Luffy didn't need much stuff in terms of combat only thing he was carrying was his sword when the two of them made it too the training area. During the walk he focused on making up some techniques and a base style he would go by. He figured with his low physical abilitys he would have too rely on a technique he had read about called silent killing though he would give it a slight twist for the most part it would work too his advantage. He scanned over the area trying too figure out what he could se and how he could do it. This area didn't hold much as is a lot of dirt and dunes. Other than that it was a wide open space.

"So this is the place? Never been in this section of the village before, nice..." Enzo said as he put his hands in his pocket. "Well, Luffy, you are going to have to help me on this. I don't necessarily know what you want me to do here with the training.

"Well we can spar for now, i wanna try out a couple things and how they work in action. I am sure we will both get some benefit this. I guess too start we can do a simple 5 point too win scenario. Each hit is a point, being knocked too the ground is two points. First too five wins, try and not too go overboard its only freindly"

Luffy would say as he lifted his weapon blood caller from his belt and gripped the handle giving the blade a spin before jumping back and taking a few steps away from Enzo when he landed he had scopped out the area already and figure it would be best too use the mounds too hide behind. He would stop when he was a good distance away from Enzo and give him a wave showing he could start when ready.

Enzo would say as he went over fifteen feet from Luffy as he performed hand signs at b rank speeds. After Enzo got his sensory going, he started to shift back and forth in a combative stance. "Lets keep this clean, I would want you to pass your genin exams.

Luffy knew just by looking there was no way he could match that sped instead he would shuffle too the side behind a mound of dirt and place a small spiritual veil over himself. If he worked it out right than he would be unseen by the naked eye for the moment at least. And with that he had too think about how too win this little spar or even score a point if he could. He figured his best bet would be too lure Enzo in a wait for him too get close enough for a suprise attack if that didn't work well luffy was put of ideas but he figured it would work. He would draw his blade smoothly and calmy and grip the handle before turning too look from behind the mound. He figured there was no reason too try and hide looking too see where enzo was cause Luffy figured he was unseen under his camoflouge once e confirmed Enzo's location he would go back too hiding behind the mound.

Even though he was not yet acustom too fighting the blade felt naturally good in his hands he figured it was because he was a samurai weilding a blade was his birthright or using any weapon for that matter. Considering he had too try and get things going Luffy would pull out a kunai and fling it left at a nearby mound sending it flying at D-Rank speeds he hoped it would catch Enzos attention and cause him too think it was actually Luffy.

Oh…hes gone……” Enzo wouldn’t necessarily know where this kid was, due to the fact that he had a pretty good way of being undetected, which impressed Enzo. it also made Enzo thankful to have such a valid sensory. When he shuffled to the side , Enzo could feel it with his wind sensory. It wouldn’t be hard to tell that the kid was still 15 feet away. “Hmm, what should I do? “ Enzo would say as felt the movement of the hand throwing the kunai over to Enzo, which prompted him to dodge if it came closer to him. “Oh, that was close…” Enzo would say as he tracked the location of the mound. That’s where it landed, but it didn’t make sense to Enzo because the wind disturbance was telling him something a little different about the location of his new friend. For safety, Enzo ended up breaking down the mold and pocketing about two shuriken. He would also go on to the next mold and break it down as well, pocketing two kunai. If it was able to show Enzo’s location to Luffy, he would see that Enzo is 20 feet away, keeping his distance and breaking down the molds. However, strangely enough, with Enzo so far away, the molds closer to Luffy were vanishing instantly.

Luffy was already thinking of a plan using the little skills he did have for the most part he figured that he would have to draw Enzos attention in order to get it inthe hits and score few times and maybe even knocking him down. He was deep in thought so he did notice Enzo speak but he didn't notice the mound he was hiding behind break down but that didn't matter he was still not moving and his concealment would work until he was. however he would see Enzo in the distance and pull out 3 shuriken before a looking around 1, 2, 3 luffy would launch the shuriken at the moundd he had spotted prior near enzo and then jump forward before turning himself into a shuriken using the transformation technique.

with his hidden blade style silent killing no normal vision would be able too see him along with reaction being needed when he jumped in and out if conealment. Even if he could it would be hard too differentiate between the shuriken and find out which was luffy if one even had the thought. Along with that this would play too hinder Enzos sensory unknowingly too Luffy due too each shuriken being the same size and offering the same wind resistance it would be impossible too differentiate unless he was particularly capable.

