Description:

Saying Cersei’s life was rough would be an understatement. What with living on the streets, eating scraps from behind restaurants in Pandora to almost selling her body to make ends meet, one could say that the first couple of years were a living nightmare for the young blonde. Yet, with all the scavenging and suffering, Cersei herself realized that she had always been one lucky individual. So lucky in fact that it’s almost uncanny in which she either escapes near death encounters or able to find food in the middle of nowhere. This strange phenomenon was ignored by her simply due to the fact that she didn’t have the mental capacity to comprehend what exactly had been going on but it was until she had been frequenting Minarai Castle, where she began to understand what exactly had been going on.

Having now understood the basis of her uncanny luck, Cersei had gained the knowledge of how exactly it works. Using what she would like to call the probability theory, Cersei has mastered the ability to manipulate likelihood of a particular event happening. Though she’s unable to use this ability to, say for example bring forth world peace or eternal damnation to the world, she’s able to bolster her chances of successful actions for herself and her allies and also lower the chances of successful actions for herself and foes. This form of manipulation doesn’t just stop at manipulating “success chances”, but she’s also able to essentially create good and bad luck, i.e forcing the opponent to receive higher recoil damage or having allies receive less recoil damage.

If used on opponent’s 1-rank above the user it will simply give them a tingly sensation throughout their body with no other side effects.

The seemingly limitless number of tentacles will proceed to constrict around the opponent immobilizing with an inhuman level of strength only to be broken out of if the opponent has a tier chain of strength+barrier equal to the technique. For those who can’t break the tentacle restrictions, however, will find themselves being violated in every way possible by the monster. In addition, each post the user remains bound by the tentacles they will experience painful orgasms which makes them lose an additional -3 off their seduction limit. Upon emptying seduction limit the technique will then deal a C-Rank of natural damage each round instead. This technique is triggered by Cersei telling the opponent to watch their step.

Description: This technique was specifically crafted by Cersei for women and men who didn’t fall for her charm and beauty, which was strange seeing as she was probably the most alluring female on the planet but let’s not degrees. The technique starts by placing the target in the famous breeding pits of Pandora, more specifically the Incubus Den. Having found themselves in such a godforsaken place, the opponent won’t help but feel compelled to be amongst the infamous Incubi of Pandora and would of course subsequently be violated by the demons in all every means possible. Much like her tentacle technique, the opponent would require a Strength+Barrier tier chain equal to the technique in order to resist the forceful but gentle ways of the Incubi. In addition, each post the user remains bound by the tentacles they will experience painful orgasms which makes them lose an additional -2 off their seduction limit. Upon emptying seduction limit the technique will then deal a B-Rank of natural damage each round instead. This technique is triggered by Cersei advising the opponent that if they won’t play with her, she has friends whom they’d be interested in playing with.

Even with physical intervention from an outside force, the body is robbed of all mobility, and consciousness itself progressively fades away. At the same time, they are whipped repeatedly with spiked whip while being fed erotic hallucinations. The opponent will require a barrier+strength tier chain to escape the bindings. Additionally, each turn the target stays trapped within the technique, they lose an additional -3 off their seduction limit as they slowly begin enjoying the feel of the whip on their body. Upon emptying seduction limit the technique will then deal a C-Rank of natural damage each round instead.

Description:

Cersei was never much of a fighter, that much should be known at this point. While others in Pandora were busy turning over their souls and trading their bodies to whomsoever offered them some power, she would be found in the vast library of the Minarai Castle expanding her knowledge on the world and honing her skills on her own, without the help of external forces after all, only Cersei knew her powers the best.

Having now understanding powers of probability and mastering her the Probability Theory technique, she was now able to take things a step further with powers. Cersei had always known she was blessed with great luck and as such, she created this technique in order to put this lucky streak into a more practical use. With this technique, which she’s dubbed Serendipity, Cersei, and her allies are able to reap a bonus from various activities done throughout her lifetime in addition to reaping bonuses there is also a chance for her to reduce or increase the time it takes to either execute or end a particular action. (I.E traveling). The size/lapse of the bonus/event is, of course, dependent on her rank and is determined by a success chance roll for the ability to come into play.

Description:

Being a member of the Shuin branch of the Inakamono had always worked out well for Cersei. Not only that she was always had a wealth of knowledge at her disposal, learning new techniques were second nature to her. Of course being a genius in isolation had only benefitted her personally as there were no logical ways of sharing her wonderful traits with others, which was until she had mastered Serendipity.  With this technique, Cersei has a chance of increasing the post count in a dual training topic she’s participating in. The amount the post count is increased as well as the chance of actually increasing the post count on is entirely dependent on an encounter roll for the former and a success chance roll for the latter.

Cersei has always been prepared for whatever came her way and even though for the past couple of years she’s been only experiencing a torrent of bad luck, having mastered her ability had literally flipped her luck around. Take for an instance this technique. Ever since she had started experimenting, Cersei has come to discover all sorts of neat tricks she could use her abilities for and this new technique has provided her and/or her allies with the chance of gaining more from looting the bodies of others or an area in general. The amount of additional loot is increased is solely dependent on an encounter roll while the chance of actually finding additional loot is solely dependent on a success chance roll.

However, since understanding and mastering her ability, she has now been able to control these anomalies to better suit her and her allies in battle. Take this technique, for example, Cersei passively emits a spherical barrier of Stochastic “energy”. The field itself is quite harmless as it does no damage to anyone who enters the barrier nor does it offer any sort of special detection for Cersei. What it does do, however, is allow whosoever is within the barrier to fall victim to her techniques that involve generating good or bad luck.

