Description: By focusing the ice chakra in his body, Hibanara can reduce the effect of his Cryo Toketsu passive in return for increasing the strength of his Frozen Touch passive. Therefore, when this ability is activated, Cryo's post length drops by 5 (Yes, even into negatives so it'll take posts before it activates) and Frozen Touch instantly gains the ability to freeze joints and cool internal body temperatures.

Description: By using his heightened Frozen Touch, Hiba has incorporated it into a fighting style. This style involves using the ability to freeze the opponent's body to slow their natural processes down, weakening their body and making them slower and more sluggish. Every three successful hits of this causes an extra C-Rank of ice damage against an opponent and every six hits causes the opponent's physical tiers to drop by one to a minimum of D-Rank.

Description: Learning to more fluidly control his Ice Chakra, Hibanara has learned how to fully perfect his Frozen Fist Style. By condensing his Chakra, his Cryo Aura loses 10 posts to it, into negatives as well, and he loses the ability to use Diamond Dust for five posts but it grants several effects in return. The first of these is that after every three successful hits, an S-Rank of ice damage is instantly dealt to the foe as their body shuts down. After every five successful hits, the person loses 1 rank to Speed, Defense and Strength as their muscles atrophy from the cold. Finally, the increased chakra in his limbs causes Hiba's strength to go up by 1 rank when activated and then every time Cryo Aura goes up by a multiple of five (Only in the positives) he gains another rank of strength (Up to S-Rank) as he absorbs the ambient Ice Chakra in the air.

Name: Ice Release: Arctic Winds
Classification: Ninjutsu

Description: By forcing his Chakra out into the world, the user of this technique creates a heavy fog of ice crystals around them, masking visibility within five meters, however this is only a bi-product. In addition, this mist generates trace amounts of ambient Ice Chakra that the Toketsu user can draw upon when using their techniques, thus making any technique a rank lower in cost but only when used within the mist.

Name: Ice Release: Arctic Chains
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: C-Rank
Class: Supplementary/Offensive
Range: Medium

Description: This fog works differently from the Arctic Winds in that, rather than affecting the user it affects the victim more so, however Arctic Winds must be active before this one can be used. Once more the victim has visibility reduced while in the fog but it is a side-effect. This time, the fog causes anyone, apart from the user, who walks into it to have their arms and legs froze over. This does not cause any damage but it prevents them from moving their arms and legs to either dodge or form handseals. C-Rank strength or above will break the ice however. It takes twelve posts for the victim to become immobilised by the ice.

Description: The last of the Arctic mists, this one has the same side-effect as the others, namely that it slightly obscures visibility when activated, it also must have Arctic Winds active to use. However, the main effect is that when anyone other than the user walks into the mist, shards of ice hidden amongst the fog will cut into their skin, dealing C-Rank for every post that they move within the fog as the blades carve into their body. It costs a C-Rank of chakra per turn to maintain.

Make the last two only activated after the first has been triggered, give the second one a time limit as to when the freezing occurs and for the last one note that it will require a constant chakra price to maintain over time due to the fact its constantly dealing damage.

Name: Cavitation Style: Winter's River Trap
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: C-Rank
Class: Supplementary
Range: 20 Meters radius

Description: There are two slight variations to this Ninjutsu, they both happen in the presence of either water or ice. The presence of one or the other prevents a portion of chakra having to be used to activate this jutsu reducing its chakra cost by one rank.

This Ninjutsu works by first created a large dome of water held up by the user's Chakra twenty meters in radius and in height before freezing the outside of the dome into a skin of ice that traps the victim within it. (It takes C-Rank strength to break the ice.) The user of the dome however can step out of the ice whenever they wish and bring any allies with them. This jutsu is usually the first used in the Cavitation Style.


Name: Cavitation Style: Air Avenging Fist (Pretty much just a vacuum punch)
Classification: Nintaijutsu
Rank: C-Rank
Class: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Short - Up to 5 meters

Description: Using his Wind Release, Hibanara uses it to create a vacuum pocket whenever he punches forwards, rendering any air in front of him displaced and causing his melee attacks to increase in range. This means his attacks hit at their normal strength but can be used up to 5 meters away. This drains a D-Rank of chakra per attack.

However there is a variant to this that occurs when it is used underwater. When this attack is used underwater, if it hits the foe or the foe is within five meters of the epicenter of the attack they take an additional B-Rank of damage as all of the water collapses upon them.