Considering he had too play this perfect luffy would wait until he was near enzo and burst back into his normal form hoping too suprise enzo and hit him with ths hilt of his sword in the side before his feet even touched the ground, he would twist hos torso pushing off and usint the hit too move and start too spin himself in which Luffy would pull bring put his right heel too try and sweep and bring Enzo too the ground before finishing his turn and pushing down on enzos chest in order too try and give the final push needed too send him too the ground. Considering he was not one for frontal combat Luffy would jump away if possible after the attack regardless of the outcome and land near and mound reactivating his concealment and standing still. Luffy figured his fighting style would cause fights too draw out but it would play too his favor in the proper conditions, he could work on his mid range and long range tactics and incorporate his bow he rarely used for a effective sniping style.

Believe it or not, every time that Nik tried to close the gap, he would notice that he still couldn't break the 20 feet distance. It would be technically impossible to attack Enzo in such a way, but it it was only due to the fact that even with Enzo's occasional movements, the suspension of disbelief circled around the fact that it seemed as Enzo was outpacing him. Now of course, Enzo was of a higher rank, and had a pretty good base of speed. It was more than that, but who knows if Luffy would figure it out.

The shuriken was tossed in Enzo's direction, in which he caught on the trajectory with his wind sensory, sidestepping at B rank speeds. As a shuriken, Luffy would notice the travel time of being a shuriken and going towards Enzo would not allow him to close the gap at all, "Seemingly " looking as if nothing changed in the sense of Enzo. However, when Luffy change back into his human form, the wind sensory would pick up on the disturbance of the change in size. Enzo Quickly tossed two morpher shuriken in that direction at B rank speeds near the ground with the combination of the two exploding into two feet in length and width of 2 C rank explosions, potentially dealing B rank damage or hoping he did. It was either going to impale Luffy and explode, or hit the ground near Luffy and explode.

Wind Sensory was all he had to combat this talented Academy student, so Enzo had to at least try and give him a realistic matchup.

He was not closing the range and that seemed weird but Luffy would notice a few things which would allow him some clarity, the wind he was currently feeling and the breeze he had jumped prior and that meant even though he could not see himself moving he indeed was, this most likely was a sight based genjustu and one around Genin level meaning a kai would be useless instead Luffy had another plan he would land and spin holding a seal he figured sense he could not attack with his intended assault he at least could defend. When the shuriken collided with Luffy the explosion would arise sending dust into the air and making it hard too see exactly what had happen, Luffy had used body replacement and was currently behind Enzo standing still once again however with a new flavor too his movement style.

He had figured out that more than likely Enzo was tracking him through the wind something he noticed when he waited too attack when Luffy came out of the shuriken it was not too gain the advantage of the Genjustu but something evident in the lack of looking at Luffy showed that Enzo could not actually see him at all instead he was deep in thought looking strained; sensory. And Luffy would go through the motions first using his no friction lvl 1 and Spiritual endowment he would launch forward the explosion was yet too clear so hopefully Luffy would have enough of a opening too kick Enzo in the back and jump away hopefully sending him too the ground.

He wasn't too sure if he got him or not, there was no sort of indication of blood or anything along the lines that gave off the hint of this individual being able to be found out. Luffy was still under the genjutsu, so he would still see Enzo as 20 feet away, it would be impossible to appear behind Enzo if he was still under the genjutsu. At best, he would be appearing about 20 feet away, and still wouldn't be able to close the distance. This would leave those counter kicks towards thin air, leaving Luffy with a blank check if he tried to cash in on his proposed body switching assault. Ontop of that, Luffy would see a kunai hitting him dead in the chest, causing C- rank mental pain as soon as he looked anywhere.

In addition to that, Luffy's stillness technique was too low in order to counter Enzo's wind sensory. "I can make something happen here!!" Enzo would say in his mind as he tossed out the two D rank explosive Kunai this time in the direction of the wind disturbance at B rank speeds. However, one Kunai would be in the shadow of the other kunai in order to inflict some kind of damage on the man. He was still facing 2 D-rank explosions, but he would experience something else. Another kunai would be hitting him dead on to experience another round of C- rank mental pain before the two kunai came his way.
