the technique to be reflected to its user while breaking the diamond.
- Steel Release:
Name: Steel Release: Metallic Blood Classification: Kinjutsu Rank: C Class: Passive/Supplementary Range: Self
Description: Upon awakening into a Jaeger Roxas's blood changed. Because he was no longer in need of it his body took the iron from it and multiplied it, causing it to pressurize till it formed steel. Normally this would harden his body, however because Roxas generates harmful amounts of heat through Kinetic Generator the steel does not harden while inside of the body, giving him liquid metal as blood. He can use this metallic blood to fuel blood based techniques still, however unlike normal blood it does not replicate and therefore whenever he uses a blood based technique the blood lost will stay lost till replaced through Iron Stomach. This technique does offer benefit though, as when cut the metal that seeps out will harden to close the wound off, losing only half of what he normally would have from said wound. Additionally blood effecting techniques no longer cause affliction to his own. This is offse t by making him more prone to the weakness of steel release. Because of Roxas previously being a yoroi his empty blood vessels allow for the holding of the same amount of liquid steel as a normal yoroi would have. Any techniques which use Roxas's blood will possess steel properties giving them +1 durability.
Name: Steel Release: Iron Stomach Classification: Taijutsu Rank: C Class: Supplementary Range: Self
Description: Roxas developed a method of replenishing his liquid metal reserves through devouring other metals. By devouring other metals he can replenish his reservesat any time as long as metal is available to him. He regains reserves equal to the rank of the metal eaten. So if he eats a c rank shuriken then he gains C rank liquid reserves.
- Killing Intent/Mirage Fist:
Name: Killing Intent Classification: Taijutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range: Short-Long
Description: Killing Intent is simply the user exuding pure killing intention, and having it affect their opponent, themselves, and others around them, up to the point of paralyzing them with fear. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death. This can cause killing intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite it not being a technique at all. Every Jaeger uses their Killing Intent to induce feelings of fear and reduce what is known as the Fear Limit which is equal to 1/4th of the user's Fatigue Limit. Jaeger however have a Fear Limit which is equal to 1/2 of their Fatigue Limit as their use of Killing Intent has likewise made them more numb to it. As long as the Jaeger emits their killing intent a victim's Fear Limit is constantly depleted by a set amount each post (total) and upon said limit being completely exhausted one is able to make use of killing intent using techniques. Barrier Tiers however reduce the effect of Killing Intent due to mental fortitude acting like an additional layer of protection every rank of Barrier increases the fear limit by +5 capping out at an additional +35 with SSS-rank Barrier Tiers. Every Jaeger has a specific killing intent affect radius, those who are limited to 5 ft can deplete it 2x as fast (reduction is doubled) those who are limited to 10 ft can deplete it at the normal rate and for those who are limited to within 20 ft deplete it half as fast (reduction is halved) Rank – Amount consumed from Fear limit each post (total) D – 1 C – 2 B – 3 A – 4 S – 5
Name: Mirage Fist: Asura's Rampage Classification: Taijutsu Rank: C-rank Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range: Short
Description: This is the first application to Mirage Fist which revolves around amplifying the amount of blood-lust released by the user before attacking the opponent trapping victims who are within 10 ft (Below B-rank), 20 ft (B & A-rank) and 40 ft (S-rank+). This will cause them to visualize his/her Mirage fist appendages multiplying by ten before he/she assaults the enemy each one hitting the enemy equal times to how many have been formed. The hits aren't physical but the opponent "feels" them as if they are real unaware that they are merely visualizing pain that isn't affecting them, this isn't a genjutsu however as it merely plays upon advanced use of killing intent to deceive opponents. Under the mask of this killing intent the user deals ten blows to the victims joints numbing key points of their body so they are unable to counter attack. If the opponent is below the user's rank they are locked in place by the sheer amount of killing intent with no method of avoiding getting pummeled by the technique. If the opponent is equal rank as the user they are locked in place by the sheer amount of killing intent causing them to receive the blows in their entirety unless they have sensing technique 1-rank above the user's rank. If the opponent is 1-rank above they will be unable to decipher reality from fear and will be unable to determine which blows are real or fake opening them up to getting bombarded by attacks, unless they have reaction tiers 1-rank above the user's speed. If the opponent is 2-ranks above the user's rank they will not fall for the killing intent and will be able to clearly see through most of the blows but will still see the user have the initial mirage arms causing some blows to be able to be misread unless they have reaction tiers equal to the user's speed. If the opponent is 3-ranks above the user's rank they will not fall for this technique in addition if the opponent has 3-ranks higher Speed or Reaction Tiers they will be able to completely dodge this technique.
Name: Mirage Fist: One Thousand Years Of Death Classification: Taijutsu Rank: B-rank Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range: Short
Description: This is a frightening technique if executed correctly, and can only be used in combination with another Mirage Fist Technique, the user delivers a feint of pure killing intent the other technique being purely fake albeit the opponent thinking that it was a true technique, while they are immobilized by this technique the user sneaks behind them appearing at their blind spot and crouches with a kunai with an explosive tag attacked, the user then lunges upward and impales the opponent in their rectum launching them about 20 feet in the air before detonating the tag and rupturing their internal organs. This technique is almost always fatal if preformed correctly as by the time the opponent hits the ground they would of already bled out. This technique works much better if the opponent is paralyzed by fear from the first Mirage Fist Technique.
Name: Killing Intent: Crush Classification: Taijutsu Rank: A-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Short-Mid
Description: Killing Intent is simply the user exuding pure killing intention, and having it affect their opponent, themselves, and others around them, up to the point of paralyzing them with fear as long as they are within 20-40ft. This can cause killing intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite it not being a technique at all. Killing Intent: Crush is an expansion of this technique with the opponent instantly falling to the ground and fainting. This technique is particularly useful on cowards and civilians however it can be used with a one hundred percent success rate if the opponent is 2-ranks below the user, it can be used with a fifty percent success rate if they are 1-rank below the user and if they are equal rank with the user it is ineffective. This technique however has a special use of powering up any Mirage Fist technique so that the opponent experiences the effects as if they were 1-rank below their current rank.