Name: Cavitation Style: The Calm
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: B-Rank
Class: Offensive/Defensive
Range: Up to Ten meters

Description: This is another jutsu created using Hiba's Wind Release. By releasing a large amount of Wind Chakra at once, he pushes all of the wind around him away at once, leaving a vacuum in its wake. This has a few effects. The first is that any sound-based attacks that come into the vacuum are instantly nullified, no matter the rank as there is nothing to transmit the sound to Hibanara.

Secondly, any thrown objects moving at B-Rank speed or lower are knocked away from Hiba and any person at a rank lower than Hibanara are also knocked back but take no damage from the jutsu.

The third effect is when it is used underwater, like the other Cavitation Style techniques. When this technique is used underwater, it creates a large cavitation bubble. This causes anyone within fifteen meters of Hiba to be pulled towards him and both of them are dealt A-Rank damage by the crushing water.

Name: Cavitation Style: Tidal Rotations
Classification: Nintaijutsu
Rank: C-Rank
Class: Offensive/Defensive
Range: Up to five meters

Description: Only able to be used in water, this technique is the water equivalent of Air Avenging Fist. By using his water chakra, Hibanara is capable of moving large volumes of water along with his limbs to fight against his opponents. When used in conjunction with Winter's River Trap, this technique's rank is increased by one.

Every attack costs C-Rank chakra to use and deals C-Rank damage upon strike and is able to extinguish B-Rank and below fire jutsu. When used underwater, the range is increased to ten meters, allowing it to strike more targets.

Name: Cavitation Style: Tidal Draw/Northern Gale
Classification: Ninjutsu/Nintaijutsu
Rank: C-Rank
Class: Supplementary
Range: Twenty meters/Ten meters

Description: This jutsu has two variants depending on what medium it is used in. If it is used in water, this jutsu extends up to twenty meters and is capable of pulling an foe equal to Hiba's rank towards him through the water. It cannot disable any attacks apart from taijutsu and kenjutsu that are a rank lower than Hiba.

If used in air, this is more of a distraction tactic, costing a D-Rank of chakra per attack to nudge an opponent, stopping any Tai or Kenjutsu attacks that are C-Rank or lower and being able to block any throwing weapons that are launched at a speed equal to or lower than Hiba's own speed tier.

Name: Cavitation Style: Water's Deceit
Classification: Genjutsu
Rank: C-Rank
Class: Offensive (Kinda?) Sight Based
Range: Twenty meters

Description: Once readying his chakra, Hibanara holds out a single handseal that could be used to release another jutsu. If the enemy looks at the handseal they are captured by the Genjutsu and it appears as though all of the water around them is drained away, meaning that they would be able to breathe normally. Actually, the water is still present and breathing normally causes the lungs to fill with water instead of air, potentially drowning the foe.

Name: Cavitation Style: Aquatic Hell
Classification: Genjutsu
Rank: B-Rank
Class: Offensive - Touch based
Range: Twenty meters

Description: Hibanara laces his chakra into any water around him that he can touch, upon doing so, the moment an enemy touches the water they are placed in the Genjutsu. This genjutsu makes them believe that the water is scalding hot, as though taking a C-Rank fire jutsu for every turn they touch the water. Even if they break out of it, if they are still touching the water, it activates again. It costs a B-Rank to maintain the genjutsu.

Name: Cavitation Style: Crushing Pressure
Classification: Genjutsu
Rank: B-Rank
Class: Offensive - Touch Based
Range: Twenty meters

Description: This technique only works if the victim is fully submerged in water. Once submerged however, Hibanara laces the water with his chakra and anyone who is in it instantly feels as though the water is pressing down heavily upon them. This causes them to move at a rank slower until they break the genjutsu. However if they are still in contact with the water it activates again. This costs a B-Rank to maintain the genjutsu.

Name: Cavitation Style: The Great Collapse
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: A-Rank
Class: Offensive
Range: Winter's River Trap

Description: This jutsu is used in direct conjunction with Cavitation Style: Winter's River Trap by forcing a large amount of chakra into the ice and water of the dome. Once done, the ice and water is instantly drawn to any source of heat inside the dome, crushing it entirely under the weight of both the ice and the water. The only way to avoid this attack is by moving out of the dome and the collapse moves at A-Rank speeds dealing A-Rank damage at first and then B-Rank damage for every turn the person is trapped in the ice and water tomb. It takes B-Rank strength or greater to free yourself from the tomb.

Name: Wind Release: Wind Coating

Description: By coating himself in Wind Chakra, Hibanara allows himself to move at his normal speed through the water, thereby not lowering his speed tiers at all.

