Description: Req. Pirate to have eaten Devil Fruit (Solid Solid Fruit: Model - Hair). This fighting style revolves around the user's body which has now been given the properties of Hair. This is passively in effect as the very structure of their body is comprised of hair such that even if knocked unconscious or otherwise incapacitated, Linwood will still have the properties common to it; No Nerve Endings (Pain Immunity), Resistance to Breakage (Tensile Strength), Elasticity (Distance capable of stretching), Hydrophilic Power (Tendency to mix with, dissolve in, or be wet by water.), & Insulation (Against Cold Temperatures). Hair is versatile but like many within the Solid Solid Fruit Line, it's true capabilities can only be reached through advanced fighting styles as it's use in combat is limited if one lacks imagination. This technique essentially acts as a gateway and upon growing more skilled he will be able to make better use of his body's newly gained properties in order to best harness his Devil Fruit Abilities.

Examples of techniques Linwood can make at the moment:
1. Those which deal with his body using the passive properties of hair, allowing him to stretch his limbs and extend the countdown on submission based techniques, turn off his pain receptors in specific parts of his body, resist breaking (Blunt Damage), retain moisture (prevents dehydration, however exposure to sea water lasts longer) & resist cold temperatures and status effects caused by cold based things (Ice, Flux).
2. This fighting style has sub-divisions within it, for ease of categorizing they are as follows:
Hair = For the group of techniques specializing in stretching & moisture retention.
Fur = For the group of techniques specializing in resisting breakage & moisture isolation.
Wool = For the group of techniques specializing in insulation & turning off pain receptors.
Quill = For the group of techniques specializing in stiffening the body & dealing piercing damage.
Whiskers = For the group of techniques specializing in Tactile & Wind Displacement sensory.
3. All techniques of this line come with stamina prices, in addition these techniques give Linwood's own body the properties of Hair, it doesn't mean he can manipulate the hair on his body (that is a later level), he merely becomes capable of doing with his body all the things hair is capable of normally.

[b]Description:[/b] Req. Pirate to have eaten Devil Fruit (Solid Solid Fruit: Model - Hair). This is the 2nd Level of Hea Hea no Mi Fighting style in which the user has managed to affix the Devil Fruit's property of Elasticity to the Integumentary System, this allows them to be able to manipulate the hair adorning their body which gives rise to the ability to alter the shape, and size of said hairs and affect the growth speed and density of their individual hair fibers. The techniques within this fighting style go by the name "Blonde (Insert name of technique)" when using this fighting style alongside normal techniques which involve applying the properties of hair to the body. The drawbacks of this style however is that it uses a cool-down system & the techniques of this style have a set limit (depends on body part) and upon that limit being reached the section of the body which had hair to be manipulated will become bald, incapable of growing hair anymore due to overexerting ones hair follicles, this can be avoided however after a set number of topics where the user refrains from using this fighting style. With mastery, this upon this limit being reached instead of the area becoming bald permanently it temporarily becomes bald for a set amount of turns before hair growth returns to it. While Blonde is active the user's stamina loss due to Tier use is doubled (2x), and the user's Baldness Limit directly correlates to their stamina limit (Linwood is a human thus his B. L. will relate to 60).

[b]Description:[/b] Req. Pirate to have eaten Devil Fruit (Solid Solid Fruit: Model - Hair). This is the 3rd Level of Hea Hea no Mi Fighting style in which the user has managed to affix the Devil Fruit's property of Hydrophilic Power to the Nervous system, this allows them to control the rate at which they mix with, dissolve in or become wet by water. Primarily this is done via either inducing sweating in order to absorb the sweat back into the body to improve elasticity (can substituting sweat for water materia), moderate the rate at which the user is affected by things with the properties of sea-water to delay said harmful effects & finally when used in conjunction with Hea Hea no Mi: Blonde make one's body hair water-proof preventing it from becoming wet and forming a barrier against techniques which harness sea-water with ones defensive techniques. The techniques within this fighting style go by the name "Brunette (Insert name of technique)" when using this fighting style alongside normal techniques which involve applying the properties of hair to the body. The drawbacks of this style however is while it retains the cool-down system and the baldness limit, they are twisted in a way. This is because the baldness limit does not simply make a body part bald but actually prevents the user from even expressing the properties of hair in their body should it be reached, furthermore the techniques in this style consume more varied prices the harshest being that which deals with contact with sea-water. With mastery if this limit is reached, the user can regain use of their Devil Fruit abilities in the location after a set amount of topics dependent on their rank. While Brunette is active the user's stamina loss due to Tier use is doubled (2x), and the user's Baldness Limit directly correlates to their stamina limit (Linwood is a human thus his B.L relates to 60).

