Description:: Madara waves his gunbai as a fan to create powerful gusts of wind.  This technique can be used in multiple ways, either to blow enemies away, blow projectiles away, or fuel his flames. The winds move at the speed of the user but always deal C rank damage no matter how fast they move. Projectiles can also be deflected if the strength of the winds is equal to speed of the thrown shuriken. Fire attacks hit by the winds will get boosted by one rank D-B, and two ranks A-SS, in both power and speed, this also gives the flames the ability to overcome superior elements one rank higher,eg water .The flames will also expand an additional ten meters in width and height.

Description:: This technique simply allows the user to increase the weight of their target. If hit the target’s body will slowly solidify losing one rank of speed every two posts, till they reach E rank speeds.

Description:: Contrary to its counterpart the Earth Release: Added-Weight Rock Technique, instead of making the target heavier, this technique makes it much lighter. This allows freer manipulation of the affected objects, which would normally carry considerably more weight and as such, require a greater amount of exertion to move. The technique can be used on the user or other shinobi to increase their speed, but as a consequence of using it this way, it results in the decrease of the physical force of their blows. The target’s speed is increased by two ranks, but his strength decreased one rank.

Description:: This technique allows the user to create a large, humanoid creature composed of rock that can either be expelled from the user's mouth or formed from a nearby, pre-existing source of earth. Depending on the amount of chakra put into the technique, the golem can be medium sized to humanoid (D-C) and large to colossal (A-S). The golem gains speed, strength and defensive tiers depending also on the amount of chakra used.

Description:: This technique creates a shadow clone made of mud of the user. Since its made of mud, it can continue to reform and mould itself back to its original shape, in the presence of mud. Once reverted to mud, the clone can serve as a powerful restraint that is capable of completely halting the opponent’s movements (B rank restraints). C rank cost per clone.

Description:: By forming the necessary hand seals, the user is able to either release a mud from their mouth, or they can utilize the earth around them, and turn the soil into mud. Whatever the user chooses, they are capable of making the Mud any temperature, allowing them to either make it extremely hot, cold, or even room temperature, this can be freely change at the cost of D rank chakra.  The mud can be used in conjunction with fire and water release, the mud can be ignited by fire and water can increase the range to 30 feet. The mud’s base range is 10-13 feet.

Name:  Earth Release: Swamp of the Underworld

Description:: By changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used.

Description:: The user flows chakra through all parts of their body causing it to become noticeably darker, which increases their defensive power to its utmost limits by making the skin as hard as diamond. The amount of chakra the user puts in the technique determines the defensive capability,( D-rank chakra for D rank defense etc.) Furthermore, the destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great all-purpose technique. The amount of chakra the user puts in the technique determines. (D rank chakra for D-rank Strength etc.) The user is able to coat their entire body for SS rank chakra, giving them SS rank strength and Defense. The user pays a separate cost for boosting Attack and Defense.

Unapproved. Certain things need to be clarified considering I was actually considering using this technique as well. The Strength and Speed should have equal rank to tier prices as should all techniques that grant you tiers through ninjutsu in addition they should be separate however if you do want to join them then add a Speed Penalty then. The higher your strength and defense the slower you get.

So choose Seperate chakra costs or sacrifice speed for Defense and Strength?

(I'd choose the former, honestly Lilith's variation was just going to give her Defense but by all means expand on it.)

using a ninjutsu to facilitate it for an equal rank chakra price each post the defense is granted yes Meim I can, already to it for Strength, it's not a natural tier each time I want to use it I pay a chakra price equal to the rank of the tier I wish to use.

Description:: Madara’s creates an immobile dragon out of earth that serves as a defense, which protects against physical based attacks S rank and lower, and chakra based attacks S rank and below. The dragon can also be used in conjunction with fire based attacks boosting the flames used through its hollow head by two ranks in strength and one rank in speed. Not only being able to used in conjunction with fire based techniques it can also be used with a number of Madara’s moves.

Earth Release: Added Weight Rock Technique- When this technique is used on the Earth Dragon, it begins to harden gradually and gains another layer, and this in turn ups its defensive capabilities by one rank the first post and adds another four posts after.

Earth Release: Light Weight Rock Technique- When this technique is used on the Earth Dragon, it begins to soften gradually and losing a layer, this in turn gives it the ability to raise from the ground and take flight, the speed is increased by two ranks the first post giving it the ability to take flight at move at B rank speeds, however he defense of the dragon drops a rank every two posts its speed increases.