Description: With the need to branch out, Hibanara had to find a way to use his constituent chakra natures to greater effect. After an odd thinking session about physics, he realised that he could use a mix of water and wind techniques to create cavitation bubbles, large vacuums that created damage through the crushing weight of water. Thus this Style was created, using the pushing of wind within bodies of water to create cavitation bubbles for damage. This Fighting Style allows one to use the other Cavitation Style techniques.

Name: Cavitation Style: Shell of the Wind Turtle
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: A-Rank
Class: Defensive
Range: Self

Description: This jutsu was created when Hibanara realised the backlash problems with using his Cavitation style techniques. This tech therefore creates a protective shell of air around him that prevents any backlash from his techniques by allowing him to breathe where there is no oxygen present (For about five posts only) and to balance his internal pressure. This therefore allows none of his Cavitation Style techniques to harm him.

Name: Cavitation Style: Holy Hydration Infusion
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: B-Rank
Class: Supplementary
Range: N/A

Description: This technique is used in conjunction with Winter's River Trap and it involves Hibanara infusing the water within the dome with his own chakra, amplifying the natural chakra present in the water. Once done, this causes all Cavitation Style techniques to cost one less rank of chakra to use and maintain, making it easier for him to chain together his techniques.

Name: Reverse Blade: Scythe Style (Signature)
Classification: Kenjutsu
Rank: D-Rank
Class: Supplementary
Range: N/A

Description: This is an odd technique that uses the blade of the scythe just as much as the staff part to deal damage to the foe. The main stance of this style is the staff of the scythe behind one's back, going diagonally upwards with the blades angled towards the ground and with both arms wrapped around the staff. This style uses a lot of sweeping and flipping maneuvers to utilise attacks because of the odd positioning of the blades of the weapon. Required to use all Reverse Blade techniques.

Name: Reverse Blade: Conquest's Hurricane
Classification: Kenjutsu
Rank: B-Rank
Class: Offensive/Defense
Range: Short

Description: This technique is relatively simple but can be used for a variety of purposes. It involves the person crouching down and then rotating themselves extremely quickly with the scythe upon their back, spinning it around themselves as they revolve. This, when used in within three feet of an opponent will knock them away from the user and block any B-Rank or lower kenjutsu or taijutsu techniques. When used against an attack it will deflect any ranged weapons moving at the user's speed tier.

Name: Reverse Blade: Gale Force
Classification: Ninkenjutsu/Genkenjutsu
Rank: B-Rank
Class: Defensive/Supplementary
Range: Short ~ Mid

Description: By cycling his chakra through his scythe, Hibanara can pull off a pair of techniques. The first, the ninken version, involves Hibanara jumping upwards and rotating his body quickly, firing a wave of wind chakra out of the blades of his scythe. This has the ability to block any jutsu C-Rank and below.

The second ability is a genjutsu ability activated by cycling Hiba's chakra through the Conquest Scythe. Once done and the leaping rotation started, the weapon gives off an extremely loud, keening wail. If the enemy hears this then they will start to feel massive gusts of freezing cold wind slicing across their body. This does D-Rank mental damage per post from the cold and makes it extremely difficult to walk straight or jump without feeling like falling over.

Name: Reverse Blade: Agony's Touch
Classification: Genkenjutsu
Rank: B-Rank
Class: Offensive
Range: Weapon

Description: By enhancing his Conquest Scythe with his chakra, Hibanara uses it as a medium for several different genjutsu. One of these is used when Hibanara slashes his foe. Upon the blade hitting the target they are instantly placed into a genjutsu where every bit of damage is increased by one rank, although this is mental only. (For example, if a target is in this genjutsu and they take C-Rank physical damage, it will count as B-Rank mental damage on top of the physical.)

Name: Reverse Blade: Mental Sensitivity
Classification: Ninkenjutsu
Rank: C-Rank
Class: Supplementary
Range: Weapon

Description: This technique uses the unique damage that Conquest's Scythe gives out. Upon striking a foe with the Scythe, Hiba leaves a mental tear on them that stays for the entire topic and can only be healed by an equal rank mental based Medical ninjutsu. This tear means that any genjutsu used on the target with the tear causes the genjutsu to go up by one rank against them as their mind is much more receptive to the genjutsu.

Name: Reverse Blade: Antarctic Slam
Classification: Ninkenjutsu
Rank: B-Rank
Class: Offensive
Range: Mid - 10m

Description: By funneling a large portion of his chakra into the Scythe, Hibanara slams the weapon down into the ground after performing a rotating jump to give it more power. This sends out massive spikes of ice in a circle surrounding Hiba. These spikes burst out of the ground and deal damage at the same rank as Hiba's strength tier as the force they burst upwards with depends on how strongly Hiba hit the ground with it. The spikes cause wherever the opponent is hit to become numb for three posts and take B-Rank strength to shatter to get away.

