Quincy's Jutsu

Name: Earth Release Barrier: Earth Prison Dome of Magnificent Darkness (Signature)

Description: This technique traps the victims inside a self-repairing dome of earth which attempt to trap the opponent at speeds one rank above the user, the dome is almost instantaneously able to reform after taking damage from jutsu B-rank and below as a Jutsu higher would blow a hole through the barrier. The First Mark ability is passed on to this barrier allowing Quincy to absorb chakra from things inside the barrier up to 2 ranks above him capping out at SSS-rank at Sannin rank. However, Quincy's chakra is not evenly distributed throughout the dome. Near the back, relative to him, his chakra is much weaker , making the dome weaker in that spot. Knowing that once trapped he would normally call Byron over to reinforce the back, in doing so Byron doubles the absorption of chakra that is being taken making this technique very dangerous for unsuspecting enemies.

Name: Earth Release: Underground Projection Fish Technique

Description: This technique is used for sneaking and striking silently, like a fish underwater, and then suddenly appearing to the ground's surface. Furthermore, it's even more efficient when employed in a crowded area that, if the target notices something, can be overrun by the nearby masses, or with distractions like a Clone Technique to draw the enemy's attention. As such it is a great strategy for a guerrilla, and a likely resort, used quite often for things such as assassination. Quincy speed underground is one rank above his speed tier, he is also able to absorb chakra from opponents 5 feet and closer and up to 2 ranks above him capping out at SSS-rank at Sannin rank.

Name: Earth Release: Hiding Like a Mole Technique
Classification: Ninjutsu

Class: Supplementary
Range: Self

Description: This technique changes earth into fine sand by channeling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. This effect goes around the body (not just the hands), making it just large enough for a person to move through. The user can pinpoint where they are, despite being underground, by sensing the magnetic forces. They can also sense what is happening on the surface and use that information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. One can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy can't reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth.

Name: Earth Release: Double Suicide Decapitation Technique

Description: This technique conceals the user underground and drags the object of their attack down into the earth, robbing them of their freedom and chakra two ranks above the user capping out at SSS-rank at Sannin rank.  . In addition, they can start another attack while using this tech for the setup.

Name: Wind Release: Verdant Mountain's Violent Wind

Description: Performing the necessary handseals, the user will affix their wind release chakra and summon a small to large amount of powerful wind around a certain number of objects. At this point they can be suspended and controlled, moved through the air. However, the ability and amount of things possible to be moved varies upon the rank of the user using this technique. The winds if commanded can be very dangerous at any point in time, however it may only maim or move.  At "D" Rank, the user is capable of having lifting a total of 10lbs. When dealing with weaponry, the weight of each weapon will be added together to result in the max; same with shinobi. When "C" Rank is reached the user is capable of lifting 50lbs. At "B" Rank, 200; At "A" Rank, 500; and finally at "S" Rank, 1000lbs.

Name: Wind Release: Wind Crescent Technique

Class: Defensive
Range: Long

Description: A Ninjutsu technique that utilizes the Wind Release. Performing the correct handseals, the user will channel chakra throughout their arms. This chakra begins to quickly wrap itself around the user's arms, mingling with the flowing currents of air around the user. Then, extending their arms forward, the user will perform a motion similar to a swimming stroke with their arms, moving them in a crescent shape in front of him or her. This quick movement will release the built up wind in a cone form towards the targeted location. At "D" Rank this technique is capable of extending forward about five feet and is capable of pushing over something that weights fifty pounds or under, as well as small projectile weapons. For each Rank of the technique that the user learns, double the distance and weight capable of being pushed. (Ex: "C" would be ten feet and one hundred pounds, "B" would be twenty feet and two hundred pounds, "A" would be forty feet and four hundred pounds, and "S" would be eighty feet and eight hundred pounds.)

Description: This is an advanced variation of the Shadow Assassin Justu created by Quincy, after practice and extended use off the Shadow Assassin Justu Quincy can now move to any shadow in view for a C-Rank chakra cost per shadow movement. His shadow now also plays tricks on the mind while Quincy is moving inside his shadow, his shadow form’s into a foggy image off the user doing anything it want’s in terms of taunting and attacking but it causes no damage simply passing through the opponent as Quincy appears from the shadow it moves at speeds equal to Quincy’s in shadow assassin.

he other three in the first post are too strong for their ranks. Not sure what rank they should be since not only so they scale with the user but your also mixing in another technique with them.

Verdant mountain I am unsure of atm. I'll need to get some opinions on it.
