Sylv Uirusu

Sylv was born in the northern parts of the Land of Paradox, in a town located in the swamplands. Yasuna, his mother, owned and worked in the only bar in town providing her customers with plenty of pricey booze and cheap food. The woman could hold her liquor with the best of drunkards, which was shown by the numerous pictures framed along her establishment of her doing just that and being the last one standing. Her drinking usually sparking a riot out of her causing her friends to stop her from beating unlucky customers out of their drunkenness and then out of consciousness. Being what they called a raging drunk, her customers preferred that she drink in moderation, at least during open hours but that wouldn't be any fun at all. She was often the life of the party, yet always kept an eye out for anyone causing trouble never mind how drunk she was. Out of all the roles she played being a strict business woman was at the forefront of her mind when it came down to it, staying on top of her finances and expanding her monetary opportunities.

Yasuna:

The days passed along slowly and contently, as Yasuna was being questioned on the norm one night on when she was going to find a man to settle down with. Brushing off the jokes on how she would be out drunk by a man and become a housewife, she poured up, drank and told them all off. Yasuna would be damned before she ever put on an apron, cooked, and cleaned for a grown man. One of the customers, already drunk off his feet joined in on the conversation verbally throwing in his hand for the job. Yasuna and the others had taken it for a joke but time proved that Takeo actually had feelings for her, though all of his attempts only managed to piss her off.

Takeo:

He was the new guy in town, a ronin from dipugakure, and had decided to rest in town for a bit which turned into a couple of years. Always playing around with his jocose attitude and constantly making moves on Yasuna had brought him to actually work for her in her bar as a waiter. Needless to say she worked him like a dog, day in and day out with shorter breaks than he deserved, but she was at her wits end in dealing with the man. However, Takeo was equally determined to win her over, and did not let up on his advances leading to a drinking contest between the two, where the winner decides the other's fate. As expected, Yasuna came out of it drunk as hell but still conscious unlike her opponent. Although, she decided to go ahead and date the guy, seeing that if it worked out she would get a hard working business partner. Also with Takeo around she could spend more time drinking and let him run the bar for a bit. So the couple dated for a while, broke up for a time, Takeo got a couple of his ribs broken, then they got back together at some point and tied the knot not long after. Soon they were expecting child, a time where Yasuna was her most violent and abusive towards her husband on account that she could not drink while undergoing pregnancy.

The day Sylv was born made both of his parents very happy, they raised him surprisingly to be somewhat sheltered by the age of five. He was a shy and timid child who rarely spoke to anyone other than his parents and seldom left their side. After a while he had gotten used to the bar's loud and obnoxious atmosphere, soon he'd be sipping juice while laughing at the silly drunken men and their antics. Having a five year old walk around in a bar, it was only a matter of time before he became curious about the alcoholic beverages. As he reached for a glass near an unconscious woman, he was stopped by his mother's voice who simply asked if he were ready for it. Sylv eagerly nodded that unprepared and naive little head of his, before  grasping the glass and slowly taking a sip of the brown drink. Then the room span for a time, and the kid took a face dive to the polished wooden floor, sparking laughter out of all those who watched the event. Picking up her fallen child whilst still laughing, she carried the boy to his room on the second floor of the bar where they lived. Putting him to bed she looked forward to the time when the two of them could contest their drinking, though she was in no sense of a hurry, she wanted to spend as much time with her son as he were now than anything.

That night as the townsmen drunk themselves into a stupor as usual and Yasuna kicked someone's ass out her bar, Sylv slowly began to exude a dark substance from his body. Whatever it was, it was being breathed out of his mouth like carbon dioxide, with each exhale only more of it filled his room. Soon the miasma would make it's way to the bar below, Takeo was the first to notice the ominous gas as it penetrated through the ceiling. Unsure of what to do and what it was he only observed it as moved to cover part of a sleeping man's arm. The arm slowly began to turn a grey hue as his veins became more visible and then started to sizzle as if being burned by fire. He could only watch in shock as those traits spread to the rest of the man's body as he was consumed by the miasma. Takeo quickly made a run for his drunk wife, who was currently too hammered to notice anything but the mug in her hand. Throwing a defiant Yasuna over his shoulder, he made his way out of the bar steering clear of the death gas and into the middle of the road where he set her down. Now was his time to go get his son, but as he began to do so he noticed the miasma had now made it's way out of the entrance. He didn't want to face the inevitable truth that his son might have already been a victim to whatever this was. Cursing the heavens Takeo once again grabbed a now sleeping Yasuna and made a run for it, while warning the other townspeople of the impending danger. Knowing that after a time he'd have to break her world with the truth, and comfort her.

