Description: The combination of Rain if Sorrows and Syrup Capture Field, known as Syrup Shower, was developed uniquely by Tetsu Kurogane. This jutsu is created by first slicing the hand and then making the appropriate hand signs. The blood will then evaporate into the sky. During the next 2 posts clouds will begin to form. On the third post it will start to rain in the topic.

Once hit with this liquid the body will begin to stiffin as the liquid tightens around the body, becoming immobile within two posts of being in the liquid. One can break through this special liquid with S rank strength and speed together, though only after one post of being immobilized. However, as long as it is raining they will continue to become trapped if they stay in it for two posts. It rains for a total of ten posts straight.

Secondly, even once the rain has ended or one has broken free, the ground is covered in this sticky liquid. This inhibits movements by those on the ground and reduces their speed by one stage by those with ss strength. Two stages by those with s strength and three stages by those with a rank and below strength. Those with sss rank strength take no penalties.

Because Tetsu's own life force was used to create this the liquid acts as if its just normal water to him, unhibiting his movements. If used when rain clouds are already out then there is no post delay in its activation.

Description: Tetsu's ultimate anti-concealment jutsu. This technique produces a cyan colored cloud which produces cyan colored rain to fall from the clouds. This rain will wash away concealment in multiple ways. One is by washing away all chakra and spiritual based scents, mists and gases and expose the unseens true form, revealing all objects hidden via invisibility or altered shapes. The crashing of the rain muffles out false sounds created by chakra or spiritual means.

Though this jutsu is great, it is a double edged sword as it also effects others, not only benefitting the user. This rain will continue on for 50 posts.

Name: Rain Congregation (Sig)
Classification: Ninjutsu

Class: Passive
Range: AoE

Description: A unique and special jutsu developed by Tetsu for his various rain based jutsu. By utilizing multiple rain jutsu at once he can mix together all his rain clouds under one, allowing the rain to utilize the effects of each cloud at once. Also, if arain cloud is already in effect then the time until it begins to rain is shortened to the lowest time, while if it is already raining then the effects automatically begin for the other rain types. Also, the duration of each rain cloud is increased to the duration of the maximum cloud duration, though as soon as that time is finished then all the rains are up. So if any are used during the middle or end of the durations then their own duration can be extremely shortened.

First Two are approved, now that I think about the last one I really don't like how into Arashi it is, so....no.

Arashi deal with multiple types of clouds and combining them. This one is just taking the various effects of rain based jutsu and combining them into one cloud, since otherwise they'd only be capable of being used one at a time.
