Still Nothing To Do

The Temple was still crumbling as more parts continued to fall over. The place had holes and a giant chunk missing from the front from the fight that Kyo just won. He was attacked by this stranger, who luckily had a bounty, so Kyo benefited from the fight either way. He still had a couple hours left before he was suppose to meet back up with Kirin, so he decided he'd just wait around like how he planned to do before he was interrupted. The body from the man was now on the ground in front of Kyo. The teen was sitting down with his feet planted on the floor and his knees bent slightly. The mist was still clearing from earlier since he had just undid the mist jutsu, which covered the whole area basically.

Mat's conversation with the ever lovely Neo had left him thinking over several steps to come. Yyvette was closer than he expected and yet, she seemed to have been taken behind lines into some kingdom far far away. It was a problem that plagued Mat's mind but not one he hadn't already expected to encounter. However during his walks about the lands poundering his time he seemed to lose his way, quickly finding himself enveloped within the fog. Fog, where normally an issue to a normal person, Mat's eyes helped guide him along the way, depicting anything any his way, but something caught his attention. Falling stones of a building not to far off echoed through the almost wasteland like area. The sound called out to Mat drawing him nearer till finally he laid eyes on the shape of two people. Mat stopped in his stride, about twenty feet from Kyo at this point. His body was calm and his arms was at his sides as he looked apon the sitting boy and the motionless body. Prey in the mists. Easy kill. First blood. All words that were the furthest things from Mat's mind as he called out "HEY MAN!! Where the hell am I?!?"

Kyo jumped up onto his feet quickly after he heard a super loud burst of sound behind him. He turned around and looked at the man who was standing behind him. Apparently the man had gotten lost or something like that. Kyo's eyebrow twitched in anger a few times before he looked at Mat, "Whaaat the hell are you yelling for?! You almost made my ears explode!" Kyo took a deep breath and pointed to the broken temple, "We are at the Temple of Datara." The teen ripped off his cloak and threw it to the ground. He didn't know why he had it in the first place.

"I THINK ITS PRETTY OBVIOUS I'M YELLING TO GATHER INFORMATION ABOUT WHERE I HAVE TRAVELED TO." Mat yelled out at an elevated voice as he walked closer to the boy man it thing. The temple of datara wasn't a place Mat had heard of. Must not have held any importance to him. He looked around trying to put two and two together as to where he was in relation to where he had been, but wasn't making any real progress. "NAMES MAT. HOW DO YOU DO?" Mat said with an abnormally bright smile, still yelling out as he extended a hand to shake, completely ignoring the fact a fresh corpse was near by, or that this man was apparently take his clothes off for some reason. "OOOOH SORRY I DIDN'T REALIZE I WAS IN KAWAIITITI." Mat continued, taking his hand back quickly to take off his shirt and toss it to the ground. Didn't want his new friend to feel uncomfortable.

"WELL YOU DON'T HAVE TO YELL! YOU CAN JUST USE A NORMAL VOLUME OF TALKING!" Kyo sighed as he heard the man introduce himself as Mat. Kyo extended his hand and used the other one to over his ear, trying to block out some of the loud noise that was coming from the guy. Kyo then paused and put his hands down to his side. His eyes slanted and he looked at the man in total confusion and depression at the same time, "Why can't we just talk like normal people?" He then spotted the guy taking his clothes off, "Why the hell are you takin your clothes off?! I took off a cloak not my shirt. Pull yourself together man." Kyo shook his head, starting to get irritated with he man. So the teen turned around and started walking away. He was just going to meet up with Kirin early. After all, she was pretty powerful, so he was sure he finished her business.

Mat kind of flinched as Kyo yelled back at him. Was more for the sake of playing the part than actually being caught off guard, but it still brought a smile to Mat's face the thought that he would yell back. "How does one not talk like a normal person?" Mat shot back quickly as he watched the boy turn to start walking away. Such a rude generation this one was from. "O I'm sorry let me user your people's 'inside voice'." Mat said quickly before waiting for a response, actually air quoting inside voice. "HOW DOES ONE NOT TALK LIKE A NORMAL PERSON?" Mat said cupping his hands around his mouth to get a slight extra boost for no reason at all. Not that he needed one. "FURTHER MORE YOU WERE DITCHING YOUR CLOTHES TOO. THOUGHT IT BE RUDE NOT TO FOLLOW SUIT. AFTER ALL WHEN IN HELL, DO AS THE HELLIONS DO." Mat continued, dropping his hands and standing normally but still seeming to yell louder and louder with each word.

Kyo sighed as he turned around. He supposed that the man was at least trying so he wouldn't just walk away. After all, he still had a couple of hours left. He started to walk back to the man with his hands in his pockets. When he got about 5 ft from Mat he stopped, "Sorry I'm still a little irritated from dealing with that." He pointed to the dead body and then sat back down. Kyo sighed, "Well, you said your name was Mat. I'm Kyo. Where are you from?" Kyo was bored, so he might as well talk to the man to pass the time. After all, he had nothing better to do.

Where are you from? Mat wasn't keen on answer that question to anyone. "let just say that I come from the land down undah." Mat said with a bright smile as he readjusted his shirt. "I'm traveling in search of a precious diamond. A trophy worth of a god's crown if you will. Perhaps you know of her. Perhaps you don't though. Either way." Mat babbled on before turning to leave the area himself. "You seem pre-occupied with things and of no use for me. Perhaps I'll see you again one day and you'll be worth something then but for now..." Mat said as he stopped in his tracks to turn back and look at the boy. "Bye bye." He said quickly and in the most childish voice possible before leaving the area at S-rank speeds.

Kyo shrugged his shoulders. He was done dealing with this guy. He seemed to be weird and strange at the same time. Kyo had to get back to Kirin anyways. So with that the boy walked away from the temple and started heading back to the spot that the couple was suppose to meet up at.