Name: Frost King's Edge (Signature)
Classification: Kenjutsu
Rank: SS-Rank
Class: Offensive
Range: N/A

Description: By cycling his frost chakra through Conquest's Scythe, Hibanara grants it an innate ability. This ability causes any wound given by the blade to freeze over, down to the bone, allowing it to be shattered with ease. In addition, before the wound can be healed it has to thaw out first. As well as that, this can also stem blood flow and be used for slight medicinal purposes to freeze over grievous wounds. Another effect is that, once an area has been cut, no circulation passes to it, meaning that if someone's shoulder had been slashed then their entire arm would lose circulation, causing it to slowly necrotise and die unless the ice is melted first. It takes forty posts total or two topics without healing for the affected limb to die.

Description: By focusing their chakra around their fingertips or just in front of them, the user of this technique can create an invisible blade of wind that is extremely sharp. It is capable of cutting through A-Rank and lower defenses, physical or not, and deals A-Rank damage upon a strike. This, when not thrown, moves at the user's speed tier and when thrown, as it can be, it moves at the user's strength tier.


Name: Wind Release: Gale Wave
Classification: Ninjutsu

Range: Mid - 0~10 feet

Description: The user focuses their chakra into their mouht before spinning around in a circle, releasing a continuous blade of wind. This allows the user to hit any opponent that is around them and the wind can slash through B-Rank or lower defenses. It moves at B-Rank speeds and is invisible, making it much more difficult to dodge as well as the fact it knocks anyone away that is the same rank or lower as the user as well as any weapons moving one at a speed a tier higher than the user's rank and lower.

Name: Wind Release: Tornado Wave
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: A-Rank
Class: Offensive/Defensive
Range: Long - 0~20 feet

Description: This is an upgrade to Gale Wave as the user spins around, releasing a much more potent blade of wind chakra. This one is capable of slicing through A-Rank or lower defenses, moves at A-Rank speeds, it's still invisible, and knocks away anything moving two speed tiers higher than the user's rank and lower, making it much more difficult to get past. In addition, it knocks away anything that is a rank higher than the user and lower and any chakra based techniques, apart from Fire Release, that are the user's rank or lower.

Name: Wind Release: Pressure Dismemberment (Signature)
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: S-Rank
Class: Offensive
Range: Contact

Description: By forming a pair of wind orbs atop the user's fingers at wildly different pressures the user contacts the victim in two places with his fingers. The varying pressures between the two areas causes a vacuum to appear between them, ripping open whatever is hit by the vacuum sphere. This bypasses Defense Tiers against the actual touch as it forms inside the body. If the torso is hit, it causes massive internal damage, equal to an SS-Rank and then a C-Rank of bleeding each turn and if a limb is hit it causes instant amputation from the area between the two touches. The drawback to this technique is that if the enemy can avoid at least one of the fingers, the technique will not work at all and the user is also affected by the vacuum, taking B-Rank damage after it is used.

Name: Wind Release: Hurricane Gaol

Range: Mid - 0~10 feet

Description: Kneading Wind chakra into their mouth, the user dispenses it in a large orb, surrounding the foe with it. Once they are surrounded, the orb moves at the user's rank in speed but can be made faster with any directional wind technique, the air starts to become denser. This makes it extremely difficult to move and unless the trapped person has strength equal to one rank above the user's rank or higher, then they are unable to move at all.

Description: By using his blood up in a complete override for his muscle's capabilities, Hiba forces his strength to become many times what it actually is. By using a B-Rank of blood each post he moves, his strength tier is increased by one, going over the tier limit and if an A-Rank of blood is used, that increases to two ranks, capping at SSS-Rank.

Name: Wind Release: Bounce Platform (Signature)
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: D-Rank
Class: Supplementary
Range: Short 0~5 Feet

Description: By solidifying the air where Hiba is moving, he creates a stable platform of air that he can either use to double jump upwards for whatever reason or bounce off of in midair. This cannot defend from any attacks apart from thrown weapons moving at D-Rank speeds or slower but it does allow him to move suddenly in midair and to 'bounce' off of if he is moving in a straight line.

Description: This coats the users body in an armor of ice which has the ability to numb the opponents body by touch and increases the wears speed and strength to A-rank levels. This armor can be activated at will and is also auto activated at no chakra cost when Cyro has been active for 8 posts. It requires a A-rank physical technique in order to destroy it however if Cyro has been active for 9+ posts then it will continue to reform if destroyed at no chakra cost as it is using the ice produced from the passive ability.