Description: A rather simple Stochastic based technique that is aimed towards opponents who tend to use ranged based attacks and/or projectiles, such as shuriken, kunai, senbon etc. Once within Cersei’s Stochastic Field, if the enemy attempts to use any of the aforementioned attacks, they would find their aim to be slightly off their intended target, 5 feet off to be exact. Opponents will find it completely difficult to hit their target unless they possess means of negating the bad luck which would be a D rank Defence+Strength tier chain.

Description:  A rather simple Stochastic based technique that is aimed towards opponents who tend rely on jutsu in battle. For those who have to form seals, this technique serves as a seal interruption technique as the opponent will find themselves constantly misplacing a finger or forming the wrong seal entirely. What they would also find happening is that they often hurt themselves in the process of forming said seals receiving D rank damage to their fingers for each technique they attempt use. Opponents will find it quite difficult and painful to perform any seal based jutsu unless they possess means of negating the bad luck which would be a D rank Defence+Strength tier chain.

Description: A rather simple Stochastic based technique that revolves around the opponent stumbling in battle while operating at max or above tier levels. While within Cersei’s Stochastic Field the opponent will find themselves stumbling and falling whether it be on their shoelaces, their own feet or by that rock that certainly wasn’t there before. Opponents will continue to stumble and fall regardless of the direction they’re traveling and/or the speed they’re traveling unless they have of negating the bad luck which would be a D rank Defence+Strength tier chain.

Description: A rather simple Stochastic based technique that revolves around the handling of projectiles. While within Cersei’s Stochastic Field the opponent will find themselves constantly hurting themselves while handling projectiles or bladed weapons. Once drawn, the projectiles will somehow manage to cut and/or impale the user causing them to receive D rank bleeding damage for each projectile/bladed drawn. Even though she was able to finally understand and differentiate her ability to cause good luck and bad luck not all of her outcomes have been desirable ones and even though she was unable to hit the reset button on her entire life, she had developed a means of bringing forth desirable results from techniques she had previously failed with. With reroll, Cersei is now able to have a second chance at having a more favorable result with her techniques that require a dice roll. This of course ensures that she and her allies have a far greater advantage on the battlefield while her opponents have a more torrid time. The number of times Cersei is able to do a reroll is dependent on her rank.

Now with a combination of her natural beauty and the curse mark further amplifying her beauty, Cersei now passively radiates an aura of attractiveness naturally inducing pleasure and desire while subtly lifting inhibitions of every and any sexual being. The affected targets remain fully themselves, but can't help but long for the Cersei's favor and affection, and can't bring themselves to cause her harm, making them unable to attack her. Those affected would even put themselves on the line to protect what they view as their most precious thing in the world as they’ve essentially fallen in love with Cersei. On her road to completely master her powers of probability manipulation, Cersei had managed to develop yet another means of reaping greater rewards for herself and her allies. With this technique, Cersei is able to do an additional roll on any of her probability based techniques to either stack the rewards produced by the previous technique for herself and her allies or cause further pain and misery on those who stand against her and her allies. What that means, of course, is that supplementary techniques like those from the serendipitous line of techniques now have the ability to provide her with double the rewards while those from within the stochastic line of techniques will end up dealing double the effects. The number of times Cersei is able to do additional rolls is dependent on her rank.

Due to the constant travels with Tami and Cera taming animals and searching for minerals, Cersei has gradually perfected the art making successful rolls after going through the process more times than she could count. As a result, whenever Cersei performs a chance of success roll, for anything that requires her to do so, the chance of success in question gains an additional count towards the overall needed for said chances to be successful, I.E if the success chance is 2/10 this technique boosts it to 3/10. With subsequent retraining's Cersei is able to boost the count significantly higher to ensure that the chance favors her and her allies.

Description:

Being the embodiment of Lust, Cersei has developed a need to feed off the sexual energies of others, thus this technique was born. The person unfortunate enough to feel the embrace of Cersei, whether it by a holding of hands, embracing through a hug or a kiss on the cheek, they would find themselves unable to fight back as they enjoy the feel and smell of her body. When held, the opponent loses -3 off their seduction limit which Cersei absorbs into her own body granting her the ability to regain stamina equal to the amount of seduction lost per turn. This technique’s true power is shown once Cersei performs intimate acts on the opponent, whether it be kissing or sex of any kind. Instead of losing -3 off their seduction limit, they now lose -6 which Cersei will absorb into her body use to replenish her stamina equal to the amount drained per post. Once their limit is drained, however, they will receive natural damage equal to the rank of the Erojutsu that is used on them afterward. Cersei will convert into Nega to replenish her reserves, which is equal to one rank below the natural damage that occurs after their seduction limit is drained. The opponent will eventually be completely drained and wither way dying a rather sensual death. For them to resist Cersei completely they must possess a Strength+Barrier tier chain equal to the technique.

Take this technique for example, once within her stochastic field allies, or those who Cersei consider being allies, will find that they recover stamina faster than usual. When not moving after one post of utilizing Max/Standard/Min they will end up recovering +2 to their stamina. Not moving two posts in a row they will recover an additional +3 to their stamina and finally, when not moving for three posts in a row they will recover an additional +4 to their reserves. When used with a technique specifically designed for regaining stamina the stamina regained will be doubled.

When used in conjunction with a technique specifically used for healing injuries or recoil the amount healed will be doubled.
