Personality: Eon doesn't talk much except when he's in a good mood. Normally he just answers with a nod or a shake of the head. Normally the only thing that gets him in a good mood is a fun battle. Though, there is one other way he will talk, and that is if he likes someone or he trusts someone completely. Otherwise, he is completely silent no matter what. He isn't very easy to anger and his trust is the hardest thing to get. He is normally serious just as much as he is quiet, so if someone ever sees another side of him, it will be rare indeed.

History: Eon's history isn't some big drama, some startling tale, or anything of the sort. Eon was born to the Shinu clan and was raised like any child. If it wasn't for his crying as a baby some would think he was born mute. No one knows why he has been so quiet all his life, even his parents tried to get him to talk, though to no success. There was nothing special about Eon as a child and his time in school was nothing special at all. He got normal grades and passed his tests. He didn't stand out among the scores and so no one really noticed him. Though, the only thing that people really knew him by was 'the kid with the white stripe in his hair' or 'the kid with the mask'.

His skill in water style jutsu was learned one day by his father who was trying to teach him some ninjutsu. Ever since he learned of his water style chakra he wore blue clothes, with some black. He wouldn't agree to wear anything other than his blue and black clothes. His parents often worried about him always being so quiet, but there was nothing they could do about it. So they just left the matter alone. Now Eon has graduated from the academy and begins his life as a Genin of Dipugakure.

Name: Water Rease: Exploding Water Colliding Wave

Description: The user spits out a great volume of water from their mouth, swallowing up and crushing the enemy with the advancing surge. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks. The amount of water that comes out is enough to become a large lake or a small ocean.

Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.

Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, it is stronger than steel. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Eventually it causes the one trapped in it to drown unless they have a way to breathe within the prison.

Description: The user creates a solid sword out of densely compressed water. The sword is very resilient, capable of combating against even steel weapons, and is able to cut through and withstand Fire Release jutsu of equal or lower rank. B rank and higher jutsu are capable of breaking through this technique.