Hmm... I'm not too well with the toketsu. I see ranks have been increased accordingly from the icy armor and the posts have been brought down by 2... I'll approve this jutsu but if any other mod has a problem with this feel free to speak up and overrule me.

Description: After cutting his palms Hibanara presses them to the ground and uses a mixture of his Ice Floor technique and his blood. This coats the ground in a strange form of red ice, veins of blood running through it. This ice is unmeltable by normal flame, requiring a more powerful version like Yugure Flames to melt it. The ice also reforms if shattered and allows for more Sanguine Ice Release techniques to be used for a lesser cost.

Description: This can be used either with or without Bloody Floor. If used without it, this technique uses up Hiba's blood to send forth a wave of deep red spikes of ice in one direction (Ninety degree angle) at B-Rank strength and speed. This ice causes wherever struck to become numb for eight posts and leaves a shard of ice in the wound. As long as this shard of ice isn't removed, every six posts total it will drop the victim's physical tiers by one rank, it also takes B-Rank strength or a B-Rank spiritual based medical ninjutsu to remove and if removed by strength, deals an extra rank of damage equal to Hiba's rank.

If used with Bloody Floor, it becomes AoE, causing the entire Floor to jump upwards with the red spikes. Once more, this ice has the same effects of numbing for ten posts and leaving the shard of ice inside the wound.

Classification: Kinjutsu/Ninjutsu
Rank: B-Rank (B-Rank blood without BF, C-Rank blood and C-Rank chakra with BF)
Class: Defensive/Offensive
Range: Self

Description: This technique causes ice from Bloody Floor or the air to surround Hibanara's body, protecting him in a spiked shell. Any enemies within five feet take damage equal to Hiba's rank from the spikes and are left with a piece of ice embedded in their body that reduces their physical tiers by one every six posts total, it also takes B-Rank strength or a B-Rank spiritual based medical ninjutsu to remove and if removed by strength, deals an extra rank of damage equal to Hiba's rank. In addition, it will protect from any chakra or spiritual technique B-Rank or below and physical techniques A-Rank and below, however it prevents Hiba from moving.

Rank: A-Rank (A-Rank blood cost w/out BF, B-Rank blood and B-Rank chakra w/ BF)

Description: Utilising his Sanguine Ice, Hibanara forces his ice to take the form of a large red dragon crafted from ice, equal to a Large size creature. The Scarlet Dragon can reform from any chakra or physical attack A-Rank and below and requires an A-Rank spiritual or S-Rank chakra/physical technique to destroy as well as having A-Rank tiers. In addition, whenever it strikes a target, it leaves shards of ice in the enemy, causing their physical tiers to drop by one every four posts and that part of their body to freeze over, rendering it useless unless it can be thawed out either by A-Rank strength to shatter the ice or a B-Rank or above Ghost Fire or Yugure Flame technique.

Description: By mixing more of his blood into the Bloody Floor, Hiba forces the ice to start sucking at his enemy's feet, forcing them to be dragged back by the Ice and move slower as a result. This means that any enemy that is in contact with the Bloody Floor has their speed reduces by 2 ranks as the ice claws at them. This can only be used with Bloody Floor.

Description: By more closely refining his chakra control, Hibanara has learned how to enhance both his Ice Release and Water Release techniques by more closely infusing his Ice chakra with it. This gives a different effect depending on whether it is Water or Ice release that is used. If the former is used, the water gains a much lower freezing temperature, causing it to have a chilling effect. This means that any technique Hibanara uses that involves water he controls, its temperature drops down and it gains an odd form of milky quality. What this does is cause a technique, depending on the rank, to numb the areas struck for a certain amount of posts. D-Rank freezes for 1 post, C-Rank for 3 posts, B-Rank for 5 posts, A-Rank for 10, S-Rank for 15, SS-Rank for 20 and SSS-Rank for 30 posts.

If Ice is used it still gets colder, much colder. The ice starts to steam in the air and takes on a light purple quality for some odd reason, although that doesn't do anything to the ice. What changes is the temperature which becomes much lower than normal, so much so that once it touches a water technique is instantly flash-freezes the water depending on Hiba's rank. Using this passive, Hiba is equal to freeze a jutsu of water, blood or acid release using any of his ice jutsu as long as it is equal to the rank of the jutsu frozen. (Aka, a B-Rank ice tech will freeze a B-Rank Water/Blood/Acid release tech.)
