Description: Sea Serpents are naturally tough creatures even from a young age, as their very body is their strongest aspect is usually regarded by their very bodies. When push comes to shove, their long bodies are their greatest weapons, and thus they are naturally brought up to use that. This means that Sea Serpents naturally possess Strength tiers, and as a hatchling possess a C+ rank of strength. The Fresh Water Sea Serpents are one half of the subspecies that make up the Sea Serpent contracts, those that are born more acquainted to the purer waters. As such these sea serpents adapted differently to their Salt Water counterparts, augmenting their strength, with mental barriers, equating to a C+ rank Barrier tier. As Fresh Water is not always available, the Fresh Water Sea Serpents are capable of controlling the liquid in their environment, turning said liquids in to pure and fresh water over a set period of time starting at 10 pt, with the type of liquid determining just how quickly it can be converted to pure water.

By throwing water on a surface, even a vertical one, the water will rearrange itself into a readable message, which will fade after a while. The users skill determines how long this message can last, whereas the amount of chakra put into this technique determines the length of the message capable of being left.

Name: Water Release: Water Prison Technique

Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water after making hand seals as long as they are within 10 ft of the user. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth or using a field containing at least a C-rank amount of water. Once trapped the target is unable to move or breathe while within it due to the heaviness of the water and due to the water encompassing the entire body it requires B-rank strength or a C-rank technique which expels chakra from every point in the body in order to escape it. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself to protect against incoming C-rank techniques including C-rank physical techniques or elemental techniques weak to water with piercing. It can also be stored in scrolls as traps and upon a victim being trapped within, a countdown dependent on the victims endurance tiers begins to see how long it takes to suffocate them, since the water is pressing down on their body breath holding techniques C-rank or below are ineffective. Water Clones can be used in preparation for this technique as well blocking an opponents attack and then trapping them in the sphere which forms at bullet release speeds or instantly if the victim makes physical contact with said water clone.

Description: After making hand seals culminating in placing ones palms on the ground this technique makes use of the water in the user's area to drag as much as possible from their surroundings to create a great rush of water, dropping on to the opponent as if from the sky. Alternatively, the technique can be used behind the user to create a rush of water along the ground moving at crashing ground speed. The water first collates at a certain height dependant upon the users rank and gaining a larger height and thus drop force, as the user gains strength, knocking airborne targets out of the sky unless they possess B-rank strength tiers for their method of flight, and fills around the user from a 15ft radius. The amount of water created is also dependant upon the amount of chakra the user puts in to the technique on creation, and can be extended in to chakra being paid each post (total) basis to keep up the water generation. This technique can be ended at any time by taking ones hands off the ground or whatever surface they make contact with to initiate this technique.

Description: The user makes hand seals, if water isn't available to facilitate this technique it costs double the chakra price to first produce the water and then shape it into the technique. This is a technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex in a 15 ft radius around the user which moves at crashing ground speeds. The water vortex acts both as a barrier and an attack mechanism as incoming projectiles and physical objects not backed by B-rank strength are launched in various directions moving at crashing ground speed over a distance of 30 ft. Offensively this can be used to quickly interrupt physical attacks as impact with it deals B-rank water release damage, it is capable of blocking B-rank physical techniques without defense piercing as long as they aren't strong against Water. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious if they do not possess B-rank chakra tiers or A-rank endurance tiers making it a skilled counter against physical specialists.