Then came morning as the little tike got himself out of bed with the worst headache he had ever experienced. Walking down to the bar already crying for his mom, Sylv finally noticed the gaseous purple stuff floating everywhere as well as the number of bodies that littered all over the bar. Their bodies lifeless and slowly burning wafting the air with the smell of burned flesh and blood. Young Sylv had no way to comprehend or deal with the situation but to call for his parents over and over again. To no avail, he was terrified and alone, his parents didn't come let alone someone else despite how loud he wailed. Eyes full of tears placed themselves on a bottle that had a brand he always saw his mom with as she worked. Taking a sip from the bottle, Sylv mellowed out a little as he walked out of the bar dragging the bottle alongside him.

The next few years were tough on the kid, as he realized the miasma was coming from him and that it killed whatever life was around him. Noone would talk to him just from seeing the gaseous entity around him which made it problematic to get food, leaving him to resort to stealing when he couldn't go on with the hunger. He was constantly moving from place to place always alone, save for the bottle of booze he kept full and the miasma he produced.

Description: Using their powerful mental aptitude the ronin overloads the opponents nervous system forcing them to instantly faint as long as they are 1-rank below the user. If used on opponents of an equal rank as the user it will simply give the a severe headache and powers up the next genjutsu used on the target by 1. If used on opponents 1-rank above the user it will simply give them a headache with no other effects.

Description: The user binds the opponent in a genjutsu, rendering them incapable of movement.This genjutsu can be used on more than one target at the same time however it can only be used on opponents of the same rank of the user and below. Once the target is bound, the user or an ally can rush up to the enemy, able to easily deliver a devastating killing blow.

Description: This dark violet miasma is exuded from all pores of his body including his respiratory system, and since the substance is partly molded within his cardiovascular system even his blood holds the toxin.  A constant equal rank amount of miasma is produced and released into the air every post, also due to his blood being mixed with the poison; every two d-ranks of miasma possesses one d-rank amount of blood within it. This also causes most of his jutsu to be classed as kinjutsu due to his blood being used. The miasma can be molded into shapes and manipulated for a number of uses at a relating cost of chakra , normally moving at speeds equal to his rank or one rank higher when accentuated with a d-rank blood price. Since it is infused with his chakra, the miasma can be used as a trigger for Sylv's or an allies genjutsu, lowering the chakra cost of gen/mental tech in conjunction by one.

Description:The miasma possesses a distinct toxin that on contact affects the victim's nervous system by damaging their nociceptors which makes their sensitivity to pain increase greatly, causing all physical and mental damage received to be one rank higher than normal, which gradually increases with time. This in turn also allows at higher stages for even stressed movement of the body or moving utilizing tiers higher than the victim's rank to deal even more damage; lowering the victim's rank of when recoil is applied to one above their own due to heightened sensitivity. However, this(recoil amp) isn't put into effect until the toxin has fully circulated through the body, after a total of ten posts. Once the toxins have entered the body they are circulated throughout the victim, thus the effects of the miasma stay intact even after the topic until treatment is given with a B-rank or higher medical jutsu.

Description: Sylv's body is constantly expelling miasma, this has made it hard for him to be with others due to fear of coming in contact with the deadly gas. So in order to combat this problem and hopefully gain friends, he has begun to mold all the miasma that he exudes into a gourd on his back at the cost of a constant d-rank worth of chakra every post. This way his power is somewhat under control, and is optionally used or stopped. The amount of miasma he molds into the gourd maxes out to two ranks above his own and one rank of blood above his own. Anymore that he exudes simply gets expelled into the air like it normally would. It also counts as a storage for the miasma, that he can tap into to get a larger amount as another chakra/blood source for his techniques. Any amount used is subtracted from the gourd accordingly, and can be stacked from topic to topic when going unused. Thus the size of the gourd will vary.

Description: After a couple of hand signs Sylv slams both hands onto the ground, releasing his miasma into the earth at crashing ground. While under ground the two streams each split into three, and move to take the target from below. All of them seeking the target, they surface one after another, keeping the target on edge. The opponent needing to have a B-rank reaction tier, higher speed tier than the miasma, or both c-rank reaction and speed tiers to evade. The requirement going up in rank for each stream after the first, when used against a single opponent. However, when used to catch multiple only the requirements for the first are needed. If successful the miasma encases his opponent within a sphere of his violet gas. The miasma is very thick and dense cutting off oxygen and restraining the victim unless they possess A-rank strength or higher. Then the user can either apply a genjutsu through the miasma or give a c-rank blood price to manifest a number of blood rods to pierce the victim(s) dealing A-rank damage.

Description: Forming a string of hand seals, Sylv clasps his hands together, gripping each other. After which he begins to exude miasma at an incredibly fast pace, shrouding him and the area around him within an 80ft diameter with the fog. Almost immediately, 13ft tall spires of miasma begin to erupt from the fog, using it as substance, aiming to pierce the target at vacuum release from inside said fog. The spires continuosly chase the target for a post as long they are within the fog. For a b-rank blood price, the range of the fog increases to 160ft and the spires spring up at blinding light speeds. Anything placed in their path that is b-rank or has b-rank def/end or lower tiers is impaled through and torn apart. After a post the chase stops, but the area consisting of the fog stays full of spires.
