Name: Water Release: Hydro Pulse
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: B-rank
Class: Offensive
Range: Long
Description: After creating the needed hand signs, the user holds out their arm gathering chakra and uses the other arm to steady the arm gathering chakra. Once enough chakra has been gathered, water forms around the arm, covering the fist and the forearm. From there, the user extends their arm rapidly, firing off the hollow water bullet towards the target. The water bullet moves as fast as the user moves their arm. This technique can be charged for additional time to increase the size of the water bullet, as well as the damage it inflicts.

Name: Water Release: Water Wave
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: C-rank
Class: Offensive
Range: Long
Description: The user forms hand signs before they place both hands on the ground with open palms. Immediately after, water comes from the ground near the users hands and starts to rush towards the opponent in the form of a wave. The wave is 30ft wide and 15ft tall. The wave moves at C-rank speeds. This technique deals C-rank damage upon contact with the target. The water wave knocks back the target 10ft, unless the target possesses C-rank strength or above. Left over water from this technique can be used for later water jutsu.
Name: Water Release: Wet Chains of Restriction
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: C-rank
Class: Supplementary
Range: Mid
Description: Hand signs are made by the user before water drips down from their arms onto the ground before traveling towards the target at C-rank speeds. Once the lines of water reach the target, they begin to entangle the opponent from the ankles to the head. Due to getting their legs pulled together by the water chains, the target will tip over unless they possess a C-rank balancing technique. Because of being restricted, the opponent is immobilized unless they possess C-rank strength to break the water chains. Even if they manage to break free, the water chains, quickly repair themselves around the target at C-rank speeds, so to get away they need to be able to move faster than the chains repair themselves, meaning the target needs to have B-rank speeds to get away from the chains. Basically to get away from the chains, the target needs to possess a tier chain of C-rank strength + B-rank speed. If this technique is used on top of or in a water source, the chains blend in with the water, making them invisible to the naked eye, and only those with C-rank chakra sensory will be able to see them coming. If the chains are made from a water technique previously used and the opponent is standing in it, the chains will immediately just start wrapping around the target, saving the time it takes to travel to the target from the user.
