Description: This would be useful primarily for defensive purposes. A pulse of wind erupts from the user, strong enough to move over a hundred pounds, but only works very close to the user, and requires that they crouch down and clasp their hands tightly together to use. It does very little damage most of the time, unless the one pushed back falls and hits their head on something or some similar situation. There is a fifteen foot knock back, and if they hit something they get a C rank physical damage! Projectiles thrown at B rank speed are slown down by a rank! Those thrown at C-Rank speeds and below C rank strength get knocked away entirely! Any opponent below C rank strength gets knocked away!
