| Name: Mt. Damnation Description: Mt. Damnation is the tallest mountain in the Land of the Damned with a height of 25,000 ft (7.6 km) and a width of 350 km (217.4 miles). Other than the massive mountains within the Land of Malice it is the tallest mountain in the south of the Origin Continent. Like all mountains after a certain level those who attempt to traverse it gain altitude sickness impairing their senses and can eventually lead to adverse conditions and even death. The fauna which make this mountain their home however all possess adaptation to allow them to survive with reduced oxygen or simply do not need to breathe. It is rumored at the very peak is a Kushala Daora breeding ground due to the constant stormy conditions (20,000ft & above) which obscure the upper part of Mt. Damnation from view. It actually makes flying to the top very difficult as only the most powerful of fliers are able to make such a journey. This nest is located at 21,000 ft and similar to the Watt Nest it is built into Mt. Damnation due to existing cave networks and burrowing done by Volt Tribe Dobutsu going within for a depth of about 2 miles (3.2 km) with numerous connected entrances along the distance. It is built upward stretching over 1000 ft with structures being built into the walls of the cave making numerous dens built on almost completely vertical walls. Due to being within the storm it is very cold with the fauna and Dobutsu who have made this nest their home being specially adapted for living there. Unlike the Watt Nest the Shocking Nest is self-sufficient having it's own micro-ecosystem and the Volt Tribe who are native to it do not worship Gaia and are fairly isolated from the other members of their tribe. - - Watt Nest:
This Nest is located at 18,000 ft yet is made into a cave network which has it's outside entrances at that height but goes down within Mt. Damnation thanks to the burrowing efforts of the Volt Tribe Dobutsu stretching an additional 1000 ft below and a 2 miles (3.2km) within deep (width) This makes it fairly close to Death Drop Shrine due to the latter's upper caves being reaching up to 16,000 ft though the actual distance between the two in terms of location is an additional 2000 ft due to the Watt Nest being to the north-east of Dead Drop Shrine. It was formed by the Dobutsu who converted to the worship of Gaia upon the Dobutsu Council being officially formed and due to the stormy weather outside of the caves and even a certain distance into them is rather frigid. Temperature Height (Outside/Cave) - Reaction Debuff due to Cold/Cold Resist Req for Immunity 20,000 ft (-25ºC/-20ºC.) - 5-rank/S 19,000 ft (-20ºC/-15ºC.) - 4-ranks/A 18,000 ft (-15ºC/-10ºC.) - 3-ranks/B 17,000 ft (-10ºC/-5ºC.) - 2-ranks/C 16,000 ft (-5ºC./-0ºC.) - 1-ranks/D

- - Death Drop Shrine:
Death Drop is named it due to the phenomena of the rocks comprising 15,000 ft all the way to the Peak, being chakra resistant preventing one from using chakra to stick to the surface of the mountain. When early humans attempted to climb the mountain they typically found that out the hard way and would end up plummeting to their deaths. When the Dobutsu ended up occupying the Land of Damned they found out about it from the native fauna and sent their most skilled climbers to build a shrine within one of the interconnected cave structures at 18,000ft. Death Drop is the primary place of worship and healing for the Watt Nest due to those native to the Shocking Nest mostly being non-religious.
