Name: Raigā City
Description: Raigā City was perhaps the only residential area within the Grimson Grassland which wasn't actually filled with corruption, this is probably due to the fact that it had been commandeered by a large group of honor driven samurai who attempted to make it some sort of samurai safe haven. When the revolutionaries encountered them they found kindred spirits and incorporated many of their ideals and forced into their numbers due to these samurai condeming the path of the shinobi something only the select few of their brethren having done. The infastructure is very traditional and it is built around one of the branches of the River Styx. Raigā City is one of the few which the general populace commonly walk around with weapons, primarily being bladed weapons in the case of the males and tessen with the females. Raigā City being the largest city within the Crimson Grasslands and the 2nd within the Land of Souls is home to various tourist attractions but is most proud of it's Casino and the race track around it as it's main source of income is entertainment.
