Appearance: After the application of both Zireh blood and Crystal Materia, the gauntlets have taken on an entirely new appearance. Made of gleaming bronze inlaid with incredibly fine sapphire filigree, the gauntlets are warm to the touch and a gentle blue light pulses through the gemstone, almost like a heartbeat.

Special Ability: The gauntlets slowly regenerate from damage even when destroyed entirely, recovering 3 D-Ranks of durability each round that they are not used in combat until they return to full durability. When it comes to techniques designed to break weapons, this is different. C-Rank and lower act as normal, B-Rank halts the regeneration for a topic, A-Rank halts it for two topics while S-Rank fully destroys them.

After they are repaired, the gauntlet's true ability is revealed. The wearer is able to channel a D-Rank of chakra through the gauntlet in order to create an energy barrier three feet across in front of them.