Description: With the use of the Hea Hea no mi, Linwood can use any limbs of his choosing to extend, with his limbs fraying out like tightly drawn strands of hair. This varies depending on his skill level however typically he can extend his arms to reach 2 ft away from his position at the base level, while increasing it as he becomes more proficient at using his Devil Fruit. This extension lasts dependent on his rank as a pirate, whereas these extensions occur on par with his strength tier while using his speed tier to determine it's retraction speed. With Endurance tiers in place, the extension can be much longer

Description: This particular technique involves the uniqueness of the Hea Hea no mi's ability causing his skin on his arms or legs to become jagged as if it were coated in fur. As a result, they become reinforced causing damage from blunt force trauma (excluding piercing ammo) to be completely mitigated so long as it is B-rank and below, however this technique does nothing to prevent piercing or slashing damage. However when utilized alongside Defense Tiers it becomes more capable, as blunt impacts such as from physical strikes or shots (including piercing ammo) from projectile accelerators merely bounce off a set distance depending on their movement speed. Furthermore this can be used to great effect with Linwood's natural tiers to even potentially rebound the damage back onto opponents depending on his reaction speed. Fur Coat's defense measures cap at B rank.

Description: When it comes to techniques of the Quill line, if damage calculation was confirmed, the user can leave a set amount of quills that are left over from the attack. Each quill logged in from a previous assault of the quill line, or a combination of the quill line, leaves a set amount of pain that goes against the inflicted and their pain tolerance. If the quills aren't removed, the pain continues to stack against each other during each passing p.t. Without a pain tolerance technique, the inflicted loses consciousness when it hits an S amount of pain. The amount of quills that can be left over are depending on the rank of the technique used. If the target possess Pain Immunity they are unaffected while those with Pain Resistance will only be dealt half the pain they usually would

Description: Drawing on the power of the Hea Hea no Mi, Linwood channels it before throwing out a punch or a kick and causing his fist or leg to gain minute spikes of a similar consistency to quills. As a result upon punching an opponent his strikes damage is changed to piercing when backed by strength tiers and upon being blocked lodge into a victim's body to inflict either pain or bleed damage depending on how it is dislodged. If done carefully with a C-rank Medical Taijutsu technique geared at removing needles from the body the victim is only dealt pain, however if done forcibly without defense tiers geared at protection from piercing damage they are dealt bleed.

Description: One of the better techniques that Linwood has at his disposal is by making a pair of whiskers on the side of his face that's used for the sensory purpose. The whiskers are barely visible, due to the fact that they are about two inches long and extremely thin. However, the whiskers grant Linwood an A rank wind displacement sensor that goes as far as 40 feet. Movements of any kind within that distance would be picked up from Linwood. Growing out these whiskers lasts for a set amount of p.t before they are replaced again with the full stamina cost.

Wind Whiskers Approval Revoked.
Anything to do with the growth, manipulation etc of hair and it's dervivatives refer exclusively to Hea Hea No Mi: Blonde.

Thus it is not possible to make Wind Whiskers, however if you wished to make a custom Reaction Tier which allows your limbs to act in the place of actual whiskers (thus lowering the sensory output to contact distance) then that would be fine.

Description: Regarding the Hea Hea no Mi, Linwood uses this devil fruit's ability to increase its length in the points of extension. This is an increase of range for Hair techniques by using strength to force the stretch of the limb. This has to be done for each limb if multiple limbs are used. The higher distances reached is completely depending on the strength that Linwood has at his disposal, and can be tacked on to any "hair" or "hair Hybrid" technique.

Description: Hair extension body lock is when Linwood extends one of his limbs up to 15 feet with the use of his devil fruit in order to wrap around an opponent's body part to constrict and apply pressure. Ligament damage is common in this submission, which can also cause a broken arm, or leg upon the submission countdown ending (B-rank Physical Dmg as well as A-rank Pain each P.T if victim lacks B-rank Pain Resistance technique or Pain Tolerance/Immunity). Any attempts to get linwood off would require a B rank grab escape technique, higher strength tiers than linwood, or a C rank grab escape technique along with along with the equivalent strength tier used to initiate the technique. The submission countdown is linked to Linwood's defense tier.

Description: *Req: Hea Hea No Mi* This is different from the usual Rankyaku, with Linwood extending his leg up to 10 feet before swinging it around to create an enlarged Rankyaku. After kicking the extended leg at high speeds, a 40-foot Rankyaku is released as it travels up to 40 feet in the distance upon being unleashed. Each one does B rank damage, with the user's strength determining how many are released at a time.

Linwood has a C-rank technique called Hair Extension, if he wants to further stretch his hair through this technique it should be a B-rank technique.
Furthermore the extra distance should have a chart as follows.
Strength Tier Level - Hair Extension Tier Modifier
Tier- = +1 ft x Strength Tier (D = 1, A = 4)
Base Tier = +1 ft 6 Inches x Strength Tier
Tier+ = +2 ft x Strength Tier
Tier++ = +2 ft 6 Inches x Strength Tier
-Tier+ = +3 ft x Strength Tier

^ The reason for this is simple, he has another Level known as Brunette which requires water materia to bolster his elasticity and he likewise has the level Blonde which allows him to manipulate his actual hair which will be able to stretch much longer than his body ever would be able to. Likewise while hair is elastic it isn't all that elastic without the introduction of water hence why overturning of the approval for that technique.

When it is corrected it will be approved.
