Subject: Kelbi Breeding Grounds 11th December 2014, 12:18 am
Name: Kelbi Breeding Grounds Description: The Kelbi Breeding Grounds is located in the west having moved in to reclaim their natural territory once Himeigakure was destroyed due to a lack of predation by shinobi. Their population is steadily growing but have not forgotten what happened in the year prior as a result they are rather skittish when it comes to humans. The part of the Ruins of Screams which are the Kelbi Breeding Grounds are marked by having trees which hum with electricity due to Kelbi routinely discharging static electricity into the electricity conductive trees. Depending on how much electricity is stored the humming sound is louder causing the Kelbi Breeding Grounds to be quite noisy while contact with the trees often results in electric shock.

Kelbi Breeding Ground Shrine:
This is a Shrine dedicated to assisting with the Breeding Grounds as such every resource available is dedicated to taking care, nurturing and helping the Kelbi which inhabit this area. The shrine itself is within the absolute center of the breeding grounds having no express boundary however it is completely surrounded by a "wall" of the trees which grow in this specific part of the forest. There are 24 of these trees in total each of them surrounding the Shrine and pulsing purple with their leaves occasionally discharging yellow arcs of electricity while at night-time the tree bark emits purple light illuminating the Shrine to give it a beautiful appearance. Despite the noise none of the Dobutsu stationed here are bothered by the noise mainly because they have adapted to hunt without the use of their hearing or an ability to block out noises to still use it to their advantage.
